Kim is absolutely the best. Always makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed. I have always been able to tell her the spots that need the most work and she accommodates. Whether you need deep tissue or relaxation, Kim is your girl.

BEST MASSAGE EVER . Kim went above and beyond for us. I haven’t met a more gifted Masseuse and nicer , truer person. We had been on a long road trip and she went out of her way to accommodate us. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The best massage I have ever had. Kim went above and beyond and out of her way to accommodate me. Not only did I get an amazing massage I also used the tanning bed which was fabulous. I have never went to a massage place with such amazing hospitality and good service. 100/10 recommend this place.

The positive comments must be from massages not done by the owner. She wasnt rude, but was very turbulent and rushing like she had so much to do and i just got in the way. I had an appointment upon opening and she was not ready for me. She tried to make up for it with letting me use the sauna for longer for free, but her energy was off the whole time she massaged me. I felt her anxiety of having all this to do radiating and I couldnt relax at all. Her head rest had a dirty USED cover which she told me to toss on the floor, and then I had to press my face into the uncomfortable plastic of the chair when she massaged my back. (I broke out on my face soon after the appointment from dirty chair)She kept saying she needs to order a new cover. I really wish i would of walked out. The whole time I felt stressed and feel I wasted my money. It was bad enough for me to leave a review months later after my appointment, because Im looking for a spa to go to and hers came up on Google and reminded me of my experience and had to share. I was so annoyed and filled with regret when I left I just wanted to put it behind me. Im sure she means well, but she needs more experience. Seems like shes new to this industry. Unprofessional and cringy.

Kim at Pure Tranquility has been a Godsend and is among the very best therapists I have ever had. She is intuitive, which to me means she figures out the source of my discomfort and works as deeply as needed to really make a lasting difference. She is also warm, friendly, and caring. So glad to have moved here and found her.

I went for scheduled appointment today and was told to complete paperwork and led to back. I asked if there was a place to charge my phone while getting massage and was told there was a place somewhere in there. While getting massage I was told I was 5 minutes late so would take off of the 60 minutes paid for by gift certificate from my niece. I had been told by the same Therapist/ Owner (dont know name as she didnt even tell me) that I would get an additional 30 minutes when I scheduled the appointment as Owner apologized from the turbulent first visit (I posted as Pamala Jackson from my cell right after initial visit). Owner then said I would only get the 60 minutes cause I wrote a bad review. She then went on that the higher ups had seen our interaction on initial visit and that I was rude. Not mindful of how she answered door with an attitude, stating she had a client, couldnt talk, rushed me, and I had to call to make appointment. Almost slammed door in face but then relented and said come in and give number and she would call. Much nicer on call later that day and gave 30 additional minutes. Then today said she would go ahead and add the 30 minutes but didnt have to as people expected something free and I could take it up with God but she would be a bigger person. Told I understood her position but still disagreed on who was rude. Massage was superb but customer service was a bomb. I am more relaxed even after being stressed more from unprofessional behavior. Would recommend the massage but advise to just schedule appointment, arrive, dont communicate, and pray. 6/10 on customer service (she can take this up with God), 10/10 on massage. Total 16/20 for an 80. I could go on but not really worth it.Note: didnt show place to charge phone. Much success to the agency!!

10/10! Best massage I have ever received. The front desk staff was amazing. Massage therapist was absolute perfection and helped me breathe throughout the massage. I went in very nervous for the massage as it was my first one ever. The staff made me feel right at home and eased my mind. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!!!

Scheduling an appointment is difficult. Either no one answers the phone or shell say shell call you back and doesnt. Ive been there 2x before, and each time, scheduling was a problem. The massage itself was ok. The room setup was kinda weird, but the owner said she was remodeling.

This was my first massage ever and it couldnt have gone better. The inside is so cozy and relaxing. Kim really knows what she is doing. I thought I would be really tensed up but I just relaxed and almost fell asleep lol. She also works on kids too. I will be returning. Only thing I would tell you is to be on time and not a minute late because it puts her behind since she is by appointment only. I got the one hour massage. It was $75 and worth it.

What can I say about Kim and Pure Tranquility......This woman knows her stuff and is very professional and cares about her company and her clients. I was in desperate need of a MT a couple years ago, and found Kim. She was very accommodating, and made an appointment on a Saturday. She totally fixed my shoulder and neck. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone without hesitation. If you need a massage, this is the place to go!!!

Hello, I booked a massage at this establishment about 4 days ago for my friend and I to be able to have a day of relaxation. After booking, she contacted us saying that only one person can get the massage and the other person would have to go another day. Prior to her telling us that, we booked in advance and were supposed to get our massages the same day. Ms. Kim has canceled or rescheduled my friends appointment over 3 different times inconveniencing us an hour before the appointment was scheduled. Her explanation was that she was booked, but since we were the ones who booked Ms. Kim, why aren’t we able to come in as scheduled, unless she replaced our booking appointment that we’ve made in advance with other people. I have tried to contact her to understand why this keeps happening but I have received no explanation. She gave me my massage 4 days ago, in which was a great massage experience, but the lack of communication and professionalism has become an inconvenience for both my friend and I.

Tried to schedule session with gift certificate received. Called multiple times, sent message over chat, and even went to front door. Therapist working was very abrupt and rushed out door. Didnt want to let me in or address concern. Stated had not received any calls or messages but I took photos of attempts to call and chat with no response. Took number n rushed me out door. Very unprofessional.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with “I stayed late for you!” as I was 5 minutes late and was required to wait an additional 15 minutes as she finished up with the client prior to me. I receive massages regularly and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had thus far. Needless to say, I looked up as I felt the masseuse was distracted while massaging my feet with one hand and realized she was indeed distracted on her phone🙂. I would not recommend this place for quality massages. The customer service, attentiveness, and environment was subpar!

My mom visited this place from a friend that booked a massage for her. The masseuse was VERY RUDE to my mom. My mom first had a hard time looking for the building and when she called them asking where the building was, she was being very condescending and once my mom walked in she was very nasty to my mom saying that she would have to choose another time because she was late when my mom called asking where exactly the building was. The masseuse then proceeded to being rude and kept giving terrible energy so my mom said that she could cancel the appointment because she didn’t feel welcomed at all and don’t want anyone with nasty energy touching her giving her a “massage”. My mom did not get this lady name but do not book this place they are terrible and RUDE! Very nasty acting people.

No services provided as Ive have some issues with booking. When I made it into scheduled appointment I was told I could not been seen with a gift cert. Which was mentioned in booking. New scheduled appointment is now a month out, not sure if I will actually make the appointment.
