Food was great. Surprisingly yummy on all the apps we got from the happy hour menu. And it all worked out with DJ singing me happy birthday.. but it got off to a rocky start with the hostess....she took her job very seriously. They have rules and the cannot bend or breakHad a large party of 15 for dinner & drinks for a birthday celebration after the aquarium. Follow this logic... We cannot sit you until you are all here. So as some arrive before others and they go to the bar. Now when everyone is there, the rest cant be seated because it isnt 15, and the people at the bar cant just pay & join you. Oh and there is a 15 min grace period,, so even though we are all there, she threatens to give up our reservation because the confusion of can we be seated now or go to the bar because the table isnt ready, ( after they confirmed 4 times by text & phone) and we have 15 min until happy hour ends & 8 of us had been there 10 min while others walked over from the aquarium.Cant you just seat 7 of us while the others clear out their bar tab so we can get a drink and apps on happy hour? NO!!!! And you have a 15 min grace period before you lose your reservation Ugggh.Mind you there are like 30 others in the whole bar and restaurant. She ultimately sat us, while the others made their way over.Other than that first impression the rest was great and will likely go again.
Came here with my brothers on Sunday for brunch. Its a popular establishment! Waited 1 hour to be seated, and it was well worth the wait! Had a fun time being here. Didnt eat cause we just came back from eating, but I can tell the food was good there. We had unlimited mimosas, and did that do the job! I wish I had remembered our waitress name, she was great! Ill definitely return here and catch a vibe.
Tevin was our waiter & he was AWESOME! Great atmosphere. I had the omelet & it wasnt that good imo...a veggie option would be great. The lamb chops were a lil tough & fatty...the potatoes were delicious though. $48 for 3 shots was wild but we were there for a good time. The whole mimosa situation & not sharing, etc was a tad bit crazy to me...you should be able to share your drinks that YOU ARE PAIDING FOR with whomever you want. I didnt care for that rule...its childish imo. Management came to our table & was extremely nice. There was no drama we had a GOOD TIME but theres some things that could be worked.
If you don’t valet park, they will break in your car! Don’t trust the parking lot attendees. I was only in here for an hour. I ordered food. I came out and my back window was broken. You would think with all the security and the police around that they will see this, but they did not.I even tried to flag down and Atlanta Police to tell him my car was broken into and all he could tell me this is the third one tonight. He did not even want to write a police report.
Attended a 50th bday party brunch. Overall Nice vibe. Our host was Zay, was friendly and highly organized for a party of 17, and gratuity was reasonable $117. Valet $20 after 3pm I believe it went up to $40.Had a $10 pineapple mimosa (ok), then a $13 Privacy Please (Malibu, melon liquor, cran) it was Really good, along with a $24 seafood omelet (lobster, shrimp, crab, spinach, cheddar). Honestly, didnt taste much crab and could have added a little more spinach (feta would have tasted better imo). However, I liked the spring salad pairing, I could taste a maybe light balsalmic vinegarette (one cherry tomatoe cut in half i would have preferred 2 because they were sweet. The music had a variety, more new school imo, but wasnt a fan of the long plays of gospel music. I enjoy gospel, but the dj played like 6/7 and followed by slow jams like Deborah Cox how did you get here. Yea, I thought it was closing time @4pm. Lol There are slow jams that are sexy and keep the vibe flowing ijs.
Was headed to Atl Breakfast Club next door but we were on a 30 minute wait. Showed up at 945 and the hostess told us the kitchen didn’t open till 10 am but they were happy to seat us and get us drinks in the mean time. Staff where super friendly Atmosphere was super chill and food and drinks were great had the Bananas Foster French toast Waffles and Shrimp and Grits.
It was a wait for the food however the waiter was good with updating us. Once the food came out I had ordered the Bourbon Salmon and Shrimp I was worth it!!! So delicious! With mash potato’s and asparagus it was warm would have been nice to be hot that’s the way I like my food. Hubby had the wings and they were good too. Nice ambiance like the R&B music they played we had an early reservation at 6:30 so it wasn’t so busy cause this place gets really busy as it gets later.
Went here last night for my birthday!Me and my girls had a great time! We got tickets to Trap and Dine with The Red Sample Band, and it was everything. No issues getting in, no waiting outside in a line. We got there at 8 pm and valet parked. Now valet was $40, but we did our research and were prepared, so we carpooled and split the cost. When we walked in, everything was very organized for the event, so we were seated right away. I was surprised at the size of our area. It was a large section right upfront by the band. We were quickly brought carafes of ice water and glasses, then our waiter came and took our orders. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. The food was reasonably priced for the portion size, and all the food was seasoned well and tasted amazing! The show was amazing, and the band did a great job of engaging the crowd. I will absolutely be back again, if not to see the band again, then to have dinner. Great job, Suite Food Lounge!
Went here for the first time last weekend for my 4th anniversary. Comedy night was great & the comedians had me laughing-laughing. Food was delicious, The only critique I would give about that is that perhaps the staff need to more carefully monitor food allergies or request that are made to them. I cant have dairy and specifically said if the mashed potatoes had butter in it to not worry about an just bring out the veggies instead. I was still given the butter pool of mashed potatoes anyway. Other than that, the staff were very attentive & nice. Fun & upbeat atmosphere too! I would go back.
Server took forever to come back and check on us. Never offered drinks just asked if we knew what we wanted to eat. Found a few egg shells in my food and had to spit it out and they refused to do anything about it. Food was great but service could definitely be better.
Shout to Dionna C such an amazing server my first time at this lounge was great was greeted with a smile and she help me decide what I would like on the menu! I had the banana waffles which was delicious. A very beautiful place to enjoy well cooked food!!!
I went here with a group of people (17) and we all ordered food. We sat down around 1130 and were finally able to start eating around 1245. I am assuming that it was so early in the afternoon they may have been unprepared which is okay. You are given water immediately and let me tell you about the guy that does the waters HE IS AMAZING he makes sure you are not thirsty what so ever he deserves 10 stars. Now I did order sweat tea and the three times I stated that the tea is not sweet each time I was given unsweetened tea so I enjoyed the unsweetened tea lol.The food, I got the Bodega Breakfast and it was good but not great. The sandwich was not seasoned but the potatoes was amazing.Bodega Breakfast-5/10 - Sandwich8.5/10 - Potatoes3/10 - “Sweet tea”The bathroom was beautiful I will say bathroom review was great the urinal got a tv on it.10/10 - BathroomOverall was pretty good 🙂
Nothing really great to say about this establishment besides it’s cool there when you are intoxicated . But when you sober and realize the customer service is horrible. Went to brunch there , personally I like more upscale brunches but my friend being from out of town chose this. Upon walking in the 3-4 ladies watched us walk in and just stared at us. Walked away didn’t say anything after standing there for about 7 mins confused as to if we will be greeted or asked if we need anything , one of the young ladies with the illest attitude asks how she can help…we stated we had a reservation for brunch. Not a word just walked away…so we just followed. After buying 50$ worth or drinks upstairs at the bar my friend and I asked for a cup of water because who wants to just have the taste of liquor. The only Caucasian bartender rudely told my friend she has no water ,only bottle water for 6$, my friend being non confrontational just purchased the water and let me know as we are discussing the matter ,the Caucasian bartender is giving us looks as if we didn’t buy anything and were just standing at the bar and didn’t get tipped! And she refused to give us a cup of water. Lit or not ,I will never be going to this establishment , or even recommending .But not too surprised because every establishment/ business is not quite there with good customer service in this state. Stop hiring people who don’t care about customer service or hospitality as if it wasn’t for customers they wouldn’t be able to get any money.
Tried a couple of different items.. I ordered the shrimp and Grits...meh The shrimp were over pouched and tough like they were zapped in a microwave big chunks of half cooked bellpeppers and the sausage was not browned. The grits saved the plate. I ordered the expensive poorly butchered lamb chop that (someone didnt know Medium from well done )to make up for that horrible display. Oh, and whats with the season salt and parsley garnish on my shrimp and grits? (Parsley does not belong on grits) High marks for the waffles and a kudos to whomever created the seafood omelet that omelet was excellent 👌 👍🏽 😋 So I give the meal a 5 out of ten .
I really enjoyed the live band the food and drinks and music and everything… be mindful if you a host a party or reserve your attendees will have to pick meals starting at $40.00 and up depending on party size and valet parking is $40.00. Also hookah is $60.00 no after refill if so $20.00 bucks. It’s spacious and the seating is comfortable, overall I enjoyed myself it’s worth the money …. food was good and vibes and I went on a Saturday so maybe it’s different during the week
10 stars, I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 20+ years and this place is amazing. Food was great, angel the bartender was amazing, the DJ killed it. Best time I’ve ever had going out to eat.
We went here in search of brunch and left with mixed emotions. The lobster and potatoes were delicious and the bottomless mimosas were not the best but we would get them again. This restaurant had a unique vibe to it. Now that we know what its like, we would probably go somewhere and eat then come here to have drinks, hangout and vibe after. The menu wasnt as diverse as I wouldve preferred but the service was good. There was a mandatory 18% gratuity.
Our service was very good and recommended us two dishes. We had some drinks and ordered both the dishes that they recommended. They were phenomenal. We stumbled into this place and had an instant good vibe. It was different and upbeat and enjoyed good music while eating dinner. Food was great. Would definitely go again.
I celebrated my 40 again at Suite and it was the best choice for my group of 20+ close friends and family. Nina assisted with the reservation and she was very professional with her service and follow up with me. The day of was ready and set upon our arrival. Our food was delicious!! Drinks flowed after a slight delay. The DJ kept me on my feet dancing and singing. Thanks for making my day an awesome day!!
The food was super good ! I was having a great time until it was time to enter the upstairs floor for the day party on Sunday August 18th. The Sercurity was very nasty and she informed us we needed wristbands . After I showed her our eventbrite passed, she still refused us and was very nasty ! Russell the manager agreed with me and removed her from the front door entry.
I went last night for their crab leg deal and was not disappointed at all! On Wednesdays Suite Food Lounge has $10 crab legs and $5 martinis. And the portion size is pretty good. Your bucket comes with 2 crab leg clusters, a corn, and a potato.Tips before you go:- I highly recommend making reservations. They do take walk ins but that’s only for upstairs which can get crowded pretty quick- You can’t take it to go so don’t go too crazy like my greedy boyfriend who ended up ordering 6 orders for himself
We got a section and a time was had!!! It was my birthday. The food was good and came in decent time. I actually thought I cancelled to attend another restaurant/bar but after going for an hour it was trash and my google calendar reminded me of my RSVP so our car service made sure we were straight and we were taken care of and treated right! It was my first time but definitely NOT my last!!!!!!!
Went here for Hubbys birthday dinner. The food was amazing. I do have to mention I ordered a cocktail that wasnt the way I like it, so I ordered a shot of kettle one vodka. Good thing I tasted it first before pouring it into my drink. It literally was water. I had everyone at the table try it. Then I sent it back. The sweet server apologized and got another one. Same thing. 3rd time is a charm. Finally got alcohol, not even sure it was kettle one. That was the only disappointment, otherwise it was a great experience. The comedy show was hilarious. I will definitely be back.
This place was amazing I went here for brunch & had so much fun. The DJ had the whole place dancing, having fun & singing along to every song he played. The vibe inside was party like very energetic & they also have a 360 camera for the people who likes that. The staff was very friendly, energetic & fun also making people feel comfortable while they’re there. The food was really good too & the service was the fastest I ever had I ordered my food & it seemed like 5 minutes later they brought it out to me. This is a great place to go have a fun time at with your friends or by yourself you’ll enjoy the experience.
Only gave a 2 stars because of the atmosphere. NY strip Steak on brunch menu was tough as if it had been reheated, and sever/bartender Whitney H was extremely rude and not people friendly at all! If I ever visit again depending on how I feel I may give it another try!
Went for brunch & the food was good. However, the bartender was not good at all. Our food was brought out to us twice incorrectly & the bartender was pretty much absent. I believe her name was Wendy. It wasn’t even busy.
Food was great! Large full plates! My party was mostly vegan and they were extremely happy with the food.Music too loud! Takes away from a great conversation time with friends.Service was A-1!Had a small issue with my food. Manager came over a took care of the situation quickly and quietly. I will go back again. I suggest going before the party crowd take over unless you want that heat!!🤣🤣
The experience was made by the people I came with for sure. I’d suggest making a reservation (we made one) as there would be a wait otherwise. The vibe here was nice as we did the R&B brunch and they have a 2 hour sitting limit. Pricing was overpriced and definitely not worth it for me, although the chicken was good. Mimosas weren’t really giving anything. Parking could be challenging if you don’t know the area. Valet was $20, but convenient. There is a gratuity added which I’m not a fan of as I like to tip in my own way, so that part of the experience was unattractive. Overall, I’d probably not return as there wasn’t anything within the experience that felt worth it. The reception staff was pleasant, but our actual waitress was barely around despite it appearing not to be abnormally busy. Definitely mixed about this experience.
We came for the bottomless mimosas ($40 each) but we fell in love with their fried chicken. The atmosphere was awesome. A nice place the get ready for a night out. The mimosas were amazing. I got the chicken and red velvet waffles. I was not expecting the fried chick to be as good as it was. It is a hookah lounge but under 21 can get in before a certain time. Valet parking was $20 as well.
I dont make threats I educate the public. The public needs to be educated upon how theyve been treating a customer that was there and had been coming there for many years before something occurred that they had nothing to do with. Now theyre being very prejudiced about a disabled person coming to spend money at their establishment. Normally a business not supposed to be prejudiced against race ,color, or sex. The public needs to be educated upon this place that will discriminate. Like glues is our spot and never had a problem. I hope the owner of like glues see this if not Ill be in touch. now Ive noticed that they have had other reviews done but thats just on the food the customer service is whats BEEN ADDRESSED!! now if I have to have a talk with BBB. A the owner of LIKE GLUES. On how they behaved been so ugly to many other customers, Or vocational rehab and the city of Atlanta on this customer they have so been prejudice against.
Very nice atmosphere upstairs lounge once they opened the windows and let the air flow. The band downstairs was killing it. I was there supporting some dj friends for their first night being part of the Suite lounges launch of the Haus party events. I enjoyed my time there I didnt eat food, nor did I buy any alcohol. I did hear that the drinks are way overpriced for what you get.
Had our cousin brunch here and there was a wait because we didn’t do a reservation but they had us seated very quick food was good but the eggs tasted kind of fun and the drinks was good
What can I say? GREAT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE! We started with Charlene and ended with Jordan as our server, both were exceptional. We ordered the shrimp & grits, lamb chops, calamari and wings. We ordered the Jack Honey and Pebthouse View alcoholic beverages and they were on point. We lucked out because there was live jazz and we werent even aware of that. Overall great experience!
Coming in, my family and I were drenched in mimosas that were dropped. Not sure why mimosas would be carried through a huge crowd at the front of a lounge that includes a spot for photos to be taken. Our outfit was ruined and all we got in return was a “apology and discount” when our entire service should’ve been completely free. For the future, watch your step and be aware of your surroundings speaking that this is A BRUNCH SPOT with people dressed in BRUNCH ATTIRE.
The manager & check in staff were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you! October 22nd 2022 was my absolute first time visiting this business. The atmosphere was a whole vibe and very enjoyable! I was truly impressed with the establishment overall. It was beautiful & spacious. I made the decision to visit this location due to a Surprise 40th Birthday Celebration being held for my Sista Friend. There was a guest count of about 25 of us total. The first mistake was having just one waitress for such a large party. This person was the only one taking food and drink orders. There were a lot of unrealistic stipulations, such as not sending any food orders to the kitchen until all orders were taken. That meant if guests had not arrived, no orders would be sent to the kitchen. No split orders/tickets were granted. When the food started arriving to the tables it was very sporadic. After 2+ hours of waiting I asked the waitress to bring my food to go since the wait was so terrible. She got upset with me and thats okay. A new process should be implemented immediately to create a more seamless & stress-free experience for the wait staff. Not to mention a new process is needed to create a more satisfied experience for patrons. I expect my next visit to be much better.
Went for Sunday brunch. I would say please make reservations, you will definitely be seated at your time. The food , drinks, and service was on point. I had the chicken and red velvet waffle. My alcoholic beverages was a mimosa and City View. Only thing bad , it was hot in there. Where is the AC 😂😂 . I will be back soon .
Food is always A1 👌🏾 got the seafood omelet, cornbread, salad, and lamb chop. The meat 🍖 wasnt falling off the bone, like it was cook on high heat. To be fair, we ordered right before the kitchen was closing 4:45p, so if you dont want to feel rush ordering, come earlier or wait until after 7 p.m. when they reopened.
Amazing experience! Service was top tier and the food was amazing. We did have a two hour limit at the table but our waitress was so sweet and let us stay and move to the stage instead. Drinks were so good and strong and the DJ had the whole place lit. Valet parking was super convenient too and only $20. Can’t wait to go back again!
Shouts out to all the wonderful workers which aren’t many at this lounge. This review is specifically for the rooftop area. Suite Lounge rooftop events are a finesse, this is my second bad experience. They promote a free event then when you get there security guards give you a hard to get in so that you are forced to pay extra fees. They charged my friend for wearing a hat. I had my ticket on the app to show them but they wanted me to go online and show them the confirmation even though they saw the ticket on my phone.by the time I got to the email they began charging to get in. I’ve been to many events where the people were welcoming and understanding. The people at suite lounge rooftop act like they are above everyone and they finesse people out there money. Very overrated. And the food is trash.
15% gratuity automatically added to a 2 person bill is insane. The food was decent but not worth what we paid. Drink prices are high. Vibe was decent but interior is dated. Not our normal crowd but everyone was nice. It has more of a club/bar vibe than a restaurant vibe. The high prices and automatic 15% gratuity really left a sour taste in my mouth.
This was my first time going, and I Definitely will be returning. We went to hear Amanda Cole & the Black Bettys perform and it was wonderful. The food was delicious and the drinks & service was great. You dont have to sit in the area where the performance is. There are tables, booths & bar you can sit at if you just want to eat. I would recommend this establishment for an evening out.
First time here and we enjoyed ourselves! Came here for a birthday party there was also stand-up comedy the night we came the host and the two comedians that we seen we really enjoyed them. Unfortunately I didnt get our servers name but he was excellent he was very tentative always checking in brought everything he was awesome. This place has a very cool Vibe nice and spacious it was clean just a real relaxed place. This establishment does have valet parking we were told that it would be $10 the night of the event it was $20 and across the street it was $25. But where this place is located you can find parking on the street for free which is what I did I walked a little bit but it wasnt too much. When dining here it is a one ticket place they do not split tabs they do add a gratitude and then you can do whatever with your tip. We arrived around 7:00 p.m. one thing that stood out to me that I actually liked was they give you time to have your drinks and dine and right before the show they come and clean your table make sure everything is nice and tidy before the show you can keep your food there if you like but the flow of it was cool . And once the comedy show was done they then rearranged the tables off the floor so it can turn into a dance floor for later in the night I liked that too . Now Ill just mention a couple things as far as personal preference we did get a hookah it was $60 which I felt was a tad bit much you had to pay that on a separate tab you cannot get mixed flavors you can only pick one we had the watermelon mint and personally I did not enjoy the hookah it was very mild and it didnt taste as I suspected it should had it also ran out rather quickly. You can order at the table but I did go to the bar just to experience it I went to get a shot of tequila it was $11 for one shot. Personally for $11 that shot was rather small. My drink of the night was a Bob Marley the drink was great it tasted very good it was $18 and personally I feel for that price it could have been a bit stronger or the cup could have been a wee bit bigger but hey dont forget Im speaking personally lol. For my meal I had the shrimp and grits with smoked gouda and creole sauce Ive actually never had Creole sauce on shrimp and grits that was new for me and I enjoyed it. Nonetheless it was good that dish cost $24. I mean I cant complain my homegirl paid $24 for two egg rolls cut in half so thats that. If you are going to come to this established be prepared to have your pockets ready Ill just put it out there LOL. But all around I had a good time I can see myself returning With Friends if were seeking to Just Vibe out have some laughs or even just sit for a night out I would pick this place. the comedians were interactive with the crowd which I love the jokes were funny they made the night. I would consider this place more so for mature audience I also seen plenty of couples. I cannot speak about later in the night because we left around 11:00 p.m. but there were a lot of people coming in during that time Ill have to experience that on another night LOL
When it comes to the food baby it NEVER disappoints… I’ve been here so many times I’ve lost count… the staff is truly amazing Erin and Lee love them both… we normally go on comedy night and omg .. Maurice puts together a great line up …. Being from ATL I truly enjoy the southern hospitality given at this lounge. It’s definitely a VIBE
We are quick to share when we have a negative experience. My experience this Monday night was the best but I will give it to management and the Security team. My card was stolen because a bar tender laid it on the counter and blamed me for it. I am a state judge who stepped out to enjoy a night out. Management stepped in, took me to security and did their best to look at footage to locate my card. I did not find it but they ensured I locked the card and provided me a drink credit to enjoy the rest of the night. It didn’t change much as I was travling the next morning. Thank you!
Sunday Brunch was live. Recommendations is more attentive wait staff. Party of 6 only 4 silverware settings. Requested 2 additional prior to ordering, and during order. The food was brought out and only one additional set was given instead of the requested 2. Waited additional 10 minutes and sent the 1 parties good back due to it 1. Now being cold 2. never received 6th place settings. Wings served with food were exceptionally small with too many feathers. No, I’m not looking for steroid injected but adult chickens instead of baby chick wings.2nd recommendation, DJ was lively but he cut too much during each song intro versus at least allowing the 1st verse to play. But all on all the atmosphere, food, drinks was good!
The girls and I came here for wine down Wednesday and had great time. Cover was free for wednesday and wine was $5. Karaoke was going on and you got a ticket for a free drink if you sang. Food was good and so were the drinks although the cocktail I had wasnt that strong. Cocktails ran about $15.DJ and atmosphere was great! We had to jump up from the table and dance a couple of times the music was so popping. Will definitely come back to this place the next time we visit ATL
If youre going to the free comedy show on Fridays, definitely dont show up late! We walked in at 9:15 and it was standing room only but it gave us the opportunity to enjoy a meal at a booth instead so we didnt waste our $20 valet fee. The ambiance was a little jarring because there was different audio in the cafe section and the comedy club. Our server was excellent, attentive, knew exactly what to recommend, and was very accommodating. I had an excellent cup of coffee and a decent burger (The Wood Fired Suite Burger) with fries and no bun (the gluten free solution to no gluten free menu). The burger was cooked appropriately for the medium rare temperature I desired and had a nice over-easy egg, tomato, and shredded lettuce. The fries were a little oily and had good flavor but myself and a friend who also ordered a burger and fries had several fries which were partially black in color as if they had been cut from a decaying potato or left out too long. Two others in our party ordered the Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo and loved it. Overall, a great value for downtown especially if youre with children (kids menu goes up to age 16), but we wont consider this our go-to spot unless we walk over to enjoy the witty, delightful cocktail menu.
Great place for nightlife! 0 out of 10 for brunch. I went to Suite Lounge for brunch on Sunday and ordered their smashburger. My friend ordered the shrimp & grits. The portions were small and the bartenders werent able to make an Old-fashion correctly. The silverware was dirty. A gnat flew into the old-fashion. When I brought it to the servers attention, she asked if I wanted anything, I asked for a shot, which they still charged me for. I went to bed early that night and woke up to my stomach in knots. I ended up getting food poisoning. I do not recommend.
Ms Six and Ms. Erin gave us the most wonderful customer service experience. Very friendly, and welcoming. I ordered the surf and turf and everything came out excellent! Me and my friends came from Houston to celebrate our friends birthday and we had the best time. Thank you ladies!!!🥳💯
Entrees wasn’t good. Took too long to receive refills on water. Had to ask bus boy instead of waiter. Hookah girl checked on us more than our actual server. The only thing we enjoyed was the hot honey chicken bites. Would not return. Even the workers/valet had DoorDash and other people bringing them food. We ordered drinks before our meal and didn’t get them until the check arrived.
I came here with my friends craving brunch and was not disappointed! The atmosphere was cool and modern, filled with young beautiful people. Our waitress was also extremely friendly and helpful! I got a breakfast platter that was delicious! My friend that got the red velvet chicken and waffles did want me to note that his fried chicken wasnt very seasoned. I also wished they had a few more options on the menu. All in all it was a cute stop!
Made reservations for 2:30 pm on a Saturday, and even had the hostess by the name of “Kia” call to confirm the day of the reservation.Arriving to the restaurant, we were told the “terrace” was closed by a hostess up front who nonchalantly states that we could just sit at the bar. If we wanted a bar with trap music, we would have opted for that.I knew it was a problem when we had to pay for valet up front. Upon deciding to leave, valet refuses to refund my $20 for the establishment’s lack of acknowledging my reservation. I disputed the charge and got my money back, but still—this place felt like a big scam.I will never be back, and if you’re looking for something with class, please search beyond downtown Atlanta.
Halloween Night Costume Contestfree before 10 right? Hmph. I arrived early around 9 to have dinner for 10 to celebrate my birthday. My guest didn’t arrive with me but closer to the 10 clock.Suite lounge intentionally held the line outside so No one from my party wanted to wait in the cold to get in. Ruined my whole night! The restaurant was empty, the patio was empty there was so much space. So what was wait for?I actually enjoy this place but I’ll never use it for a venue cause the name of the game is to make money right? Our plan was to eat and then got the rooftop to party & entered the costume contest. There was no mention of any contest no help from management and no willingness to accommodate what I had planned. Money wasn’t the issue but waiting in the cold was. I was so hurt and disappointed. Tried to enjoy my night best I couldThank you Suite Food lounge for ruining my night.
The vibe is really nice. I love the venue. The drinks are overpriced. The bartender Brena B. was VERY rude. She rolled her eyes and was just really nasty for no reason. I understand it was very busy, but you should not be taking your frustrations out on paying customers. She has no business working in any type of customer service environment with an attitude like that. She’s lucky gratuity was already included because she did not deserve a dime.
I recently visited from out of town for a concert that was unfortunately canceled due to an unexpected water pipe break. In search of alternative activities, my group discovered Suite Food Lounge. Upon arrival, it appeared to be closed, so we called and spoke with Brittany. She informed us that they were indeed closed due to the incident. Despite this, Brittany was exceptionally friendly and professional, offering us several other recommendations in the city. Thanks to her excellent customer service, I will certainly visit Suite Food Lounge again in the future.
I had made a reservation for 2 on 6/21 at 12:30pm. We arrived 15 minutes early to check in and we were told by security/door handler that everyone that was waiting outside had a reservation too and stated that our wait time would be an hour. My initial thought was, then whats the point of making a reservation if its not going to be honored at the door? and I also thought, there needs to be a better system implemented at the door along keeping track of the guest. When we were finally seated, we were taken to these tiny tables for 2 on the dance floor and the music was extremely loud. I asked the hostess if there was any seating outside and she told me that I could go check for myself so I did and there were exactly 6 empty tables outside on the patio and yet youre trying to seat me and my boyfriend and another couple at these tiny tables on this loud dance floor. So we sat outside, ordered strawberry mimosas, red velvet waffles and fried chicken, fried catfish and grits and before we got our food our server Dede brought us some warm fluffy biscuits with different flavor spreads. 18% gratuity is already added to your bill which is fine. Overall, the experience was okay. I lost my excitement while waiting outside after my 12:30 reservation time but we decided to wait anyway since we were already there and we wanted to give this black owned business a try. The atmosphere is not welcoming and the employees are stale with their energy. Truly a one and done kind of place.
We stopped into Suite Food Lounge on a whim for Saturday brunch. With a live DJ it was a lit environment with good food and drink. We got a few bellinis which were among the strongest I’ve ever had. The red velvet waffles with chicken were good. The wings were fried well. The other dish, the peach cobbler french toast was also really good. If you are sensitive to loud music, this would not be the place for you but if you are looking for a party with your food, look no further.
I went for a birthday dinner and we had a good time. Its a pretty decent sized placed that is split between a club area and a dining area. There is a dress code that is enforced after 10 and there is free street parking or valet parking. The food is actually pretty good and generous size portions. I went with the half a rotisserie chicken and I was definitely full after eating only half of my meal.If you are a picky eater this isnt the pace for you. They are shooting for an upscale vibe and their menu items have little tweaks to the norm. For instance they have honey lemon pepper wings which are lemon pepper wings drizzled with honey. The steak also has a type of sauce that I really wasnt feeling but the steak was cooked well. The drinks are pretty good and even my wife had a couple. You will spend money here so just be careful. I think the average drink was about $12 and not really a decent sized drink.Valet parking is $20 or $10. $10 has a two hour window.I would go back and I would recommend you trying it out. Its in an interesting area to where I would rather park in valet than park on the street.
Unimpressed....quite overrated, like much of the Atlanta dining scene. Also like much of the Atlanta dining scene, customer service is not a priority. We went to the bar for drinks and they were about 6oz. each! The price was definitely not worth the product. They charge automatic gratuity on all checks, which is the only way that our bartender was going to get a tip🤷🏾♀️. She was generally uninterested (probably because my husband and I were obviously a couple), didnt introduce herself or make any recommendations. When my husband paid the check, she all but threw the check and his debit card back at him. Not a place I see myself going to again.
I WAS IN ATLANTA FOR THE WEEKEND AND MY HOTEL WAS LITERALLY NEXT DOOR SO I DECIDED TO GO HAVE DINNER AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING THEY HAD LIVE MUSIC BY KAREN BRIGGS PHENOMENAL ARTIST THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT WAS A COMPLETE VIBE THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE FOOD WAS DEVINE I ORDERED THE CHICKEN QUESADILLAS AS A STARTER AND FOR DINNER I HAD CHICKEN WINGS WITH MACARONI AND CHEESE AND SWEETPOTATO SOUFFLE EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS AND MY WONDERFUL SERVER NICOLE RECOMMENDED THAT I COME TO THE AFTER PARTY ON FRIDAY NIGHT WHERE THEY HAD 3DJS ON THE 1S-AND-2S IT WAS A WHOLE LITTTUATION AND A VIBE I TRULY ENJOYED MYSELF BOTH NIGHTS THANK YOU NICOLE FOR RECOMMENDING THAT I COME BACK ON FRIDAY NIGHT IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!
Nice atmosphere, horrible that we had to pay $20 to park on the street by the apartments, which I wonder if its legal to do, but... the inside was nice, but they need to rename it a Club NOT a lounge! That it is not...the music was so-ooo loud you had to yell & in my case write down what you want to say to waiters & your friends! There were people in the aisles twirking & dancing so much, you couldnt walk by & they cant bring your food! I think they should have a dance floor! The food: their food presentation is AWESOME!! I got Bananas Foster French Toast, bacon & chunk potatoes cooked in bell peppers & onions!! 1st thing is, I NEVER got the Diet soda I asked for several times! While the others at my table got their food, I had not! They were half done with their food & I had 2 ask for my food & still waited! When I got it, my bacon wasnt done. I sent it back & they brought out underdone bacon again... when I asked if I could get my bacon cooked well, by the time it came our, my food was almost gone. Then for about the 5th time I asked about my diet soda, I was finally told they didnt have any, which I believe was a lie! He must have forgot to put it in along with my daughters drink refill... The waiter was nice enough & I understand they were busy, but I felt like the older woman comes after the youngsters needs! I had a Grade A headache by the time we left! Im sure my younger crowd had fun, but not my type of place!
The vibe was nice. The front desk service was confusing. They mixed our party up a couple times and we received several different instructions. It was tough to get through. Once seated, we seemed rushed to order and drinks were ordered after we finished our food. It was a hassle. I believe a better flow should be given for food service. The food was ok. Our steaks were seasoned well but the potatoes and cheese eggs lacked enthusiasm. Id visit again with a smaller party and be prepared for any inconsistency in communication. They loved the fish and grits. The drinks were good once we got them.
I enjoy myself when I come here. The only thing that sucks is parking. I dont remember my bartenders name but she seems very seasoned and professional. I enjoyed her very much along with my Lamb Chop brunch. The taste of the lamb chops were so so. However, I had a long island that set me through the roof though. I love it here.
My friend and I wanted to a brunch spot that we’d never dined in before. One of the things that got us interested in visiting was the website. The menu looked great, the pictures were enticing, so we chose to go on a Saturday. Our first impression upon entering was that it was fun and friendly. Believe it or not, it got even better once we sat down and met our server. I’m terrible with names, but I believe his name was Sean. I know for sure that he was a pescatarian! He gave us outstanding service from the moment he introduced himself until we paid our final tab! His recommendations were spot on and our food came so quickly, we hadn’t even eaten the delicious bread that they bring to the table! The flavors were delicious, the portions were generous, and it was all served by a friendly and helpful waitstaff! I can’t wait to visit again. Maybe dinner and the party that happens in the evening. Thank you for such a lovely experience !
We were a party of 3 when the security guard happily opened up the door and invited us in. Lele was our waiter and she was amazing and very tentative through out our whole dining experience. The food was amazing, best food I had all week ( here for a convention). I wish I lived closer because I would frequent this place. I
This was the beat breakfast I have ever had. It was so flavorful and just all around delicious. We arrived very early it says they open at 10 , but they opened at 1030 lol . We were seated immediately. Our waitress wasn’t very attentive I think she just had a lot of tables . We ended up being thirsty most of the meal lol . The music was Just Right 👏🏾. The chicken was falling off the bone in your mouth honey ! The Grits were my favorite thing . They cooked those PERFECT! The red velvet waffles OMG 😱. The cream they have on top really set it off ❤️
Trey, our server was GREAT!!!! Made our 1st experience there wonderful as it was also comedy Friday. The host of the comedy show was funny and interacted with the crowd. Nice group of people! The food was okay, but the atmosphere and vibe made up for it. My bestfriend truly enjoyed her birthday night with them.
This place is Great! The ambiance, the service, and the food selection are all A1. I love their Crabs n Karaoke night. Happy hour is from 5p-9p. They have $10 buckets(2clusters,corn,&potato) $20 hookah and $5 Drinks specials. No cover to get in. Rooftop open. Great music. DJ upstairs and downstairs. You can’t beat it. Karaoke is downstairs and it’s a lot of fun. They also have the Magic Man who comes around and does Card tricks that will blow your mind! He’s a whole vibe! I would definitely recommend Suite Lounge if you’re ever visiting and if you live in the area, it’s a definite go to spot.
What an experience. From the staff that was serving us to the people who took us to the table, they were all loving and genuine people. They cater to our needs and made our experience in Atlanta worth every second. Thank you to the lady who took our group picture, you are the goat. Oh yeah how can i gorget, The food and drinks were sensational
Jazmin is the best there is. She customized the order to meet my allergic needs and was timely and friendly. She’s the person to take your order whether you been here before or not.
Visiting ATL with the family for Spring Break. Stopped by after the aquarium and thoroughly enjoyed the food, service by Jamaari. Was concerned that a neighboring table would smoke hookah because I has young children but that didn’t happen. Staff was pleasant and overall best dining experience thus far in our 4 night stay.
Food review. First, I’ll say that I didn’t have big expectations because I knew it was a club over a restaurant. But the experience was far worse than my expectations.Ticket times were over 30 mins long, nbd. Food comes out missing a side and entree. We FINISH eating before the missing entree comes out, the side never made it. When the missing entree comes out, it’s incorrect because it has cheese and onions on it. At that point we had already paid because we were waiting so long. Also double tipped because our server didn’t tell me the gratuity was included. Things were taking so long that I didn’t have the time or the patience to get that sorted. So paid for a salad I didn’t eat and double tipped for terrible service. Never again.
Jasmine is one of the best servers there and always takes care of me. She’s responsive and funny. Always good vibes with her! Imma go back but only if she’s workin!
My girls and I visited this spot on vacation. It was highly dissatisfying and disappointing. The wait to be seated was an hour, after being seated we waited even longer for a server. I never received my entree, and management did nothing about it. I was completely forgotten about. I left their restaurant with only having an appetizer. I paid and left. This morning I awoke to an addition charge on my debit card. I was charged for food I did not receive. & I didn’t authorize a 2nd transaction smh. This is not a place I would visit again.
I walked by this restaurant and thought it looked nice from the outside, however I would never give this place the time of day much less my business. I was a patron of the restaurant next to it and walked down the lot to double check my car was locked...I was parked on a public road. As I walked down the manager and/or the owner came out of the establishment to yell at me if I was a patron. I responded no maam and told her I would get on the sidewalk and then she responded no! Are you parked in my lot? I responded no, maam which I was not.....she proceeded to try to inspect the location of my vehicle.....a road away from her lot....and then stare me down as I walked past to the restaurant I was at....dont waste your time....go to Atlanta Breakfast Club next door. Friendly and fast service with very polite staff. Unlike next door....a staff looking to harass potential customers.....a woman who had no idea if I actually was giving her my business...not how I would want to be treated for a service I am paying for.
This place is awesome! Went on a Thursday night and they had a jazz dinner. I hear its packed out on the weekend with a DJ and R&B. The menu looked great but w only had drinks because it was late. The bartender was great and b someone else said that they had a cool rooftop area. We will definitely be back to eat and hang here another time.
The steak was dry and had no flavor or tastes ordered medium well and it came out medium all the food was cold but the banana foster french toast was good I had to send the rest of the food back but the people were amazing The manager was a delight
Jasmine our waiter gave us phenomenal service. The food was delicious. Felt good to see all those beautiful black ppl. Cant wait to come back‼️
I went for brunch. I love the atmosphere, music and energy. Even though we had reservations we still waited for almost an hour. I didnt enjoy the brunch menu. As you see I ordered a seafood omelet that was aight. No excitement to it at all and no hash brown, lol. Theres not a lot of options. The staff was professional and the day party Upstairs wasnt bad either. Also, parking can be a toughy. We paid to park on the street, I asked around about the guys holding the spots and folks said they were legit.
Listen Im visiting from Houston and this was our first stop and we did not want to leave. Erin and Sixx customer service was out the roof. They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. The food was delicious and cooked just right. I will be back. I wish we had this kind of service in Houston.
We decided to try this place out for the Friday night comedy. And when in Rome, we decided to eat here as well. We ordered a variety of foods, fried chicken, chicken and waffles, burgers, etc., in my opinion, thebfood taste like its food from a bar. Not special, no bad kr gross. But it wasnt a fine dining experience. I personally would suggest eating before the show or if yu can wait eat afterwards. As for the entertainment, the comedy show, the MC was the funniest but the comedians are most definitely amateurs and not funny. It got to a point we had to talk amongst ourselves during a few of the performances. May be better if next time we can cut them short if they cant keep the attention of the crowd.
The DJ was trash the fans were on super high and it was still hot. The staff was nice though and the valet didnt steal anything from my car!
We really enjoyed our experience at Suites Lounge. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was awesome. The bourbon salmon was prepared to perfection, and we added shrimp on the Barbie. The Jazz Series featured Nathan Mitchell. He gave an outstanding performance. The atmosphere was very energetic, and there was a diverse age group.
Really nice atmosphere with valet parking and restroom attendent. The entertainment was excellent. Some of the service seem a bit disorganized. We had to move tables because it was reserved but not labeled reserved. Our server forgot to take our order and another server eventually stepped into help. I was confused about the automatic 18% gratuity for a party of 2, and having already paid $80 for jazz event.
I loved the atmosphere, very clean, neat, beautiful decor….the band Red Sample was amazing! Very entertaining and great music. The DJ was awesome as well. Now, the food was not good at all! Extremely overpriced , and my sister complained that her’s was cold. Overall , it was cool. I would go back for sure.
Me and my husband came Saturday for trap and dine and let me just say this .. our bartender Sixx was sooo amazing ! She was literally so sweet ! Knowledgeable and her drinks were IT ! Her area stayed clean and i watched her work and she was so swift with bussing and making sure we had space to eat alongside the people we were sitting beside. Our food took a HOUR and she was so accommodating! She made us feel like she cared, she asked a million times if we needed anything lol she’s that girl ! However .. NO manager came to apologize to the bar about the food taking forever nor did they do a wellness check. I use to manage STK so believe me when I say that these things matter. If our bartender didn’t apologize a million times we wouldn’t have felt like anyone cared about the bar’s hour wait on food. Moral of the story is .. I had an amazing time at Suite lounge ! My bartender made my experience magnificent by going over and beyond and trap and dine was jumpin !
Experience here was very nice. We wanted Brunch, and original tried the place next door but the wait was for 3 hours plus so we looked and tried this place. Excellent choice! We was able to get sat immediately and the staff was friendly. Our waitress, Zai (From New Jersey), was very helpful and did an awesome job taking good care of us. Only complaint, the table wasnt too clean but they had the busboy fix that instantly. Nice atmosphere and i love the 90s r&b music to brighten the mood. I got the chicken and waffles, very delicious. Wasnt our first choice but glad we decided to try it out.
I went for the Trap and Dine on Sat. It was sooooo much fun and such a vibe. The food was on point as well (jumbo lump crab cakes (small) ) and (catfish, mac-n-cheese and collar greens) plus the after party was lit as hell. Over all a great place for a birthday dinner, large group dinner or end a date. Make reservations asap. I will be back!
Made a reservation via Yelp for Saturday morning brunch but they say they don’t use yelp for reservations, they use open table. But thankfully we were able to be seated.Just know the music is too loud to have a conversation or even get your order taken. You won’t have eardrums when you leave. The Dj is good though I loved 2000s the r&b playlistWe ordered a peach Bellini and a strawberry mimosa. They were served in those plastic wine glasses from the dollar tree and over syruped. We also ordered the catfish and grits and the red velvet chicken and waffles.Writhing 15 mins of ordering the food came out to us. The food was good, the portions were large. My potatoes were not seasoned.Grits were too creamy in my opinion but my brunch boo loved them. This place has potential but management is gonna have to do a few things differently in order for this place to live up to its full potential.
Vibes always on point. Drinks don’t be that strong but crab legs good on Wednesday. Nice atmosphere. Hookah on point
I am from Houston and came to ATL for a friend’s bday. We visited Suite Sweet Lounge and we had the BEST BARTENDERS EVER!!! Sixx & Erin( Dynamic Duo) was AMAZING! They made sure we had great drinks all night! We didn’t have to wait even though the bar was full. They both are attentive, friendly and amazing young women! Oh and the food was great! I have the catfish platter and loved it! I definitely recommend you visit them if you come to Atlanta.
Reason being. We had a reservation for 730. Arrived early 30 mins and we were accommodated . Great. Then our waitress didn’t come over to us for about an hour after we were seated. And once they came over we were informed since it was a busy weekend the items we wanted to eat weren’t in stock. Okay. Once brought our food there were no condiments or utensils. No hot sauce or ketchup/mustard , nothing. Our waitress wasn’t to be seen for another half an hour or so. Just a total let down for it not even being as busy on a Sunday. I’ve been to this establishment before and had better service so I was just a bit disturbed by the lack of consistency.
This place is located on the corner of an intersection, which makes it easy to get to and dropped off by Uber. I cant speak on parking, but there didnt seem to be much nearby. We came on Friday night for the comedy show, which started around 8:30pm. Be warned, get here early, this place fills up quickly. Our table had a great view of the stage, bar and other tables. We ordered the shrimp, grits and sausage along with the chicken and shrimp Alfredo. Order this same exact meal, whoever was cooking in the kitchen, needs to stay in the kitchen every night this spot is open. Ms. Friction (host) was lively and entertaining, but Darrell Damn was the highlight of the night.
Don’t come here the ticket lady is mess up charge me and my boyfriend $100 to get in and gave us risk bands. But my friends got in for $20 each. Didn’t realize there was two lines with different price. I went to talk to her to let her know that we didn’t know there were two lines and she said there no refund. Never coming here again and will make sure to tell all my people about this.
This was an all in one. The food was excellent they server was great and the music was everything. They had a live band and when I say they played everything from new school to old school. It is a must you go. I went on a Saturday so it did turn into a club about 9. What about the drinks? The drinks were great Lets say you can you can definitely taste the liquor if you order an adult drank. But overall ill give it a 10/10.
I’ve always passed by this place since relocating to Atlanta but never stopped by because the line is always LONG and I don’t like to wait. I randomly came here with some gfs to for a girls night. We originally were going to another destination for dinner but they told me this spot had good food and good music so I said eff it, why not. When we walked in, we were seated immediately. There was a show going on in parallel with dinner being served. This is a classic ATL lounge. Food, hookah, vibes, all there. My gfs and I had a great time! Our food was tasty and our waitress was really sweet. We initially intended on staying just for dinner but 4 bottles of wine later, we were there for a few hours. This spot does turn into more club vibes after 10pm! I’d like to come back and check out brunch but I’m going to pray about it as this is when I’ve typically seen the lines so long!
The food was very good, served hot, and came out quickly. The music was on point. The atmosphere was very lively and fun. The service was great even though they were very busy. Parking was a challenge which is typical for Atlanta. Valet parking was $40. The rooftop was a party with a full bar and live DJ!
My pregnant girlfriend went to the restaurant at 9pm asked for a mock tail (for obvious reasons) she was told the bar was too busy to make that so she couldn’t order that. When she asked for the manager it miraculously was made within 5 minutes. The food took about an hour to come out. All around not the best experience.
Love the atmosphere. My date and I went to see the comedy show(Comedy Kitchen) on Friday. At first we were told there were no seats available but they were able to find us one. The food was great and delicious. Seemed like it was cooked to order. Will definitely go back for the food. It turned into a club scene after the comedy show.
If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. They had an event that I BOUGHT a ticket for and when I got to the door, they said “If you buy your ticket after 3 it’ll be an additional $20!” HUH! So I’m genuinely confused asking them questions that they couldn’t answer. They’re just glorified scammers. Most black owned and operated businesses in ATL are jokes. The promoter at the front and his side kick security guard were literally acting like they were in the CIA. Trash. I’ll never visit this place again.
Do not order food here . The vibes are great the drinks are great everyone is super nice but when I tell you their food is trash , save your money. You’re better off starving I ordered wings and the chicken quesadilla. The chicken quesadilla had big cut up uncooked bell peppers and half of it was big un cut onions, and tons of just cheese with barley and chicken all I taste was bell pepper and onions , the wings were better then that but still dry even though they were “sweet thai” or whatever . Other wise great atmosphere & drinksI don’t know if upstairs and downstairs had different food but we ate upstairs
I absolutely had an amazing time at brunch. Lucked up and didn’t have to wait super long to get in and our server was AWESOME in every way. I believe his name was Devin? Food was good. The plate with meat and eggs came out a little cold but my French toast was BANGIN! The drinks are off the chain. And the music was lit. We sat next to a broken-ish speaker so that was a tad unpleasant but after your tipsy you don’t even hear the crackles anymore hahaha. Hooka is expensive at $60 but if you split it with your buddies it’s legit. And it’s free refills so smoke away!! Restrooms are always clean. Thanks to the restroom attendant, be prepared to tip her. She deserves it! I can’t wait to go back. Also went to the rooftop bar and it was nice on such a sunny day in the A.
First time ever at Suite Lounge. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I came here to celebrate my birthday. I wish I would have went somewhere else. I paid a deposit to be there at 7 pm for my party. We didn’t get seated until 730. We had a party for 13 ppl they put us in separate booths. I asked to move to a bigger table so we can all sit together. Our food and drinks didn’t come out on time or together. We didn’t have enough silverware. It was lipstick on the salad bowl. The salad was terrible and not even a full salad. The young lady you gave us our food and had a lollipop in her hand which she had in her mouth. We waited 30 mins for the manager. He finally came, we told him all of our issues. He was okay but he had an attitude. He challenge me on the dress code. Which I signed the contract with had the dress code on it. The dress code doesn’t matter where what you want. The only thing that was great about our night was the server Jamari was very nice and pleasant. I will not be coming back to suite lounge.
Jazz artist Eric Darius was a very entertaining sax performer (5 stars). We enjoyed the night of music here. Atmosphere is cozi and the food servers are polite and professional. One problem is the kitchen doesnt seem to be able to handle large crowds that come out. As a result orders lack quality, and sometimes ingredients from the menu, taste is bland. Otherwise a great place to visit.
Just left brunch everything was lit!! I had the cornbread app & chicken and waffles. 10/10 Millie was the best highly recommend and will be back
Nothing like a classic Atlanta lounge with GREAT food and great entertainment. Always go here for Wednesday night crab legs or Friday comedy. Saturdays they have a band and Sunday is a DJ
This place is phenomenal! The atmosphere was very chill, and it very clean! The food....... hands down the best I’ve ever had. The Bourbon Salmon and Grilled Shrimp with mashed potato’s was to die for. Our waitress was Ariel and she was so polite and pleasant. We will definitely be back anytime we are in Atlanta!
Extremely disappointed that was meant to be a fun girls night out was not that. It was a group of us that was split up while they allowed a party that was not ordering food use the space for decorating. Then to pay parking for not even being served water was obsurd.
Very classy mature restaurant. Parking could be an issue but valet is available. I parked on the street and walked about a block away. Visit this place if you want to get good quality food, wonderful entertainment and classy professional service. The waitress was a little too attentive but its better then nothing. After 10:30 the restaurant converts to an after-hours club.
Came to enjoy brunch for my best friend’s birthday, we sat at the bar and the service/ customer service was amazing the ladies we had today at the bar, deserve a huge applause!!!!!! Great job ladies you made our experience so enjoyable. I wish I would have got your names.
VALET charges those with “luxury vehicles” double the amount they charge regularly. The valet guy told me one price and another person a lower price. Just tacky.
Jamaari was our waiter. He had amazing service and the atmosphere was 10/10. The music was R&B and they food was good.
Service was not as good the server wasnt coming to our table and took very long. Overprice Food but it was good though. Parking is only valet which is 20 dollar. The DJ had good music it was just very loud.
I guess late night you get a completely different experience and I don’t think its completely necessary especially if money is still spent. First off I didn’t know anything about a shoe code policy definitely because ive never had the issue anywear else & i had just came from a show at the arena. You cant wear sandals w/o a strap but can wear ugly tennis shoes and you have to pay to get in with the wrong shoes. I went to look on the website later and couldn’t find the policy information. Second when it comes to getting a table to eat theres no reservations which is understood for a lounge but you giving wait time but no proper way to lmk the table is ready and she tells me “if someone comes back to the host stand before you they get sat first”. So basically you have to stand and wait there until a table is ready and we were told 10 mins but took 20 mins. Third you cant even walk on the other side w/o a section which is a complete vibe killer because its two different energies in the lounge. Wasted money on parking and entry and thankfully I didn’t waste on food.
Great food. Great time. I would have given it five stars but we went for brunch and the wait for the food was kind of long. It said on the table that there was a two-hour time limit on a table that big. And it took one hour for our food to even get out there. And when one person from our party stood up to go use the bathroom they had that obvious look of a customer looking for the bathroom. And two girls who look like bottle girls walked by her twice and didnt offer her any assistance. Maybe Im just picky. But I managed restaurants so I notice things like that. But despite that the atmosphere was chill. The food was amazing. And the vibe was great.
Difficult to get in but a great experience once you get your foot in the door. Make sure you have a reservation if interested in going. Not sure if it’s needed but good luck getting a seat without one. I checked out the spot on a Friday while there was an event going on upstairs and the entire front was gated up. There was no clear direction on how to get into the actual restaurant and once I finally got inside I was escorted out to get my temperature taken which was fine but the hostess and people working in the front were rude. I was going to leave but my sisters wanted to stay (they just walked up from parking the car and lucky for them didn’t interact with anyone there). Once we were seated my perception changed. Our waiter provided good service, the DJ played all the jams, and the food was great. I’ll keep that memory for the sake of not having to worry about the headache of getting in. Don’t think I’ll visit again but I did enjoy myself while being there.
Dionna C is the best services, knows the menu very well. The best spirit. 10/10 waiter
The bartender was amazing hookah girl the dark one not so much but Mia handle that DJ suck
The food was good and the service came at the right times and was on point. I like the menu it is nice. Be prepared to pay over 25 dollars for the good entres. They had a comedy club but they were only letting certain people in they stopped entry right when I got to the counter I was kind of upset because I planned all day and got there at 830 like they said online and still didnt get a seat to the comedy. But the restaurant was good and they had good food.
The live music, the food, the atmosphere, the energy was amazing!! Beautiful people all around me simply having a great time. And, I never knew that tubas were party starters! Two tuba players showed up and showed out!!Saturday night... remember that! Go for a late dinner and enjoy the live music and avoid the cover charge 😉!
My friends took me there for my birthday. I enjoyed the waitress and the atmosphere. My friends arrived 20 minutes before I did and were told they could not be seated until I arrived. I thought that could have been handled differently. Then it seems like others were coming in after I arrived and we were still not being seated. Im going to say maybe they had reservations and we did not. Also, what we ordered the food was bland and who wants barely seasoned food. The three Entrees could have been better, but service great. Warning there is Valet parking $40 whether you park it or valet. The parking place tell you could can park for free is too far so just its better to pay the valet and go enjoy the great music and drinks. The experience of the live music band was awesome, and staff friendly.
It is ssssssooo rare to find a place in Atlanta now with quick service, amazing atmosphere and Incredibly wonderful Service!! Our server LeeLee was amazing!! I mean beyond great!! She was very sweet and attentive.... SHE HAD THE BEST ATTITUDE AND WAS SO HELPDUL WITH IDEAS ON ORDERING!! I WILL DEF RETURN AND WD LOVE TO HAVE HER AGAIN AS A SERVER ❤❤❤❤❤💜💜💜
Ate here for brunch before going to the aquarium today.1. The greeters and servers were super friendly.2. The food came out so fast and was AMAZING!The restaurant next door had a two hour wait. We were immediately seated at Suite. From walking up to walking out was less than 30 minutes. We rushed ourselves, the staff did not.I got the red velvet chicken and waffles. They were amazing. Some of the best fried chicken Ive ever tasted. The red velvet waffles were unlike anything else Ive ever had.I cannot recommend this place enough!
Millie really took care of us. Service was excellent, our food was brought to us fast, and the vibes were immaculate. I love the Suite food lounge.
Customer service was great and the music was right. I ordered the seafood omelet. However, I dont know why they called it a seafood omelet because it was only two shrimps and a tiny bit of crab on one side of the omelet. For $18, it should have been seafood all throughout the omelet. It also wasnt that much cheese on it.
I loved this spot! Thank you so much to our server Zay for the wonderful service. We arent from here and had no clue where to start with ordering and he gave us honest suggestions and most popular choices to choose from. The food was good and drinks were strong. I enjoyed the fried lobster and my friend had the steak and eggs. Great music and good vibe throughout our time here. 5 out of 5 for this spot.
I have always heard great things about this place but I did not have a good experience. We visited out of town for a friend’s birthday and as soon as we sat down for a reservation then we felt rushed. We aren’t aware that someone else had reserved the area for later that night. The waitress was so rude with rushing us to order food, drinks, and hookah because the kitchen was “closing”. She literally brought our takeout plate before we touched our food. She said “y’all gotta move” after we’ve paid $60 for a hookah which is actually ridiculously expensive. The spinach artichoke (not pictured because I was rushed to put it the to go plate) was good but she threw our vibe off. I will say the atmosphere outside of the service was fine with the live music and DJ. I
Not A Critic Just A Customer!7/21/19Sunday Brunch visit, I was already prepared for the wait and it was as expected for Sunday Brunch , food was good, service was nice, my only issue was::::::****Not being seated in a timely manner , I had 3 in my party and hadbeen waiting for a long time already but really bothered me was seeing ppl come in and being sitted right away and before us i.e a large table became opened and the party of 6 that had jyst came was seated again before us, long story short, afert asking a couple times I had to complain about what I saw happening and before something was done ,,,,,,,not a good feeling at all, Not a good experience or impressions for 1st time / future visitors being over looked......Please seat ppl in order and dont pass them up.
Food was great, drinks were pricey but worth the money (despite the plastic for covid-19) and even the staff was great. My only real complaint was the music was not a good look. On a Saturday night the last thing I want to hear is slow and sad R&B. Play some upbeat dance music! Even the band was dragging down the vibe. Also if you guys want valet to be cash only, get an ATM outside. Its 2020, nobody carrying cash around. Despite those things I definitely would come back though.
I only had 4 long island ice tea! Do you know they charged me $98 !!!!!! For that like huh 🤯 something did not add up !THEY GOT OVER ON ME, nice vibe but I won’t be back 😮💨
Decided to drop in on a Wednesday evening about 9 pm. Parking was valet only and a bit disorganized so we parked in a lot across the street for $10. It was a karaoke night. There was no cover charge and no dress code, I wore jeans and flip flops and my guy had on jean shorts and gym shoes. The bar seating was full, dinner seating was mostly empty with a few groups scattered throughout and one large group celebrating a birthday. The atmosphere was nice. There was a DJ and an MC. Our waitress was nice. I ordered chicken and waffles, it good enough, tasted ok but skimpy on the chicken. My guy had the fried airline chicken which was chicken breast and roasted potatoes and greens. He said his sides were good but sent the first chicken breast back because it was mostly skin, bone and fat. The second one arrived exactly the same. Our drinks were pretty expensive, his double shots were $30 each and my mixed drink was $14. I guess maybe its a southern thing to serve expensive adult beverages in plastic cups.
The food was amazing. I personally had the red velvet chicken and waffles and it was too good. I had some of my friend’s fried lobster which was amazing but I wish she had more. My friend said the steak was alright. But the mimosa tower… girl I was leaning. Too good. With the price, food, and atmosphere overall 10/10. Trey was amazing too, loved his energy and patience. Service was quick too. Saturday was a good day to do brunch.
This place is a true hidden gem. The staff Kt and Millie were awesome from the moment we sat until we left. The atmosphere is clean with a unique feel that makes you feel welcome. The food was just as good, served within a quick manner and met all expectations. We were checked on several time but not to a point where we couldnt enjoy our food. I would highly recommend to friends, family, even strangers to try. I will be back hopefully with a larger crowd. Thank for such great team work and dedication to the us.
Delicious food!! Atmosphere and a great service staff!!! Highly recommend!
Wasn’t impressed. Friends bought a section, for the ridiculous price it needs to be ready upon arrival. They took 35+ minutes to bring the bottles after not having table ready. Definitely wasn’t interested in buying another dam thing. Thirst is real, parking $40 a joke they don’t even charge that to park at 5 ⭐️ restaurants with A1 excellent service. Atl venues need Jesus, Mary and all the saints just sad all the way around. That’s why gratuity should NEVER be forced; there’s no incentive to provide exceptional service. Keith Lee was right smh yall need help definitely NOT worth it. Juice and ice sitting there for 30 minutes but no alcohol because yall hope people don’t have time to drink it is mad weak AF. Do better
The first rule of running a business in the city is to be a good neighbor. This business fails that fundamental rule by occupying one of the rare protected bike lanes in the city with illegal valet parking, then their parking attendant gets belligerent with cyclists if they take issue. Do not patronize this restaurant until they commit to fix the problem.
Didnt get anything to eat just drinks and was expensive one shoot of jack $22 lol and then I got me another one and my wife something to drink 2 drinks was $35 plus they had already added the tip to the bill 🙃 😅.
The food was amazing but the service and how hot it was I could not enjoy myself. I will come back once y’all turn the AC on or get it fixed.
I went here Sunday for brunch and i didn’t have a good experience I waited a long time to get seated I had a server and she was rude and seem irritated and my food took a long time to come I definitely won’t be coming back here
Visiting from Texas. Avacado bruschetta was average. The breakfast was great, especially the pancakes!
As a fellow business owner, I excessively focus on businesses operations and etiquette. Suite Food Lounge provided for consistent access to a full staff who conduct routine experience checks. If at any point the vibe was off, you could guarantee that within 60 seconds, a member of the team would be beside you to remedy the situation. My food was awesome - hot, fresh, and drew attention from the other members of my party. The ambience was a vibe, the DJ spinned as if he was on stage at a Verzuz!! We were surprised by Big Tigger (Rap City) being the MC, however because my girls and I were dressed in 90s garb - Tigger was the icing on the cake. Thanks to the manager Mel for thestart-to-finish delightful customer experience. And when you go, make sure to order something suite.
I got the Lobster Mac & Cheese, and LeeLee was super kind and an amazing server!! 10/10 would recommend
Went out for Dinner and Dancing to celebrate a birthday on a Saturday (8/19).I always opt to valet instead of street parking, which is expensive ($10 if you leave by 10 pm, $20 all night). The wait for a table was about 40 minutes (arrived about 9 pm).I ordered chicken and waffles, which was really good. Ive only had one okay meal from this place (Springer chicken, which was too salty...may have been an off night). The DJ this night was terrible it took him until well after midnight to find a good pace. His mixing from one song to the next was just cringe worthy, the crowd even booed at one point lol.Overall we had a good night.
I just wish we received the same service as the other people that sat. We didn’t get a menu, napkins or utensils. She walked past us like she didn’t see us until I asked if we were sitting in the correct area to be serviced. I noticed the other race was taken care of and set up with a smile immediately. We didn’t get any of that nor the prompt service Sixx. I’m a bartender too. I promise we would have taken care of you. Never judge dear!
