Amazing place. Celebrated my 23rd birthday here and it was one id never forget on how awesome the staff was. Got bottle service and got treated really well. They are fair and provide a good amount of drinks for a reasonable price. Bouncers are also really nice and cool. If you want to have a party with or group or even a spouse this would definitely be the place to go.

Saturday I visited this place with a friend. We arrived around 11pm and through the window, you can see it was empty. The line wasn’t moving at all. I told the bouncer why can’t we just move faster. He said, they have to let him know until we can go inside. It was freezing cold, about 20 degrees Fahrenheit and eventually by 11:30pm, we finally entered. I was going to leave after five minutes of waiting, but then I said lets wait since I already waited this long. Then when we finally went in, it was an expensive cover charge of $25. Then a slow weapons inspector. Then the coat check was another $5. As you enter the club, it’s not made for dancing. It’s just a bunch of high tables and lounge booths. Selling over priced liquor and hookahs. We only spent 15 minutes there and we finally decided to leave. This was a place I wanted to enter and see the hype because there’s always a long line outside to get into it. It sure wasn’t worth it and I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s one of the worst run establishments I’ve ever been to.

The place was great; good atmosphere, good mixture of music and the space is really nice. The bottle girls were lovely and attempting and also the hookah service. The only problem was the blonde female bouncer. She was rude and after my friend got a bit drunk ( not falling drunk but someone has to watch her drunk) and we stepped outside she didn’t want to let her back in even after her sobering up. So after we got in few minutes past by and she kicked our group out to bring more people in. Before I even went there other people had told me that she was a rude b**** but I thought they were exaggerating. The other bouncers were good I think one of their names was Buddha. If you want better reviews of your establishment to make more money, you have to work on the employees first (the blonde female bouncer).

Wish i could give this place no stars!!! Got a table for my birthday called 2 weeks in advanced to make the reservation for 18 people when we got there everyone got charged different cover charges even though we had a table reservation and we were promised a whole section to accommodate all of the people and we ended up getting a random section on the side and didnt fit all the people. The bouncers are extremely rude and just want to rip people off. There is so much better places to go to. waste of money and so rude to customers especially such a big group. what a disappointment.

Did bottle service here this past weekend. The intro to this place was anything but smooth or pleasant. The door men are very rude. The bouncers were studying peoples ID’s like seriously we’re in our 30’s give me a break. Mandatory coat check and I think we should have been comped considering I purchased the birthday package which was $400 not including gratuity. The bottle girls looked pretty miserable when they brought the sparklers out except for one of them who was actually really sweet and that’s the only reason why I’m giving 3 stars. The hookah girl with the bandana knocked over a drink and it spilled all over my friend she didn’t bother to even try to clean it up or even get napkins... extremely rude and the hookah was awful. The music was however very good but I will likely not be returning to this venue.

Ah yes Fusion is a great place for Carribbean dining and a little Soul food ,which I would like to see a little more Soul food on the menu. I didnt like the fact that they charge for gravy to put on your rice. The waitresses are nice looking young women,but I had a problem with one of them charge s dollar more for white rice and hid the fact from after I signed the receipt.The menu prices are considerably reasonable compared to other Carribbean food spots . I really enjoy the atmosphere there.The music is enjoyable and refreshing.None of the waiters waitresses was eager to greet me when I came in to establishment.They have a great 5 dollar all day menu which is great if you want take out during your lunchtime. Fusion has 4 different shrimp appetizer. Excellent chef prepared meals.My 87 year old aunt was very pleased with the grilled shrimp white rice and collard greens,and believe me she is a very finicky eater.So my rating is 4 stars. Improvement in customer service could earn them 5 stars.

Atmosphere ok, they controlled a fight that broke out pretty well. Service wasnt good spent about 2thousand on bottle service and food. Hookah took 2hrs to come. Never received cake that came with 1 of my bottle package. My waitress was polite considering

It was good until everything that people rated them on happened to me . It was horrible. The servers dont have manners at all and security need to do a much better job. They even tried to cheat me out of my money. Smh I had over 30 people there and they just kept moving us all over until I got fed up. It was my birthday celebration which was ruined. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY THERE. They told us we had to move after wed bought multiple orders of food and hookah. Shortly after bought a bottle only to be told that we had to move again. So where were we supposed to eat our food, drink and enjoy hookah at? Standing in the middle of the already small space there was No room. They need better customer service training.

Its a big lounge with a separate dance floor in the back. On a Saturday night it wasnt packed like I thought it would be. The music was a mix of Spanish/hip hop. The crowd is 25-40 year old range. There are many available couches but they require a 4+ bottle service minimum which is way too much for a lounge. We ended up standing next to the bar the entire night. The A/C wasnt properly working & they had to plug up 2 fans. The prices for food & mixed drinks was great, beer was super overpriced. Staff was friendly so that was a plus. Overall its a good place, the neighborhood was safe & we had a good time. Get there before 12 to get better prices on Hookah!

Great Time spent here, the reason why everyone rated lower than 5 stars is due to the fact of their attire. But everyone works really well, and respectful. Would love to come back here. The owner was an amazing man

All in all , its not bad. only one experience here and it was for my girls birthday. we got the first birthday package , we paid a decent amount in gratuity that was obligated but it wasnt a big deal seeing as since were already spending alot its expected. the music was dope , the vibe was chill. beetlejuice was a nice touch, youll get it when u go there. and for the cheapest birthday package they have you can get absolutely obliterated. it was in the words of the younger generation LIT

Music was good! Mix of hip hop, Spanish and a sprinkle of top 100. Averahe prices for drinks. Hookahs were nice and slow burning. Only downfall was the tight space, there was enough room to dance so not a huge issue overall.

The place is beautiful, however...The service is very unprofessional. I walked in a 8:15 and they were still setting up. They advertised a promotion that would start at 8. However, When I walked in I was not greeted. I sat down for 15 min without being acknowledged, only to go to the bar and finally receive service. Mind you, there was all of 4 ppl in there. Why they couldnt come on the floor is beyond me. I read the reviews and despite the negative ones, i decided to still give this place a chance. As I expected, it was a complete dissappointnent. The employees do not treat customer service as a priority. They are unknowledgeable of the specials. My friend had to point out that the sangrias were two for one. Upon confirmation, the bartender agreed. We paid $14 EACH for white henny sangrias that were watered down. By the time we finished both of our drinks, the hookah person still hadnt arrived. We were so over the techno music that blasted through the speakers that we left. We went to Crystal lounge where we were greeted swiftly and treated with respect. They had happy hour and the DJ catered to the audience. Do yourself a favor a do not go here, on a Sunday at least. I wish I never wasted my $14 and gave it ALL to Crystal Lounge. Fusion does not even deserve a star, but only for the decor.

Wow what an experience I had in front of Fusion. Let me start by this there was a “dress code” for women so my sister and I were turned away. We were meeting close friends so we made the effort to go home and change shoes, however once we returned it was still an issue. Meanwhile we watch on as other party goers were allowed in with sneakers and flip flops while we were turned away. The bouncer was aggressive and demanding to only us out of all the people there. So we begin to wonder maybe this was a racial profile denied entry. So we stood around and watch how Latin women were allowed enter regardless of the “dress code” enforced upon us. We stood there humiliated and embarrassed by the discrimination that was blatantly clear by not only us but other party goers. So it seems as tho individuals of a darker hue is against the “dress code”. We’ve learned our lesson and will spread the word about the lack of respect and fair treatment from Fusion nightclub. It was definitely a night to remember!

Place has definitely changed. Hookah is weak. Drinks are weak at 16$ for one at that and 60 for two hookahs. Super strict dress code for guys and girls. If you wear low heels they will still give you a hard time if it’s not 5 inches and up.

Came here twice with a group of friends love the atmosphere. They play a mix of everything the only thing is that it’s a little small theirs a bar and two sides where people just stand or sit. Enjoyed the two times I went there was a promotion of free hookah + drinks for ladies before 12.

This place is a f**king joke. We paid $25 for a ticket for NYEs. The ticket said doors open at 9pm. We got there at 8:58pm and they wouldnt let us in until 9:20pm. The doorman was extremely rude. We were patted down as if we were entering a prison. When we finally got into the place, we had to pay a mandatory $5 charge to have our coats put away. AND THEN after we finally got settled, we couldnt sit down unless we ordered bottle service. And on top of all of this, our drink options were cheap ass vodka, tequila, or gin. So yeah. This place is the worst.

I dont know if it was just because it was super packed that day I went or because the servers were incompetent. But Ill share my experience. It was July 2018 at the Colombia vs. England game. We ordered a picada and wings and it was brought to us with no napkins. The server didnt come back to us for 30 minutes and we asked her for more drinks and napkins. She returned with the drinks and no napkins. She placed the drinks on the table and ran from the table so fast that we couldnt even ask her again for the napkins. We were sucking our damn fingers clean from the saucy wings for hours! I had to get up, go to the bar, and I grabbed the bars paper towel roll and took a lot of paper towels back to my table. I was so frustrated that I didnt care if I got caught taking their paper towels! Also, I wasnt drinking alcohol so I ordered a soda. My first one was in a large cup. I ordered a second one and it came in a small cup. I either was done a favor the first time with the large cup or duped the second time with the smaller cup. Also, we ordered the 24 piece wings and the server split the order in two 12 piece wings which costs more. No one asked to do that. In a way, she stole from us by doing that. For all these reasons, im giving 1 star.

Celebrated my birthday here in Sept, and my best friends birthday here in April, and had a blast.

Definitely mediocre. The hookah was alright didnt last long and taste was light. Dont even know the flavor it was. The bathroom stall is too small for you to close the door and they open the doors to freeze you and then say last call 20 mins later. Rushed much? The bottle service was cool although the juice was watered down and it was pretty inside but definitely a raunchy crowd nothing fancy. Would only come back if I was in the area and everything else was closed. Liked the DJ!

First off we waited a whole hour to get into the club , after making reservations and the owner told us to be there at 10:30pm, we weren’t let in until 11:30pm and then we were patted down as if we were at the airport. Then when making the reservations the owner guaranteed that we’d have a section to accommodate all of our guests and ended up in a section with one couch that only fit 2-4 people the most, and 10 of us without seats etc. the birthday party packages include , bottle service, a hookah, a cake and birthday shoutouts all night, my friend did NOT receive a birthday shoutout, we did NOT receive the cake and they didn’t even warn us about coming in with the bottles so the birthday person was sitting at a different table and didn’t even get to experience the moment. We literally had the hookah for five minutes when something “magically” appeared in the hookah and when we called the hookah people , she had the nastiest attitude asking us who spilled liquid in the hookah , meanwhile we had just started smoking it and we barely used it, she could’ve easily fixed the problem so she made us buy another hookah . Then they don’t even check up on you, so we ended up paying over $100 in tips for absolutely nothing , then when we asked another hookah person to come add a coal to our hookah they said “we don’t do that here , you need to buy another hookah or pay to get it refilled” and the refill was $20 meanwhile it was $10 hookahs all night as advertised . I’m sure these people just pocket your money because both of them said it was “cash only”. Luckily we had liquor and tried to make the best our of our night but NEVER AGAIN.They also only follow the dress code with whom they want to because there was many people in Timberlands and sneakers but the flyer that the owner sent us strictly said that there was no timberlands or sneakers were allowed 🤷🏻‍♀️ such BS service for the amount of money you spend .

STRAIGHT SCHEMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really wanted to see what this place was about. I went there all the way from the Bronx, the food was okay, nothing special, burgers/empanadas. However, they want $60 for one plastic light up cup hookah. Please be very careful when paying with credit/debit they are playing games with the pre added gratuity. How is it that you call yourself a cocktail lounge with A REVOKED ALCOHOL LICENSE. They charged me $40 for two drinks “Coladas” with no alcohol? This was the first and last time I went there and I do not recommend this place, don’t waste your time and money. By the looks of it they are desperate stealing money from customers, I’m sure this is establishment will not last long. Once a business conducts practices in this manner, their demise is quickly approaching. I WASTED $123.00 on nothing, so many nicer and transparent businesses in Queens. Oh and they have a problem generating recipes, and they put bacon on my burger when I specifically stated NO BACON, smh.

So for boyfriends birthday we decided to go here a good dj was going to be there and we thought we were going to have a good night with good music. After waiting in line for an hour and a half in 20 degree weather with club attire on we decided to leave after freezing to death. We’ve been to pretty packed upscale clubs like douxx, le souk, up and down all the big ones and they don’t even treat their guest like this and they are very upscale and pricey. My boyfriend had a sweater on like half of the men and was told he’d have to take it off mind you it’s winter what do you expect men to wear? A button up? To a place like this? Pretty disappointing because we were going to get bottle service and weren’t even accommodated. Anyway we went to a strip club near by and a had a great night so I guess it happen for a reason. Will never return here treat people horrible go somewhere else

I wanted to make sure I give this bar/lounge place a fair review after coming a couple of times. Ive done the RSVP route and the no ticket type so Ill detail both types. However, to those who want to have a one-line summary...The average ratings on this place is a fair assessment. I suggest a one-time visit for good latino loud music, expensive bottle service and drinks, and unnecessarily long security checks hyping up the exclusive lounge atmosphere this establishment wants to exude.Overall, its a good two to three hours for me. Its good for having a good time dancing, but its expensive for their purchases.RSVP Route: Fusion has their events listed on Eventbrite so get these passes to stand on one of the two lines outside. Make sure to RSVP for a table/bottle service as well. They will ask for you ID and credit card so they can charged once youre in. there is a lot of unnecessary security checks and waiting. I feel like the security guards are unnecessarily mean. They took my friends single pill of advil because he assumed it was a drug and didnt even bother asking about it. Treat other as you would others right? But ok.Regular line: The same procedure is with this minus the rsvping for the tickets and bottle service. There is just more waiting for this. After 12PM, there is a cover like $20-30? I dont remember. Sometimes, ladies are free, but I dont remember when those days are.Other comments:- Coat check is $5 per coat as I remember- There is one person per activity (1-scans your QR code from Eventbrite, 2-stamps your hand, 3-coatcheck guy behind the glass, 4-checks your ID, 5- checks your bag and scans you for illegal things I guess)- 4% customer service charge it applied to ALL SALES (For example,.... We bought a regular size Poland spring. It was $5 and then on top of that, tip and gratuity were added to this. So it came out to around $6.20 which is 500% up charging and absurd. Airport prices are cheaper than the prices here honestly.)- However, with this 4% customer service charge in mind, they offset this but doing a 4% discount if you pay in CASH.... Along with this, if you pay with card, your statement will say 34-19 ENTERTAINMENT CORP- BE CAREFUL ON PAYING ADDITIONAL TIP ON YOUR PURCHASE... for example, your subtotal will include the 4% surcharge and they will automatically include a 15% tip added to the subtotal. When it comes to signing your receipt, there is an additional line for tip which is why you need to read the receipt, so you dont pay double tip.- Ive never had the food here but prices are a tad more expensive than other lounges. I rarely see people order food.- There is a girl dancing on the bar island on the weekends, not sure about the weekdays.

They cater to the Spanish audience. The Dj has no variety. I went Friday March 22. He played about 3 reggae songs i the entire night and his entire audience stopped partying except me and my company . I am Jamaican btw but I love all kinds of music including reggaeton and other Spanish influenced music. The crowd was very rowdy. They having fun but the fun is a little too turnt. The bar is in the middle of the floor so its a minimal dance space. They do have a back area that they closed off for coat check but what they should do is open it up so the crowd arent CROWDED AROUND THE BAR SMH. They were wild to the point of pushing people in the way dancing into people. Its chaotic. Its not a lounge with those people in there its a straight club. I wont be going back. I went for a family members birthday.

Hookah’s ok but that’s about it. Service is nonexistent. I’ve been here about 3 times all 3 times VIP but each time had to pay entrance. One time I even had to ask for my bottle girl twice, went to the manager to get it resolved and even then he told me I had to speak with my waitress. Ok place to get a drink and hookah but I wouldn’t celebrate another birthday here, I’ve already steered 2 of my friends birthdays to different locations nearby.

Below basic lounge/club. The drinks and music are average and everything else is below. I went for a birthday party and I had a good time because of my friends. Other than my friends, avoid this place. They are so many lounges that are better

After waiting on line for 15min the bouncers would not let my friend in. The reason being that she wasn’t “dressed appropriately as per the owner.” Her attire consisted of a plain grey T-shirt, jeans and sneakers, typical attire for basically 99% of the men awaiting to get into this club. The reason none of this makes sense is that here on google it clearly says their club is “LGBTQ Friendly” please remove false advertisement if u won’t allow gay people to dress like gay people! THIS IS NEW YORK CITY FYI!

We waited over 30 minutes even with reservations with table and bottle service. And other patrons we able to go inside while we waited. We found out they overbooked the tables.. we end up sitting by the bathrooms and coat check. They made no effort to remedy the situation. We were very disappointed with the services provided.

Went to see my friend for her bday party, she had a table and bought three bottles so she was on the bottle service category. However when she went outside to greet me, they made her wait 20 minutes outside. Finally we are inside but this guy with glasses and wearing glasses and chewing gum like an ape and playing with his flashlight and wearing a jacket tells me i cant get in because im wearing a jacket. I must pay the coat check fee. I cant keep my jacket on. But he can obviously. I ask for my refund , 20 dollars to get in. He is pissed because i dont want to get in without paying his forced fee. Not ever coming back only because the employees attitude. I feel sorry for the guy he thinks he is boss with a flashlight in his hands. I hope the owner teach his employees some manners.

Ordered the smash burger, chicken and cheese empanadas and two frozen drinks to go of course due to COVID19. Service was quick, bartender/ waiter was pleasant and patient, the food was delicious and the drinks were blended well and you can taste the alcohol- not overwhelming. Pictured are the Toasted Coconut Mojito and Triple Layer Colada. I went on Wednesday evening and street parking was ample as well. Cheers!

Front door guys were humble in letting us in but after that the bar service was below average for a busy night. I even tipped and did not get proper respect on it last time Ill be tipping here if I return.

Well I was there last night BECAUSE their Instagram said free hookah for girls and $100 bottles before midnight so I invited a few friends to have a good time, when we got there the service was wack the waitress had no clue about the instagram post of $100 for bottles she said NO IT’S $125 per bottle and it was 10:45 pm not even close to midnight I showed her the post from IG and she said that it was “wrong” so I agreed to pay $125 BUT THEN I asked for the hookah she said it wasn’t free because there was one gentleman on my table so their advertising it’s WRONG.Never again Fusion, there’s plenty of good lounges around and we hang out there Often but you won’t be getting my money. So I’ll give 2 starts because I am honest and the music was ok.

WROST LOUNGE EVERRR. Tall dark bouncer had on a Durag to tight on his head it was stopping the blood flow going to his head he was trying to fight everyone including myself a female . I will be pressing charges don’t worry but idk where this dude thought he was at maybe thought he was checking I.d in manhattan or something . But no this man was in queens Astoria Steinway . Didn’t know that checking id. Making $100 a night could gas people so much . He was prob 45 trying to fight a kid who was 21 . That wasn’t all I saw this bouncer refused to let this one female in because she had to step out for air due to the fact she needed air because of her asthma condition. Like what kind of business hire these unprofessional people to represent there bussines a shame they lost a customer because of they poor choice of employees. All I have to say is those who are looking for a good Chilled night reading this don’t do it to yourself .

Cover charge was ridiculous 40 for guys 35 for women on a Saturday and it was slam packed past capacity. Not worth it. My girl and I walked right out.

There security process sucks & slow, they have you in a line waiting in the cold forever & their attitude is very bad. There’s a dress cold to party in there so make sure to check before attending, I had a bad experience and I’ll definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

I like the lounge itself, but the people at the front door, can be rude at times. Theres a no sneaker policy that theyll over look for an extra $20 because they cant let just anybody in.

Place looks great and is a great place to have a good experience but when handling a big crowed like the crowed from colombia vs England they did not have the personnel to handle this large amount of people. Just to order drinks and food took extremely long

Spent my bday last night at Fusion although I had a good time after looking at a receipt this morning I found out that I was charged for two additional bottles that I never received.... ripped off.... never again....

Went there last night and the hostess at the door was so rude and stank..My family spend alot of money for bday package and the section was small..Overall the music was ok DJ talks alot but the vibe was cool

Dope spot, with great service, good music, and ambiance. Its pretty spacious for the most part, so you wont be getting squished or stepped on too often.

Horrible experience... first time was for my bday the bouncer ddnt let me in because he claimed my i.d did not look like me ..super rude about it mind u it was me ...second time around Sameeee bouncer this time he said said my vibe wasnt right ... never again. Find another place ..

Watch out for the bouncers at the spot. They try to charge extra and make extra cash off you for everything. And the managers should take care of them and keep them in check

Strange hookah lounge. Slow bartenders but the bouncers are nice. No hookah menu so you will have to go to multiple people to order one.

Worst frozen drinks from entire Steinway strip of bars and lounges .01% alcohol in them ... not even. All sugar drinks only. And did pickup through the app, 45min wait. They had the nerve to catch an attitude.

They wanted $50 cover for men and $20 for women at 2am And you had to buy a bottle. Not worth it when theyll close in 2 hours.

Be careful giving out your info to these scandalous charlatans. They will constantly send you spam messages. In addition, the atmosphere and setting is pure trash. Will be shocked if it stays open another month.

Was here for a day party. Not sure if its the norm but overpriced drinks. Then told we have to leave after day party only to pay again to reenter. Who does that when you already have people inside buying bottles. SMH

Waited outside an hour in the rain.For them to say that theyre not letting anyone in unless its bottle service.MIND YOU I told the bouncers that my friend reserved a area in the place for her birthday.He responds declining what I have to say and telling me I still have to wait.Friend came out he still could not let us in.I overheard them say its overcrowded...but you STILL letting people in if they are willing to spend .Safety violations all over that night.

Whoever the DJ was lastnight was terrible. From 1am-3am the same songs were repeated. Mainly hip hop and Spanish music.

Its a pretty small place and can get packed but they play good music. Its a Latin/hiphop vibe, hookah is available.

Great vibes and music at this spot. This was the first club I partied at in queens and it did not disappoint! Will be back soon!!

The hookah was great the d.j could have done better . He kept playing the full songs not really mixing.

Went there for a childrens birthday party and the staff was very nice and kept the kids entertained.

Very rude and horrible hookah girl. Inattentive staff. Overpriced hookah that burns quickly and finishes in 10 mins literally with no replacement or even coal replacement. Very very rude staff and very disrespectful.

Cool club /lounge. Drinks are kind of pricey though. Otherwise had a great time at my co workers retirement party.

Went here for a friends birthday in the middle of the celebration they stopped the music and turned on all lights and police showed up doing an inspection. This went on for about an hour.

Service was slow. Bartender ignored us for 45 mins. Food was good.

I had an awesome time, it was amazing. I was not from this city and I was completely comfortable and felt like I was at home!!

Lit place but the drinks are pricey and the bartenders be waiting for a tip when it was bad service
