One of my favorite shops & I really like this location. I had an issue for the first time today and the manager called me to make sure things were straightened out. Super nice and easy process! The products never disappoint & the prices are great - especially given the quality. And they always have a great selection. Highly recommend!

The new tenders dont talk to you or recommend anything they dont even ask what type of plants we prefer. And then give a stank face cause I didnt tip. What should I tip for exactly? Dear Mr Clinton Greathouse ( owner of Pecos Valley) , left a message also on your page as well hoping youll see this~I just got some SLAPZ and got home...it was so dry it turned to dusty powder when I barely touched it... it tasted like burning leaves and bitter grass, the worst homegrown garbage I ever smoked yet and then I noticed on label sticker it has been sitting on their shelf for almost 4 months and unfortunately they will not reimburse you so BUYER BEWARE ? they all are so I also noticed there is another label sticker under the one on top ( maybe you can also see it )? so maybe its even older than the newer label on top? . PLEASE check ALL DATES on anything these guys sell..even the manager said he was trying to get it pulled??? after I bought it? uh...just take it off the shelf and you wont get reviews like this I say. I will never come back because of this unless they do a change out. a good manager would have fixed it and exchanged it for something a little fresher perhaps of same price range? CHECK YOUR DATES !!!... shame on you pecos valley !!! feels like robbery without compensation and should be fixed, after all, We the People are paying your bills.

Now, this place usually has really good stuff, but today just wasnt it, the kushy dough was full of leaves and stems, any large nugs immediately broke down into tiny popcorn buds, tried calling to exchange it but they just said we will give you $5 off, I understand the no return policy but no exchange for bad weed? I cant smoke leaves and stems it gives me a headache, I really like you guys so dont take this as an attack. Just understand that some people want ACTUAL weed for a decent price

98th street location. First, I called. Leafly said that all PVP in ABQ had Twax pre rolls available, so I called just so I wouldnt waste a trip, and tonpotentially set aside some, if they were running close to being out...the girl that answered said absolutely, no we dont have that brand at all, anywhere, sorry. I realized after hanging up that Leafly also had the brand listed as Stash House, so I chalked it up to maybe being my mistake for not mentioning that (though why have someone answer the phone whos not knowledgeable on the products they sell?)...I decided to take a trip just to make sure, as its also my birthday and I was looking forward to possibly celebrating with a Twax. The store was clean, and there were plenty of employees available to help (which is why this got 3 stars). I was greeted right away, and the girl took my cards. She said she needed to update me in their system, and I waited only a minute or two while she did so. She handed me my cards back, and asked what I was interested in, and I told her. Other than what I wanted to buy, there was ZERO interest or customer service. Shed JUST updated my info, and and had already forgotten my name, and didnt offer to tell me about any specials going on, or had even noticed it was my birthday. They had the product I wanted, I made my purchase, they honored the birthday special after I asked about it, and I left. I would have gotten some flower too, but I felt like my presence was a burden, and the employees were more interested in conversing with the regulars. I did have a very nice customer help me escape the building (that exit button is SMALL). I probably wont be back, considering theres 2 other dispos in the immediate area and Southwest has better customer service.

Waited patiently outside as 3 people helped 2 groups. Waited about 30 secs, and rang the bell again. Went in Waited patiently some more in the lobby. Finally I get to make my purchase and I am rushed, like I did not matter as much as the group before me. There was no reason for the rush service. It came across as very rude. I have been shopping here for over a year. Never had issues. But, now I see the service is passive. Regulars treated as strangers. Customer service was the reason started. And lack of customer service will be my end. Leaf & Flower has a happy hour that will be happy to wait for, instead of making the regular long drive to what was once my favorite dispensary. Fix it!

Great place to buy good quality bud for a great price. Only thing keeping me from 5 star review is because THC percentage isnt consistent online to what it really is in store. Picked up 1 oz of alien Juan and online it said 23% THC. Its really 17.84%. price is a little more in store vs online order.

Their prices are not competitive at all. If you all have a brain, check out all the other Dispensaries in town with 1g carts at only 25 max and wax for about the same. These are not deals, but scams

Ill agree that there are great prices, but service was less than ideal. I was told at the front that as a first time visitor, Id receive a pre-roll. Neither me or my boyfriend got one. He asked for an eighth and was given 3 single grams, but charged for 3.5. Dont know if Ill revisit.

This store might make you wait outside if they are busy but they have stellar informative friendly staff that treat you well. I saw this place had very good reviews and from my experience theyre well earned.More importantly this dispensary has far more variety than most dispensaries Ive been to in ABQ. Finally a store with more than 6 kinds of flower! More than that they have wider variety on all their products and have a delightful deli case full of fridged treats. Got my eye on the edibles next time.

One of my fan favorites on Saturday flower is on sale, the only reason I gave 4 stars due to budtender girl didnt know what products were on sale...I do like their products and they have a selection to choose from:)

Accidentally forgot my keys went in retrieve my keys from him said thank you and he didn’t even have the decency or hospitality to say anything back. Was told I would receive 1st time $5.00 discount on first visit for being medical patient. The guy that checked me in even notified the budtender, however the budtender decided I could use my discount on my next visit. I bought a variety because the price seemed decent. After paying full price and not getting my discount I arrived at home to find the cannabis to be odd smelling and dull. A couple of the strains smelled like dog food..... I bought 8 eighths and only 1 was really worth buying.The customer service up front is awesome, The budtender I dealt with was belittling and projective.I will not return to this dispensary.You get what you pay for, kinda ...

Sold me absolute garbage instead of the bag they showed me. They’re incredibly rude and won’t do anything to rectify a situation like this. Why do business with someone you can’t trust?

Only decided to stop by for a cannabis cup judge kit but decided to try a moonrock. Moonrock was lovely and normally not found at my normal dispensaries but will keep this place in mind due to their extensive selection.

Nicholas and this location are awesome! My most favorite thing about P.V.P. is the fact they have the largest selection of prerolls in the state! Add some of the lowest prices and you have 5 stars, everytime!

Pecos vally productions is great it was a Little difficult to find on Google and weedmaps. Other then that this store is awesome the workers are really nice, very helpful. They have great deals and great quality of flower. I like the higher percentage thc over 25% and they have it in many different types. If your a recreational user you will not have to pay $18 a gram of good flower unlike most dispensaries iv visited in this area. I really hope that their name gets out there
