Great people there they helped me with a mod I got from another store got me the coils I needed and some amazing juice will definitely come back

First rate staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. They dont always have the kratom products that I go there for and thats a problem. Ill give them another try but its been three times now that theyre out of stock. They need to correct this.

Went today, Tuesday, to pick up a vape for my husband and got there at 7:03pm and the store was closed when the sign out front with the hours say closed at 8. Pretty frustrating that they are closing early like this.

I rarely give 5 stars but this place is awesome. I stopped by chance before vacation to get some coils. I ended up walking out with a new tank and juice. Fast forward a month and I went in again to get coils and ended up with more juice. The customer service alone is what sets this place above most other shops. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and beaming with smiles. The happy hour prices allows me to pick up some great premium juices at a great price. Im so glad I found this place. I am a loyal customer and will only becoming here from now on.

The woman that helped me was very pleasant. She offered suggestions, and even though they are doing remodels and had a few supply issues did her best to satisfy needs as well as wants to the best of her ability.

I used to go in here at least twice a week. Not anymore. Last time I came in I wanted to buy a coil. They talked me into buying a box. One in the box didn’t work so I brought it back because I was told I could. Then they told me I didn’t bring it back soon enough it has to be within two weeks which no one told me before that. I also would have known it wasn’t working before the two weeks was up if they wouldn’t have talked me into buying an entire box of them knowing that it would last longer than the return time. Scam.

Love this store. I went to a vape shop, literally, 2-3 blocks down the street for a Aegis Legend Kit and they were asking 100+ dollars for it. I came down the street to Vapor Shark and got the Aegis Legend Zeus kit for almost $40 cheaper! Definitely my new favorite place.

Clean store great help, but the prices are through the roof. Same bottle of juice I buy at my normal spot was 12 bucks more expensive here.

They are extremely helpfull and have competitive but not the best pricing but they have an amazing return policy for a vape store and ive always been greeted with a warm welcome

Do NOT ever come here. First of all, when I came in today all of my rewards points were mysteriously missing, and I have bought juice here a few times. Then I bought a mod. MISTAKE. When I opened it up and tried to use it, the thing barely even fired and it drained my battery 5 percent in one hit. Now, I’m not an absolute expert on mods but I think any reasonable person would agree that the mod is not working properly. But when I went back in to exchange it they just pointed to their tiny little sign that says “No Returns! All sales final!” And basically told me they weren’t going to do ANYTHING for me whatsoever. After selling me a faulty product. Their attitude is basically “We still have all your money, and we’re gonna keep it even though we messed up.” Avoid these scam artists at all costs. You will not have a good experience there. Please disregard all the five star reviews, as those are only the ones they want you to see or have written themselves. If you don’t enjoy being robbed blind, STAY AWAY

This place is nice and big with plenty of nice couches and tables to lounge and vape. They have really good house ejuice, and at an exceptional price! They also have happy hour for discount e juice, and Sunday is all day happy hour, so you can buy on the cheap! I was very glad to stumble into this store while I was in town.

The only reason why I still come to this location is because I get the most warmest welcoming, Tiffani knows exactly what I am looking for when Im stumped on a flavor... She knows the nic I need as well as my most favorite flavors that I didnt even know existed... Previously I went to the Midwest city store and because it is so busy the time is never taken to get all my vaping needs fit. I have asked to speak to the manager on many occasions on the best customer service I have ever received by Tiffani and everytime I come in she/he is not around, so I turned to Google reviews to leave this so not only the manager sees it, but for everyone who visits this page sees it as well... I live 2 blocks away and Im here at least 2 times a week and never see the person who runs this location.. For the longest time I thought for sure Tiffani ran it, considering I see her more than I see my own partner at home... Never had she complained about her job, and speaks extremely highly of the company which makes me want to keep spending my paycheck weekly on the products.... This 5 star is for Tiffani hands down... However the lack of flavors and product makes me want to seek other shops. But as long as I keep getting the customer service when I open the door by Tiffani I am here to stay! Thank you for making me feel like I am welcomed everytime I walk into the store.

I have tried several vape shops in the city, but none can quite measure up. The prices are fair, the shop is clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They really know their stuff, James especially. Glad I was recommended this place.

Tiffani is absolutely incredible. Every time I come in she has welcomed me by name! It makes me feel like family. She is the Chick-fil-A of the vapor industry. I go out of my way to visit this location due to the service that she gives along with the rest of the staff! I always feel happy with my visit there and purchases. Best flavors and mods have been bought here. 10/10 would recommend to a Friend. This shop has become the moth to my lamp. I am constantly brining friends in with me so they can reap the bounty of this treasure trove. Plus they have COFFEE! Grab some new e-juices from their wide selection of house or premium flavors, a cup of joe, and chill out with some friends. This is BY FAR the best location in Okc and frankly any shop I have visited.

Great vape joint. The employee I delt with was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. It was, however, very smokey when I came in and there were only 2 people there - its a large shop. Their own juices are good, and they have a decent selection of premium juices.

Worst shop I have every been to. One person on staff who was sitting on a couch and acted as if i interrupted his bap. Unable to answer any questions and completely unable to do HIS job. Will never return and can only hope this sham of shop closes its doors

Ive attempted to shop here three times over the past month and each time there is a different sign with a different excuse of why they arent opened. All the while, employees are inside smoking and chatting it up. This same scene can be seen happening daily apparently.

Used to come once a week for juice for me and wife. Will no longer ever step foot in this building again. Dont understand how you have managers and employees that see the same people every week and you treat them like youve never seen them.

It would be nice if there was more than 1 person working during the busy time when customers are coming in after work. There is always 5 to 10 customers and 1 person working every weekday evening that i come in!!!

Theres a great new hookah lounge and eliquid shop in our neighborhood. Its a very clean space. They have a wide selection of the top trending mods and tanks. Its located on Pennsylvania and nw 23rd street. The staff here is amazing! James and Vicky are always super helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they have. I truly recommend everyone visit this shop. Whether you are new to vaping or just need some great eliquids. Oh yeah I almost forgot...they have happy hour!!! and theyre opened late.

Vapor World has always been my favorite vape store in the OKC area. Some vape store house juice tastes too sweet to me, or is priced really high like a premiun juice. Vapor worls has always had gopd cheap house juice, and a good selection of premium juice, with sales and happy hours frequently. They also have knowledgeable, and friendly staff with a great selection of producta. The N Penn and 23rd location is also really clean, and much bigger than the old one I used to frequent on MLK.
