While I purchased my equipment in another state, Ive been amazed at how willing the Vape Atlanta crew has been to help resolve problems and answer my questions. Theyre patient, thoughtful and treat each customer with respect and full engagement. Vape Atlanta has a great selection of juices, too. Shout out to GM/owner Patrick and Ashley! Ive never had a bad experience.

Amazing customer service!! James was the guy helping me he cleaned my tank, replaced my coil, and helped me find a new unit that was a perfect fit for my needs. Also, there Wednesday juice sales are great.

Im from out of town and went to this shop. Amazing employees or owner. The man behind the counter spent about 45 minutes working with on trying to find a matching lid to my cloud champ RDA. We went through many boxes to see what would fit. Eventually we found a match and at a great price. I would highly recommend this shop, you cant go wrong with stellar customer service.

Great deals on juice and have a good reward system that keeps me coming back. Never had an issue with any vape product or juice bought from them and have always been more than happy. I only hope they can start having more regular reliant hours. Its around 30 mins just one way to get there, and have showed up twice around 2.5 hrs before close and nobodys home. The sign says 9. Ive been there as early as 630 and even waited around for half and hour and nothing. Ill still remain a loyal customer regardless, just a bit of possible improvements that could be implemented?

We were in from out of town and all THREE of our devices were messing up. I brought them in here and the girl working spent 30+ minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with them, cleaning them, and putting in new coils. And surprise! They worked!For her troubles, I ended up buying three bottles of juice. The flavors were so awesome that we came back the next day to stock up on several flavors before we left town.Excellent customer service. Excellent juices. Loved this place!

The in house juice they create are absolutely the best Ive had anywhere. If youve been searching for juice that doesnt have an overpowering amount of sweetener added, this is your place! The creative flavor profiles they come up with are perfect, and always an unexpected pleasure. Super friendly and approachable staff, and if you live in the area (frequent buyer), the rewards points are quite nice.

GreatThe staff here is very knowledgeable, and they were able to teach me everything that I needed to know to start using my vape pen. I appreciated the time that they took to show me the different oils that they make, and educate me on the differences. They make all of their own oils, and have a lot to choose from.I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to quit smoking by using a vape pen to stop by this place to let them show you the way.

Ive come by this place a few times but my experences have not been great. if its not the fact that they dont have any of the type of juice im looking for they are either out of stock all the time for certain items or just rude. the last time i was in a while back one of the employes was making music with all these devices on the counter and seemed really annoyed that i even came in the store. after trying to find something to buy i eventualy gave up and left and he acted like he was glad i was leaving and started back on that music again. just rude! I dont think Ill be back. Im sure i wont. need to hire better staff and get stocked better. not good.

Heeeeey! I came here to shop for a Christmas gift and the workers, plus owner, were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me. I didnt know much about how many grams of nicotine the person needed, so with my expertise on their smoking habits, the owner was able to give me a number. Cool!This shop makes its own flavors of e-liquid and for the two tobacco varieties that I ended up buying, they were really good. In fact, I recommend trying out the tobacco liquids and getting one of those as well as the more fruity flavors. I ended up settling for a basic kit that was $60 and came with two Evod vapes, extra coils and charger. The recipient was very happy with his gift. Lets hope that he never reaches for another cigarette again!The place is sort of hard to find and I ended up having to call. Its behind a Mexican restaurant that is about to open on Euclid Ave. Look for a small pink building.

I have been to tons of vape shops in metro atl......this is definitely one of the top 3 i have found.....its not a corporate store its privately owned which can be a blessing or curse.....in this case its a blessing!!! Owner is amazing and there often! Prices are good, they have tons of house juices and a good selection of third party juices as well. They also do custom orders request if u want something he will order it for u even if its not something they generally carry! Hands down in the top 3 vape stores i have ever been to anywhere not just Atlanta

Great service, tasteful juices, but prices on mods are extremely high. I purchased a mod for $120 to find it on the Internet the next day for $60. I should have done my homework. I dont mind paying extra for store front, but %100 markup seems a little over kill. I will be going back for juices but will go to the Internet for mod purchasing.

I understand that this is a nice store and its in a trendy part of town, but youd do yourself a favor to find a different shop for your needs. The last couple of times that Ive been here, they didnt have what I was looking for. Just now, when my wife asked for a 510 adaptor for her tank, the kid working the counter didnt give it a second glance and said the manufacturer didnt make one. I found the piece earlier at the manufacturers website for $3.82, but was willing to spend extra to support local business. Either the staff doesnt care, or theyre just not knowledgeable about their product lines. The store stocks many of said manufacturers products. I guess if my local store (EAV Smoke & Vape..excellent staff, by the way) doesnt have it, Ill just have to take my business online. Leave L5P to the tourists.

I became a regular customer 3 years ago and even though I bought things from other vape shops I kept coming back because of the customer service and in house vape juice, strawpearydew my fav. Just this past Friday I stopped by to get some vape juice. I bought 2 bottles. This strawpearydew is not the same. If I vape past 36.0 it burns my throat (new coil). It doesn’t taste the same and the vape smell isn’t the same. When I smelled the bottle it smelled the same. It’s sad for me to let y’all go because we have history and the customer service in store is still great at any location. Now I have only one love Naked juice.My reply: 1. I don’t live close to any of your locations. 2. In my 3 years of vaping and buying supplies from several stores in state and out I have never saw any writing/policy where a refund is offered. 3. The original coil wasn’t new so I changed it to eliminate that excuse. 4. Thank you for offering a refund! I will stop by tomorrow🤗.

Great employees, great prices. Only issue is with their liquid. The flavors are great but are way too strong to drip. I picked up five of their dripping line and gave them a week run through. After the first day i had to cut them in half with more vg to make them tolerable. Tastes great but still too strong. To the point I had to throw away my delrin cherry vapes drip tip because I could not get the flavor out. I am still trying to get the smell out of my Authentic Apollo and clone zenith 2.5. I really dont want to trash them but its not looking good.

This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. Tige was very nice in accommodating my needs during my travels. I drove from Texas and had several problems with my vape a long the way, starting with my battery giving out.I had called the store a few minutes after the scheduled closing time hoping he might still be there. I got a voice-mail, but didnt deem it necessary to leave a message. Well a couple minutes later, he called back! I explained my situation and said Im out of town and in dire need of a new battery. However, I was 40 minutes away from his shop. He offered to open the shop early the following morning, but then he had the best idea Ive ever heard from a store owner. HE RE-OPENED the shop for me at 11 PM and helped me out immensely. I bought 2 batteries, 3 flavors (the strawpearydew is amazing, and he mixes them himself), a charger, and a lanyard for my consistent dropping of my vape. He went above and beyond for me, and for that I Thank him.

Vape Atlanta (both locations) is the best vape shop in the city. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful and they have awesome juices and products. I was a little bit intimidated to go into a vape shop for the first time when I first started vaping and knew very little about it. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the L5P location and was greeted warmly. Staff introduced themselves to me and learned my name and were super helpful for a vaping n00b. That was almost a year ago now and Ive been going there exclusively ever since!

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could, for it deserves every star that shines in the heavens above. The reason? Because this is a vape shop that stands above all others. Honestly, I am hesitant to call it just a vape shop. It is much more than that; it is a place where every expectation is not only met, but exceeded. Employees such as James and Ryan are masters in the field of vape technology, and have never encountered a problem that they could not surmount. Are you in the market for a new piece of vape hardware? You will find items such as these here that are beyond your most vivid dreams. What about a juice flavor that will have you hooked and constantly thinking about when you can take that next puff? Look no further, for the juices here are comparable to the nectar of the Gods. And with all the new regulations being put out by the FDA that are causing some liquids to no longer be sellable, you should get them while supplies last. But really, the juices here are honestly so good, they have no business being legal. Lastly, maybe youre just trying to find a place to simply chill and listen to good music. Well, youve found it; the sound system in place at this store is of superb craftsmanship and can make even Cardi B sound like the voice of an angel. If youre lucky, you may even have the very great pleasure of being serenaded to by Ryan and his technological marvel, the Pocket Operator. And this is a safe place; no one is discriminated against here, and your every need and desire will be catered to. So do yourself a favor and check this place out. You wont regret it, and it will change your life. For the better.

Absolutely the best vape store in Atlanta! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They take care of you like family. Not to mention the amazing ejuice selection!

Not a huge selection in the open but knowledgeable staff (Scott). Real cool peeps and a real chill vibe inside.....but not corny at all. Feels like a homie works there u know. I bought a device there and he didnt try to upsell me or bother with every Bell and whistle... Honest business

Wonderful experience, inviting staff and an exquisite choices in juice and products. The shop also has a rustic apothecary look and feel and so does there house juice selections.

The wait is super long. No hello or will be with you. Hated going to this location..rude employees/owners. The price isnt the same as the tucker location. All in all head to the tucker location! Great parking, amazing owners! Hands down one of thr best customer service ive had. I live in the city but always make sure to get mine from the other location.

This place is so chill and awesome. I just finished off the vape juice I purchased from here and Im hoping they deliver. Im from Toledo and Ill definitely be stopping here again if Im ever in the area!

Excellent place, the staff will teach you all about any vape unit they have and will set it up for you. Their Vanilla Pleeez vape juice is the only pure vanilla flavor available in Atlanta.

Their in-house juice is the best! Solari, Sweet Georgia, Hibi Jibi, and Choco Chai are some of my favorites - always smooth and flavorful.

Jerks on the phone, talking to other people while I asked a simple question then rushed me off the phone with an insincere okay good luck without answering my question. Even if they do have the product I need, I WONT be shopping there.

I went in looking for a christmas gift knowing very little about vapes. I came out with vape, three flavors of liquid and feeling really informed.

Im not really aware of all of their products but the place looks awesome and the service was absolutely outstanding. I love that place.

Staff is great, prices are a bit high but will go back for the great in house juices.
