My husband and me went here for our anniversary. We got a couples massage, I had Michael he was very gently but firm. I got the Swedish massage. If you’re stressed or tense this massage will help you. We love the hot towels as well. I can’t remember my husband’s Massage therapists name. I’m so sorry 😭😭. But he also enjoyed his massage as well, he got the deep tissue massage. 10/10 recommend. We will be back . Great service, very welcoming front desk associate, when sitting in the waiting area they have a diffuser , so it’s a super relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to everyone for the most enjoyable experience.

I had a massive knot in my back that had been there for four days and on the fourth day it was unbearable so I started calling around and came across Buckhead massage company. I paid $105 for an hour massage (without tip) and It was seriously the best money I have ever spent. I’ve gotten a handful of massages in my 26 years of life but this one was the best. Highly recommend Courtney and highly recommend this place To get your knots out. I left feeling very refreshed. Will be back again for sure.

My husband and I received a gift card to TBMC, and after more than a year, we were able to use it. We had an early 10 a.m. massage in separate rooms. The bed was warm, and it smelled so good like Eucalyptus. Verona was the one who did my massage, and it was wonderful. I wanted to stay in that bed after my time was up because it was so relaxing. Parking is right in front of the building, so that was perfect for the location. Hope to go back.

I had a great massage session with Kuartni. I had a hard time falling asleep at night but during my session I fell asleep a few times! I felt lighter when I walked out. High recommend!

Great service! I had a fantastic gentleman facial, with an enzyme exfoliation and microdermabrasion for $145. I was in a very clean room, on a comfortable massage bed. My esthetician was very knowledgeable and led me through what I needed during and after the appointment. Her quality of work was excellent! I’ll be sure to be back!

Even when I schedule with a new therapist Im never worried about a bad experience because the whole crew at Buckhead Massage is skilled, professional, and kind!--After many shady experiences trying out massage studios, I finally found the one! You guys, its clean, safe, parking was easy, stylish and spa-like inside AND the therapists were fantastic. Seriously. From checking in and introduction with the therapist, everything was soothing, considerate, and peaceful. I think all these elements add up to the treat yourself experience you want when you get a massage.Actual massage:Fantastic. We did a couples massage with Verona and Katie. Both did a great job. It was my SOs first time, Verona clearly explained expectations and made him feel very comfortable. Katie did a great job accommodating pressures and general massage work.I felt like I had a million dollar spa day in just a quick 60min session :) cozy sheets, warm blankets, heating pad, dim lights, good smells & sounds.Would recommend to a friend in a heartbeat. I had an hour deep tissue massage with Kelly. She did a fantastic job focusing on my back and neck where I hold all my stress. Will definitely go back. Parking is limited, but if you wait long enough, someone will be leaving and youll get a spot.

For all those with parking anxiety, the parking at the Buckhead location is free and right in front of the building.

This was my 2nd visit for a couples massage. This was my first time having a male massage therapist. My first visit here was amazing, we enjoyed every minute. This time around was no different, except my massage therapist was not what I expected. He arrived after we checked in. He didn’t say hello then and didn’t really say hello when we went back to our room. He asked about trouble areas and if there was anything to focus on, thats it. He asked me to pull my hair up but I didnt have a hair tie. He was suppose to be bringing me one, but I ended up having to go out in the hallway to ask the other masseur for a hair tie. He seemed annoyed at the other masseur. Although I did enjoy the actual massage, his demeanor and mannerisms didn’t give relaxing at all. When he was done with my massage he didn’t even say anything he just left the room. My husband told me everything was done. I didn’t like how he kept pushing down the mask on my eyes and every time I would shift my head he would turn my head back with a slight force. I was trying to look over at my husband and he turned my head. I didn’t want to make a scene, I just went with the flow because I really wanted to enjoy and relax. He seemed like he didn’t want to be working that day. He wasn’t gentle when moving my legs and arms. If I wanted to drift off into a nap, his touch was with a little force so it would wake me every time. I will definitely book again when we’re in town, but I don’t want him again for my massage. The lady my husband had, he said she was amazing.

I get MLD (MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE) here since my surgery. Ive come 3x so far and the customer service has not changed at all. They are one of the few massage spas that even offer lympathic drainage. The ladies that run the spa are very sweet and accommodating. Definitely a hidden Gem. When I am fully recovered I will definitely be back to get a regular massage. The prices are a little below average for the city (alot below average for the Buckhead area). The facility is very clean and beautifully decorated inside. They play relaxing music and every room has its own heat level (i think, they always ask me i I want the heat on). Its upstairs in a building that looks like converted old condos/apartments. Literally right next door to the restaurant Aria. THEY DO HAVE THEIR OWN FREE PARKING LOT (you do not have to spend 10mins trying to find street parking).

OMG! Verona is AMAZING!!! I am so grateful for this calm, relaxing, healing and friendly space. This is more than self-care. Its a self-love experience that is now part of my monthly routine.

The Buckhead location is a welcoming, peaceful space. My therapist, Kelly, listened to where I had discomfort, primarily back and shoulder, and then did great bodywork to target those muscles and soft tissues. I plan to continue with her to reduce tightness and open up these and other areas. Kelly is strong and works with a lot of power when she needs to go deep.

Buckhead Massage Company was easily the best massage I have had. We got a couples massage and I got a deep tissue massage while my partner got a Swedish massage. Before you start, you fill out a form with problem areas and preferences. I marked that I wanted it to be firm while my partner wanted medium pressure. They were perfect with the pressure and made sure we were comfortable. The heated tables were also game changing and everything from start to finish was fantastic.

I had a very hard time finding a massage therapist that could truly help me relieve my back pain. Christine at the Buckhead Massage Company works wonders - and I would highly recommend her deep tissue massage! It has truly been the highlight of my week, and to me the experience has been more than just an ordinary massage - it’s impacted my mood, reduced anxieties and improved my overall wellbeing. I never thought there could be such thing as a bad massage until I went to Buckhead Massage Co. My massage room was right at the front door. Literally. Every time a customer opened the front door it sounded exactly like someone walking into the room where I was laying naked. Not relaxing. Then it was impossible not to hear every single word they said as they spoke with the front desk...I mean, I was literally 6 feet way with just particle board separating us. The music. Loud. Perhaps they thought they could drown out the sounds of the front door and reception desk activities? It only made the overall noise level and distractions that much worse. And the music was not your typical spa type music. Ok, that could be just a matter of preference. However, the mutually agreed upon goal is relaxation. Right? As I tried not to hear the constant front desk conversations and front door opening (some people knocked, others barged in, I experienced all the various options) I focused on the loud music. At one point there was one 5-7 minute (felt like 20) synthesized version of what I can only describe as the undulating cheers of the crowd at soccer game. It was almost laughable. Then it suddenly got worse. They added in the sound of police sirens (I am not kidding) into the background. What playlist was this exactly? It finally started fading out, sirens being the last to peter away and then BAM! the next track was a loud piano piece that made me jump at, not only the sheer volume, but how it came out of nowhere. Now, I dont want to complain about my nice enough....um, massage person (she was not trained so I cannot call her masseuse) but her hands were not just untrained, but cold (again with missing the mark on relaxing) and rough. Buckhead Massage Company, how do you justify this completely unacceptable experience? And you are not inexpensive!!! Do not go here people! I have had good and so-so massages but never, ever have I walked out of a massage thinking it was a waste of time and money.

I’ve been getting massages here for over a decade — through my late 30’s and 40’s. Verona has taken great care of me over the years! She cares. And Gigi the owner is amazing. I love supporting this small business.

We went there for a highly anticipated couples massage on a nice Saturday afternoon. Our expectations were set pretty high given the $200 price tag for the hour ( for both of us). Once we entered the room and each of us were paired with a masseur, I sensed the sarcasm. I was asked “would you like to focus on a particular area of the body?” to which I responded “ what are the options?” The reply to that was a shake of the head letting me know “ like, what do you want?” Putting that aside, both me and my partner got situated in our beds after which an almost 1hr massage followed with two masseurs who modulated between applying “falling asleep” pressure on our body to applying too much pressure, with the consistent element being a pretty distant relationship to where the muscles are and how to work them.TLDR: Too expensive to have the kind of masseurs this place has. The relationship was cold (attitude) and the knowledge of how to perform a massage is weaker than an amateur’s.

I booked a full body deep tissue massage with Kelly. She was very professional, made me feel comfortable, and I felt so much better when I left. The waiting room is nice, clean, and service was great. I will be back.

Booked a prenatal massage for someone else, good experience, she loved it.

You just have to trust your gut. Firstly when I arrived I quickly noticed my husband booked me at the wrong location. That was a first flag for me because I’m good at reading atmospheres and I knew this wasn’t going to be good. My therapist came in after me which was also fairly odd. She seem to be super nonchalant and upset upon arrival because she wanted to be in a certain room that was occupied by someone else. She didn’t greet me by name she just said “hey”. When she came in I let her know I wanted my lower back mostly worked on and I can say that she did the bare minimum. She used two fingers through my whole body massage it was crazy to me. I wanted to get up and just walk out but I didn’t want her to feel as bad as I did. I went to school for esthetics and worked closely with massage therapist to know she just didn’t want to do it. Wasted money down the drain and I really needed that moment to relax and I wasn’t relaxed at all. The front desk lady and place was nice though. Reason for the 2 stars.

She not only does my massage but offers ways to help while not having a massage. I.e chairs I use , desks and such. She is amazing I will continue to come here as long as they have me.

This is the best massage Ive ever had!!I visited the Buckhead Massage Company earlier this week and had an amazing experience. I am a new mother and have a very tight back due to nursing and expressed those concerns to my massage therapist Cheryl upon arrival. She was very receptive and focused on my back and problem areas during the massage. She used hot towels throughout and really worked the areas that were the tightest. The pressure was perfect - she would adjust based on my cues. After the massage ended, she told me about specific areas that she noted were tightest and printed out some stretching exercises to help with my discomfort. I feel so much better after my massage and will definitely be returning!Some other items to note. Their location is in the heart of Buckhead and there is plenty of complimentary parking. Their lobby and massage room were both very relaxing and clean. My whole experience was great and its easily the best massage Ive ever had!

I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. I booked an appointment on phone for my fiancee as a surprise on her birthday. When she went there they told her that there is no such appointment even after showing the confirmation email with therapist name and time mentioned. Ruined the special day for her. They never informed before about the appointment is cancelled or not in their system. When I called them they were rude and started questioning me ton of questions like name of the person you booked the reservation(not sure why should I be knowing that) when I had a legitimate booking done from their massage center over phone. I still havent got any response - poor customer service and bad experience from this place. Never coming back again.

I had a 60min massage with Tresca this morning, and it was wonderful! I was super relaxed and started to nap off a few times because of how good everything felt. We worked on stretching out my hamstrings, which was my central problem area, and she taught me a few at-home stretches that could help with my tight hip flexors and quads. She’s very informative, knowledgeable, and super fun! We made great conversation, and I cannot wait to see her again for my next appointment. Thanks for making my Birthday massage so special!!!!

Oh my goodness this place is Amazing! From the booking, to the actual massage EVRYTHING was top notch! I was having issues breathing because of my seasonal sinus flare up but my massuse reccommended some Eucalyptus oil and it made the experience even better! My experience at the Buckhead location left me thoroughly unsatisfied. The staff seemed inexperienced or simply uninterested in providing good service. As a result, I left without any intention of returning. Its disheartening since I used to enjoy coming to this place.

My husband and I are visiting Atlanta for work and we decided to check this place out given their ratings and location to our hotel. The ladies there were extremely pleasant and welcoming. My therapist asked many questions geared toward my comfort level and expectations - one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time (my husband also enjoyed his massage). If we are ever in the Atlanta area again, we will definitely come back!

We love Buckhead Massage company! We live in Birmingham Alabama and whenever we are in the Atlanta area we visit BMC! The two hour massage is worth every single penny! I have had other massages and was super sore the next day. I don’t know how they do it but they manage to work out all of my kinks and leave me feeling refreshed, relaxed and all around awesome. They deserve 0 stars. I was there on the 16th and when booking shared my issue of lower back and thigh pain and asked if thier neuromuscular would be good for me I was told yes. Again I shared my pain point with therapist who was a guy dont remember his name. My massage was terrible and he did not touch my lower back or thighs and massage itself was a joke. When leaving receptionist asked how was everything and I just shook my head not wanting customers to hear my experience. I immediately called when I got in my car and told receptionist and she said Im calling owner and either she or owner will call me back. Well no call back and today the 24th I called and spoke with receptionist and told her same story and again she said Ill call owner and one of them will get back to me today. Well its 6 30 and no call back again. I dont know how theyre getting 5 stars with no customer service and my therapiy was so horriblt I question if hes even licensed. Never again worst experience having to sit through a horrible massage and waste my time.

I got a 90 minute massage from Rebecca and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had! One of the big differences is how many hot towels they use! It really helped me enjoy the massage more and she did great with the weird type of pressure I needed! I will be back!

The best massage of my life this is definitely the place to go came with my oldest sister and had mrs.kellie the sweetest lady you could ever meet she made me feel so comfortable and so relaxed it was like an outer body experience . My boyfriend and I did the couples massage for my birthday and I HIGHLY recommend this place. I am a physical therapist and was very impressed. The masseuse had excellent hands, used great massage techniques, and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of anatomy and muscles.

I did a couples massage to celebrate the birthday of my significant other and it was AMAZING! Everyone on staff was professional, patient, and accommodating. So my friend suprised me with a massage today. I live five miles frim here and it would be a pleasure to visit daily. Atmosphere is amazing, the service was phenomenal one of the best massages I have ever received in my life. The lavender hot towels almost knocked me clean out. I dont even know if I felt the rest of massage after that I was just done. BMC is definitely worth the five star rating. I would recommend it to anyone and ask for Verona.

Great massage place in Buckhead. Had a 1 hr full body deep tissue massage session with Michael. I highly recommend him as a specialist as he is truly knowledgeable about how the body works. I had spine trauma many years ago and lower back issues and a lot of tension in the back, neck and shoulders. Michael helped to release this tension and relax the muscles.

I went for my mother, to treat her, and the experience was great and she enjoyed the massage. The only complaint she had was that the water cups didnt seem professional, a small bottle of water wouldve done much better than a tiny water cup

Last week I went once again to see my favorite masseuse, Gigi, at Buckhead Massage. Their office is located on East Paces Ferry just down from Piedmont Road, which is such a convenience. the office is small, dark, peaceful, and quiet, and scheduling a massage is easy.The massage rooms themselves are just right -- dark, quiet, with soft soothing music and clean sheets, etc. I am a big guy, with occasional back issues, and Gigi is ideal for my needs -- soft initial technique, growing firmer where I need it, and she takes the time on the key areas to get the kinks out. She is highly knowledgeable regarding body musculature, nerve centers, etc., so she always seems to find the right spots to work through soreness & tightness. Massages with her have the perfect blend between being a delightful, now experience for real-time pampering, but also the firmness and heavier technique to provide longer-lasting relief.Ive gone to BHM for years now; Gigi is the best. Ill keep going for years to come. They are well worth a try. Thank you Gigi!

I just had the bomb massage with Casey and Buckhead Massage. I desperately needed a massage after being flooded out of my home a month ago and living in a hotel. I had no clue where to go and took a chance boy, did I choose correctly. Casey can sure work a knot out of your body and de-stress you. She is very in tune with the. Off and has magical hands. Just recieved a great massage. Im big on COVID 19 measures being in place and I felt safe here everyone had on a mask (other than one customer who walked in) and I saw the staff cleaning rooms after a service. Location clean and relaxing. My massage therapist seemed knowledgeable about how to relieve my tension.

I went to the same massage therapist for a few months. The massages were pretty good but she’d make fun of how my back was a mess. I was in pain and she laughed and laughed. She told me I should come in twice a month for 90 minutes. I did that - very expensive but I tipped her as well.even brought her a gift from my travels. She wasn’t honest about giving 90 minutes. Last time I went it was 2:32 when I got on the table according to the clock in the room. It was several minutes before she came in the room. When she left and I got off the table it was 4:00. For $127 for 90 minutes I expect the full 90 minutes. I should have at least got refunded for 5minutes at $1.41 per minute. I responded to a survey from Buckhead Massage about this-3 times but never heard back. She also opened the blinds as soon as she was finished. The light hurt my eyes. I’ve been getting massages for years but never had that happen! So I’m writing this review. I will not go back to Buckhead Massage!!!!

OMGGGG!!! So Tresca did my massage and I swear I feel like I can conquer the world lol!! Walking in, my back was extremely tight and sore! After the massage it literally feels like I have a completely new back! Will definitely recommend them and will certainly be back! Communication was amazing staff is extremely friendly! I initially booked for an hour massage but ended up having to shorten my service 15 mins instead of paying for the hour they charged me for 45 mins (even after telling her I was paying for the hour) I literally got a massage a wee before from another company and I did not nearly feel this good!!! Another thing they use these warm towels that have a lemon scent to it which is really nice. One of my nostrils was stuffed but as soon as I scented the aroma my nose cleared up lol!

I started out with a basic facial buy Crigi(sorry of miss spelled ) introduced a NEW FACIAL TO ME CALLED O2 lift , which was slightly more than what the basic facial was but it was sooo worth it! She was Gental and explained every step to me as she pampered my face(my choice) . Love her she’s my new facial therapist (lol) and when my facial was over my massage therapist wasn’t quite ready so i got a free foot massage which was amazing! Tresca the massage therapist i call her my sister from another MR. We instantly connect the moment she walked in . We talked the entire time (my choice) as she gave me an amazing back massage . I felt so at home and i didn’t feel cheated out my massage because we were talking . I’m new to the area so just to connect with someone while being pampered was all i needed! When you pay for a :90min massage, you receive :90 mins of hands on, not like the more commercial companies that give you :75 mins hands on but one is charged for :90. The owner is amazing, kind, honest, and pricing is dair.Now, one can even get estitician work done, so it is truly a one stop shop for relaxing and exfoliation!

Requested deep tissue with strong pressure, unfortunately it was neither. More in an epidermis rub. He did work on a pulled muscle with some relief but I can’t justify the price for service received.
