I highly recommend this location! Amazing service and even better selection. The best xhale I have visited!

I initially started coming to this location for the best prices over other shops in EAV & Little 5 Points, but obviously the great people who work at Xhale City are my reason to keep coming back. The prices are just a perk. Also noticed that majority, if not all, of the employees are women, which is also extremely refreshing. These women are awesome and fun to talk to.PS, shout out Nia - theyre so very helpful, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the customers who go here.

Destiny and Domingo were the sweetest people. They made a lot of good suggestions and were overall very helpful. Will definitely be going back to see them!

I just got home from visiting this Xhale City location. I almost never leave Google reviews, but when the customer service is so amazing and the employees, Lisa and Ali, have such impressive product knowledge while providing quite the warm, welcoming atmosphere…..how could I not?Lisa and Ali both greeted me with genuine smiles the moment I entered the store. The store was very clean. Product placement was excellent; I didn’t see anything that needed to be restocked, I didn’t see any clutter. The glass display was super clean. The music wasn’t disgusting or too loud.I knew I wanted an HHC disposable, but I was on a budget. Lisa had plenty of recommendations. She described the differences between the options in an understandable way. She was really patient with me and all of my questions! She was very friendly. This matters especially because I had a bad day today and this experience shined light on my day.I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. I didn’t feel awkward or out of place. I didn’t feel unappreciated or ignored. I felt the exact opposite. I’ve had mediocre experiences at other shops, which were dirty or had clutter everywhere with bad lighting and awful loud music and employees who don’t know, don’t care, or push a product on me. This store is totally on it. Ali was also incredibly nice and shared an awesome recommendation that I’m actually going to get when I get my next paycheck! Thank you guys for being so knowledgeable, keeping the store so presentable, providing exceptional customer service, and giving me a place to feel better. I appreciate it!!

Great selection of products but terrible customer service and business practices.I have frequently visited multiple locations to purchase a variety of items to support my... recreational activities. It really sucks that after purchasing a novel lava lamp pipe for almost $100, that doesnt work at all, Im unable to return OR exchange it for a similar item that functions properly.As a smoker, I recognize that many customers of Xhale will spend a significant amount on equipment. DO NOT purchase anything here for a price youre not willing lose.I understand that no return policies exist, but to leave customers holding the bag for expensive products that do not function as intended is a scam. You guys lost a lot of customers today.

Shaq makes this spot a 10 star smokeshop. He was super friendly and helpful, he answered all of our questions like a pro. We honestly stayed longer than we have at any other shop because of his knowledge of the products.He is a million dollar employee, they are lucky to have him on board! Will definitely be retuning because of him! :)Otherwise shop is also very clean, well organized and easily accessible.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Too callous, nonchalant, and care-free. These two ladies need a crash course in how be professional in the workplace when consumers are around, as well, a complete attitude adjustment. Usually my go-to vape shop, but after having to listen to the associates having an off-topic conversation laden with profanities, and telling me that if I come back at 5p, then I might be wasting my gas, I think I’ll try another place of business moving forward.

Purchased some vapes in the store. Plugged them up to my portable charger 1st and they never charged. Tried another us and portable charger the vape lit up but never charged. Called store to possibly get something that works and was toldI loosemy funds. Really? I spent over $250 in this store yesterday. No deal.

Its hard to imagine that there is a vape shop out there with worse employees than Cloud 9, but the two individuals working at the Xhale City in Little Five have taken the cake for sure. While the girl working listened to every single whim and anecdote of the CBD customer that came in after me, while I stared, alternately between the butane and employees for over ten minutes. I asked the kid sitting in the chair at the front if he worked there, and he glanced up from his phone for a moment to reply Yeah, but some people steal from us, so I have to sit here and uh, work security. Also its my last day, so I dont really care. He then resumed watching his phone. Eventually, I was told that their cheapest can of butane was $8.30. Outrageous. I had already been standing in this store for 15 minutes just to buy some butane, so I bit the bullet, bought the butane, and went home. Hope I dont forget to buy a can at the grocery store for a third of that price again. What a joke.

I love this place because of the ladies. Sherri, Lisa, Nia, and Jacquelyn. They are amazing, kind, and helpful. Sherri, if she isnt, should be a regional manager. All the ladies deserve a raise and recognition. I do not choose this store for its products or prices ( they are both good) ...As vape shops are everywhere and 3 are closer to my home. Im loyal to shopping only at xhale 5 point store solely because of these ladies. ...I know Jacki is over at the Ponce location now. The gals are always helpful and guide me on the right products. Its always nice to stop in and feel welcomed.

Wasnt told that the vape device i bought needed extra batteries despite asking if i could use the device immediately after purchase. No worries, everyone makes mistakes. My problem is that they wouldnt allow me to return or even exchange the product or even offer a discount for the batteries.

Just returned from another FANTASTIC shopping experience at this Xhale City location. Was happy to see Sherry again as she remembered my purchase from last time(new flavor E-Liquid) and asked my thoughts. Loved it! Thank you for the recommendation. I purchased a few items and Thomas rang me up and provided some good banter. Had a few items and he actually went ahead and double bagged - Which I very much appreciate. There are many smoke shops in the ATL but I keep coming back here for the excellent selection and friendly, knowledgable staff.

I’ve only been here once. They’re open late so that’s a huge plus. The guy behind the counter was very helpful. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name 🤦‍♀️ I think he might’ve been a manager. Nonetheless he was very nice, very helpful and discounted my purchase (whether he gave me a discount or not it still would’ve been a good experience). The store was nice, very clean and very well lit. I just wish I could remember his name so he and “The Powers That Be” would know that it’s him I’m talking about 😞

Best selection of juice and great selection of devices. Excellent prices. This is my favorite store on the East Coast. Very knowledgeable staff and I thoroughly enjoy shopping there. I highly recommend checking it out today. The only vape shop that I refer my friends to. Loyalty rewards for things you buy are a great bonus.

They have everything you need for your smoking needs. Very friendly and helpful and stay checking on you. Overall a great shopping experience. But dont park in front of the store they will absolutely boot your car within minutes. Most definitely suggest you stop in.

Horrible experience at the door, came with my mom. We Parked in front of establishment, in a public handicapped spot (my mom has handicapped tag). We Walked in, & before even saying Hello he (brunette young man) yelled, you cant park there we showed credentials, he proceeded to say well u cant be on the yellow line 🤦🏾‍♀️ Before we could move car half an inch, he stated Thats not even our parking hereKeep in mind this parking was at their front door, my mom an ARMY vet & we still hadnt been greeted. Needless to say, We left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, spend money with friendly establishments. We definitely felt unwanted.

Friendly. Great selection. Knowledgeable people. I get CBD treats for pup pup there. She loves them and she feels better after having them. They follow CDC guidelines as well. Highly recommend. If parking not available in front, go to lot behind Bond bank and abbadabbas show store. Its about a 3 minute stroll.

This place is a scam they dont offer any parking. The guy told me to leave out of the lot and park across the street. I was in store for five minutes and spent $20 came out to a boot on my car and had to pay $75 just to have it removed. They working with the parking people for sure! Makes no sense whatsoever. Like how can you open an establishment and not offer parking?

Love this smoke shop. Can always find my favorite shisha and hookah accessories. The only issue is the parking. The bar next to Xhale doesn’t allow Xhale patrons to park in the lot. They will literally boot your car within seconds of you parking in the lot. I wish the owners would work something out so folks can enjoy going to Xhale because it’s a really cool spot with great customer service.

Ive only been here once, but the store is well-stacked, its fastidious, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are the best in the ATL - HANDS DOWN. Im about to go there this minute, will update after 2nd experience, I love it so far

Pretty cool people with a wide selection products. I frequent this location for legal THC products and all have had some sort of positive effects. I did go there for Pure THC-O edibles. They have some that had it mixed in with other THCs. But with how much this industry is growing. Its hard to blame them.

Shop at this location consistently prices are great generally have no issues, they now have a face mask mandate though and having entered without one was not impressed.I was told Im being difficult asked if I could pull my shirt above my mouth and nose as I did not have a mask on hand, was told no and from their the clerk proceeded to shut me up with you need a face mask at any utterance from me maybe Ill visit again who knows.

Maybe it’s just a bad day, the female with highlight curls is very off-putting, short, and seemingly with no sense of customer service. Even after I came in the second time. Consistently on her phone while whilst customers were on the store, I would suggest Xhale City just not this one.

Initially the visit to Xhale City was amazing friendly staff. However once I walked outside my car was booted! Apparently there is NO parking in the Xhale city parking lot.... excuse me in the parking lot that sits in FRONT of Xhale City is not available for parking for Xhale customers only for the restaurant. I was in the store less than 10 minutes and was booted! The cost? $75! I will find another Excel City IF I even go! 😒😒

I usually buy all my vape and pipes and supplies online, but decided to give this place a try. Now I buy all my stuff here! Great selection, great people, so helpful. Parking out front is small and awkward but theres plenty of parking around next door on Euclid

Parking is weird you have to worry about your car getting towed right in front of the store. Also the organic/hemp wrap selection is non existent. Pretty dope customer service though!

I brought a Volcano from this location in May I called a former employee seeking advice on obtaining my receipt to get my Volcano replaced called the store & the Wonderful Jackie answered she was So patient and helpful she stayed on the phone until my problem was resolved She literally found my receipt and emailed a copy over to me seems small to some but her customer service was above and beyond if you dont give her a Raise give her some Praise!!!!

The staff is extremely helpful and they always have what I need. Two stars because they literally have like four parking spots. Its rare that youll be able to Park anywhere near this store.

Favorite smoke shop in a 5 mile radius of myself. There is an entry policy of only 2 persons in the store, and a gentleman outside to regulate entry. No parking whatsoever, YOU WILL GET BOOTED! The gentleman outside will remind you when you arrive. PLEASE BRING THEM YOUR BUSINESS, the parking situation has hurt buisness and its entirely NOT THEIR FAULT!

Great store and employees, but unless you are able to walk there it’s not worth the hassle and price of paying to get a boot taken off your car. They literally have zero spots for customer parking. LITERALLY zero.

Im not ever coming back. Prepare for the manager to completely ignore you for twenty minutes (literally) while he has conversations with people that arent even customers. Also, people new to vaping should be warned that the salespeople and manager will suggest vapes to you that are actually very shitty. Ive had several recommended to me after the original one I bought there broke (and I was sold the wrong color) that turned out to be absolutely terrible. Now Ive got one broken vape (pod mod) I bought from there, and two vapes (pod mods) that turned out to be absolute shit, so Im going to have to do some intensive research of my own and find a store that has more honest employees who can recommend me a quality and durable vape because Im pretty sure these ones are being pushed on customers like me because they get some kind of sales incentive to sell these particular kind of vapes and not the ones which actually are good quality. If I would have stopped coming back here I would have saved a lot of money. Part of it is the fact that the manager himself doesnt even vape so cant adequately suggest vapes to his client base when it comes to experience, the other sales employees - save one who I liked and did his job exceedingly well - are lackadaisical at best when it comes to having the customers interests at heart and dont help educate those newer to vaping nor do they steer them to products that are actually good.

I gotta give a shout out to my neighborhood Xhale City, Little 5 on Moreland! I normally see the cool red head kid whose not only knowledgeable but always pleasant. I was helped today by Charles. This guy went above and beyond the call of duty for such a dork like myself! Thanks for the kindness!

This is my go to vape store in Little Five Points. Every last one of the employees are incredibly friendly and the manager is very cool, they have a very huge selection of Vape & Glass products and tons of different juice for your Vape. I also love that they do a special sale every Tuesday so you get more bang for your buck.

Really great place with a great selection but since all sales are final and their cookies x glow trays are fake I had to take a L sadly. So be careful with some of the stuff you see in there

Went in with my brother whos new to vaping and spent over $100 and the guy behind the counter was talking down to my brother and like he was an idiot just because he was asking questions so that he could understand more about the device he was buying. Plus the prices were much more than other shops Ive visited.

Website/Google Hours has shown as open but once I’ve showed up random times the location is closed. Not only have they discontinued some of their stock their hours aren’t valid.
