I recently visited Cloud 9 and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Nick and Toya, who were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.Nick took the time to explain the different products available, helping me find exactly what I needed. His expertise and patience made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Toya was equally impressive, providing great recommendations and ensuring I left the store completely satisfied.The shop itself was clean, well-organized, and had a fantastic selection. The customer service provided by Nick and Toya truly set this place apart.

Caleb is the best customer service worker ever! He has a very clean and organized store and all his employees are very knowledgeable.

I love the educational approach from the staff. It’s more than a typical smoke shop. They know what they sell and they know how to make proper recommendations based off your experience. I’m coming back.

I just purchased a vape pen from the store and it was good better than I expected the name of the vape pen is called pulser APX pro vape!!! It has a medium strong pull !!!! Discreet when you smoke it… Goes up to 450 and you don’t need a lot of bud to go in there I’m from Los Angeles where I like the real stuff and I also got convinced to buy some THC – A Pretty good as well my high-level is scale 1 to 10 I’ll give it a 8 1/2…. I purchased a 3.5 the brand is called peak exotic indoor flower THC – 20 Indica hybrid ………Nikk was very helpful and very logical… On the product I give him five stars… On customer service and being knowledgeable

Great smoke shop but some of the staff there are very rude. Simple interactions and transactions were met with unprovoked rudeness.

Always a pleasure coming into the shop! Ive got roughly 25k points and this is my preferred shop. There are plenty of locations and many of them have a range of products for everyone. Prices are a little high in comparison to smaller shops but not outrageous. For the quality , customer service and organization its well worth it

They saved the day again. My older Smoktech stuff has fallen apart over the last few months. First a tank...they recommended a great FreeMesh tank. And then this afternoon a new mod. See picture of the casualty I was trying to hang on to! Although they were a little short on options, Im digging my new vape mod! They were able to confirm specs (batteries size and tank) for compatibility with my current tanks! Great group of folks!

They are great. I bought a battery for my cart and it was a good expensive one and the cart I had didnt fit and I finally made it back to exchange it and instead I got a tank for my big vape and some vape juice but it was no problem as they are personal with me and friendly. I also didnt destroy the package and wasnt trying to get over on them. But still they are a good spot and it will be my main store until....

When a store manager insists you buy $30 worth of merch for your visit to be beneficial, its time to stop going. Poor service and management. There are many great smoke shops, choose another

My new regular spot, I started coming in when they first opened up and all of the staff from when they opened to newer hires have been awesome. They took the time to learn my name and remember what I like! Also putting me on to new products that NEVER MISS! Genuinely kind staff, always willing to take the time to explain options and give you options that are personalized to what you like. 10/10 great shop. Great people.

The tall black bald male employee with the cooked tooth was extremely disrespectful. From the moment we stepped in he was very rude and dismissed us. I am very disappointed because I have always experienced such friendly employees while there.

I had a terrible experience here! I went in and the entire staff consisted of men who seemed to be under the influence of hard dr*gs (most likely pills or something harder). There was one male associate who made me super uncomfortable.. He kept making weird comments to me and harassing me to buy a $30 bag of kratom, I said I didn’t want it and he kept pushing the item on me! It made me so uneasy I left without buying anything. Never going back here!

Anthony is the best! This was my first time here and he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and attend to my needs, so much so, I brought a brand new hookah just because! If you visit, ask for Anthony he’ll take great care of you!

Just a little bit pricey. But not much. You pay for quality and great customer service. They go above and beyond the meaning of those words. The staff is top notch. And well educated on products they sell .thumbs up all the way i will go back many times. And i also told alot of people that they are the number one smoke shop to go to! A+++ all the way!

The staff at night is amazing and always takes care of the customers. My problem is with one product called Flying Monkey HHC it is complete trash and needs to be removed from your shelves immediately. To anyone reading this do not buy this garbage product.

Bought the elf bar vape. It was like $21 after tax. It’s nice they let you hit it before leave to ensure it works. I don’t know much about vaping but it’s legal and I was looking for something to use to feel more relaxed I guess. I threw it away a few days after purchasing because I just don’t like the way it made me feel. I don’t think it was the vape. I just think I have a menthol or nicotine sensitivity. Feels like my head turned into a ballon and popped off and floated away. There seemed to be a decent variety of things in there. And the representatives were all really nice and helpful even though I was probably annoying.

Sunday I went in, looking for a bong for my Za, but I had difficulties looking for the right color, size you know but a worker there named Nadya when I tell you I have never been treated so well in my life, she was so transparent and pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. 11 out of 10

Had wonderful trips to Cloud 9 before going one day and bought a ‘vendora’ brand hookah. At the time of purchase, the rep helping me failed to tell me about the poor conditions of the way the hookah pieces were made. I say that to say a blond haired acne riddened rep said when going back, that he KNEW there was rust or what they called “brown stuff” along the inner part of the hose and no one told us that prior to purchase. We came in wanting empathy and store credit or refund and they said everything was final. My significant other took a picture of the ‘brown stuff and showed the rep and he said that it wasnt rust but that it was just brown stuffs left on the inside of the hose ........ the rep and the manager then walked off to help two other customers and left the hookah pieces on the counter. We waited for a good ten minutes before the acne face rosacea rep said there was nothing that they can do. He proceeded to wrap the item and not acknowledge us wanting some sort of refund of store credit to prove that the poor quality was not our fault. That they knew that brand was not good AT ALL and still manage to be sold at that establishment! The audacity. Do not buy their hookahs!!!!

Don’t understand the ‘flexibility’ on what their rewards program can be used for. It changes on who is your cashier daily and North Avenue Atlanta store the worst about this. All these places sell same stuff so avoid

Love this smoke shop they are polite and very resourceful in what they do they have suggestions and the right amount of knowledge to help someone as myself who can never decide on what products to buy whenever I come to the store lol so it makes my trip that much more worth it !!!

Poe was very accommodating to my needs being hard of hearing, he spoke at a volume which I truly appreciated while wearing his mask for safety, whenever I’m in Atlanta and need a vape I’ll definitely be returning

Lost a customer forever. If you buy disposable vapes...find another place to buy them. Last 3 Orb and Ignite are horrible quality and no refunds were given even when the vape lasted less than 1 day.Just bought a $300 water pipe, $700 volcano, and 3-$20 vapes and they owner wouldn’t give a refund. Ridiculous 😂Also...the owner is anything but lgtbq friendly.
