Just got a fresh new set of lashes by the amazing Alicia! She definitely takes care of my lashes and does a wonderful job! I won’t go anywhere else! The best part of she always has time to squeeze me in If I have a lash emergency! I love leaving feeling refreshed! I have no complaints and the whole salon is full of wonderful women!!

I’m not the biggest fan of salons, in general I find them to be too loud/etc! But I saw Krista for a wash and style and I loved it! She was talented and I will be back to see her soon

Wonderful experience! The ladies at the front desk as well as the stylist that did my eyebrows were so sweet and Ashley did a wonderful job with my eyebrows making sure I was comfortable and happy. Will definitely go back!

My experience with eyelash extensions regarding esthetician Alica - After the application the lashes looked good and very pretty. I have had lash extensions for multiple years and worked with a couple different technicians. To start Alicia did not use silicone eye patches but instead used something similar to paper tape which was painful to remove at the end of the appointment. During the application, I didnt feel her isolate my eyelashes like I have with multiple other technicians. At the end of the appointment my eyes were very glued together so much I couldnt open either of my eyes (which I have experienced 1-2 lashes being glued to my bottom lid and causing difficulty in opening) but this was so many areas I was completely unable to open my eyes. After my appointment, my eyes felt painful and it felt like my eyelashes were pulling. Two hours after my appointment my eyes continued to be so painful and I contacted a previous technician regarding, this which I made an appointment with, and they were able to get me in within 48 hours of my appointment with Alicia. My eyes continued to be painful when I attended the other technicians appointment. This technician stated that the majority of my eyelashes were not isolated, with 2-6 natural lashes attached. The technician also reported globs of glue on my lashes not attached to extensions. I did not contact Alicia regarding the pain because after application I was truly concerned with her technique and wanted someone else to have a look. The new technician highly recommended that I remove all of Alicias extensions due to the concern of them causing further pain and damage to my natural eyelash. This removal took over 2 hours. I would not recommend Alicia as a lash tech until she gets further training in this field.

Jenn B. did am amazing job with my hair! I came in with a bit of a chip on my shoulder after getting my hair cut at another salon and not really liking it. Jenn took her time and listened to my concerns and delivered a great cut. We talked a little about doing highlights in the future as well. Ill definitely be back to see her.

I have curly hair, so I dont trust a lot of stylists to cut my hair due to bad experiences. Peggy is absolutely amazing. Such a wonderful, positive and upbeat woman!! We had great conversation. The establishment is absolutely beautiful. To top it off I absolutely love how my hair turned out. Peggy understood what I wanted and it couldnt have turned out better!! Im absolutely in love with my hair. I will not go to anybody but Peggy from here on out!!! Overall I had a fantastic experience!!

Amazing staff! Wonderful ambiance. You will feel like family. Sam does a lovely cut and color, Alicia does perfect waxes, body wraps, and facials. Joy does awesome massages, and Payton is terrific with nails! I recommend all the staff!

Always have such amazing experiences here. I’ve been here for tanning, eyelash extensions and hair coloring. Alicia and Ashley are hands down amazing and SUCH sweet ladies and Cheryl at the front desk is an absolute doll. I would recommend this salon time and time again, such a beautiful and fun atmosphere that makes you always feel welcome!

I had a 60 mon massage by Ashley, such a relaxing and quiet setting. Space was beautifully decorated and Ashley was so sweet. She asked a lot of questions to ensure my service wad specified for my muscle tightness. Afterwards, Kristen was able to squeeze me in for a wash and style. She got me in very last minute and was so kind and accommodating. I left relaxed and with a fresh hairstyle and I will absolutely be back. Wish I had the opportunity to add more stars!!

Only place Ive gone since I found them! I have had several different services from this salon, and each time, I have been delighted with the results. The entire staff is kind, accommodating, and a joy to be around. Oh, and theyre awesome with kids, too! I could not recommend a better place to treat yourself.

I was visiting town and received a great haircut from Amanda and a tanning session in a state of the art tanning booth. The staff are the most friendly and accommodating out there! I will definitely return!

My partner scheduled an appointment for our daughter to get her hair cut. The gal at the front was very welcoming, and Sammie was amazing and listened carefully to what my daughter said she wanted.

I saw Shawna back in October. She took my inspo picture and made it even better for my hair type.I went in with nearly waist length hair and left with a mid-neck bob. We laughed together and she was super comforting when I cried a little at the huge change.I was worried about having a hair style that I wouldn’t be able to get out of the shower and head out the door.My fear was having to style it every day as short cuts I’ve had in the past would flip in opposite directions or just fall too flat or not flat enough. I was ready for this big change and prepared to style if needed, but the cut was so perfect that I’ve never had to style it.It’s growing in great and looks as fresh as the day I got it.

I walked into my first massage appointment with Joy with a pinched nerve from muscle tension and walked out without it — and feeling great. My second and third massages were equally great. Highly recommend

I go here to get my lashes done with Jordan, she is incredible! She takes her time making sure I look amazing every time I walk out! Pricing is very reasonable for the service you receive, definitely check her out!

I have followed Ashley and her Mom since the retreat. They are both the sweetest. Ashley has worked on my hair and it always looks amazing. Amanda is my girl & she has waxed my eyebrows & done my nails they always turn out amazing 🤩 I always recommend this place.♥️

Locks and Lashes has been absolutely fabulous! I’ve been getting my lashes done with Jaidan for about 2 months now and have loved them every time! All of the staff are so friendly and kind, it’s exactly the environment you want to experience when you walk into a salon!

First time at this salon and the service was amazing! I had my eyebrows waxed done by Ashely, and she made me comfortable & my eyebrows turned out beautiful!The salon is cute & professional! Modern/updated style! Love it!I will be going there for eyebrows & I am going to be booking an eye lash extensions appointment here soon!

Absolutely adore Kristen Olsen!! Ive been to a few different salons and Im always left kinda unhappy. Incredibly happy I found Kristen - she colors my hair perfect every time!! She also does kiddos too, my 3 girls love her and shes so sweet with them... She even just colored my oldest daughters hair! 🙌❤️😊 If youre looking for a new lady - give her a try... you wont be disappointed!

Sierra is amazing for lash extensions. I haven’t seen her for anything else yet but I guarantee she’s great at the other things she offers too, her Instagram shows high quality work. I always feel comfortable and she’s easy to talk to. She is quick at what she does too which is a bonus as well. Her mister broke right before my appointment so we did an alternative method to set lashes and unfortunately they didn’t hold well, so she brought me back in to remedy the situation as soon as possible which I really appreciated. I recommend her to everyone I know and will continue to see her for my lash needs! :)

I had an amazing experience with Peggy and definitely recommend her for your hair needs. She’s amazing and took the extra time working with my schedule to be able to get me in.

My MIL and I followed Ashley and Kayla from the retreat in Corvallis. I LOVE this salon. Not only is everyone ( and I do mean every single person) so friendly and nice. They really listen to you and what you are wanting. I went in for an awful color correction it was muddy and blue. Ugh...Hailey (sp) did an AMAZING job not only hiding the blue but I was able to leave with a funky fun color because she did such an amazing job. Its a small gorgeous shop and is so comfortable and relaxing while you get any service done. Also..for the severity of my color correction the price was great! We have another appt set up in just a couple weeks. I cant wait to go back.

An all-in-one salon for all your needs. Its impressive how many services are available in what looks like a small location. The staff is so friendly and treat everyone as if they have known you for years.

Edited to add: I am so shocked by your lack of customer service. No I will not be returning. Ashley who had bleached my hair previously had SAID perming it again would be a bad idea because of the already damaged hair. Since my hair was already damaged I did not trust her to damage it further. The entire process did not even take an hour so I’m not sure why I would jump so much in price. I really wish I could somehow report you as a business because I feel like I have been stolen from and cheated. The perm I had received from another salon was 100 times better than this.I came in on January 28th for a perm. Service only took one hour. Two days later I showered and styled my hair and the perm had not taken at all. I came back into the salon so Ashley could see my hair and she agreed that it did not take. I only received a half refund on the $100 service (advertised as $85 on website) I also tipped $20 not knowing I would leave with nothing but damage to my hair. I have tried to contact the salon as well as Ashley and they refuse to give me a full refund. I can not explain how upset I am with the service I have received. I would just like my money back as I did not receive what I paid for at all. I will not be recommending nor returning.

Absolutely fantastic every time! Everyone there is super nice and friendly and do a great job with everything! I’d go there for a haircut all the time and easily the best massage crew ever!

Sammy is amazing. Shes been doing both my hair and my wifes hair for quite a while now. She also did our wedding and we couldnt be happier.

They got me in fast and beutiful shop. Prices web site Do not match charges. I got a patial color with trim and my daughter got a trim, (1-2 inches in both if us at most)website quote 60 for waeve and 25 for junior haircut.They charged me for a color $20 more then quoted and charged $44 each for our haircuts. This place needs to be more clear on prices. With 20% top my total was 206. Ridiculous ! Cuts always come with color not an additional charge. They advertise resonable rates, my advice get your price quote in writing first, dont get scammed like I did. Lesson learned.

Sierra does such an amazing work. I leave satisfied and feeling beautiful after she does my lashes. She holds a great conversation and does an excellent job!

If i could give 0 stars i would I confirmed my appt. With multiple emails from Ms. Heidi Powell and when i arrived for my appt. No one had a clue as to why i was there and after there mistake they didnt even fit me in super annoying especially since i drove pretty far in order to have a nice hair cut NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE AN APPT HERE!!

Alicia was fantastic, I left feeling super refreshed. She was professional but also a delight to be around-would recommend!

Very satisfied the way my daughters hair turned out, it was nice to book an appointment on a Saturday.

I shouldnt say good things about L&L because its already hard for me get an appointment. Theyre often booked for good reasons. They are nice, and they make people look and feel better. Should you decide to go, please book an appointment NOT in the late afternoons, because thats when I like to go and I get sad when I cant.
