Just left there. First off great customer service. There was a nice and caring woman making sure I got exactly what I was looking for which were pre-rolls . Lol this is the first time pre-rolls delta-8 has made me cough!! I felt high after 2 pulls. I’m definitely going back! I am from out of town so this was the safest option for me and I am happy to have found this location. Thanks a lot. 5-stars most definitely.

I only ever bought 1 specific vape juice here. Unicorn dreams. I would call 2-3 times a week, and they would be sold out, but promise they would order some for me, and then not have it. Was told 17 times, and still cant get it. I dont mind the selling out or whatnot, but getting lied to repeatedly is not a great customer retention policy.Will change rating when they actually follow through. Until then, I will be taking my business to a store that values repeat business

I have always enjoyed the service at this location but today the young lady was very rude with 0 amount of customer service. I asked was she ok and she said “yea I am studying”. I told her of my career in Biology and she says that she just want to get a basic job in a lab because she doesn’t care to work. I then decided to purchase additional products and asked is there any new inventory coming. She states that she isn’t a manager and doesn’t ask any question if she doesn’t have to. Wow! What a way to treat a repeat customer. Choosing to patronize this store is a choice. However, if you do not care to work, don’t. Revenue is what sustain a business. Customers are what drives that revenue. Hopefully, she understands that principle. Good luck to her.
Found something in my shisha that I purchased from there. I called them as soon as I opened it and saw it. They gave me an email to send the photo I took of it and never heard a word. I spent $57 on shisha there for something to be in it and they didn’t care. No call back from the manager, no apologies, no offer to replace the shisha. I will NEVER purchase anything from there again!!!!

By far the best experience I’ve had in the buckhead/Brookhaven area. Not only did they have all the best products but the service was on point, straightforward business. Discovered this store recently and have been a repeat customer ever since. They have the best selection of hookah and CBD related products Ive found since moving here. The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable on all things vape/smoking related. Theyre also open later than a lot of other shops in the area which is a huge plus.What really got me to keep coming back is the fact that theyll order a specific product for you if you request it then give you a call when the product has arrived.Definitely check this store out, theyre good at what they do!!!!

My boyfriend and I always come here to get delta -8 pens. But recently something has been going on with the hours. Today we went to this location at 7:50 pm when the hours CLEARLY state they close at 11 pm. We went out of our way to drive all the way there and the doors were locked. Lights on, a car in the parking lot but nobody to open the door. We honked and tried to talk to other customers outside who were also very confused and angry about it being closed so early. this isn’t the first time this has happened either.
Updating Review:Shortly after leaving the below review, I was contacted by the owner (Alan). He apologized for the situation and offered to make it right. I went back to the store and exchanged the battery for a working model and the sales agent was very pleasant. Bloom has definitely won my business back! I’m still taking off one star because the incident should have never happened in the first place but again, I will definitely continue shopping at Bloom. :)BUYER BEWARE!!!I literally just walked away from the store being ripped off!They are knowingly selling broken devices and then telling you to send it to the company for a refund.To start, the sales associate (Jevonony) had a horrible attitude. I was looking for a new vape battery which he recommended one that I agreed to purchase. I left the store to go ½ a mile to my house where I fully charged the battery. Unfortunately, it didn’t work! I immediately took it back which Jevonony agreed that IT DIDN’T WORK.He the opened two other batteries of the same type which also didn’t work! I asked if I could simply exchange for a different type, even a cheaper one. He advised that there is nothing he could do and I would need to talk to the owner, who apparently is only there on Tuesday mornings he said. I even agreed to that and asked for a copy of my receipt. I even wanted to buy a different battery type which I tested and that different brand worked fine.As Jevonony was checking me out on the second battery he proceeded to tell me that Alan (the Owner) isn’t going to do anything for me anyways, that he just got in trouble for exchanging broken devices, and I that would have to mail it back to the company. I said, “that’s BS, I literally just bought this and returned it within the hour. You opened two other exact batteries yourself that also DIDN’T WORK.” Jevonony became very aggravated for some reason and practically yelled at me, “SIR, DO NOT DISRESPECT ME, YOU CAN LEAVE THE STORE!” I responded with, Okay, bye. Their competitor right around the corner just won my future business.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE.
I love this location, definitely nice set up, wide selection of juices, tobacco, and vapes. The prices are great and the service is awesome! Definitely will visit again. Can’t wait til the lounge is open!

Also be sure to check out the tangiers line one of the fews shops that actually carries some of the best and most rare tobacco around. 🙂🙂

Best smoke/vape shop in the area in my opinion. Cant beat great prices with even better customer service, the staff is very knowledgeable.
Price gouging? I can’t believe they charge $17 plus change for my vape while other stores nearby have them for $9- $12. One even has a loyalty program.
Employee seemed annoyed I was there? Very weird. Could not answer any questions and was on their phone the entire conversation as I was trying to learn about products. I’m sorry for shopping at your business. I will ask questions and purchase somewhere else.
