The guy tonight when asked if they had a certain item he just pointed, then got up like it was a chore to assist me. When asked about discounts the guy said they had nothing till June 10th. The girl let us know that there was a discount on other items.

Worst location Ive been too & it was because of thr staff. No one greeted me when I walked in. The guy with the dreads and red hair was sitting right in front of me fondling with a hookah. The girl with the pink hair had her headphones on bopping to music and paid me no mind while she was texting on her phone. So I finally asked Is someone going to help me? Red dreads decided to star at me as If I was crazy still never saying anything at all. So rude! And he signal to the pink hair to assist me. I love the North Ave & Howell Mill locations!

I was turned away immediately for not having ID on me. I am 35 years old (and I wear every one of those years on my face), and I was accompanying my wife, who did have ID. We went down the street andspent our money at Wyzo’s instead! Turned out to be a much better decision!

My Boyfriend and I came in yesterday just to browse and we ended up finding just what we needed. I can’t remember who helped us but she was from Cali and was great. Very knowledge and personable. We’ll be back to see her again because the cleaning solution and grinder she recommended was AWESOME!

Cloud 9 is a very neat and clean vape store with a good selection and an obvious emphasis on great customer service.Never in my life have I not been able to find my juices or my replacement parts at the store I buy it all from. Its bad. Fix it. Overstock if need be.

Cloud 9 just wants to provide you with the personable service unlike others here in the area.Being from California, this shop is the level of service, hipness and professionalism. Cloud Nine is the only place I go to get my juice. Straight Grape Hard Candy by Candy Brand. Folks there are helpful and most a very knowledgeable about vape products.

This was a great experience! This was my first time getting a Vape pen, and juice. Zeppelin (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) was very insightful and helpful. He helped me understand different options and how to most benefit from the product I purchased. He helped me get setup after the purchase. All my questions were answered and I left with a better understanding. This was great customer service. The store is filled with product and options.This is the only Vape store I will be going to in Atlanta that’s for certain!

This place rules. I work a couple of blocks away from them and theyre now my go to spot. I especially love the juice bar. The menu was a nice touch and helped me find a new flavor that Im in love with. And the customer service was on point!

Love the staff and the awesome floor to ceiling artwork of Atlanta. :) price are a bit high (compared to online), but nothing beats a brick and mortar vape/smoke shop (cuz who wants to wait for delivery...). I love the bright green cleaner they sell (can’t remember the name). Use that and a set of pipe cleaners and your piece will look like new in less than 10 min. Always helpful, super excited to share their knowledge with newbs to OGs.

The ladies who work here are usually very helpful and assist in a very pleasant manner that could have a larger choice of vaping products but thats about it

I go in on a weekly basis to buy orb bars. (Always sold out of meteor mint and arctic apple) went in and was recommended by clerk to try the watermelon bar. Tried it out and it seemed fine. After a regular use the next day it started tasting acrid and I knew it was a dud. Went back less than 24 hrs to see if they could replace it. They said they could do anything and offered me 10 percent... I show up on a weekly basis and spend hundred dollars a month there and you offered me a 2 dollar discount?! Screw cloud 9. Fake af sales reps.

I have been coming here for months now buying Cbd. The past two times I’ve been in it’s been terrible customer service by the same guy with dreads. He clearly has no idea how to manage a shop. It was more important for him to talk on his phone with a friend blatantly cussing in front of everyone. Then when it came down to purchasing the product, he was clueless about everything..............

It doesn’t matter which Cloud 9 I go to. It’s always some awesome staff there. I do have to switch up my locations to find my favorite vapes but that’s not really a complaint more just inconvenience sometimes. Other than that. Very high quality vapes and products. 🙌🏾

Horrible customer service. I purchased a vape that malfunction 5 days after purchasing it. They would not exchange or refund. I spent almost $100 for it. To add insult to injury, I once returned a vape they mistakenly put in my bag.

First time going the guy sold me the wrong coils for my vape. Their juices are cheap and horrible. Overall seems like a bunch of people who got hired without knowing any actual information about vapes or vaping. Would be nice if SOMEONE in that store actually knew what they’re talking about lol

Went in for some CBD. I have early onset ostheoarthiritus in my knees from high school football. My knees hurt so bad every morning and I heard cbd helps. The guy there turned me onto some CBD cream that I can apply directly and I have to say it worked WONDERS. went to work in about 30 seconds. DEFINITELY coming back.

Bought a vape and as soon as I left, it stopped working. Literally 5 minutes. When I went back in, the salesperson refused an exchange because I had already loaded it with CBD. (How would I otherwise figure out that it didn’t work?)After arguing with him, he adjusted it and got it to work. I left and it went out again immediately. He refused to exchange it. Terrible business practice. AVOID THIS PLACE.
