Prices are great. Staff is cool. Ive bought 6 vapes there. The two I got on sale didnt work --I think they were too old. I had issues with one other vape, but that one was probably just a defect.

Went in got two disposable vapes I opened them both immediately after walking out of the store. NEITHER vape worked and I went back in to see if I could get working ones no big deal… and they wouldn’t, highly annoyed definitely won’t go back after this and I’ve been here a couple times no issue. Just one specific employee he’s the only reason I refuse to go back.

Im updating my 2star review simply because the general manager, Kim, contacted me after reading my review without me ever contacting her about a refund, offering me one herself. Which she didnt have to do. I hadnt called because I threw away my receipt thinking it would be safe to do so after reading nothing but good reviews about the place and the products sold there, and figured I was screwed without the receipt. She hasnt even mentioned a receipt. Someone who cares about their reputation and will make things right like that is very impressive to me. Im about to go meet this Kim and tell her thank you

Kim, the manager there is great business. Ive only had an issue one time with one of the products they sell not working for me but I had just written it off as a loss of 50 bucks due to the fact i lost my receipt I posted a negative review about it though and she saw it and contacted me. and she actually offered to give me half back in cash and a different option in her store and half the price. On top of that on the way out of the store she boevable pride in her store and the best customer service Ive ever seen.

I love this store so much. Everyone is super friendly and the prices for their hemp products are some of the best around. I stop in at least twice a week.

EDIT: I actually took the banger somewhere else to see what the problem was, and it wasnt that the banger was trash or the terp pearls! They actually are fantastic products at a fantastic price, they just didnt fit together! This particular banger doesnt need a valve and the mushroom was a valve and the marble was also too small for the banger. I stopped using the mushroom it came with and put my existing marble and pillar in from my banger that broke and that baby spins now! Ill just use the set of mushroom pearls for something else ill buy in the future. Thanks for addressing the issue too. 10/10 would go back to this place just based on the friendly employees alone.Ill start with pros since this is a bad review and the bad part had little to do with the gentlemen who worked there. They were very friendly. The one star is because the product. I bought a terp slurp set and the piece is just awful. The one I originally purchased, the pillar got stuck in the carb. Very annoying. Then I went in a showed then that it was stuck and I exchanged it to one with a pillar, shroom valve, and top carb pearl, just to get it home and it doesnt function at all. Doesnt spin, doesnt collect the dab, just utter trash of product. But the staff was nice.

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill... I went there a couple years ago (visiting family) and the store was clean, organized, and had a great selection. I was excited to return. It is no longer clean & organized. They also have a very limited selection now. I dont know if its a different owner now or what. Needless to say, I did not purchase anything this time. I would only give them 1 star had I not had a good experience there before. I hope they can get back to the way they were before.

Ive been all around the country for work and this store had the best prices. Even gave me bulk deals and offered to mail to wherever Im working. Im extremely impressed. Never going anywhere else. WARNING ⚠️ A month ago I stopped in here on vacation. The guy behind the counter took my credit card and ran it. He stole my information. Police are now investigating and are pointing to others also facing the same issue. The store owner gave me a number to contact him and its the wrong information. DONT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE. I had to cancel my credit card and go through such a hassle to get my money back. You should not have to hand over your card. Sad because we work hard for our money.

I visited this shop with no exact idea of what I was doing, as Ive just recently started vaping. I was assisted by Paige, and she took time to help assisting me with figuring out why my vaporesso was leaking, while also taking the time helping me find just the right flavors of juice. Any question I had was answered quickly, and knowledgeably. I was also assisted by Kim, whom helped me with future needs I might have. I dont live in the area, but will definitely be coming here for everything I need from now on. Thank you all for the great experience and the hospitality.

Very great place too shop, management is getting better than it was a year ago. I feel bad ignorance gives this place a bad wrap. They have a huge selection of parts and are more than willing to order/ shop for those parts you need. And when it comes to the disposables, they have had people and the city try to scam them, and yet they still keep their business relaxed and knowledgeable. When are people going too let small local businesses thrive, especially here in Yukon.

This is the best vape shop Ive ever been to, pretty good prices and wide selection, even for kratom and the staff has always been friendly and helpful, especially Dalton and Abby!! Their rewards program rocks too! This is not the closest shop to my home but I will always drive a little extra to go here, they have definitely earned my business!

Definitely my go to spot now. Customer Service was amazing! Attentive, extremely knowledgeable and answered everything with a great attitude. The positive atmosphere definitely was the cherry on top of everything though.

I cannot say enough about the manager here and how hard he tries to solve any problems that you may have with your product. I purchased a product that was normally a very dependable product but it had a problem. I took it in in the morning and the young salesperson did not handle it ( or me ) well. I came back fully loaded to defend my position and the manager just calmly took care of everything and made sure I walked out of there a satisfied customer. I have owned a business for 30 years and if this young man is just a manager then he needs to be promoted or maybe think about investing in owning a shop for himself KUDOS !!!

I needed a raw roller 110mm and a book of raw tips the ones you fold yourself they didn’t have either this a 1st for me to go in a smoke shop and they don’t have nothing you really looking for will NEVER go back NEVER

The only place that has my coils for a fair price

Went there for the first time ever today. I had multiple people telling me how amazing it was. Well they didn’t live up to the expectation. I paid $25 for a vape I get for $17 anywhere else. Apparently they sell to minors, I know this for a fact. Then they card me. Which maybe they are changing their policy, but I watched 2 people my sister knew under 21 walk in there and come out with vapes. I won’t be back and really recommend A&M vapor off Sarah rd and 66. They have AMAZING staff and A LOT more reasonable prices!

Came in the store and two guys working ignored me and didn’t seem to want to help me. Never said hello or asked what i was looking for. I even had to ask them for help first. one of them i asked help for told me to get help from the other guy because he had to answer a phone call. I almost just walked out but just got what I needed and left and won’t be going back.

I have always had positive experiences here. They have helped my become introduced with new and amazing flavors that I have not even been looking for. I highly recommend them as my go to store.

This was my go to place for kratom, they always had the best kratom around and had good prices too. Ive even recommended them to everyone I know, but the past two times I bought kratom from them it tasted awful (especially awful) and not like it should, it also smelled different and had hardly any effect if any at all. Ive tried 3 different strains this week and unfortunately they all looked smelled and tasted the same with no effect but a headache. Sad to say Ill be buying from trusted online vendors from now on or until things go back to normal.

Ive been a customer for a bit and never leave the store less than satisfied. Not only are the staff knowledgeable, but their inventory is impressive in size and variety. But Im personally a fan of their Acid Drop house juice.I needed to replace my vape once and the associate who assisted me worked well within my budget and with her help, I walked out with a very reliable, yet affordable, vape.TL;DR: Ive been to many vape shops in the country, and none so far have topped this one in terms of customer service and quality product.

This place is a great hole in the wall vape shop.HUGE selection of vape products, massive amount of hookah and CBD vape and oils, tons of mods, coils and accessories available as well.The vape juice is nice and sweet and doesnt taste half bad (we got gummy bears and butterscotch).Good prices on most everything as well.Customer service (since it was busy we had to wait a bit but that wasnt an issue), was absolutely wonderful. Gal that helped us out was knowledgeable and helpful, knew what she was talking about and was very attentive.We will be back!

So I came in here yesterday looking for new setup, the staff Jock I think his name was helped me out telling me about the differences of all the mods he had there. Then helped to put together all i needed to know about setting, then even hooked me up with some juice which was pretty cool.I got home and my coil burnt up but all i had to do it call him next day he said come by he looked at it and said sometimes they come in factory faulty and then proceeded to get me another coil on the house which i think was damn good customer service. They have the best JUICE that i have came across in other vape shops and try other peoples, so i suggest if your in the area stop by talk to Jock he will direct you in the right direction.Thanks again i will be a returning customer!!

Encountered this on numerous occasions and ended up going to OKC Vapes which is within walking distance.With several vape shops to complete with, a business needs to be consistent. I went in looking for SVRF and they didn’t have what I was looking for......but he did an internet search and had another brand that was far better in my opinion. He also made a beast house blend for me of orange dreamsicle called “Tangerine Dream” . Very knowledgeable owner and staff. A definite must try. Last week bought a vola vape from these guys, get it and the button was sticking, switched for another, and the tank wont screw in all the way, loose, bring it back, they accuse me of beating it up where its my fault, now Im stuck with a $80 useless vape, never will do business here againI cant reply to the reply I got so Ill just do it here, my vape does not look like its been through hell and back as u say, total b.s., it has paint chips yes, Im a maintenance man & mechanic, not going to explain the paint on it, and frankly this isnt worth my time, too many vape shops who will like my business, found that businesses who cant back the product they sell, rather go to one who will

This is one of the best vape shops Ive been to so far but Im writing this review so hopefully youll see it. Could you please fix the house juice you make. No matter what vape i use with you 50 nic house juice it just burns my coils. Your house juice used to never do it till bout almost a year ago i just havent really been buying them sense cause they all burn my coils flat out quick. Please fix it soon. You guys used to make the best 50 nic house juices.

My husband and I just stopped in for the first time yesterday and we will for sure be back, this place is great. Plus, we are truckers and the Walmart right next door allows truck parking. First let me say that the guy who helped us was super nice and really knowledgeable about everything in the store. Also he was patient enough to take the time to make sure we found exactly what we wanted.The house juices are really good. We got Acid Drop and Bomb Berry. Both are good and the Acid Drop is a new favorite. Lucky we bought the big bottle.Also the store has a huge variety of glassware for smoking cannabis, but unfortunately we are prohibited from partaking in that ourselves, as we are truckers. They sell kratom, too, which Ive never tried or even seen before, but I hear its pretty popular. I saw CBD oils, too.They have lots of really cool mods for vaping, also accessories and tanks, etc.All around five star stop, for sure. Thanks, Yukon Vapor, you rock!

I LOVE this store. I have been shopping here at least once a week for a few years. The vape juice that I use is a special store blend that is hands down the best in the state! They are on top of all the newest battery and tank technology and they can answer any questions I may have about the different mods. Ive been into a lot of vape shops, but i have been going here for a year now. This place has a very friendly staff, its clean, setup well and everything is priced great! Id highly recommend this shop over any others! Theres also an OKC Vapes across from them, but i felt obligated to buy something and wasnt treated well. Between the two, Yukon Vapor is the shop to be at!

The absolute best vape shop Ive ever been to. A very helpful staff. Very clean and organized store. Also the best products you can get. They will only carry the best products. If a product fails too often that is not due to user error they will stop selling the product. These guys are honest and very cool individuals. I highly appreciate the fact that these guys arent the usual a.holes you find at most vape shops. These guys are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. They wont try to get you to buy the most expensive mod or anything. They will help you to find the equipment that is right for you. I dont go to any other vape shops. This store is my absolute go to. I could never see myself going to a different vape shop.yukon vapor is the best.

3 weeks ago I decided to try to quit smoking and use the vape method. I went into this shop, told them I have no clue what I need to buy. I expected to get talked into buying some mega priced beast of a mod kit or whatever you call them, because when you tell someone I dont know what Im doing usually you get the shaft, not happening with these guys! I am very pleased with my experience, I bought a basic smok pen style vape (recommended by them) and a bottle of juice. Been back twice already to buy a new flavor and talk about coil replacements and whatnot, these guys are chill to ask questions to. Already gone down a level of nicotine and I will always shop with these guys.

Went to Yukon Vapor yesterday at 10am the woman that was working knew her stuff sold me the vape juice I was looking for. I will be a repeat customer because of her no longer have to order from vape store in Texas!
