Lavish Nail Lounge

I’ve been coming to Lavish for a long time. I really love coming here because Lexi, Lisa, Jimmy, and Katie are all awesome to me and whenever my husband comes along.They are always do a great job doing my nails and are never rude. This is the first nail salon I’ve come to where I don’t feel unwelcome. In fact, I feel very welcome here and everyone is super friendly. I love it at Lavish.Well, I realized I never have left a review, so here I am. Today I asked for a specific nail design and Katie did such an amazing job, I had to share. I keep looking at my nails because I think they are so pretty!

DONT! The most degrading and racist experience I have ever had. I went in for two services and was lied to, then told I couldn’t get one of them done, meanwhile people were walking in for the same service. Then I was charged the whole price regardless of them wasting my time and lying about service. They then laughed in my face at the check out.

Sadly, I won’t be going to Lavish anymore. I hate to be this person, but here we are. I went in for a gel manicure instead of SNS, specifically because I didn’t want to have to go back to get SNS off. The nail tech did SNS anyway and I didn’t realize until halfway through. She then tried to charge me for SNS, even though I had asked for gel. After speaking with her about it, she switched it back.A month later, I tried to take the SNS off myself, but without success. I called the salon and asked if they would take it off for free since I never asked for it in the first place (I was happy to tip though!). The person who answered the phone spoke to Jimmy, one of the owners, and Jimmy agreed that I could get it off for free, so I made an appointment. I got a pedicure and I got the SNS taken off. I spoke to the person at the front and told her that Jimmy had said I wouldn’t be charged for the SNS removal. The person asked the other owner, Jimmy’s wife, Katie, and Katie refused to honor it. She said it was a “miscommunication.”Again, hate to be a complainer, but I thought it was important to share. I won’t be going back.

Very very very disappointed today with my pedicure. I asked twice to cut my nails short & he still didn’t cut them, they are all uneven & not cut straight. He didn’t clean up my cuticles or even clean under my nails. They look awful! I feel like I way overpaid for a polish change. When I expressed my unhappiness to them they didn’t apologize or anything. Not that I wanted to stay there any longer, but I’ve been going there for a long time & have always been happy with the service! Usually it’s a great relaxing experience! Maybe train the new people better!

I hesitate to post great reviews as I don’t want to lose appointments. Now that I’m a regular with Lisa I’ll go ahead and share my experience. This nail salon is phenomenal and the attention to detail is fantastic. Katie will actually set up my appointments via text. I love this place.

Worst eyebrow wax of my entire life. She literally took probably an extra half inch off between my brows and they aren’t even even! I could literally cry. Had to spend another $16 at CVS to buy a hair stroke pencil just to attempt to fix them until they grow back. Will never go here for brows again.

Ive had much better experiences. Somehow pink/white resulted in blood red with white tips. I asked for natural looking nails. They also pass along all merchant credit card fees to the customer. There are many salons that do not do this. Disappointed since this could have been the go to salon closest to where I live.

David and Kim were awesome! They were very detailed oriented and meticulous, which I loved 🥰. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. This was my first time visiting the salon as I’ve been in search of a new one. I’m extremely happy with my choice and I definitely will be returning. I had acrylic nails and I wanted to remove them and go back to wearing my natural nails. she was able to preserve my natural nails and they’re length, despite the fact, that it took extra time and effort on her part. She didn’t break or chip, not one nail! David was super sweet and checked on me the entire time while doing my pedicure. Love the different packages they offer! Give them a shot, you won’t regret it!

I had the best experience here last week ! I will not be going anywhere else. Susan did an amazing SS mani and David was great with the pedi.The salon is beautiful. When I messed up my nails on the way to the car and they had just closed , they opened the door and fixed them happily . So impressive .😀

The best! Such attention to detail. Never had a bad experience. Family business. All the techs are great. Lexi, Katie, Jimmy and Lisa all do an amazing job!

My daughters and I love going to Lavish for our nails. The salon is clean. The nail technicians are talented and friendly. It’s best to make an appointment which works great for us. Many nail salons we’ve been to are rude to younger customers. I’ll never understand why. But you don’t have to worry about that here. Lavish appreciates all of their customers and treats my daughters with the same respect, professionalism, and kindness as they treat me. I feel confident sending my daughters to Lavish because I know they will not only leave with beautiful nails, they will leave feeling cared for. Book an appointment and see for yourself. I Went to Lavish nails for the first time for a fill in and I was very happy with the service received. I was a walk in and received service immediately. Eric (the owner) did an awesome job on my nails and made sure I was pleased with the service. He was very nice and personable. I was in and out in about 40 minutes! I will definitely be back again!!!

Decent nail salon. I enjoyed the energy of the staff and the fact that they spoke a lot of English. I was seen within 10 mins of my appointment. Very clean. Service took longer than expected but I will say the nail tech was very attentive to detail so I guess I can’t complain too much. Pedicure was decent but tech was a little timid on the scrub and feet aren’t as soft as usual after a pedicure. Also noticed that I had polish on my skin once I got home. After I was finished, I had to ask someone to help me with my shoes. The nail tech just walked away. I also had to ask for lotion. No hand and arm massage was given.

Went in the morning and before I could even say “hello” I was rudely asked if I had an appointment when online and outside the establishment it says walk-ins. Once I told them I did not have an appointment I felt like a burden to everyone working in the establishment like my money was not good enough because I did not call ahead and asked for an appointment when there was 2 only other people in their already getting worked on with multiple workers just sitting around playing on their phones. Also,10 o clock in the morning. The lady who did my nails did a great job however I will never go back or recommend this place unless you want to feel unwanted. Once I got my nails done I did not even want to wait for them to dry because of how they made me feel. They need to either stop saying they take walk-ins or starting treating them better. Will never go back unless it is an emergency.

I have been to them before and would review the service as good and the job they did on my nails good. However they did not respect my time. I was asked to make an appointment due to the short staff. I was happy to do so. I made the appointment for my lunch break. When I got there at my appointed time I could see they clearly took a walk-in before me. I heard her thanking them for squeezing her in. They then told me due to staffing I needed to wait. I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment and left. Don’t ask me to make an appointment and then not honor it.

The salon was very clean and the nail techs were friendly, however, the price they charged my friend and I was insanely expensive. I got SNS with tips and a design- no manicure- and paid about $90 (including tip). I actually chose this location because my friends who had been said they had great prices for great quality so I was extremely disappointed when I ended up paying double what my normal salon charges me for even less services. The nails turned out fine, but most definitely not over $95 worth!! I am assuming we were scammed into paying more because they saw we were younger clients, but despite the fact I was extremely disappointed. I will not be returning.

Lavish is my new favorite nail salon.I go every month now that I found them.I have had wonderful pedicures from Jimmy and Katie.They are friendly, professional and do the best work I have experienced.The lounge is clean, quiet with gentle spa music.I can’t recommend them more.

I visited today as a walk-in, just hoping to be serviced. Unfortunately, given the new surge of Omicron, this business was understaffed. I was greeted by a kind young woman, Lexie, and she was upfront about their constraints, offered to do my pedicure, but not enough time/staff for SNS. She also said they had appointments already on the schedule and wanted to honor those. I completely understood, and decided to stay for a pedicure.The lounge is gorgeous, clinically clean, relaxing music, the most spa like nail salon I’ve been to, EVER. And, friends, I am extremely picky and hyper vigilant when it comes to cleanliness, health safety, not to mention, covid protocol in place.David provided arguably the most divine pedicure I have ever had. Meticulous is an understatement. There was no rush, and I melted like butter into their giant massage chair. A much needed self care treat.. The unexpected proverbial cherry on top? Lexie was able to accommodate my request for an SNS manicure after all. A client had not shown, and I was elated to take their spot.I showed her a Pinterest pic of the type of ombré French manicure I was desiring. Shape, color, length, etc. Did I mention attention to detail? Yes. She pulled color swatches and created the PERFECT nude-ish combo for me. Fast forward a bit, through a lovely manicure, to finished product, and I can tell you, both services were perfection. I will absolutely return!Please, remember your manners, patience, and kindness when you’re a patron of any “people service” business. We are living in unprecedented times.. WE ALL HAVE COVID/FLURONA fatigue. Nails are not essential, but how grateful should we be that these people are there, providing comfort and a sense of normalcy, all while keeping the pulse of their businesses alive. They deserve gratuity. Respect. Say thank you, even if your needs cannot be met.❤️💅🏼💯

Wow! First the facility is beautiful, everything is five star. I got the deluxe spa pedicure which included a 5-minute leg and foot scrub and then a 5-minute lotion rub, which was AMAZING! I was lucky to get the man named Jimmy, (hes the best) the color selection for polish was a good variety, and Jimmy made sure I was comfortable and asked me if anything hurt and was very gentle on me(thank you) they are a little pricey but its totally worth it, I will be coming back, happy customer. Oh and they take all the necessary precautions with Covid, mask and gloves.

Went there a couple weeks ago asking for a French brown on my toes and it looked horrible! I immediately left there and went somewhere else to get them fixed. I reached out on other platforms hoping they’d give me a refund and i wouldn’t have to leave a review but i haven’t heard anything back.

I rarely write reviews but this deserves one. Katie has done my sns nails twice now. Its the first time my nails have not started lifting or pulling away from my nails in between appts. It was 10 weeks before I was able to get them done and just couldnt believe how well they held up. I was amazed. This last appt. she had a bad pulled muscle but still took extra care to make sure they were perfect. I will never go to anyone else!!!

This place is hands down THE BEST in Dunwoody. I have been to just about every nail salon in the area and I when I found this jewel I was ecstatic. They place close attention to detail and do an excellent job on my manicures and pedicures. Also, they are clean and do their best to keep their patrons safe.

Came in today, and was thrilled! Was in search of a local nail salon for so long, and finally found the perfect place. Would recommend to anyone who reads this. Katie did my sns and I could not be happier!! She takes her time and pays attention to detail! Will be back again!

I usually don’t response, but i must reply to the comment mrs .JENNA NOVKOVIC.We have a sign outside the shop stated that we’re extremely short staff, services cant be done at the SAME TIME, sorry for any inconvenience.You walked in and said “ i need pedi and sns”And of course i checked to see if we can provide those services for you NOT KNOWING HOW LONG YOU HAVE.While my tech doing your CLASSIC(approx. 30 mins service) pedicure you asked if anyone will start on your sns, i told you someone will be over as soon as they finish the other person, THEN you tell me because you have a baby at home, it been almost an hour and your sns havent start yet, so i told you “ it havent even been CLOSE to an hour, but i will try to get someone over soon.then again a few mins later you go at it again, so i had to tell my techs to switch WHILE SHE STARTED ON SOMEONE ALREADY THAT HAD APPOINTMENT JUST SO WE CAN MEET YOUR NEED. When she came to take that “no longer hot towel” off your feet and dry it , you rudely telling her “CAN YOU JUST START ON THESE FIRST! (Your sns) “ and again she did what you said, then you ask her “IS SHE (the 1st tech) GOING TO COME BACK AND POLISH MY FEET???” but of course not, because we plan to have her wrap your s then polish your toes so the other tech can finish my other clients who she had to leave to do your sns. You treated our techs so rude so i had to speak up telling you “next time if you have your baby at home and there a certain time limit, please let me know so i can arrange things”.My tech got you out on time . And yet you still want to put this negative comments and not wanting to put the whole story out, i have seen a lot of situations and i usually just listen to family and just let it be but i cant stay quiet for wrong statements towards the work we had to do to get you out at a certain times that u never told us we have since the “beginning”. Didnt ask if I wanted an extra thing that they did for my pedicure and it was my first time, so I didnt know that it was an addition. Nails looked pretty, but I ended up getting a pretty nasty foot fungus...

Katie. What more can I say? After an extensive search for the proper nail technician, and really nail shop in general, I stumbled across this place, and her, completely by accident. I have been bouncing around shops for months after a very terrible experience that left a bitter taste in my mouth. Was it so difficult to find a business that displayed professionalism, a welcoming atmosphere, skilled nail techs, and affordable prices? Well apparently not. From the moment I stepped into this place, I knew I found my new home. Extremely clean, organized, and beautiful. The second you walk in youre surrounded by a very peaceful, serene feeling. I came in to get a mani pedi, with sns for my fingernails. The absolute best manicure I have ever gotten. Not to thick, no overlap, no cuticle gap. Just a very polished, clean, beautiful look. Katie was the nail tech who helped me, and she was just a blast. Kind, gentle, skilled, and very professional. I will definitely be coming back every 2 weeks. I highly recommend this place! Great staff, great atmosphere, and overall wonderful experience!

So Lavish Nails just opened this week and I came by to get the SNS nails with their classic pedicure. They did an amazing job! The salon is beautiful and their staff are so friendly! Id definitely recommend!

Definitely recommend this nail salon! Very clean, calming environment with friendly staff! Vast selection of colors for regular, SNS and gel. They are limiting guests and checking temperature on arrival so it feels very safe during these covid times. Will certainly be returning!

Under staffed and won’t work on your hands and feet at the same time. Was there for over 2 hours and was told they can only have one technician work on me at once. Also the lady at the front desk is extremely rude. Seems like they are appointment only and still take too long with only one technician at a time.

Katie was great! She had to fix another nail salon’s botched job and she did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I came to this nail establishment to get my nails did and the lady stated they didn’t have anything until 5. Ma’am I walked in if y’all don’t provide walk in service then you need to say that because online it don’t say that. It’s highly unprofessional and an inconvenience for me especially since gas is so high! I will never come back
