Sold me a broken vape. I asked to switch it out but the old yt lady with dark hair refused. Trash all the way around. They are actually as cheap as their vapes lol but it also reveals they dont have any real relationship with their manufacturers.

Staff cool and sweet. Good customer service. Good discounts. They ID for real kiddos 😆

Came by at 10am which is your opening time. Came by again at 11am and still not open. If your hours change please reflect this on signage as well as you website.

I broke the glass on my mod and they helped me (with a struggle on both our parts) find a new one. Id like to ask them more questions on their time off. Courteously

Just moved from Texas and found my new vape shop. Very polite and informative. Highly recommend. Try the house blends. Very smooth, no harsh burn like other places. Perfect for a all day vape.

Loved it. The young lady working there was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. She helped me with my situation quickly and efficiently. Ill definitely go back when Im in that area.

Huge selection of flavors, and the staff was very helpful as we picked up our first devices. We had no idea about anything and they got us all set and I didnt feel ripped off. Haha. Well absolutely go back.

I stopped by this location hoping to get better service than the okc location but the heavier short girl with black and white hair was at this location as well. This girl is very unfriendly and lazy, not only was it once again a chore to get up and off of her phone to help a customer but she made me feel as though because I didnt know much I wasnt welcome and this is a big issue. Ive never had an issue with any of these shops but I have had many with this specific girl. Please fix this

Great vape shop! I drive 16 miles each direction while passing multiple other vape shops along the way just because of the people there. They do have a wide array of products but its the people there that have made me a loyal customer. Especially one young lady in particular. She always greats you with a bright smile and a welcoming hello. Not only will you recognize her by her cool sense of style but also by her in depth knowledge of vapology. If you are ever needing something troubleshot or just a new flavor of juice, this is the place to go.

Guy that runs the place has zero people skills. Hes just flat out rude. Its not surprising that theyre never busy. No thanks Ill stick with bronco vapes. I almost just gave him the juice back and said nevermind. This is the second time Ive given them another chance and they failed miserably.

This place was locked up before 8 pm. Granted it was was 5 min before 8, but i rushed on my break to get a vape & I guess I will try to find a shop with better reviews that actually stays open til their closing time! Yall just lost a regular customer some of the girls in there are really nice..

Bought vapes. Had one less than a month, broke the tank. Took in with receipt to exchange. Was told could not refund or exchange. Asked if they had a replacement tank. Bought what they said to, even though it wasnt the same kind as originally came with it. Was told if it didnt work that would be fine, bring it back with the receipt. Tried it for two days, it leaked horribly. Went back with original packaging, and receipt. They refused to refund or exchange it. Will never go back there. On top of that, their vape fluid barely has any flavor. Just not even a decent place to go with all of the other vape shops in the area and online.

If I could give them no stars, I would! Worst vape shop in Yukon/ Mustang! I bought a vape battery 4 days ago & it stopped working this morning. So it worked for 3 days. Its defective & isnt working 90% of the time so I brought it back to exchange it. The girl tells me theres nothing she can do, no refunds no exchanges! Dont waste your money here! They sell junk & dont stand behind their products! Ill never shop here again!

If you have the option I would recommend you go to another store aside the one. The young lady was helpful but I don’t think their management/ the owners are very helpful at all. They were very short and unwilling to help resolve any issue. As a matter of a fact there was not a single person that seemed concerned about helping me resolve an issue. I would at least have appreciated some consulting so that I could try and find a different product that I would be satisfied with.

I am new to the area, and I have been looking around a couple vape shops. I found the one Ill be frequenting. The service was great. Swan and Hayley (apologies if the names are spelled wrong) were very knowledgeable, and the environment wasnt your typical vape shop. It was professional and welcoming.

Worst customer service ever! The heavy set emo girl is extremely rude and has no business being in customer service! She got onto me for not saying hello to her when I walked in the door. She knows nothing about vapes or juice and needs to go! Im all for family owned business that why i go here instade of vapor world but get some people in there that know about the products! If I could give lower than 1 star I would.

The in house juices tasted pretty decent, but the employees said they prefer the more expensive stuff. I wasnt thanked for my business. As I was handed my receipt they went on to the next customer. They didnt offer any type of value for coming through them, if I want the expensive juice Ill just buy it through the people who make it online. If youre local I could see why youd go here, but for a 20 minute drive you can get better juice and customer service for half the price. I prefer Prodigy Vapor.

Worst house juice I have ever had. I bought 2 different flavors 6mg and they were so harsh and nasty I could barely stand it. Had to go somewhere else to get juice. The next day i had to go back to get coils (because the prices of coils are good. I told the employee about my bad experience and basically was dismissed. Wont be going back even for coils. Not a good first impression.

Showed up late, guys were patient with my fiancé and even stayed after hours to help explain stuff to her. Great selection of juice and good prices. The guy that was there was good conversation and with all three guys being prior service guys from different branches the jokes flowed free. Felt like talking to a friend over an emoyee.

Staff wasent very helpful i asked for a aspire coil .15 ohm nickel and was looked at like i was a idiot and told which aspire we have a ton of them. After getting my coil I was looking for a premium e-juice I tried to ask which one they would suggest but she was busy talking to her co-worker. i asked if they had any specials and was told no then shortly after the other employee pointed me to some they had at the counter i grabbed one and handed it over for checkout and noticed it was the only one that did not have a plastic seal. I mentioned it might be opened and wanted to grab another one the employee kinda glared at me like i was a idiot again and assured me it had not been opened and asked if i wanted a receipt . Hopefully this store is int always like this I wont be returning tho.

Melissa is very patient and thoughtful in her dealings with customers. The first day I visited a young man came in who was brand new to vaping. She asked the right questions to help him with his needs and he left with everything he needed and UNDER what he wanted to spend! Great atmosphere, huge selection of eliquids, both house and premium brands. Fair prices. I was particularly glad to see that she and her shop support OVAL. I highly recommend this shop for any level of vaper!

I’ve shopped everywhere around the metro and this place in my opinion is the best. Swan was very helpful and patient. Great prices and helpful attitudes are what you can expect. 10/10 hands down

So I’ve been using this Vape shop for a while. They’re convenient to where I live and everybody’s been real nice. Today, however, I went in and was helped by Joddi and with everything going on with the FDA and everything she took about 20 minutes to help me, listened to what I had to say and I now have not only disposable Vape’s that I really like but also blanks for my Juul device that work better than anything I’ve tried before and that I may like even better than my Juull pods. So thanks Joddi for your help. You are awesome and you work at a great shop!

Wow thank you. I travel a lot I stop in tons of vapor shops across the United states. And not only did they carry my second favorite juice Suicide bunny. But the shop owner knew about the product he was selling. And shared his knowledge with me. Very polite people very clean shop and good prices. I will stop ever time I come threw okc.

This shop is mediocre at best, but the customer service was piss poor. They didnt really have any devices I wanted to buy in stock, nor any of the pods my gf wanted me to pick up for her. If you plan on coming here -- youre better off passing by. Complete and utter waste of time.

Bought malfunctioning vape and attempted to return 2 days later. They refused to replace the vape (was not looking to get any money back just a working vape so i dont have to smoke cigarettes). Told me there was nothing they could do with a shrug. Very dihonorable. Would not spend your money here because if your new vape breaks your just outthe money. Instead direct your attention to okc vapes they setthe standard for price, quality, and customer care.

I used to drive cross town just to come here for the wide variety of juices they carried. The prices were good and they would even hunt down or order you what you wanted. I quit vaping awhile back and I just ordered a new mod to try to cut back on smoking again so I will be seeing you guys again soon.

Love this place. They have a reward point system for repeat customers and the staff is very helpful. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that they are often out of the main juice I use.

Pretty nice small vape shop. Its close to where I work so that makes it convenient. They have a decent selection and average prices.

Staff was super helpful. Answered all my questions. Had great selection of devices and liquids. All in all great experience. 10/10

What a joke! Jordan is a pathetic example of customer service. I made the mistake of buying 70 dollars worth of e-liquid that was 6mths old. I called to tell them it was flat and lifeless and before I could ask them to order more at my expense Jordan immediately said you knew it was old before you bought it So by that comment alone Jordan knew the product he was selling was substandardLet me let you guys in on a little secret I have 6 friends that also like the product and we were looking for a more consistent source so there went that group of business maybe it is all about the number here let me give you the math 2x6x52x$27.50 that comes up to $17160 that is juice alone not counting devices wick wire batteries or other accessories I dont know of any successful business that can afford to piss off that much revenue by the actions of a stupid employee if Jordan is the owner of this business keep it up youll be out of business in record time

The people at A and M Vape shop are really personable and they truly care about their customers. They will go out of their ways th please you. And they carry a Titan Vapez eliquid, the best eliquid on the planet, as well as being well stocked in ejuices, atomizer and devices. The shop is clean, inviting, and IS not like so many others, that try to look like a headshop.

Maybe Im just too picky but this places homebrew juice had absolutely zero flavoring in it. I swear it tasted like I was vaping pure vg/pg. I get watermelon jolly rancher from my favorite store in California ran out while in Texas omw to OKC so I came here to get some juice to hold me over, big mistake. Next time Ill get a name brand juice that they have no control over the flavoring in because that watermelon juice i got was horrid.

Adore the only wise VAPE individual in Oklahoma,....Chase is in Yukon & the drive is totally worth it! Why would anyone who expects the best service GO anywhere else!!!

Kind of pricy and the staff wasnt very knowledgeable on their CBD products. They do have quite a few options vape wise though.
