City Vape is simply fantastic. This is the kind of local NY shop that I would recommend as must-go-to gem whether you live locally in Astoria, Queens or elsewhere in NYC. Their exceptional staff, selection, and general vibe is exactly what a vape shop is supposed to be. Great for quick resupply stops or if you wanna talk shop about any and all things vapingTL;DR:With vaping comes lots of personal preferences, and good advice/suggestions are essential when looking for something new or to upgrade your setup. Whether coils, kits or e-juice flavors, City Vape staff will lead you in the right direction without being pushy or impatient or biased based on cost.I went looking to upgrade my 4 year old KangerTech Mini to something a bit more robust. They got me up to speed on new tech and suggested several great options based on a few key things I was looking for.They have a great selection of hardware, though I would have liked to see a few more choices. UPDATE: They have lots more in stock these days and I just learned they will help you every step of the way if youre looking to start doing your own coil builds. Awesome! Juice wise, they got all the good stuff.I left there with a new setup that was (and update: still is) just right for me. I also got a new brand of juice that was highly recommended based on my tastes and its now my all time favorite!If youre a casual vaper like me or a seasoned cloud chaser, I cant recommend City Vape enough. Even if you know your stuff, their customer service and interaction is great. Couldnt be friendlier!Vlad, Mike & Daniel were all very helpful, knowledgeable and not at all just pushing a sale on me. Also, I arrived near closing and they still took the time to set me up expertly.City Vape is now my spot - Make it yours too. These guys know what their doing. Great staff! Daniel showed me so many juice options until I found a new favorite! I hate banana flavored anything until today! Cool atmosphere. Definitely will be back!

Vape City was slightly disappointing. I am new to vaping and after see the store online I traveled an hour and a half from Brooklyn to go there.The guy working there seemed knowledgeable but he didnt really help with me making a purchase.

I’ve been buying from this place for quite a while a now. Juices are pretty expensive but they do have other things that vape shops don’t have and they are also in queens and inflation so I understand. But one day I came for something that they used to sell which was literally the only thing that set themselves apart from other shops and only reason why had bought juices from there shop as well. ( I have a history in the machine) from buying juices etc.) it was a bald headed and I came in for something that cost less then 5 dollars in which I have bought before, I usually buy this every month and a juice once a month as well and he came out with with a weird attitude. Saying we don’t sell that no more it only comes when u buy juices. Boy if he only knew what I really wanted to get that day before him saying all that. An I even told I’m coming back. But that attitude stood by me, I know im not special but watch out for the bald dude, I believe with glasses, he has a chip on his shoulder. He lost my business as well as 3 of my friends, because of how he treated me or if there was any other reason for him to say what he said. I honestly really thought u guys were the best shop I’ve seen til now which really upset me.

They pretty much have everything. Prices are great. Theyre now around kind of a long time. Staff is great. Very well run

Best vape shop in the east coast. Authentic juice and mods. The staff is very knowledgeable and are willing to teach newcomers. The owner Spiro values his customers and continues to work hard to stock his store with the things customers are demanding.

These guys are top notch. If you have been to any vape store in the boroughs, you will probably see a familiar face.They had what I wanted, and if they didnt they got it for me. They got the D5 CSMNT for me in a day.When Im in Queens I always go there, just to see what they have. Staff and customers are knowledgeable and helpful alike. Definitely a spot I can recommend, as they are stocked with more items than most locations.

The staff there has always made me feel at home and their service is quite LITERALLY unbeatable. Spiro runs his place like a 5 star hotel, always impeccably clean and windows never fogged up. I can always rely on them to make sure they have my favorite tobacco flavor in stock as well as the coils that I have been using for 5 years that no one else seems to carry anymore. They treat every customer with respect and they are seriously here to help you with any needs. I have seen this team handle 10 customers at once all with patience and kindess. Ive referred a number of people over to City Vape including my own mom who smoked for years, and Spiro and his team helped her find the perfect vape and flavor. One of the employees,Gabriel, showed me what he would recommend and also a variety of other stuff with the pros and cons. He was helpful and answered all my questions. Ever since I moved to Queens six years ago this place has been my go to vape shop. The owner Spiro welcomed me as a friend. Most times I go Vlad and Mike are there to help me out. Theyre always stocked up with a huge selection of e-juices and hardware. The shop is very helpful and also has a chill vibe. Theyre always willing to help me with whatever Im looking for. These guys really know their stuff, for years Ive been on and off smoking cigarettes, yes I know vaping isnt all that much better but whatever. Excellent selection with all you can ask for, and besides the juices they have a large selection of devices. Plus they have great specials and loyalty program

I had a go-to vape shop in my area but stopped by this location because it was local and new to me. Was greeted upon walking in by Spiro and was treated like a friend and not just another customer..Ive gone back several times after and have had a good experience all in all every time with purchases made, juices available.I was has helped on how to properly rebuild my vape even though it was purchased somewhere else.They have great products, prices, and juices and is my new go-to spot for anything VAPE..Highly Recommend this spot!!

Excellent service. Came in to grab some ejuice quickly after work yesterday, while there I inquired about an RDA (rebuild-able dripper) The staff immediately provided a wealth of knowledge on the topic of rebuilding. I then decided to purchase an IGO-W5 RDA, the staff also built my first coil so i can watch and learn to do it properly. Overall a great experience, down to earth passionate staff. They really know vaping and support its cause. I know this is my new go to shop

Selection was OK. Had quite a lot of good flavors, but service was lacking. Called to ask about availability of a product, was told it was in stock, but failed to mention there was literally one left, which made the trip all the way up there less useful.

I bought a vape pen from here less than a week ago. Told the guy behind the counter about the vape pen I had firstly. Said I had a common problem to try a vape pen he chose. It’s broke already, wouldnt always charge, certain cartridges didn’t work on the end even though they fit. The pen disconnected showing wires which I’ve never had a problem previously. Go to another store. Save the hassle

Lots of good stuff, I once bought a mechanical mod here a couple years back and they set it up for me in the store, about two hrs later it stopped working right and since it was a mech I was basically stuck with it so out nearly $300 for a fancy paper weight, otherwise great shop helpful and friendly but that experience really sucked...

Fantastic shop with very knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly staff. Its a busy place, but if you hang around a while theyll definitely take the time to make sure youre leaving with products youll be very happy with.

Nice small shop. But everything is overpriced. Service isnt that great. They gave me the wrong juice and then didnt want to change it. Went to Beyond Vape Brooklyn. And the selection was bigger and they actually have sales. And more stuff to look at and purchase. And they arent overpriced.

Best vape shop in Astoria. I would go as far to say best shop in New York. I have been vaping for about 4 year now and hands down its the most reliable place to indulge your vaping needs. From the friendly staff to Spiro the owner you will find the best selection of mods,rdas, and liquids. This is my go to place and I wont replace it for anything in the world. I do have to admit that I have tried several different places but no one has been able to accommodate my needs like city vape. To me the importance of having someone that is knowledgeable about their products is priceless!! City vape will always have my business.

Probably one of the best vape shops in the tri-state area. Selections of ejuices, mods, atomizers, parts, etc are unmatched by many other vape stores Ive visited. Reward points are a nice plus as well. Staff knows their stuff very well and are all good folks.

Went in looking for some new juice for my smok vape. The owner was super rude and obnoxious. Acted as if i was a bother. On top of that the juice was EXPIRED. Won’t be doing business there again

Cityvape is awesome. I head there every week for juice even though I live in the city. They have the best of the best and are knowledgeable, and of course you can try before you buy.

Spiro is the man, and so is Tristan! one of my favorite shops in the boroughs, and ive been to shops all over NYC, including many in Manhattan and the Bronx!

They sold me a juice that was opened and spilled in my bag, they didnt know what the kanger subtank actual was when explaining it, they didnt know that it was both a rba and changeable coil head option. they do have a decent selection of juices and devices but its geared towards more experienced vapors, i wouldnt recommened a person looking to quit cigs to go there and end up with a device and tank that experienced users use versus what a new person should use looking to quit . Showing a new user a rba and big device isnt the way to handle a new user.

Super super rude. All they cared was about was checking our ID and went on with their business. I wanted to get a new flavor and they seemed too busy to make a sale!

Great selection of ejuice, they carry Halo so thats a huge positive, especially Kringles Kurse. Prices are reasonable and store hours are great.

Staff are high and get orders wrong. Owner is rude. Products are overpriced and the juice never lasts long (all hype juice with limited shelf life). Never going back there.

The dude is a tool. Service was difficult both times I went, they need to figure out queing . Selection is not all that great. No love in that place. I went in August 2014. I will update this review if the situation changes.

The best Vapor store I have ever visited, there are probably others but here they have treated me like at home. Without too much hesitation, I visited it twice and the seller Daniels has given me a fairly important overview of advice, assembly and tuning of my new Mod, atomizers, liquids, cotton. Excellent service, I went on a Wednesday and even a Sunday. On vacation in New York, I recommend stopping by and experiencing what Im talking about. Best regards to the entire City Vape team!
