I came in because I had a Smok vape and wanted a new one and A.J helped me. He was very attentive and knowledgeable and gave me a wealth of information to make a decision for a new one. Thx man. Great customer service!

Wish 0 stars was a option. Horrible shop. Bought a vape and the box is completely different than the empty boxes I had at home. Vape tasted awful and was never even IDd when I purchased. Called to complain and ask for a refund and the guy was SUPER rude. I explained the situation and he said I was wrong and thanked me for the advice. Super condescending and fake vapes. Left vape is fake right side is real

My card was skimmed and used at this store several different times. They refused to show me video of the person using it and claimed, to Capital One, my chip was used. I’ve never shopped there in my life! They are running a scam out of that place.

Placed order online 8/8 still waiting for tracking no response yet from them regarding my order very frustrating I paid and now they won’t respond to any emails. I placed a dispute on the order since they don’t want to send me the product we’ll give me back my damn money thieves.

Katie is the best, she is always so friendly and always gives the best customer service. I work next door so I see her alot and she is one of the many reasons why I keep coming back and has become my number 1 smoke shop to go to! Katie is the best!

This would be a 5 star review if they had more employees like Amber!I came in yesterday bought a vape spent good money. The guy didnt explain how it work or were to put the batteries in or anything.I got home and it was leaking everywhere I was very upset.I brought it in and Amber explained how you need to tighten new coils down or it can cause a leak. She showed me how to do everything and was very kind. It is very nice to see in this age people caring about the customers and giving good service.

I should have read yall reviews. DO NOT GO TO THIS VAPE SHOP THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS

This smokers bay is my favorite smoke shop to go to and the Atlantic Beach location has really nice and helpful workers. Katie, the lovely blonde is always so nice to deal with and 2 newer workers Kail and Malaki are great also. The owner seems like a good guy and was definitely generous the last I saw him there. If I were to work for a smoke shop Id love to work for this location and owner

This was my first time going. My daughter suggested that I go and I was treated very nicely by Jake! I highly recommend that anyone that is looking for CBD as an alternative for your pain or mental health issues go there. Jake is very knowledgeable and friendly! It is also a great place to go for all of your supply needs as well. Quality products.

I had a very pleasant experience here! I came in to get my old vape pen replaced. Sarah helped me pick out a Juul. We went over the flavors and refill packs I will need. She showed me around the store and all the products. I will definitely come back here to get all my needs! 👍👍

I have been going here for a couple of years now. I love Amber and the rest of the staff! They are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they sell and the prices are much better than any of the other shops around.

This place nails it on the head. Staff, selection, atmosphere all on point! Came in and told the manager that I was looking for something “girly and cute” because I was in trouble with my old lady and he really took his time and helped me out. Highly recommended my friends!

Great place. Very knowledgeable staff. Glass prices are very competitive. You dont get the stuck up additude you get at other stores. If you have a problem they will actually try and help. Cant recommend them any higher.

Terrible service. The woman working is rude and seems like she did not want to help me at all. Do not try to ask questions! She didnt explain the products or even seem like she wanted my business. This store is close by me, but I will drive past to a better shop with friendly full service from now on.

Just met Vinny, the new gm. What happened to Clay? I have 3 electric cigarette rolling machines I purchased there in the last 6 months in the boxes with all the paperwork. 2 stopped working, the other is so noisy & I can hand roll smokes quicker. He refused to even discuss options with me. He gets a neg10 in customer service. My husband & I have been loyal customers for years. No more! I just looked online & found most products to be half the price. No longer a customer of the Atlantic Blvd or Beach Blvd locations.

Walked in and was greeted by Amber she is the one to see! she set me and my boyfriend up with two new MAG225w vapes she was so friendly and took the time to teach me how to use the vape and picked out a great juice! thanks Amber we will be back again!

Selection was scarce. The girl behind the counter was super rude. I wanted to buy a few pieces they had but after her terrible vibe I put my items back and went somewhere else.

Half of the employees are weird and the other half dont have a clue what theyre talking about. Its a good place to grab a piece or some vape juice, but their selection quality is of that at snl and costs about 5%-20% more.

Got my first dr dabberBoost, and Vinny really hooked it up, giving me a cash deal. Definitely some good prices and cool pieces in there. I recommend. A+

This store is very clean, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. The service was phenomenal in comparison to what Ive been through at the beach. You wont be disappointed.

I walk in to purchase a e-cigg and I had my son with me (who is 4 years old) and was very rudely told I cant come in because my son was with me. Im a single mother, on vacation with my son, who TF could babysit!!!!!! How horrible just because my son is black!! Ive brought him in plenty of smoke shops with me!!!
