I always have the best massages here by the best massage therapist—Michael does a phenomenal job. He is extremely knowledgeable in Swiss massage techniques and it shows. I leave my monthly massages here feeling like I have a new back! All the front staff ladies are also so kind & welcoming. You guys rock!

Dan was amazing. He was both friendly and professional. He worked extremely hard on my tough, tight areas and was determined to help me leave feeling better than I came in. I am very grateful for him still giving me his best, despite being his last customers of his day. I will definitely be back (I already scheduled another appointment) and my sister scheduled an appointment with Dan after I sung his praises.

The therapist was good but this location is very poorly managed. There were four people behind the reception desk, however, only two of their computers were working. So the process of check-in was extremely slow. I had requested the enhancement of rapid tension relief. Turns out they only have one device and it wasn’t charged. So I could not get the enhancement that I had requested a week earlier. The heat on the massage bed was not working. The air temperature in the room was too cold and there was no way for the therapist to adjust that. also there were no hot towels for the foot scrub that I elected to get to replace the enhancement that I was disappointed about. Well, that Therapist was doing the best he could, this was a mediocre experience at best.

The freshly new higher at Message envious was very polite, understanding, has great active listening skills, observant, courteous and can adapt to personalities very well. Thank you ( Owner of this establishment in being meticulous in your approach of individuals you bring forth on your team. These show characteristics of heroism, intellect, wisdom and compassion. Thank You all for all that you do and may you bring in much joy and abundance to your families.

Had a very good Massage with Natasha!! She worked out all the kinks, and knots. The clinic was very clean, and customer service was friendly. Wish i could have stayed on the table longer!!

I have a membership and report to this location monthly with either Stephanie or Michael as my therapist based upon availability. Stephanie, is full of wisdom, and always assist with my concerns allowing me to leave out feeling very light/ relaxed. Michael, who is also vision impaired, goes over and beyond to ensure my comfort and is always very professional and does a phenomenal job! You can not go wrong with either of the two.

I was a member over a year ago, but stopped my membership because I was not satisfied with the service on any level. Yesterday- I called & luckily was able to get in same day. The place is renovated - clean and tidy. The front staff was much more professional and pleasant so I reinstated my membership. The massage therapist was fabulous & I look forward to seeing her again in 2 weeks. 😁

My session started 10 min late. The room was little too cool for me. The front desk staff could have smiled a little bit. But my massage therapist did a good job.

Shamari is amazing. She makes you feel very comfortable and confident in your skin! My face is always silky smooth and glowing when I leave my sessions. Her service and advice for my skin has made such a difference and improvement in my appearance.

This was my first visit to this location and by far one of the best massages I’ve had. Damn was excellent! I needed this massage more than I realized and I scheduled a follow up visit.

I have never had a massage experience where I left more tensed than I was when I got there. My experience was horrible! I dont know how anyone can relax with a therapist thats breathing through his mouth, sounding like hes snoring weather hes awake or occasionally falling asleep in the session. It was so uncomfortable I was tensed the whole time. It was to the point where his grunting was drowning out the music that would have been soothing.There were moments when he was moving his chair between the massage table and the wall, hitting the wall making a lot of noise to get the chair at the head of the table. At times it felt like he was drifting off to sleep, but I wanted to be sure before I assumed that to be the case. By the time he tussled with his chair to get it to the rear of the table to work on my feet, it seemed he had fallen asleep, yet, again. I turned to look over my left shoulder and sure enough he was asleep. As his snoring jolted him out of his sleep, I turned back in disbelief. He asked if I was OK? I told him that I was and that I needed to use the restroom. He kind of chuckled, as if I was interrupting our session and then told me that he would lower the table for me. I told him that just needed him to give me a second and step out so I can get dressed. I had no intentions on going to the restroom, but every intention to get out of there quickly. I threw my clothes on as fast was I could; I didnt even tie my shoes.Once I exited the room he gestured toward the direction of the restroom and I went to the left in the opposite direction as I made my way to the exit. I told him I think we should end the session. He followed behind me asking me whats wrong and what happened? All I kept saying was Im good. He stood at the front desk while the young lady asked me what happened. She then told him that he could go back to the back while she takes care of me; wanting to give me the opportunity to freely share my concerns.The young ladies at the front were professional and helpful. She comped my session and asked me to please come again so that they can pair me with someone else. I told her that I probably wont be back. I paid for the session that my friend had who was visiting from out of state. Luckily, when I went outside to speak with my friend she said that her session with Michael, was phenomenal.I dont know who the owner of this franchise is but they need to provide some professional development sessions and massage etiquette for this particular therapist. If you book a massage here, Will/Willie, dont waste your time or money.

The massage was enjoyable, but the experience felt impersonal. The therapist didnt interact with me during the massage, and when it was done, she just thanked me and offered me half a cup of water. I would have appreciated an assessment of my muscle tightness, need for more stretching, or benefit of additional massages.

My experience was ok. Normally when Ive gotten massages, I was asked what aromatherapy scent would I like. The lights in the room were not dimmed. My massage was for an hour but it felt rushed. After Ive gotten massages I can tell that Ive gotten one. I felt nothing.

I had a wonderful microdermabrasion done by Shamari. She thoroughly answered all my questions and made the experience a lot of fun!

Sha is THE BEST aesthetician Ive ever worked with. Seriously, shes transformed both my skin and my teens. She is also a pure delight and I look forward to seeing her every time! Book with her!

I didnt see anyone when I stepped out of the treatment room .No water offer nor feedbacks.The massage was good but the atmosphere of Massage Envy feels cheap and discounted.

I had a facial with Shamari and the S in her name is for Super Service. My skin, session and service was all sensational. I booked a session for my daughter the following day and she was equally happy.

Got microdrem facial, Shamari was great. So friendly and passionate about her job. I felt like she genuinely cared about my skin. She has nearly 20 years of experience too. Highly recommend. The ladies at the front were sweet too.

Natasha is fantastic! Ive been to her twice now and can confirm that she has given me THE BEST MASSAGE I have ever had! I scheduled an appointment for my husband with her and told him he may want to leave me and marry her...she is soooo good!! 👍

The massage itself was good. Though, I was anxious the entire time because the provider was coughing and incredibly congested to the point where he couldn’t breathe through his nose at all. He was breathing very loudly through his mouth the entire time. I was so worried about getting sick, that I couldn’t relax. I wish that sick employees would be asked to wear a mask. I’m really hoping that I don’t come down with a cold in the next few days. He was very polite, and I wouldn’t look negatively upon him. Massage envy should protect its customers by asking all sick employees stay home or wear a mask.

My Experience was awesome from the moment I walked through the doors until the time I left. I didnt have an appointment, but when I told them it was my birthday and that I wanted to get a facial on that day. The front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating, and gave me the Royal treatment.They were abIe to take me as a walk-in with no waiting, and I was booked with Shay for my facial. Shay was so amazing from start to finish. I left there with a glow, a smile, and with my face feeling so refreshed. I highly recommend Massage Envy Toco Hills location. It is the boom!

My massage with Michael was awesome. However, I checked in 15 min early. The First Lady was on a personal call. Then, the second receptionist finally told me at 10 min after my appt time there was an issue with my appointment. And didn’t really apologize for the error. They really need to train the reception personnel some more.

This was my first visit to Toco Hills location. I really enjoyed myself and very much enjoyed the hot stones feature. There were no issues and my masseuse was amazing. Will be returning soon for another visit.

During my recent massage appointment, I experienced a slight delay in being taken back by my massage therapist. Although this was not ideal, I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and appointments may run behind schedule. However, what truly bothered me was the fact that my therapist concluded the massage 11 minutes earlier than the scheduled duration. This left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, considering that I had paid for a full 60-minute session but did not receive the complete allotted time.During the massage session, Nikki dedicated a significant amount of time to massaging one of my legs. However, when it came time to switch legs, she only spent about two minutes rubbing the other leg. This pattern repeated multiple times throughout the session.Upon leaving the massage room, I found it confusing and somewhat unprofessional that the massage therapist was not present to walk me out. It is customary for the therapist to guide clients out of the room and provide any necessary assistance or information.Furthermore, I experienced persistent pressure from the front desk staff to purchase gift cards and sign up for a membership, despite expressing my hesitation and need for more time to consider such commitments. Despite my clear indication that I needed more time to think, I felt continuously pressured to make a decision or spend additional money.Additionally, I informed the receptionists about my skin allergies and explicitly stated that I did not want an aromatherapy add-on due to this reason. However, they proceeded to ask me about it three more times, disregarding my initial request. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for my preferences was disappointing.Moreover, the cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar as there were no paper towels or soap available. This lack of basic amenities is not only unhygienic but also reflects poorly on the overall maintenance of the establishment.Lastly, the ambiance in the massage room was uncomfortable due to excessively loud music playing through blown-out speakers. The intention behind creating a relaxing atmosphere was undermined by this oversight, making it difficult to fully enjoy and benefit from the massage experience.In summary, my massage experience was marred by several issues including unequal attention given to each leg during the session, lack of guidance from the massage therapist upon leaving the room, persistent pressure from front desk staff to make purchases, disregard for my preferences regarding aromatherapy add-ons, inadequate cleanliness in the bathroom, and an uncomfortable ambiance in the massage room.

The entire crew! From front desk, to manager DAsia and all the therapist are excellent! But Shamari, Miss Shay, with her 15+ yrs of experience was absolutely incredible! The best physical service Ive ever received in my LIFE. Will be making this a monthly visit with her with out WITHOUT the membership (I recommend it if you have the $$$) . Also, I overheard others hyping up Nicci, Ray and Stephanie as excellent massage therapist so Ill be giving them a try soon too! Thanks ME Toco Hills!

Such kind employees and a very relaxing environment. I completely messed up thinking my massage was at 10:30am when it was in fact at 10am and they were still extremely accommodating. Michael is a great and gentle masseuse for people like myself who don’t like deep tissue massages. Highly recommend this location and will be a returning customer…but next time, I’ll be sure to be on time!

My experience with Shamari was wonderful. Im just not happy about being quoted an introductory price of $75 plus $15 for an extra service I requested. I got charged $130 for the service I got instead of $75 & the extra service was discussed but not performed. However, I was charged for it. I called back & was told Shamari was in session and they would call me back after verifying with her that the extra service was not performed. I didnt receive a call back yesterday, but maybe it will still happen. Even though I really like Shamari and her service, I probably wont go back because that definitely left a bad taste for me. I budgeted for and expected to pay $75 plus $15, which was what I was quoted over the phone.9-26-23 UPDATEThe manager, DAsia, contacted me & gave me a refund. She was very apologetic about my experience and wanted to make it right. I appreciate that. Just to reiterate, the service with the aesthetician was wonderful.

Went in for The first time since Covid thoroughly enjoyed my experience, Willie a.k.a. William was fantastic. Definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a deep tissue massage.

Per the recommendation of the front desk (Curtis, who was courteous and kind) and a friend who gifted me this session, I booked a one-hour allegedly therapeutic massage with Willie. If I had known that Willie follows a set routine using an iPad program that he will not veer from, I would have chosen someone else. (When he went out to get a hot towel for my knee, I saw his iPad in the corner of the room. I didnt have my glasses on so it was a bit blurry, but it looked like it had a countdown clock showing how long to work on specific highlighted areas of the body.)Before we started, I told Willie to forget about my back so that we would have more time to address issues with my arms, hands, legs, feet and shoulders. In my intake form I specifically did NOT choose to have my back worked on. But Willie insisted that we start with my back. I told him that would be okay as a warmup, but to spend more time on my extremities – and especially to address the pain in my left knee and left shoulder.After what seemed like a very long time of him stroking and digging into my back (he also surprisingly adjusted my spine with his elbows, after which I told him I had already seen my chiropractor the day before), I said, Im concerned about the time youre taking on my back. Please stop and go to the other areas of my body. But he said we had plenty of time, and stayed with my back. But I did *not* want any more work on my back! It took several attempts to get him finally to move to my extremities. (Maybe his iPads countdown clock gave him permission?) He did some work on my left shoulder and armpit, but it was ineffective. A day later, as I write this review, it still hurts. My left knee is also not any better.The session seemed to end abruptly, and I told him my arms and legs still felt incomplete. So he stroked my left arm a few times and popped my left hands fingers (a move I like, which he had done to the right arm & hand, but not yet on the left). He then promised that next time he would spend more time on my extremities. I didnt reply, but thought to myself, Sorry, Willie, there will *not* be a next time. As I was leaving, he asked me to come back next month. (No.) SMH.I will go elsewhere the next time I want a real therapeutic massage given by someone who will LISTEN to my body (and me!).I felt safe with Willie, and hes a nice guy. He has strong hands and will adjust his pressure according to what you can handle. He would be a good massage therapist for someone who wants to relax and who doesnt need to address specific areas of pain.Unfortunately, Willie doesnt have the technical expertise for a truly therapeutic massage. Hes gotten into a massage routine pattern and doesnt seem to be able to handle challenges. Although I had only experienced one of his massages, I would bet that every massage is exactly the same. (Some people like that cookie cutter approach. Not I. I prefer the LMT to adjust the focus and techniques based on my bodys needs at that moment.) I hope Willie gets his deviated septum fixed soon, because the constant sniffling 👃🏾 was distracting.

I was having very bad neck and shoulder pain. I went when I got off of work, 4pm. The receptionist says, oh. Were done for the day. The hours of operation are listed everywhere, 9am-8pm. What a waist of my time.

Wonderful experience. I was gifted a gift card and finally redeemed it last week. The front desk associates were courteous and quickly checked me in. I saw Chasidy for a facial and she was fantastic. Saw me right away, was very sweet the whole time. The facial itself was refreshing and relaxing and she gave me some tips on how to better care for my skin and problem areas at home.

Shamari is an amazing skin care professional! If you want your skin to glow and be redefined then look no further! I promise you will not be disappointed.

Michael is a natural as a massage therapist. His ability to ‘read’ a client’s needs and help them is excellent. Once we ‘discovered’ Michael, we haven’t missed a beat!! He is excellent!

My $75 massage was wonderful. But at the desk afterward, I felt like I was being held up. If I came back, the cost would be $125, or I could buy a package for $125. Really? Ill fi d a freelance massage therapist. Geez!

The service by the technician for the facials do great job and are very professional. I called in to ask about my cancellation, turns out this was not my home location which I didn’t know because it was no longer on my account. The receptionist on 7/12/22 at 9 in the morning must have had a bad day or lost her mind. She had the Nerve to say I couldn’t/shouldn’t be upset. Then tried to give me some bill story about it canceled because my 12 months were up which is a lie, I definitely started to get charged a higher amount and got an attitude.

The massage therapist was in a hurry. Too rough and really didn’t seem interested. Actually did more damage than good. Will not go back or recommend. Honestly he didn’t even seem to know muscle groups or how to work out tension.

Horrible management at Toco Hills Massage Envy. I’ve been a member over 5 years. I loved an hour way and tried to transfer my membership. Franchisee refused the transfer request. I tried to call Toco Hills for 2 days using the published number and get the message that the mailbox is full and cannot leave a message. I called another location and they had the same number for Toco Hills. I also sent them an email but haven’t gotten a response. The management company is poor and the employees and members deserve better.

My Sister purchased a massage for my mother for Mother’s Day. Online they had a Mother’s Day Special if you purchased one 60 minute massage you would get one free. I called this location multiple times to verify that the massage my sister purchased included a free 60 minute massage. The man I spoke to at the desk said yes it did. I asked the desk clerk multiple times to send a receipt or confirmation code as proof of purchase for my sister. The desk clerk confirmed that he sent the email but my sister never received her receipt nor a confirmation email. I called this location multiple times on Mother’s Day before the appointment no one answered. My mother and grandmother both planned on getting a massage only to find out only one massage was purchased. The “free” massage that was supposed to be included was apparently a gift card/voucher and was not included in this purchase. Even though the value of the massage was the same price. I just felt like this should of been explained when I called the first time. It was very disappointing but never again.

Stephanie is the best! Sometimes Massage Envy is hit or miss with their massage therapists, which is why I am so thankful to have found her!!

I really enjoyed my time at Massage Envy today. First the person I booked my appointment through over the phone was Joyce, she was very kind even though I had to reschedule my first appointment she was very accommodating with helping me reschedule my next. The massage therapist was very nice and the massage was great. I would recommend this place for sure.

This entire franchise is a scam. I called this location back in May 2021 months ago to cancel my subscription. They decided 6 months later to charge my credit card twice. I called the location to dispute the charges and was told by the manager that they will not cancel my subscription unless I can provide proof that I have a medical condition, or dont live within a certain radius of a massage envy location. They never informed me of this before I subscribed, otherwise I would have never done so. I am disputing these charges with my bank. They misinform customers to get them to sign up and lock them into a contract. Classic scamming!

After being a member since 2019 Massage Envy Toco Hills gave me the hardest time during the pandemic. After losing my job I wanted to cancel my membership, but it wasn’t allowed unless I paid for a month of services I did not want and never used. They continued to charge me for the membership for months. During that time I couldn’t use the membership because my account was delinquent. Once I paid for the months of services I was never able to use, I canceled the membership. The cancellation contract says after cancelling you have 60 days to use accrued services. I was told that I was unable to use to the services I accrued because “the manager and I must have had some type of disagreement.” I never talked to the manager. So after being forced to pay for 3 months of services I never used , I still can’t use them. I honesty feel ripped off.

I have a membership and this spot is my home site. Location and parking access is great. Staff is friendly and professional. I’ve visited a few times for massages, which are always wonderful.Yesterday I went for a microdermabrasion facial. I was really pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable my session with the esthetician (Kristian) was. She took great care in being gentle and deliberate. Afterwards my skin felt fresh and was glowing.In the before and after pictures attached I’m wearing makeup, but you can see my skin looks smoother!I will definitely return additional services.

I have been trying to book an appointment (massage, facial, stretch) for months - and there are hardly any time slots ever available. I have so many credits accrued (17+) but I can hardly get an appointment date smh.Whats going on with this location...?!?! I use to be really impressed with this location, but as of lately am really disappointed.

Good massages but bad business. I gave my 30 day notice after I was told my contract would be up within like 40 days. I was told I had to physically go to the store (which is fine) When I got there I gave my last payment and they took me off the automatic payment service or so I was told. A month later Im charged again and told the girl was incorrect on what she told me and that this month was my last month. And that they would send me a cancel request electronically. 2 different ppl saying 2 totally different things

I drove all the way to this location to pick up a gift certificate, arrived at 9:20 AM, and the place was dark with a locked door. I knocked and someone came to the door and told me that they don’t open until 10:00 AM because of covid. She is saying this to me as I am literally reading the sign on the door directly in front of me listing the “new hours of operation,” which states that they now open at 9:00 AM (instead of 8:00 AM) on Saturdays. It was 9:20 AM. Wildly unprofessional. Won’t be coming here again.

This location has a warm and welcoming staff. Highly recommend Russell for anyone in need of a therapeutic massage, particularly if you have chronic pain issues (as I do). He’s very intuitive, receptive, and highly knowledgeable.

I made an appointment online, submitted my credit card information and everything, and when I showed up for my appointment, they said I didn’t have one. I politely rescheduled while at the location with the lady at the front desk for the next morning, giving her my credit card again. Then, when I went in the next morning, they told me again that I didn’t have an appointment!!!

Christmas of 2016, massage envy was running a Holiday promotion for a $50 bonus card with the purchase of $100 gift card. I foolishly swiped my credit card at this toco hill location for $100 and was given a $100 gift card and $50 bonus card , which had to be used within 3 months, which I was ok with. This was one of my wifes Christmas gifts . Within a few days of the bonus card expiring , I used the bonus card for services at the Sydney Marcus / piedmont rd location and they informed me that the $50 bonus card was not valid/activated. I explained that I had purchased the cards at toco hills, so they called toco hills to ask. The toco hill manager Scotty said she couldnt do anything, except extend the card for one week and I would have to pay for my service that day. Scotty stated I would have to come back to toco hill to get it corrected??!! I was forced to pay out of my own pocket and had no time to use the bonus card within the one week she allowed . Approximately 3 weeks later my wife went to the toco hill location for a massage and before she arrived , I called to ask again about the bonus card and that my wife was coming in for a massage. I explained the situation and that their location didnt register the bonus card and I would appreciate it if they could make it right and honor the $50 bonus card for my wife and they said they couldnt do anything. As I got of the phone , my wife walked in and the staff were laughing about my request to each other, having no idea that my wife knew that I had just called. My wife said nothing and had her massage. When she went to pay with the $100 gift card I got her, they stated that there was no money on it! So, my wife had to pay on her credit card. I was FURIOUS and called the store and they didnt seem to care. I was baffled at the complete disrespect and customer service. Also the fact that $150 worth of gift cards were never activated, even though my credit card was charged. I went in to toco hill with the gift card and they verified that there was $100 on the card , but they were having system issues with the gift cards. I have heard of criminal schemes with gift cards and pocketing money and i can help but think this may be going on at this location. Be cautious at this location

Dasha is a life saver!!! I have some serious issues on the right side of my body and she is unbelievable!! She has helped relieve the pain and has given me helpful suggestions to do at home which prepares me for our next session. I have been a member for at least 5 years and I am so thankful for moving to Atlanta and meeting Dasha.

This past Christmas, I gave two of my friends a massage from my bank and paid the $10 transfer fee (such baloney). Afterwards, I ended my own membership because I simply didnt have time to use them as fast as they were coming. WELL, I happened to ask these friends if they had gotten their massages, and found out that because I ended my membership, those GIFTS that I paid $10 to transfer were of NO VALUE ANYMORE!!! This company is HORRIBLE! I should AT LEAST get my $10 for each transfer back! But in reality, my friends should be able to use their gifted massage sessions!!! This MAKES ME SO MAD!!!

Asked for a full body massage and the tech spent majority of the time on my back that had no time to massage my front.

I heard and had to cancel an appointment last minute because of an emergency at work. The manger, Jasmine has been extremely unprofessional and refuses to return my calls regarding the situation. I will be canceling my membership. Avoid this location.

Michael provided me with an excellent massage. I will return and I am also recommending him to everyone who reads this. The young man at reception was courteous and friendly. The spa is clean and the room has inviting with an excellent ambiance. Every detail on the client initial questionnaire was addressed, (I think I check everything), I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Toco Hills Massage Envy has incredible massage therapists. If you need serious knots & tension removed with deep tissue techniques, William is the person to help you. My right shoulder had been hurting for almost 2 weeks from sleeping wrong (gotta hate being old 🤣), but after my massage, I was pain free. What a relief!
