I am a little late writing a review for Hayden; Ive had two sessions with him so far, one in May and the second in June. In the first session, I did the 1 hour, which was a great first massage experience. I told him what areas were bothering me and he nailed it. I had been reading past reviews, and many were saying to get the extra time itll will be worth it. In June, I scheduled a 2-hour session, and the experience was even better that time with a few new techniques he learned. So if looking for a good massage therapist in the Atlanta area, I highly recommend Hayden.

Man, I was looking for a massage center in ATL, it was my first time around and I found Hayden’s site, saw a video and thought “that’s exactly what I need” I’ve been traveling quite a bit and carrying a backpack all over and man, he literally brought me back to life. I’d definitely come back

Recently had a great massage from Hayden. He’s skilled in different techniques and is able to adjust your massage depending upon your needs and body issues. He worked out multiple sore spots and aches for me and definitely left me feeling better. I’ve already booked my next session!

Hayden is wonderful. He was so fast to reply to my text message. And so accommodating. We did a 90min massage, and it was simply wonderful. His technique is gentle and powerful. He is moving and releasing energy and it is a palpable feeling. Book a session with him!

This was one of the best massages I have ever recieved! Hayden is extremely detailed in his work, making sure to address every problem area noted. He also has such a caring touch, and incorporated stretching into the routine which felt amazing! Their space is cozy, inviting, and relaxing. I do bodywork and reiki work, and I have to say Hayden gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. I had driven 10 hours straight, so my hips and low back were a mess. He was extremely professional and his hands were like magic. I slept like a baby afterwards! If you are looking for a massage in Atlanta, I would highly recommend Hayden.

Before our session he was very thorough in finding out how to best meet my needs and also explaining the types of massage he would perform. Every visit with Hayden has been above and beyond what I was hoping for. I have utilized various massage therapists around the country over the years and Hayden always is able to hone in on what I need and how to provide the best possible service. I have had many massages, but Hayden takes the prize! He has golden hands. I was going for a long run this morning and reached out to see if he would be available (since my regular therapist wasn’t). Hayden was very accommodating, showed up right on time and was very professional. It was honestly an amazing massage and my recovery from a 9 mile run was amazing. Hayden has does an excellent job for me. I exercise 5 - 6 days a week combination of weight lifting and cardio conditioning. Often times I have muscle aches and Hayden always consults before a session to determine the best path to promote healing and recovery. I always feel much better after a session and it allows me to continue training without interruption due to muscle soreness. He is flexible with scheduling and always professional and courtesy. And he is trained in many different body massage techniques. I like the fact the he continues to go to the latest conferences and workshops to expand his education at his craft. I was lucky to find Hayden. I had a horrible upper back and lower neck issue and Hayden was able to work me into the schedule. He not only gives an excellent massage but works hard to make sure that you leave centered. It was nice to have a legitimate massage with true therapy. Ive only had a couple massages here and there throughout my adult life. That changed after my first session with Hayden. With my body becoming more stiff and sore the older I get, I chose to seek out an in-town, inclusive, specialty practice. He welcomes you warmly and inquires about your areas of concern.The real magic started as soon as I got on the table. Hayden’s massage techniques are truly awesome. It’s not a standard massage. Hayden stresteches your body but in a comforting way. You never feel discomfort. He’s very professional when it comes to draping but also doesn’t shy away from massaging your glutes which are an integral muscle group, especially when feeling tight.The table was heated so that added to my comfort.I’m looking forward to my second season and so on.

I just had the best massage I’ve ever had. I arrived a few minutes early. The spin center in Inman Park is clean and professional. Dr Zack welcomed me when I arrived and Hayden came out to welcome me and escorted me to his studio. He took the time to ask why I felt I needed a massage and then explained what to expect and the importance of breathing throughout the massage. The massage was incredible! Immediately following I was sore in a good way and incredibly thirsty. I am excited to book my next massage with Hayden.

That was one of the best massages Ive had! Hayden has magic hands. Im on my computer all day for work and also I slept on my neck wrong, so my neck, shoulders and upper back were my tough spots. He was able to get all those knots out, and I was so relaxed. His massage style really gave me energy, soothed my muscles, and I felt like a million bucks afterward. I had my session at his Decatur location, which was inviting, clean, and really calm. He gave me water before and after the session. The music and lighting was calming, and I felt so comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely come back as a regular.

In town for work and was staying close by - but even if youre not, hes worth the trip. Just a great experience, he incorporates some Thai stretching that is amazing. I have not felt so relaxed in months. Very professional and easy to talk to about what your concerns or issues are. I didnt feel rushed and the space is really neat. Prices seem in keeping with normal for the area. As a bonus, the space is in a chiropractors office - and he was very helpful with ideas for things to see/do in the area.
