Amazing spa. I went for the first time, and Im definitely planning to go back. I accidentally missed my initial appointment, so I called, apologized, and asked if there might be a time to reschedule. The individual with whom I spoke was incredibly gracious and understanding, and she managed to find me another spot the same day. They provided me with a warm washcloth, hot tea, and sandals when I came in before leading me to one of the massage rooms. The masseuse I had was super gentle and managed to work out so much tension in my shoulders. After the massage, they provided me with a small cup of fruit and some water. So sweet and thoughtful, and those small touches made the experience all the better. Would highly recommend.

I have never felt so taken care of! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness, calmness, tea and hot towel. The cranial massage massaged my back, arms, neck and head. My brain and body feels relaxed and rejuvenated. This may have been the best massage Ive ever had!

I recently experienced a deep facial cleansing at this spa, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm cup of ginger tea and a comforting warm towel to cleanse my hands, setting the tone for relaxation. Although I had to wait a bit longer than expected, the exceptional service more than made up for it. While the prices are slightly higher than average, the quality of the treatment and service exceeded my expectations. After my appointment, I was treated to refreshing water and delicious mango, a thoughtful touch. The deep facial cleansing was hands down the best Ive had in New York City. I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for top-notch service and results.

I just came from a whole month of traveling imagine my knots and my body! Jasmine was amazing! They accommodate to your needs, I wanted a cranial massage for a headache that was not going away and she delivered the best massage, also the deep tissue in the body was amazing! I feel like new and I always want to go back to this place now

I am very pleased with my deep tissue massage by Cindy, I love the fact that they’re very professional the environment was perfect to relax in. They welcome you with a hot ginger tea and after your massage you get cherry’s with a glass of water. I had visit this place a few times I will recommend it 100%

Get a massage here you won’t regret it. The therapists are very careful about how much pressure they apply and they have options for different types of massages. They also give you fruit and tea. It’s such a relaxing atmosphere

I have been to countless massage parlors all over the world and THIS IS THE SPOT!! Super clean, they offer you a warm clean towel and tea upon arrival. The classic Thai massage is very in depth , the masseuse used their whole body to help get the perfect stretch and massage . Really a treat!

Thai Spa is one of those hidden gems in Astoria/LIC. Located on 21st. Jane is unbelievable, just her mere presence relaxes you. You will not be disappointed.

I had the most relaxing deep tissue massage with Sasi. I’ve been here many times before the pandemic and the fire! I’m so glad they are open again. I will be coming back regularly!

Very peaceful and great massage, and was able to get appointment walking in the same day. Cindy was wonderful and took great care giving me the cranial massage. Afterwards they provided some hot ginger tea. I feel rejuvenated!

The Thai signature massage was quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever had! Jane was amazing. I have seriously tight muscles in my legs and back and felt much looser afterwards I also noticed I had more energy and my digestion had improved. ⭐️

This place is AMAZING. I had a pedicure and facial and the staff was so kind, attentive, and did great work. Definitely worth it. From the tea they serve, to the scent of the hot towels, the details make it the most relaxing experience you’ll have all day. I can’t wait to come back.

The first visit was great, I had done the traditional Thai massage, which is good for people who dont like having oil on their bodies for a massage. Plan to do their signature Thai massage on my next visit, which includes oil and aromatherapy.

I usually got a massage from this place many times because of covid they have to closed but after they back I cant wait to come back agian, and I was really impressed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and modern. I had a Swedish massage, and it was one of the best massages Ive ever had. The therapist was very knowledgeable and skilled, and she really knew how to work out the knots in my muscles. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after my massage. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a great massage experience.

I recently visited again after a few years and i noticed that the interior was renovated. I came with my husband to get a couples massage. He got a deep tissue massage (90 mins) and i got a Swedish massage (60mins) because i was going to get a pedicure after. The spa rooms are very plain, just the massage beds and side tables to put your items. I noticed no spa elements like ambient lighting, diffusers etc. which definitely takes away from the spa feeling. My masseuse was good but i think she focused too much on my legs than my back after having mentioned thats where i wanted more attention. My husband also said that he felt his massage was light and was definitely not deep tissue. For my pedicure, i will say that i was very unimpressed. My masseuse was also my nail technician and i didnt notice new tools being used even after i asked. She seemed a bit unexperienced when it came to the pedicure. Overall, i was underwhelmed by the experience and i do think it was overpriced. More than likely will not return unfortunately its not like how it used to be.

TERRIBLE! Went to get a wax and its like they barely waxed anything off and it was painful. Also went to get a meni&pedi and they dont bother asking how you want your nails shapped and its like an amature painted my nails. I couldve done better. I dont recommend this place.

I just experienced by far the most incredible, relaxing, BEST massage in my life. More $ than other spas but OH so worth it. Ive been going for several years now and occasionally treat myself to a 90 minute signature massage which includes great stretching along with 1/2hr of the session devoted to reflexology. You certainly shouldnt be disappointed. Always know Im in for utter bliss when walking into this spa!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! My cousin went and got a massage here from Cindy. (Mind you Cindy is twice my cousins side). My cousin now has severe pain on her nerves (her neck and back is in pain as she had to stay in bed and miss out on work the very next day) thanks to Cindy. They were unapologetic and unprofessional. When she called in to complain all they did was laugh. They used some kind of chemical on her scalp which made her scalp burn and now she has a scab on her scalp.

Probably the best spa experience that I have had. The massage and facial were thorough and relaxing. The staff was nice and attentive. The spa itself was clean and they took necessary precautions to make you feel safe. I made my next appointment before I left.

Been 3 times. First Thai massage was decent. Not amazing but good enough. Second time was not good, the girl did not seemed like she knew what she was doing. I tried one more time recently as they have different styles of massage and it was lazy at best.. The girl was actually texting on her phone while using one hand multiple times during the massage. I turned my head quickly to mess with her and she tried quickly to hide it and dropped her phone. For $90-115 an hour it’s buzzard that they choose to fake a good massage at best rather than just train these employees. I’m not going back.

The Swedish massage was very good though I did request the therapist to work on the right side of the back of my neck which she only addressed slightly.

Because of COVID-19 I was reluctant to go but I needed a personal day for myself. Thank goodness they where open. They asked me to check my temperature. To put hand sanitizer on and the lady that massage me washed her hands. The massage was heaven sent and felt great very much needed. I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ but 5 is the highest it goes. 🧡 definitely going again!!!

Ive received several treatments there over the last 2 years. The Thai signature massage is excellent and prices are very reasonable compared to Manhattan spas. Staff is very welcoming and location is clean and well-maintained.

Im Thai New York Spa client for the last four years, Im very pleased with the professional quality services theyve offer.Lately Thai New York has introduced BODY SHAPE treatments, which eliminates unwanted fat.I have decided to try this FAT BURNER treatment, because I had a bulging waist line which I tried to cover with my clothes.To make short the story after only four treatments, I have reduced 4 inches in my waist line, I can now wear my favorite jeans and tight clothes. I look and feel great...Im very happy with my figure.And I will definitely tell all my friend about it, they are now offering a special price too, Great deal!Highly recommended.

This was one of the best and most thorough massages Ive ever had. At the end I felt so much more carefree and like I used to as a child with respect to physical comfort. Im definitely recommending/gifting it to my family.

I have been to this place and was so impressed I bought gift certificates for gifts for friends. A little more expensive than other places in Astoria but totally worth it! The care you are given as you walk in the door is the same all the way through your experience here. Lovely place and lovely people.

I went to this spa yesterday and i got the fantastic massage experience ever. I tried a thai massage and it was incredibly good relaxing for your exhausted body. I really recommend this place. If you want to try a authentic massage from thailand so dont miss this place!!!.

Great staff and great massage. Welcoming and have complimentary tea and cleaning towel. They provide you with comfy slippers to walk in and they also have a salon and manicure and pedicure on site. In February they also provide complimentary champagne and chocloate.

Horrible, Terrible, website state is open till 8:30pm on Sunday but if you were to go there they will not do your nails at 6:30pm what kind of service does this place offer. This is very unprofessional to say the least. I expect a service to be offered till 8:30 PM if your website is saying open till then 6:30 PM is not 8:30 pm.
