Woodhouse Buckhead is super clean and relaxing. Aisha is undoubtedly the best masseuse I’ve ever had! I literally wake up a new person after being seen by her. She is the sweetest and even took the time to decorate for my bday. I enjoy the complementary champagne and 2 hour parking. Staff is also nice!

This location is nicely nestled before Lennox mall with a parking garage directly connected to it. I loved my experience and service I received!! I got a facial and Morgan was top notch! She also gave great tips on how to maintain skincare in between facial visits. I will definitely be coming back.

The receptionist did a great job of making the process as smooth and luxe as possible. My massage therapist Paris also did a great job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed during my very first spa day! The atmosphere, the massage, the customer service 10/10. Everything was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back!

I booked 11am in April. The staff is very relaxing and soft spoken. They make sure you are taken care of and are not annoyed by asking questions. The person who gave me an hot stone massage was Iesha (I believe that’s how it’s spelled) and her conversation and customer service was amazing. I 10/10 recommend and I would go back again.

This was like the worst spa I ever been to . It was clean , staff was okay one of the front desk clerks were a little rude while me and my friend were trying to pick out the services we wanted to experience. Nikki was my masseuse and it felt like my 3 year old daughter was playing on my back with heat and oils . She had no knowledge of pressure points at all , I told her my problem areas and I don’t feel like they were addressed properly. This location needs better staff if I’m going to pay 200$ for a service I expect to leave satisfied and relaxed . After my massage I felt the same as I walked in . Terrible job .

This spa is amazing!!! I received a soothe and hydrate facial by Mayra/ signature calming retreat Massage by Aisha! The front desk staff was very welcoming and had a sign for my birthday which made me feel so special!! Definitely bringing my friends back for a spa party 🎉🎉!!

Disappointing. Estheticians lack skill. Poor management.The worst spa experience ever. The ambiance of this spa is the only thing that shines; beyond that, its wasted space. The lack of skill of the estheticians/technicians is glaringly evident. My nails were done by the only nail tech they have and looked awful. Their solution? A credit for a future visit after they are able to hire a new luxury nail tech.The facial esthetician was late, rushed and unprepared, even compromising hygiene standards at times. My 50 minute facial was ~35 mins.I opted out of my massage, had them remove my polish and left.It took 3 weeks of follow up emails and calls with management (Stacy and Kay) with no resolution. Save your money and sanity and seek relaxation elsewhere; this place is anything but worth the splurge.

Such an amazing experience. They do have limited amenities in comparison to larger spas but I enjoyed my time relaxing. Nicki gave me the best massage and released all the tension I had in my neck and shoulders. I will definitely be visiting again.

A bit pricey but I had a pretty good experience. The massage was good and I love the hot stones, however, my only complaint with the massage therapist is that he kept coughing. The venue is nice, but there is an unpleasant smell throughout the building, including the locker room. I would try another location.

Came for my friends birthday and while my deep tissue massage was good, my friends masseuse claimed to be a reike and professed new age beliefs onto my friend the entire time. Not only did she speak during her entire 80 min massage but tried to challenge her belief in Jesus as a Christian! Poor experience and would not recommend any sisters in Christ come here.

Wow! What an amazing experience I had today. I received an otherworldly massage with Michelle with Calm aromatherapy. She is a true master of her craft and I lost track of time during my session.Before my massage I enjoyed the sauna and afterwards I did the salt room. I can taste and feel the salt in my nose and mouth, in a good way.Also, strawberry lemon water for the win.Bonus, great food just steps away on the same block at Le Bon Nosh.

I thoroughly enjoyed my services at Woodhouse Spa Buckhead. Shakira at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. My 80 minute hydro facial with Morgan was great. My skin is glowing. The 110 minute Calming Retreat massage with Lesure was very relaxing & great. I’m looking forward to returning. My only critique is that the lights in the relaxation room could be a bit lower.

I am honestly having a panic attack. I mainly booked a massage for my friends for their birthday and was going to drop them off but I knew that they would want me to be apart of the experience so I booked myself a quick facial as well. The last time a had a facial was over 5 years ago because it was a painful experience to me. When I first met my therapist, she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and I felt like I could truly trust her. When she started the extractions I couldn’t take it and she was so sweet and only did a few and moved on to the next. Then she talked to me about some type of treatment that scrapes the dead skin and even fuzz off the face. She told me it feels amazing and most of her clients fall asleep. Little did I know she was using a sharp blade. She ended up nicking me on my forehead in several places. My face was bruised and now it’s been almost 72hrs and my face is still awful! I even have cuts and a bruise on my forehead. I literally explained to her about how my face is super dry and she gave me something and I’ve been using it faithfully and at this point I’m just panicking and how my face feels after moisturizing. My face is soaking it up and drying out quicker. I literally want to cry. I have to schedule an appointment with a dermatologist as I’m afraid that she damaged my face. You can see the bruising and dryness even through my makeup and I have a gala to attend this Saturday! This is very scary because I also have a makeup appointment. I just don’t understand what happened. I’m just glad my friends enjoyed theirselves and had a WAY better experience than I did! That’s more important but I know for a fact this will be my last facial at Woodhouse forever. I love woodhouse for massages only.

First visit to a WH Spa was a fail. The spa is beautiful and the front desk staff is lovely. However the service quality is poor. I had two services that sum to 75 minutes and she did them both in 50 minutes. The bath soak is an overpriced bubble bath, I was expecting something more unique at a spa. The massage was rushed and not good - prob the worst I’ve ever had. I was so disappointed I left and didn’t even stay to enjoy the other amenities. The manager did apply a $25 discount. But I decided to write this review because I still spent $245 on an experience that caused more anxiety than relaxation. Save your time and money!

I enjoyed the experience but my massage was probably only 40 minutes instead of the 50 minutes that i booked for. I asked for water and someone brought me basicaly tape water with strawberries infused. Last but not least lets talk about the automatic gratuity charge(20%) they add to your bill at the end. I booked for a maternal massage which was $145 , paid a $36 deposit, and which at the end should have only had to pay $109, but since they automatically charge 20% gratuity my total came up to $137. Your customers should decide how much they want to tip and not automatically charge them $29

The ambiance is awesome here! I ended up coming fairly early because I wasnt sure how traffic would be, but I am glad I did. I was able to relax in the relaxation room and drink a mimosa before my massage. I also didnt feel rushed to leave afterwards. I felt like it was definitely an upscale massage experience. The lady who did my massage seemed to have read and understood my preference sheet and my massage was perfect!

Today, I visited the Woodhouse Spa in Buckhead. The massage I received today was okay. However, my review focuses not on my spa service, but on the managements policy of automatically adding a 20% gratuity, on top of the service cost. While I believe in tipping. I have an issue with being dictated the amount I must tip, regardless of the service quality. The tip I was charged today was $78 on top of my total bill. During my conversation with the management team, including the general manager, their justification for added 20% to customer bill was due to customers leaving without tipping, so they unilaterally decided for this store location that they will make it mandatory to charge 20% on each customer service without putting it in writing. This approach is legally questionable and could lead to potential other action being taken. If Woodhouse Spa Buckhead wishes to enforce such a policy, it should be implemented correctly and transparently to avoid surprising customers, particularly when the service I received today was not good. It would have been more acceptable if Woodhouse Spa Buckhead had clearly communicated these mandatory charges upfront. They could have place notification in the store for customer to see, the acknowledgment document customers sign ( which I do read) or on their website of the policy mandatory 20% gratuity. In my case, I did not see this anywhere. I am disappointed because my massage was okay, not great, which, in my opinion, did not warrant a 20% tip, but perhaps a 10% tip at most.

I visited WH SPA Buckhead for a relaxing spa day with my boyfriend for his 32nd birthday. I booked two 1hr 20 min length massages. I called ahead to make specific requests such as a couples massage room for our appointment time & to have a simple “HBD or Happy Birthday” sign written for him upon arrival. Additionally, in my first call to the spa I made sure to get the remaining balance of my services due to paying the deposit at booking and since I was going to pay in cash (they requested exact change which wasn’t an issue). The second call prior to my visit on 06/29/24, I called to confirm all of the information and that my requests were submitted and applied and I was told by a receptionist that they were all noted and confirmed. I arrived on 6/29 for the appointment and none of my request were applied. My boyfriend and I had SEPARATE massage rooms because the couples room was taken (???) Also, did not wish him a happy birthday on the sign in the front nor on the wooden piece at his locker. Then during his massage, his masseuse was interrupting his time to unwind in the massage by trying to have a full blown conversation with him. Same thing for my massage, I had Iyesha/Iesha and she was a great masseuse I just wish she didn’t take up the time I reserved for quiet and relaxation by talking to me the entire time. Lastly, the receptionist upon check out attempted to OVERCHARGE me by leaving out the deposit I paid for the appointment online and I had to basically problem solve with her until she understood or saw the deposit wasn’t applied. Additionally, there is some surprise $80-$100 service charge they tack on. Honestly the ambience of the spa was 10/10 but the service was terrible! I would go to a different spa in the area or even go to one of the asian owned spas in the area as they do an amazing job for cheap everytime!!

I booked for a deep tissue massage and was VERY disappointed! My friend and I decided to come celebrate her birthday here. She was not greeted with a birthday sign or a cupcake like they told her. My massage therapist lacked communication, rushed my service, and didn’t even MASSAGE MY FEET. Don’t waste your time or money coming here !

My appointment was off to a rocky start when I was waiting in the “quiet room”, and had to listen to a job interview being performed in the corner. Then the massage itself was terrible. The massage therapist either fluctuated between barely rubbing my skin in a fast manor, and the intermittently pushing down hard in random spots. It didn’t feel tailored to my body or muscular issues at all. It felt like the massage therapist was trying to rush through the massage and not responsive to my requests. Overall I left feeling more tense than relaxed. And then since my appointment was towards the end of the day, they closed up all the amenities early so I couldn’t enjoy any of the perks. I then was told I had to pay a mandatory 20% gratuity which seems strange, especially since the service wasn’t very good. The facilities were pristine, but the service and operations were terrible. I would not recommend this location.

This was my first visit at the Buckhead location. From check in I was greeted with smiles, received a tour of the facilities, light refreshments, robe, slippers and a locker to store my belongings. Kat, esthetician, was pleasant, professional and explained the process as well as provided routine skincare tips. Excellent service, and beautiful environment.

I visited here with my best friend as a part of my birthday celebration and was disappointed with multiple parts of my experience. It began with no champagne and very limited options of tea. It took two hours for someone to return with champagne. Lack of preparation.We had two appointments booked together however staff was not properly prepared because one appointment started 30 mins before which forced my friend to not have relaxation before her appointment. Also staff did not recognize our names despite having two separate massages.I want to make sure to note this review does not fault the actual masseuse who performed a service.There was no one in the relaxation room to accommodate our additional concerns which forced me to keep walking up front in a robe to discuss them. This is extremely unprofessional for a business to allow this.Finally there was a mix up with payment , not to mention a mandatory 20 percent gratuity despite our level of satisfaction. They gave a gift bag of samples to myself (my best friend was inconvenienced by this appointment as well), additional service and 15% off to accommodate but they were not sufficient for all mishaps caused. I called several times on Tuesday to speak with the manager after reviewing my bank statement because I was charged almost double. The manager NEVER returned my calls even with messages left with staff.For the future, I recommend taking the time to review appointment details, being properly trained on payment processes, taking daily inventory and more importantly proper follow up with dissatisfied customers.This location is a poor representation of the Woodhouse Spa franchise. I do not recommend returning to this location ever again.

I visited today for a 110-minute Body Balance massage and Matt was absolutely fantastic, just so knowledgeable, and I definitely feel better having been under his care. The spa is gorgeous, well-appointed, and extremely clean. The ambience is on-point and I loved the patio too! Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. The service was also great aside from the fact that they didnt have any champagne or mimosas and only gave me water. That was a bit disappointing, especially since it was my birthday. The parking was confusing as well, and information regarding that should be shared ahead of time, including where to go once you exit the garage. (Tip for others: Parking is at the Irby Garage. Take the elevator to the Ground Level, exit to the street and turn left. The spa is on the corner.) All in all, it was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had! I will be back!

Poor communication, planning and customer service. I scheduled a massage for my wife on Mother’s Day weeks in advance. Received a call to reschedule the Friday before at 6 pm. Was told they would confirm if they intended to move my wife’s appointment but never received a confirmation. My wife checked in before her original time and waited an hour before being told her time had been moved and she needed to wait another 30 mins for service. They blamed her for everything but no one thought to ask why she arrived an hour and a half plus early to her massage when she checked in. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Incredible experience from check in to check out I came straight from the airport and the front desk workers could not have been more helpful, giving me suggestions for nearby eateries while I waited for my appointment. I forgot my charger and Maya was gracious enough to let me borrow her charger. She didn’t have to do that but it’s the little details that made this spa experience so incredible. The spa was beautiful and super clean. There’s this luxe and relaxation aura that instantaneously makes you forget the outside world and simply relax. I got the deep tissue massage and it was incredible. She did a great job with my pressure points. She was extremely friendly and professional. I had such a great experience here, I will be back!

This was my first time at this spa and location. My daughter gifted me with a massage and facial for my birthday 2/12 and made the reservation for 2/14 (VDay). I was 5-7 mins late. Plan ahead for parking!!!!I will assume full responsibility for not having the best massage due to my tardiness, however, not only did it feel rushed, I just didn’t feel the love if you know what I mean. I didn’t feel special like I was her focus of attention. Normally I sleep through my entire massage but not this time. I hate that I can’t remember her name.Now my facial - FABULOUS!!!Tameka is an experienced esthetician who knew exactly what I needed. Made me feel very relaxed and gave the attention I’m use too. If you don’t already have a favorite she is a must pick! Trust me, you won’t regret it.Checkout was a whole experience, I can tell they are still trying to get things sorted out. One of the managers was there to help and I’m so thankful.I would return for sure, I love black owned businesses as I’m one myself. I just need to find out who gonna put me to sleep with them hands.

Absolutely stunning place. Service is immaculate.I had a package that served me lunch. However they forgot about my lunch. I was told to tell them want i wanted and they would go getIt. It wasn’t a menu sort of ordeal. Someone literally went to get the food and it wasRepackaged on a nice platter. I wouldn’t get that lunch included plan. We paid a hefty price for the lunch to be “a random addition”.

This spa is unprofessional. If you want luxury don’t go here. The massage I could have got at home, the masseuse was nice though niceness didn’t relieve my back tightness. The rest of the team forgets about you consistently and are dancing/gossiping at the front desk you end up having to go to them in your robe to remind them to provide “champagne” and any assistance, and I mean they don’t check on you for over an hour. The champagne was orange juice with a drop of grocery store bubbly. This “experience” was more expensive than necessary. They also give you a “tour” to upsell everything in sight before they seat you in the relaxing area, and every single one of your guests gets the same tour. The sauna was nice and clean, I’m a sucker for a good sauna. But they don’t have the option to only visit the sauna so I would still say avoid this place!!!!!! The other bad reviews are honest. I didn’t listen and 500$ later I wish I did. I spent money to feel stressed. The manager is also very rude and doesn’t care if the service isn’t good.

Just moved here. I had purchased a massage in November/December 2023. It was wonderful. Perfect. EXACTLY what I paid for.BUTCame back and had purchased a “classic 50 min hydrofacial” Jan 2024 and unfortunately my facial was only 35 min NOT 50 AND the hydro wasn’t even fully stocked in the machine so the facial provided no moisture. I communicated this at the time of service and was told to reach out. So I did.I spoke with the general manager, she confirmed she checked and did her research and my facial WAS cut short but that there was no way to confirm my facial was not done properly. Even after she confirmed I paid for a service and did NOT get that service, she offered me 15% off….the next time I visit. After I paid a forced 20% gratuity on the facial…. I didn’t receive.In summary. I had paid for a 50 min facial, there is an option for an express facial, that I did not select, even though it was cheaper. But my 50 min classic hydrofacial was only 35 min. The facial was done wrong. And to top it off, was forced to pay 20% gratuity on a service I did not receive.And her solution, 15% off.Less than the tip I paid to someone who took 15 min and did an improper facial.That said, everyone is kind there, as am I.They’ll smile, expect you to pay for a service, acknowledge it was CUT SHORT and offer less than what you paid in a tip back.The service seems desperate to capture every dollar without quality service.Unfortunately I will not be going back to this woodhouse and have steered MANY away since.Disbelief at the quality of service in Buckhead Village. My husband booked a facial and pedicure for me while we were in town. The spa was beautiful, had champagne and wine while there. The staff was great and my services were amazing. The facial, especially, was fantastic. Pedicure was great as well, the lady who did it was so very sweet. Wish I could’ve stayed longer, but my parking meter ran out. Lol. Will definitely go back when we are in town again next year.

I admittedly was late to my appt. But I was literally 5 min late (exactly) and had previously completed my paperwork online. Despite me being only 5 min late with previously completed paperwork , they made me change my clothes in the massage room. I asked for tea to calm my nerves because this my first prenatal massage and I was nervous. The therapist did not come back in the room for another 15 min after requesting tea.In short, I ended up having to pay for an 80 min massage but only received 50 min because the therapist took 15 min to get me tea. No disclosure, nothing. And then I was forced to pay 20% gratuity.If you want a relaxing break, do not come here. The costumer service is a joke, the women’s lockyer room that I visited after the massage is tiny and you’re better off sticking to the St Regis where you know the service will be worth the price.Never again

I was unknowingly charged 20% gratuity and then encouraged to pay additional gratuity on top of that, which I did. I reached out because I thought there was an error and did not hear anything for two weeks after multiple follow ups. I was told the management team would be in touch by the end of the day to resolve the issue. This was five days ago and I have followed up multiple times. It is not the issue of the gratuity but the lack of transparency and complete lack of response if there is an issue with your service.

The worst massage experience ever. I booked a couples massage for a special occasion. Parking was so difficult to find, called the front desk to let them know we were looking for parking and the girl replied okay take your time. It wasn’t until AFTER we were welcomed in and changed into our robes that we were told 20 minutes was cut from our massage time and they could not do anything to accommodate us for that missed time. The massage was rushed and not enjoyable due to the inability to accommodate for the price paid for the amount of time booked. It is the worst spa establishment I’ve ever encountered. The spa is beautiful. The staff was very kind and the services were great. However, in each service the staff asked me to take my necklace off but they did not ask my sister to take hers off. I did not have any issue with taking it off, but to my own fault I left it in the spa due to the constant on and off. I quickly noticed once we left the spa and headed home that I did not have it. I called the spa and they said they would look around for it. I called multiple times and it was never found. The necklace was David Yurman and I knew I left it in my robe so I knew it had to be housekeeping since it was never found. They were very rude and offended when I accused one of their employees of taking it, but a necklace does not just disappear nonetheless an expensive one. They could’ve looked at video footage, but didn’t. They could’ve asked employees but they didn’t. I even asked if I could go back and search myself but they wouldn’t let me. It was my first David Yurman piece I ever received and I had it for years and wore it everyday, it was very sentimental to me. With the rudeness and lack of accountability, I gave up on my search for my necklace. It is definitely worth the drive to go to the Avalon location over this one.

Great experience at Woodhouse from start to finish. Staff were friendly, welcoming and provided all necessary information about the spa upon arrival. The women’s changing room with lockers, robes, restrooms and shower was clean and well stocked with necessities. The quiet room was very welcoming, we enjoyed snacks, water and mimosas. There’s also a side patio off the quiet room that was very serene and welcoming. My 50min massage was heavenly! Already looking forward to my next massage

My prenatal Masseuse is amazing! As for the front desk, they need to do better or provide better training on their customer service. This is the 2nd time they messed up an appointment. Today they couldnt even find my appointment in their system yet I received a confirmation but my masseuse was not even in due to the front desk messing up. 2 appointments before they charged me for a service that I already paid for that is included in my package and I had to keep calling to get my refund. Then when I ask how many appointments I have left the lady act like she could locate information in the system and wasnt trying to figure it out. It seems like the people up front never know what they are doing.

Great staff, customer service and most importantly massage. Linda (Massage Therapist) went above and beyond, and knows her art. You will work really hard to find anything out of place and/or a smudge. The place is CLEAN! You are treated like royalty there. Unprofessional spa.. wow. The good reviews tricked me. Mimosas aren’t even orange juice it’s concentrated, and cheap. The massage was not great, I felt like I didn’t even get a massage. I was given a man instead of a woman I requested. The staff chat like they are hanging out after work instead of caring about providing a good service. If only they knew how to use such a nice looking spa. It was like a tease massage, right when you think they are about to start they move onto the next body part leaving you unsatisfied.

Have had a terrible experience, have no even had my service, but would not recommend anyone use this spa. First tried to make an appointment for myself and my daughter for a package and receptionist could not figure out how to book. She transferred to manager, who did book but gave me one appt time and my confirmation email said another. Have been trying to call for a week to sort out confusion. No one picks up and no one returns call. Very disappointing for a high end spa. Please fix your customer service! Don’t want to risk investing any money with you.

I have been to this spa four times now. I had a wonderful experience the first time and have been trying to replicate it since, but to no avail. The second time I came, I made an appointment with my husband. Upon arrival, we were informed that my appointment had been rescheduled for two hours later, and my husband‘s appointment was kept at the same. Although we eventually got them to move both of our appointments, they had to push them back two hours and shorten our overall massage time. The third time I visited, I had a terrible experience with my massage therapist. He was nice but the massage sucked. To avoid this, on my most recent visit, I pre-booked a specific therapist in advance. Upon parking at the spa (30 minutes before my massage started), I was called and notified that my massage would be delayed by an hour but the massage therapist I booked would be there. When I arrived, I was then greeted by the therapist I was specifically trying to avoid and the massage was once again terrible! He basically just rubbed up and down my back/arms/neck without any focus in specific muscles. I don’t think I’ve ever been looking forward to the end of massage before, but was for this one. Safe to say I will not be trying this establishment for a fifth time. The only reason that I am giving it two stars is because the staff is very kind.

I arrived for a 10:30 message appointment and was immediately taken back to change. I waited for 30 minutes in their relaxation room. At 11:00 am, 30 minutes passed my appt. time, I went to the front desk to ask what was going on. I was told they would go “find my therapist”. I went back and waited 15 minutes longer, no one came to speak with me.I got dressed and as I was walking out I was told the manager was “about to come update me”…. Terrible. I was only one of three people in the entire spa. Wish I could give this zero stars.

Where to start…The front area smelled bad. We did not get a tour of the spa or asked if we wanted one. The bathroom was out of toilet paper. The masseuses were in different shirts, making it hard to identify who even worked there. After writing on the paper form and verbally telling the masseuse that I could only handle light pressure, the masseuse started with very hard and intense pressure. It physically hurt me and I spoke up to say “that hurts, please go lighter”. It did not stop, hard pressure the entire hour. I felt extremely uncomfortable. The sauna heat did not work. When trying to check out, there was no employee at the desk. I walked around the salon over and over again looking for anyone for about 20 minutes.The worst part was the way the manager handled it. When I sent them my experience in writing she called me a week later to ask about it. Stacy spoke to me in a very rude and condensing tone, she never apologized or took accountability. She offered for me to come back which I will never be doing. I am writing this bc I don’t want anyone else to have to ever experience this.

Nice facilities, friendly staff, enjoyed the massage (wasnt best ever had but good) and the salt room is incredible. The meditation aspect with the waves sent me to another planet. Price for offerings is very reasonable too. Only reason not five stars is the details were lacking - no glasses for water, wasnt given water after massage, out of hand towels in bathroom, dirty glasses sitting throughout. They make you fill out this long form but dont think anyone reads it as I was asked all the same questions... details! Will def come back tho.

My friend took me here for my birthday. Very nice spa. However, the communication was horrible. She booked for a female. It wasn’t until we were already in our robes and sipping champagne that we were notified that she would have a male. No one at the front desk mentioned that there was a change to the service at check in. We would’ve just went to another spa if our preferences could not be met. But we didn’t make a big deal, just went with the male. The entire time during the service he talked and joked and took away from the relaxing experience. He also moaned while giving the massage making it very uncomfortable. Fast forward to check out, we ended up speaking with the owner and the manager and they we weren’t apologetic. They said “things happen” when we told them we booked with a female. Also, they mentioned that the male we were placed with just started last week and they will pass on the feedback. Again, there should transparency and communication.Maybe things will get better with the staff in the future. I won’t be back while they are in their honey moon phase. Be sure to ask plenty of questions about your service before you book and up until your appt.

I decided to plan my 30th birthday relaxation experience at Woodhouse Spa due to a good review on tik tok.First and Foremost, the esthetician and massage therapist were both great. Top tier service! They were both punctual, pleasant, and good at their skill set.My issue/warning is directed towards desk staff and management. I booked the experience with my bank card just to secure my appointment only and decided to actually pay with my credit card once my services were completed. The desk attendant assured me that it would be no issue, asked me the percentage I wanted to offer for gratuity and allowed me to tap my credit card for payment.I was told that everything was completed and my receipt would be sent to my email. Few hours later around 8pm I received a call from Woodhouse staff noting that gratuity was not added into my balance and that it needed to be added so I confirmed again with staff what percentage I chose and she confirmed and said that I would receive an email receipt.The next day I noticed that I was charged on my bank card for the full price of services after I was already charged on my credit card. My understanding was that she just needed to add gratuity and it would go on same payment method.I immediately reached out to desk staff and they supposedly forwarded me to a member of management. The “manager” noted that the credit card payment mysteriously did not show up on their end. So I emailed them screenshots of both of my accounts to prove I was charged twice for those services. I was told that the issue would be escalated to upper management and I would receive a call by the end of day.No call back was received so I called the next morning and asked for a member of management and conveniently they were all busy so I had to leave my name and number, and still there was no call back. I am now in the process of trying to dispute one of the payments.Because no one cared enough to follow up and rectify this issue of taking 700$ from me. I have to leave this dissatisfying review. I do NOT recommend Woodhouse Spa-Buckhead. You could possibly be charged more than once for services and then be ignored afterwards when trying to get the issue resolved. If you’re in Atlanta and looking for a reputable spa, I’ve heard great things about Waldorf.

Did a surprise all-day spa for my husband birthday. They were really sweet, a cupcake and mimosa with a birthday wish note for him. The retreat spa was extremely relaxing and the hydro facial was really worth it. Within a week, we could see the difference on his face.

This was a surprise birthday gift from my son and daughter. My first visit to this spa and it wont be my last.From the moment walked in and saw my name on the chalkboard to the moment I left. I felt pampered and relaxed. They were very intentional to make sure I had what I needed. The massage was an entire experience that included a body brush, aroma therapy, body scrub , warm bath and massage and body butter. Neci ( I hope I spelled it correctly ) is amazing , very professional , yet personable.I will be returning and I highly recommend. I also love everything about the ambiance. Well done.

Great but not satisfying. Cute experience and vibe. Staff was very friendly and nice, all with smiles and full knowledge of anything u ask. My name was spelled wrong in my locker (they obviously didnt look at the paper) and I couldnt open my locker unassisted. The massage was ok. I get better service when I get home visits. I asked for deep massage but the massage therapist didnt stay consistent w/ the pressure. Maybe he was tired. He didnt ask if I had any problem areas, which wouldve been cool if he knew how to find them on his own and work them out. I also requested hot stones but they were forgotten. Needless to say I left with the same pains I came with. I just ended up going to the nut scratchers in the mall afterwards (my quick fix when i cant get a home visit or when Im crunched for time). It was my birthday so at the end they had a snack which consist of a chicken wrap, grapes, and a cupcake topped with a stawberry. Now I dont like chicken wraps but this wrap was AMAZING! However when I got to my cupcake there was a huge fruit fly flying around and on my cupcake. This of course spoiled my appetite and I prayed this bug didnt dance all over the food a had already enjoyed. If I were to visit again it would be only for the amenities (no nessage, no food), the ambience (I love the aroma thru out the building) and the staff. Im glad this was a gift. It was a lil disappointing but I still had a great 45th birthday

2/10. Don’t recommend. Customer service is a 0/10. The young lady at the front desk is R U D E. They are not informative about the booking process, what you get VS what your paying for, and when booking online VS talking in the establishment, the information is not the same. They upgraded our messages without a proper run down of price and what’s included. Our massage started LATE but ended ON TIME. Just overall not good service.

I paid $225 for a less than mediocre facial here. For a spa that offers what should be a unique experience, I felt like my time was wasted and it was way overpriced for 50min. I could have had a much better experience for the same price at a 5 star hotel with many many more amenities than what is offered here. My lift and firm facial felt like someone was barely rubbing their fingers across my face. It almost left like the aesthetician didn’t want to touch me. She was so so light with the neck and shoulder massage that it felt like I was being pranked. I could barely feel her. I was very disappointed. And then they suggest a 20-30% tip on top of their ridiculous pricing of services.

I went to the Woodhouse today. This place is gorgeous! Let me tell you Brandon was fabulous! He released ALL the stress I had in my body today! I didnt experience the Sauna but my sister did and she loved it. The front desk manager, his assistant and the owner really gave us a royal experience, one I will never forget. Im from out of town and with this crew I felt right at home. Thank you all!! I will be back.

Poor customer service!!! If an appointment was scheduled the professional thing to do is contact the customer letting them know the system is down as well as any other mishaps. Dont wait for them to get there just to tell them they cant be serviced. Very disappointing and unprofessional. 0/10 wouldnt recommend!!!!

I booked a massage and facial at this spa. It was clear when I arrived the facility was new and unfinished. The lounge area was still under construction with materials strewn about the outdoor relaxation lounge. The bathroom and womens lounge felt unfinished as well with parts of the shower still needing to be tiled. The services themselves were below average and Ive had a better massage and facial at a drop-in strip mail spa then what I experienced here. The website and branding are inviting and I was hopeful this would be an elevated retail spa experience, but dont waste your money. For these prices, youre better off going to a legit high end spa.

Very beautiful spa, I love the ascetics. As far as management poor customer service. I called about parking and how I was not aware of my validation code. She didn’t seem to care and blamed me for not being aware of my parking pass.Maybe things will get better with the staff in the future. The environment was nice..during my massage there was 25mins of loud banging and drilling noises. I was extremely disappointed my relaxation time was cut in half. I was offered 10% which was 14$ off. This is unacceptable the manager reached out to me and said ok 20% but never made the adjustment to my service I’m still waiting on my refund.

Please DO NOT purchase the foot care products offered at this location. I wasted $30 on the purchase of the Honey Heel Glaze and was extremely disappointed. Can’t believe I wasted $30 on 4 ounces of regular honey. That product is a total rip-off. When asked if I could receive a refund, I was refused! Proceed with caution when purchasing any of their products, as you are wasting your money.

Every bad review is accurate. The staff are not trained in spa etiquette, the management does not know how to run a spa. I am so disappointed in the service I received, and the prices are implying it’s luxury when it is not. The atmosphere is nice thankfully. At least I wasn’t miserable.

Two words: HUGE disappointment! The Mgr called me the night before I was scheduled for two services … cancelling my massage. What? They have a million rules in case YOU don’t cancel within a certain day/hour, but THEY can cancel you. Then…he calls back (an hour later) and says, it’s “on”. So, I show up at 8:45am on a Saturday morning, (appmt is 9am) No one is there. Another gal was waiting also (in the rain).My massage wasn’t what I booked, while in the room, there was so much noise (employees talking, ppl on their cells) in the hallway outside, I had to ask my therapist to please tell them to be quiet. Can you believe?When I was finished … I saw the first gal that was outside with me and she said her therapist didn’t show up and if she wanted to wait? She was a Business Owner from FL in town for NASCAR. She waited til 11:30 and gave up/left!!!Oh, did I mention by this time there were at least 10 gals there for treatments and only ONE working restroom. Insane!My facial was okay, but above my head (on the next floor) was some kind of jack hammer doing a demo job. Ugh. Not relaxing at all.I came out of that and a third gal was talking to the Manager, saying this was NOT the experience she was paying for and it was completely unacceptable.I checked out and they said they’d email my receipt. I got home and I rec’d someone else’s receipt.Finally got mine and it was WRONG! Needless to say, I will not go back. No.
