Best smoke shop in the Yukon area! Great customer service and no one can beat their prices!

The customer service was unbelievably terrible. I picked up an item that clearly had a price tag of $9.50 from their extremely limited selection (double-checked the price with the clerk before making the payment), only to receive my receipt and discover that it actually cost $15.99. When I brought this to the attention of the clerk, his response was a dismissive you bought it! accompanied by a shoulder shrug that clearly demonstrated his complete lack of concern.

I have been a customer for over a year now, and have always found the products that Im looking for, at the prices that are perfect for my budget. What really stands out is that the staff is always extremally friendly and helpful. I look forward to the growth of the brand, and the owners entrepreneurship. Good people with good morals and professionalism, should always be rewarded for their hard work!!

The owner is super nice and the employees aswell. They answered my questions that I had. They have a huge selection on elf bars an pod kings and vape juices they even have coils which is very surprising and on top of that a cigar room Im really mind blown with that. I highly recommend this smoke shop if you need anything.

Amazing prices i cant find anywhere else, and they have a little bit of everything from hookah to disposable vapes and juice/ coils. They keep quick fix on hand which is a plus. The biggest selection of wraps and cones/papers I have ever seen. Cigar Room is so Nice! Also a nice selection of glass that will be growing! First experience was awesome! This is my new smoke shop as of today. The owners are super nice. They are here to cater to us, the customer. That being said, if they dont have anything you are looking for. The owners will do everything they can to get that item in within the week. Also will be coming back soon because they have my favorite cigar in stock #ArturoFuente

I was sold a faulty vape spent over 150 bucks on the unit and coils and tanks for the unit to leak constantly from the first use ..was told they would help resolve and havent heard anything despite going in on 4 separate occasions...Not a reliable store and they dont follow through on any promises

This is such a wonderful place to get all of your smoking, vaping, and hookah accessories!!! The staff is extremely friendly and they even have a humidor for cigars! All in all 10/10 place!
