Complexion Med Spa & Aesthetics absolutely has a staff that is not only knowledgeable in their field, but their professionalism and customer service is second to none. As a spa should be, it is peaceful and comfortable creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere.Cara & Amber are undoubtedly two of the best Massage Therapists my husband and I have ever had. They both are always on point and truly care for their clients.

I love my primary care. Having a spa as my home base makes my experience at the doctor like none other. No Lysol smells. I never have to wait long. It brings a sense of joy, rather than dread. The aesthetics at the office make going to the doctor refreshing and rejuvenating. Even without spa treatments, the staff makes you feel truly cared for and heard. Cassandra Davis is amazing and her bedside manner is above and beyond. Caroline always greets me with a smile, a genuine one at that. She is awesome and sweet. They all have a sense of humor and make me feel right at home.If you are lucky enough to have them as your primary caregiver you will see, and if you want a day at the spa that really makes you feel different and out of this world, make an appointment. You will be so grateful.They are modern and have changed the way I view my healthcare. I definitely don’t mind anymore. I look forward to my doctor’s appointment. Crazy right? I love it. 🥰

My first experience at complexion med spa was fantastic ! if you need a massage or any of their other many services this is the place to go . julia at the front desk was friendly and informative and a pleasure to talk with .amber was my massage therapist and i had a deep tissue massage . she was attentive and a wonderful massage therapist and i felt like a wet noodle afterwards instead of a bunch of tight nerves like i was when i came in . i have not had a headache in three days which is almost unheard of for me . thank you guys for a job well done and i will def be going back !!! i even bought some beautiful tropicalpajamas there and some earrings ! susan

Just had one of the best facials ever! Peyton does a combination of deep cleansing, micro blading to remove dead skin, algae mask and moisturizer, along with a fabulous massage. Treat yourself!

I had my very first facial today with Amy and let me tell you, amazing! The spa is cozy and clean. Amy took the time to talk about my skin needs and made me completely comfortable. The treatments were tailored to my needs and the massage was great! I absolutely love this place!

My appointments with Kristina Hooper at Complexion Med Spa have been awesome. I followed her from another spa, which was closer to where I lived, but it’s totally worth the drive to go get my waxes done by her. I’d never gotten more than the occasional lip or brow wax before and I had started to get full leg waxes at the other spa with other people. But when I first got Kristina, it was a (good) different experience. She explained everything to me and answered any and all questions each time I came in. She was somehow patient and efficient all at the same time, and most importantly made sure that I felt comfortable every step of the way when we started doing bikini-brazilians (which I NEVER thought I’d be able to do but I’m so glad I did!). I’d recommend her to anyone going to Complexion Med Spa for waxes, and especially for any first time waxing. The spa itself is clean, bright, and beautiful and filled with helpful and friendly staff as you make your way through for your appointment (the front desk staff rocks!). The rooms and beds are comfortable and relaxing, really just what you need for a spa treatment!

The results I have had with my laser resurfacing is extraordinary and I have to say Im pretty hard to please... They are phenomenal! When I called, already nervous about calling because I’ve never had a facial or been to a medspa before, I already felt comfortable and safe to share my concerns and worries, as well as skin goals. Kristina was fantastic and made me feel so comfortable. The over all atmosphere is relaxing and personal. I have already booked my next appointment!

This place went above and beyond. The staff was very friendly and the services were top notch. I had a 90 minute massage followed by a 60 minute facial. Unlike some places that feel very cold and clinical, this spa was very warm and inviting. The rooms were very clean and soothing. My skin has never felt better. I will definitely be returning the next time I am in the area. Arrived a stranger and left feeling like a friend.

This spa was just what I needed. I went in for a quick refresher with my daughter for her birthday, wow it was amazing, I feel like a million bucks and boy did I need that massage, fantastic!!!! My face actually glowed after my facial in a good way, I’ll be returning here soon and will bring my husband for some more services! Great staff, beautiful decor, awesome technicians. I had my first treatment of Kybella and thanks to Michelle I had a very pleasant experience. She is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was the best course of treatment for me. Thanks to her expertise the procedure was only mildly painful for a short while as she was quick to inject Kybella where it was needed. She answered all of my questions and gave me great advice to make sure I have the best results. I would happily recommend her or any of the other amazing staff members for anyone looking to try Kybella for themselves.

First, let me say, the Ladies that operate this Business are not only very Knowledgable, Professional, and Experts in their feild, they are also Genuinely some of the best Women you can find. I have gone with my Wife, and the Experience and Treatment have always been top Notch. My went again just the other day, and for several days prior I kept hearing how much she was looking forward to revisiting with Michelle and Amy, and not only visiting with those two, but on the visit before this, she came home a different girl. She had a session this the Lady Massage therapist, and stated that Was the Best massage she has ever gotten. I really believe that if you have the time and have the interest in the skills these Ladies have, you owe it to yourself to go by, probably need to schedule an appointment as their business is growing. Complexion Med Spa is fantastic. Being from out of town its nice to find a calm, relaxing and beautiful spa to get a massage and B12 shot. My visit was with Amber for a 90 minute massage. It was one of the best massages Ive had in a while! 10 out of 10 recommend.

I only trust the girls at Complexion ! I have had clear skin all my life, but when mask became mandatory I started to get acne from the mask. I made an appointment with Amie and she took care of me. She recommended some product that has helped keep the acne away. She took her time and explained everything to me. I love this place and feel completely relaxed there. Thanks guys !

Unbelievable! Amber is one of the best masseuse Ive met. Michelle is so lovely for aesthetic consultation and Sarah fulfilled her part of the aesthetic plan perfectly.

You know when you go somewhere and you just get this sense that they really know what they’re doing? That’s how I feel when I go to Complexion. The staff seems extremely knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth. Lacey is awesome at giving the Botox treatment. I will definitely keep going back.

Spa is spacious and cozy. The owners treat you warmly when you walk in the door. If you want excellent spa services done, this is the place to go. I love Complexions Med Spa so much that I drive from the Triangle Area for all of my services.

Trying to find a local spot I feel comfortable for injectables and going all the way to Raleigh seemed silly which is what I have been doing. Im a big ninny and Michelle was very kind and went out of her way to make me comfortable. But....10 days after having botox I could not even tell a difference so I went back and Michelle added more. It has been another 2 weeks and Im still scowling and wrinkling entire forehead. Im not sure why it doesnt appear to have taken like norm. I should have way more botox than Ive ever had before after 2nd visit. It is alot of money spent to still look like I need a treatment already. 3 stars are for Michelle not sure what the deal is with the botox.

I was called to book an appointment after inquiring online. Was happy to learn we could get in during our stay in the area. Only when it came time, we were told we were not scheduled. Whoever called and booked my appt was telling me one date and putting it in the system in another date. There was no apology, no working us in, nothing. First impression basis - not appealing. We will be going elsewhere in the area, someone that can book correctly.
