Everyone is very helpful and they have everything that I could ask for. The selection is great and the prices are comparable to the shops in the surrounding area, its the customer service and knowledge and them going above and beyond to make sure my experience is above par.

A mixture of being on a trip, a glance of Turkish bazar and a visit in a museum of contemporary art. Art it is for sure and therefore I recommend to go there between 10 am and 6 pm on workdays to see and experience life how some of these stunning pieces are created.I did not know a quarter of what for or how it has to be use of what is presented in that wide space. But the extremely friendly stuff showed patience and appreciated my interested in their work. I had a great time. And now I can tell: I think there is nothing around smoking (not cigars, that’s different story) this shop has it all or it does not exist. My visit here forced me two days later to get an additional luggage for my flight back home. Thank you guys!

This shop is an Atlanta classic. Its been making moves since I was a kid, in a lot of ways its the best shop of its kind In town. The glass they have cant be beaten, the people are laid back, and its home man. Its a piece of Atlanta, an icon. An institution. And to some... an inspiration ✨️

Adam was super helpful! I went in think my battery might be broken and he tested it for me. (which sadly it was broken) He was also really informative of the other batteries and ended up going with the hangwave. So far it’s been great, thanks again!

Wanted to return something I bought and only had for a couple of weeks it was a scale for weighing food it promised a way to 1/10 of a gram it would not. So I go to exchange it or return it and because the owner was not there they would not take the exchange or return. Be warned otherwise great staff great manager love the place

The place is a bit overwhelming at first with the amount of inventory they have, so dont hesitate asking a staff member for help. Brett was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me familiarize myself with the equipment. Wish that bridge would get finished so they can get more business!

Best glass selection and 1 of 2 carefully curated shops in Atlanta. Staff is 1 star after 5 pm. Managers are great but not working in the evenings. Only owner can sell nicest glass. Message them on Instagram for inquiries staff can’t answer.

Great choice of items, but the employees are not very engaging and dont seem to smile much. Cheer up guys! I would think that if they had a Glass blowing demo day 1-2x a week, or another interesting event, The place could get a lot of extra business. Doesnt seem to be very many customers ever there. The quality quantity,and selection of their products is about the best in the business.

I’ve come in here a couple of times. The last time purchased a product, I went online to authenticate it through the brand site and they said that the serial number had already been entered. That means they sell fakes. I didn’t report the location although the puff bar site asked. I Literally just called them 5 min ago to ask about a product and they hung up in my face. If I didn’t just get surgery I’d go up there to ask why. That was very rude.

Very knowledgeable staff. Great variety. In house glass artisan that makes beautiful pipes of various colors shapes and sizes in addition to regular inventory. Fantastic incense selection. Reasonable prices.

I used to love this place but the past few years the staff always has an attitude and cant wait to get back behind the counter for a smoke break. I stopped going for about a year and figured Id give them another try last month and its worse then before. Glass is over priced and staff isnt friendly and doesnt like answering questions about products they sell.UPDATE.Staff has not changed, maybe gotten worse since last visit. It’s like they want to argue. You can’t even ask a question without some sort of attitude. Quality of glass made in house is very below average and overpriced. I dread going in this place. Unfortunately sometimes they’re the only place open that’s close.

This shop has to have the best, most varied selection of glass I have ever seen. The staff was polite and educated and let me swap out a piece of my purchase with one that wasnt cracked upon inspection. They are officially my go-to shop for my future glass needs.

Great selection not so friendly service. was looking for a replacement bowl for water pipe and was planning to purchase a volcano then quickly changed my mind since it seemed as though the staff member was annoyed by my description of what i was looking instead being cordial and helping me find what i needed. will find another smoke shop to buy my volcano that ivev waited 20 years to be able to afford. :/

Feb./7/2021Today at 4pm I called asking about a particular device and Alexis or Alexa?? Was pretty unprofessional about answering my question by replying if the device was in here I would know although she confessed not knowing if the store she works at everyday (her very words) had the device or not earlier? Yeah Im confused about this customer service. Gotta do Better with the attitude now.. Remember were the ones paying YOU not the other way round.

My roommate and I both bought the same product. mine was faulty. had one working without the default to compare it to. brought mine back. was told I see how its faulty but it works. I dont think it warrants an exchange. very poor handling of a faulty product situation

Have been to many many smoke/head shops in my life. This is a pretty good shop, lots of heady glass thats entirely too unaffordable, but they also have some great functional pieces as well. Goo accessories and a knowledgeable staff help.My only gripe, and one that is more about this space and not the particular location, supply chain management doesnt exist in the cannabis/vape/headshop world. Sometimes they have certain pen batteries, sometimes they dont. Sometimes they have various *Standard sized bangers, sometimes they dont.

Im from Cali and was visiting family in ATL over summer and stopped in and was genuinely impressed. More than reasonable prices and a huge selection of beautiful and unique pieces ranging in size. If I revisit ATL Ill definitely stop by and pick up another great piece.

Im new to Atlanta, living in buckhead. I went to many places trying to find juice for my vape. Im incredibly picky. While they dont have basically any of a variety, the limited amount they do have is AMAZING and LOCAL! And man, their custom blown glass is gorgeous and ridiculously intricate. The staff was extremely friendly, for the most part. Especially in comparison to the other headshops around here that Ive been to. The first guy I dealt with was kindof meh. He clearly didnt want to be at work (which doesnt make sense. Seems like itd be a relatively easy and enjoyable job). But the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. I plan in going back today to pick up some more Mad Rabbit. Awesome surprise there. Coconut and Graham crackers! Absolute bliss.This place is awesome. I think everyone should visit at least once, if not to just check out the glass case with all the gorgeous custom pieces. Its something we should see in a museum.

Exceptionally knowledgeable staff. I went in looking to try e-cigarettes and knowing virtually nothing about them. The guy who helped me went through the trouble of walking me through the entire process and explaining everything about the device that I purchased. Overall excellent consumer experience and I plan to return there whenever I need a refill for my e-cigs or decide to try a different vaporizer.

Extremely large selection of products. From top of the line and well renowned brands/companies, to *PHENOMENAL* and vastly unique glass blown by local artists/glass blowers. They pretty much have it all.Although, I wouldnt really bother if youre only looking for vaping products/e-cigs.But for *Glass*, this should be at the top of your list to visit.

Shop is well kept, staff is usually amicable. 3 stars because they arent always knowledgeable about the products they carry. I just wasted some money, unfortunately.

It has a great selection way way way WAAAAAY too pricey i dont see the justification of the prices and it for damn sure isnt in the charm charisma or welcoming nature of the employees who like to tell me they dont have it it wont work and i dont know before i even finish the question. needs needs a lot of people skill training for the folks working there id rather hit the hookah shop right up the road

This place has good prices for good products and thats why I drive so much further to go here because I know they will always take care of me better than if I went to a shop that tries to gouge your wallet for namebrand glass, dabbers, etc...

My favorite smoke shop that I have been to, in Alabama. Very cool, unique glass as far as bongs and I think pipes. They have rolling trays, bangers, one hitters, mood mats, everything. Make sure that any glass/bangers/bowls that you buy arent chipped/cracked/broken before you leave. I bought a banger that was chipped where I didnt notice it before I left.

Went to starship for a vape battery was cheap quality fell apart after three puffs called these guys at 138 am showed up at 150 and they took care of me knew exactly who I was and sold me a great quality pen at the same exact price as starship I am now toking away during what could’ve been a very unworthy night to write a review

They sold almost everything that any other head shop in Atlanta sells. I went to buy Kratom. Even though there was a huge section of Kratom with many brands and different varieties, none of the employees knew or could tell me ANYTHING about it...nothing! It would be compared to me selling ice cream but knowing not one thing about what it is, where it came from, what sizes and flavors it came in...all i know is that its called ice cream, it costs this much and we sell it!Rediculous!

Went here a couple days ago and didn’t know what exactly what I was looking for but the guy who was working was great help and got me what I needed and he was very knowledgeable.

Okay selection, store is 80% glass pipes. Terrible service, unfriendly, and unhelpful staff. There are 3 other head shops in a 1/4 mile radius. Id suggest going to those.
