When I say this is a down to earth, very welcoming experience, I mean it! Marty and his wife are just the best people, and are always ready to help anyone out with any of their vaping needs. Juice prices are fantastic, and the selection is always growing. If youre a beginner or seasoned vape vet, this is the place for you!

This shop is ran by a two faced owner. He will screw you over and threaten you with violence when you call him out on it. If a bald headed guy serves you, be sure to have your camera rolling when you go back to resolve any issues he may cause.

My experience at vape deck has been exactly the same since day one. I rarely go in but when I do I get treated with respect and they are very helpful everytime. They have a good selection and its always expanding. The prices are good but what sets this shop apart is the customer service and willingness to help.

In this store you will never receive bad customer service. Marty and Kim are very knowledgeable in all their products and vaping in general. They will spend time with you walking you through everything you need to know before you leave. All customers are always welcome to stay and relax in their comfortable couches, and hang out. You will not get better treatment anywhere else.

After visiting The Vape Deck once, I realized it is the only vape shop I will ever visit again. Customer service that made me feel like family. Every flavor of juice I could of asked for. Quality products at decent prices. And the underlying feeling that they care more about me staying off cancer sticks than they do about profit. The Vape Deck is my ONE AND ONLY vape shop now and I have to drive all the way across town to get there. #worthit

LOVE THEM!!!!! This is seriously the ONLY vape shop in all of FLORIDA that I will do business with. They’re super knowledge and don’t talk to you like you’re an idiot. They have a lot of equipment to choose from and TONS of amazing juice flavors!

OK lets be real here the only way to have a bad review in this type of business would come from bad customer service, price, or bad products. Well this place hit all 3. My issue was a simple defective product that I bought last week. I called first and the girl said I could bring it in and she could look at it. No real assurance of help. When I arrived she looked and apparently noticed the problem str8 away but when I questioned her thoughts she completely ignored me. I asked the same question 6 times but she never answered me until the last time and then she really didnt answer the actual question I had asked. After this thing split in my pocket ruining my pants with oil she wouldnt even provide me with a tank of juice for free. A friend bought the same unit from another shop in town and paid $25 less and received the same exact setup I did. I will never return to this place because there are many more places that are closer to me, less expensive, and staff is way nicer. Please heed my words and take your business to new leaf over in riverside. The experience will be way better.

Have you gone to other vape shops and they dont have what you need? Go here! Marty and Kim are the best! Very knowledgeable and super friendly. And a great place to hang out. You can watch TV, put on a movie or video game and enjoy some cold water or hot coffee. I recommend this place to everyone.

Best Vape shop in Jax. Marty and his family will help you out no matter what your level of vaping experience is. Theyve helped so many folks quit smoking cigarettes and given them a safer alternative! Very friendly and accommodating and they have a great selection of supplies and e-juices. Top notch! This is the place thats got a little bit of everything. The staff are friendly and helpful and their brand juice is pretty awesome. Im a loyal KBV (name excluded because not cool to name drop) customer but its awesome to have some variety here at the beach!

This is no longer The Vape deck. Marty and Kim no longer own or operate this store it has been sold to Johnny copper. Long story short dont shop here, their overpriced, nothing is ever in stock. Its a shame this used to be the best vape shop in town when Marty and Kim owned it sad to see them go.

I was directed to Vape Deck by a co-worker and am very glad he did. My knowledge level with regards to vaping was rather low. Kim took the time to listen to my concerns and needs. She set me up with a great mod awesome tank and quality juice.Later, after I unwittingly ruined the first vape mod that she provided, Kim came through again. I wanted an Innokin Proton vape mod to replace the Sigelei I had ruined. Kim didnt carry the mod I wanted so she ordered it for me risk free.I dont know why other people have given negative reviews. The Vape Deck has never been anything but helpful and accomodating. So much so, in fact, that I was willing to pay a few dollars more than the prices online so I could purchase the device I wanted from them.

I come to the area about once a year for work and this is the only shop I will go to. You couldn’t ask for nicer people running the place. Awesome selection of juice, wide variety of popular and new products, decent prices for a brick and mortar and all wrapped up in a clean well presented manner.

Cool owners, and great atmosphere are both very important in a vape shop, and supremely important are the products. Vape deck holds their own and beats the competition in all three categories.

I have only gone there to purchase the sourin drop and pods and occasionally I get juice and more pods. I dont have a huge knowledge of vaping in general but I can tell how the owners interact with their customers that they know it all and are very kind people.

I came in not knowing a thing about vapes and they broke everything down for me as well as helped me with any problem i had. Super sweet people ❤ I highly recommend them to anyone i know who vape.
