Prices were great and my massage was Chef’s kiss! The right amount of pressure and you could tell that the massage therapist knew the mechanics of the body and muscles. Worth every penny and I will be coming back! Place was also clean and fairly quiet

The absolute best massage I ever received.I loved every single minute of this whole body massage with cupping for $55 !Depending on your masseuse, you may get extra love on your body lol I got my face, hands and feet massaged. I couldn’t believe how good I felt immediately after. I am already due for my next visit and so should you !

I’ve lived in Astoria/LIC for over 12+ years and would consider myself experienced in getting massages from multiple places throughout the city. Young Health Spa has set themselves apart from the competition. Their professionalism and massage skills are top notch. I’d recommend any of their masseuses. I’m reluctantly shouting out my favorite masseuse by far who’s name is Tony. I hope he doesn’t get too busy for me after this review, but he deserves his flowers. He is the best in town! I really wanted to like it because its near my home and looked clean. However, it turned out to be one of the worst massages I have received.First of all, I think he was sick because he wouldnt blow his nose and was sniffling during the whole session. Second, he had no idea what he was doing. He was either brand new with no training or had to fill in for someone because he was completely all over the place. For half an hour he was just pressing on me through the towel. During the actual massage, he was pressing on sensitive areas like my spine that hurt or tickled. He also didnt have a method, one second he would be massaging my right calf, then all the sudden my shoulders. It was very sporadic and random. There was also a moment where it just felt like he was spreading oil on my body. I also got no massage on my feet nor the hot stones.He also completely lost track of time, when he heard the massage next to me wrapping up (the pat down) he rushed to wipe the oil off me, threw the towel on top of me, and started patting me too.Im sure there are better masseuse there, and I just got a bad one. (Hes a young slender guy that might have glasses). But when I went to pay and told the front desk person that it wasnt good, he just shrugged it off and didnt care. Horrible customer service.

WOOF. Let me tell you, if youve got back knots, they will DESTROY them. This man was smacking me around like theres no tomorrow. At one point his fingers were in my ears? I even got a few thumps on my head.My back felt brand new after the massage- me and my boyfriend did a one hour full body massage for only $45 each, and it was incredible. Hot rocks, essential oils, and amazing massage from your upper back to your calves.

So, I went there last night with my bf and the massages were amazing. We’ll definitely be back. 10/10

After my massage yesterday, I experienced physical pain in my lower and upper back, neck, along with my calves. I had an appointment for an hour body massage at 2:30 pm, I got there early, and was taken in right away. During my massage, I told the masseuse three times to provide lighter pressure and at least twice, I told her that the pressure was too hard. Im not sure if there was a language barrier, although thats not an excuse. She did not speak to me before or during the massage. Either the masseuse did not understand or she did not care, she continued to provide heavy pressure. I dont know what techniques were used as I primarily felt her elbow digging into my shoulders and back. Im still experiencing physical pain today and had to check if there were any bruises on my back. My only regret: I should have stopped the massage, got dressed, and left. I should not have felt obligated to tip after they asked for a tip. It was an uncomfortable situation -- the front desk did not ask how my massage went, simply asked me to pay, and the masseuse stood there, watching me. I avoided a confrontation, but wish I was brave enough to complain then. I would not go back.

Walking by with my wife on my sunny birthday and noticed this new place. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly owner. Booked the foot massage special ($20 for 45 min). Gavin and Murphy treated us to a very skillful foot massage. Stimulating and invigorating it was. We walked out refreshed and relaxed. Headed across the street to Cafe Borbonne for some amazing coffee (you must try it).

I don’t write reviews like that but either I got the new guy on the block or it was just too early and they weren’t in the mood to give a massage. My guy was super rushing. No real sense of direction in massaging. Didn’t even massage the arms! How is that even possible? The nice thing was the water that was given at the end but not returning here.

Will 100% come back. I never had a massage before but came here out of desperation when I hurt my back at the gym. It’s about $1 a minute but they have a few deals and specials that looked really good.There was a huge language barrier but next time I’ll just make sure to better communicate with the receptionist what I need so he can let the masseuse know.Highly recommend.

Switched from a female massage therapist to a male without telling me—when I had asked for a female massage therapist. I am not sure when the switch happened because I started the appointment with a woman in the room, looked up at one point and she had been replaced by a man.This was for a walk-in massage, and I understand that the place was busy, but rotating therapists while I was on the table felt wrong to me and like a violation of my preferences and privacy.I have had wonderful massages here with all my preferences met when I have booked an appointment.

Some co-workers and myself found this place last year. We work at the US Open tennis every and our feet are usually always sore due to all the standing and walking. Is the past we would go get pedicures for the massage. But last year we walked by this place and it looked clean inside. They had a sign outside saying 30min foot massage for $25. So we said let’s do it. And it was amazing. We told every working with us. Two days later there’s a line and wait list. Lol everyone was going there. So This we had to come back and the service was still amazing! And the place is still super clean. Now they have 30min foot with 30min back for $45!!I did that and it basically turned into a full body massage and because I paid with card it was $49. But that’s still a great price. You can even add cupping or hot stone for free! Love love love this place. I usually go 3 times while I’m here for the 2wks.

My husband and I have been here at least 6 times for the foot massage special. Its so open, clean and appealing inside. Even the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. The shoulder massage they added to the foot massage is worth the extra five dollars. You cant beat $25 for 45 minutes! Young spa never disappoints. Cant wait to go back again soon.

I rarely give out 5 stars,For going somewhere the first time. But this is the real deal. For back rubs, foot rubs, full body massage. Very clean, spacious, has a room for doubles. The prices are great, the staff was awesome. Going back next week to make sure the 5 stars hold up. This Greek knows massages.👍

Affordable prices & great massages! You can call ahead or walk in. I was looking for a quality and clean location to do massages and found this location on a whim. So happy Young Health Spa is close to my apartment! Each time I have gone I have enjoyed my experience.

I am so happy to have found this place. As a long distance coach driver, at the end of the week my back and neck are so tense stiff and in pain. Murphy is amazing and helps me get through the week pain free. I like a very hard massage. I will continue to patronize this place. Everyone here is friendly. I. Sometimes bring my friend with me to get massages also. Great girls day out. Clean, peaceful establishment. Excellent.

Unfortunately the massage was not great. It felt like she was putting oil on me and gently squishing me most of the time. I tried to ask her to use more strength and pressure multiple times and even gave her directions on how to massage my leg but that just didnt do it.

I went with a friend and they loved their massage. This was my second time going. My 1st massage was amazing as well. However my second massage was the worst Ive ever had. It hurt so bad. I asked her to slow down and be softer but she wasnt. Shed relax for a little then it was back to rough hands. I had bruises after. I wont be seeing her again.

Best massage I’ve ever had! My experience tops even the fanciest spa I’ve been to in the past. I got a full body massage and my masseuse was extremely thorough and attentive to detail. A wonderful experience and probably the best place to get a reliable and enjoyable massage in Astoria! :)

My wife booked me a massage here yesterday and it was one of the worst experiences of my life.The guy who worked on me was extremely rough despite asking him to take it a few notches down, multiple times. Wont be going there again

I took foot massage on last Saturday night. The guy who did the the massage does not seem like licensed and trained. Since last 3 days I have fever and chills I don’t feel any energy in my legs. Unprofessional massage pressured wrong nerves. I will definitely report this to health and safety. You should not play with people health for few bucks.

This was a wonderful establishment with incredible staff that was friendly and took great care of me. I will definitely be returning again! They did an incredible job for my 1 hour full body massage and I will be interested in trying other services! Worth a visit to anyone looking for a nice massage!

They did not pay me or ask me to review. I just had to leave one because this is probably the best massage I ever got in the US, and I get one every week. i’ve always had trouble finding a solid spot in new york, most of them can be hit or miss.

I walked in on a Sunday evening and was greeted right away and got a great deal on a 1hour full body massage and cupping. It was a fantastic massage and the cupping was so helpful.I’m glad that I went in on whim and had such a nice service.I will definitely be back for the same service and more.

This place is sooooo clean!! Great service, super friendly and accommodating! Eason was fantastic, I did need a translator in the beginning but once I did he did exactly what I wanted and targeted my stress points. Also very peaceful! Highly recommend!

Great deal for the price. Clean and professional. Space in front for foot massages. Lots of rooms in the back for back/body massages. I got an hour long massage for back and foot which included hot stones and cupping. My masseuse was very attentive and laid extra attention to my upper back as requested. I’ll be back.

Was here today with my husband for a couples massage and it was amazing. Very caring people professional experienced and very clean nice space. Just had an amazing experience totally recommend it!

I had a 45-minute foot massage (currently a special for $25) and it was nicely done, including a shoulder and scalp rub while my feet were soaking and a hot stone near the end. The staff were nice and the space is bright with calming music. I’m sure I’ll be back, maybe for a chair massage!

Amazing service for the price. Very attentive to your needs. If I had the same work done where I live , it would have cost 3x more. Tried cupping for the first time. Work definitely have it again.

The staff from the front desk to the therapists are very kind and professional. The rooms are very clean, perfect temperature and playing relaxing music.
