When I say the customer service was on point! Alex was amazing and very helpful. My first visit? And definitely not my last. The hours are very convenient and their music selection ain’t to shabby either ! Alex was able to give recommendations based off what I liked ? And without spending a Ton too. And pretty goodies for my first visit. Thank you so much Alex!

Very loud and disorganized place. The place has loud rap music playing so you cant talk to friends or hear them call your name. No waiting area, everyone is is just waiting in the club like environment where you cant hear anything. I just wanted something to help me sleep, wasnt looking for sensory overload just before bed time. The bud was the worst I have ever seen, looks and tasted burnt. Every bud has burnt edges like they over dired it in an oven. Overall cant recommend this place. Maybe its typical for MI but the quality of bud and the shopping experience is very poor compared to what im used to in CO, CA, OR and Canada.

I’ve been here a hand full of times and it’s been a better experience every time. Granted they are a little pricey but you’ll get what you pay for. Caitlyn convinced me to get a gram of peninsula garden “Sun Zero” concentrate and it’s just as good if not better then their bud. It’s very gassy kinda sweet. It’s probably some of the top 3 wax Ive had. She was very energetic and friendly. I asked her for her recommendation and she told me without any side remark or comment under her breath. She got everything as quick as possible and out the door within 15 minutes. (It was busy)

I was stoked to find a dispo that was open past 10pm! It is Memorial weekend and I got off work late which caused me to go on Google and search for a dispo that was open at 11pm and offers delivery....lone behold- I found Joyology! I went on their awesome and easy website and they had so many deals and varieties. I saw in bottom right corner a chat now blimp so I clicked on it and asked if I could get a delivery now to my pleasant surprise they said last order would have to be ordered by 1115pm. I browsed very quickly and bought a couple 1/2 Oz. I asked thr chat que if there was any current promotion codes but i didnt want to miss the time cut off and just ordered. The chat bot responded a couple minutes later and explained that they had free items for people spending $25+ and a special of 8 free items for peiple spending more than $100...the customer service chat bot then responded and actually went out the way to find my order and put the free items. How cool is that? So not even 30 minutes later I got a text saying the driver was a couple minutes away and a GPS tracking map to see where he was. At 1145 I got a message that he was outside, I met a very nice man who was so delighted to rexieve my tip and I thanked him for her service! On time, professional, very nice, attentive and its 1145pm! Thank you!! I got inside my house opened the bag and sure enough 8 free big sized (not sample) items! 2 prerolled joints, 2 infused prerolled joints, a free infused peach ice tea, a free 1/8 of flower, and 2 packets of 100mg gummy packets!! It was about $100 worth of stuff! Im so thankful that I found this place! And the flower and prerolls are 🔥 🔥 🔥! Great quality and products! Thank you!Edit review 07/02/24 this was my 2nd time In Store, I came about a week ago as well. The location is very nice, tons of variety, about 10 counter cashiers, 2 people at reception checking IDs upon walk in, they do accept cash and credit- also they have an ATM, both times being here there was about a 5-10 wait and both time I literally qalked in at 9:55pm so I was thrilled they served me and my boyfriend. I will update my photos as well, both times I got a half (2 diff kinds, qtr of each) I spent around $120-$130 bit I got a higher tier of flower. Will definitely recommend both their delivery and in store storefront to my friends/clients!

The expansive choices can be a bit overwhelming, for a first time visit. Hannah did a fantastic job of explaining the choices, prices, and getting me some great dealsI am very impressed with the young lady at the sign in desk as well. Both were very helpful, courteous and professional.I will recommend Joylogy to others, and I myself will definitely be back.

I loved going to this place. Not only does it take card but my specialist was the highlight of the entire experience. Lena was super knowledgeable and kind. She suggested all the best strains and knew exactly what to get for me. A great conversationalist as well. Would definitely come back just for this experience. Large variety of options to satisfy my needs, but it can get overwhelming. Alex was patient and welcoming. He navigated me through my options and answered my questions and educated me on products I hadnt used before. Best part is he listened to my preferences and went from there serving as a guide instead of just selling me stuff. I was happy with his approach and service, and even happier when i got home and tried his suggestions. Definitely will be visiting again.

3rd visit and still satisfied! Every employee Ive encountered was pleasant. Although I dont recall who helped me on previous visits, Alex was very helpful & personable this time. Hands down the best dispensary in Michigan. The selection is amazing, the facility is clean and looks attractive from a distance. The staff and ownership care and its always a pleasure knowing that no matter what happens they will take care of you. Been to many other local dispos and this hands down is the best. Highly recommend this location and all of their other locations. Thanks again to the staff and owners for a great experience!

Wow, what an absolutely dismal experience. Curbside pickup. Should be pretty straightforward right? Wrong.Called the number to say hey I’m here and they placed me on hold for over 5 mins w/o even getting my name. When she finally comes back on the line, she gets my name. I wait another five minutes before she’s curbside at my car. At this point she now informs me that since I’m paying debit (which I selected on my order) that I actually have to come inside. I let her know I would have liked to know this before I was waiting over 10 mins but not worries, sure I’ll come in.Mind you- in this time frame two other guests have come after me AND have been able to leave. Before me.I look at the order she has for me and it’s not even my name. I had to repeat myself twice before she would stop playing with the debit machine and went to locate the correct order. When she finally finds my order I do a cursory check just to give it a quick once over. True story- I did a quick peep inside. Regrettably, without pulling each item out, it looked correct.Sadly when I got home I was given TWO bags of incorrect edibles. This entire interaction was not once met with an apology or an attempt to seem remotely interested in helping me.I love that Joyology stocks some bangers but I don’t know if I can handle this level of rude ineptitude. I’ve attached two photos of what I ordered vs what I received on the mess up with my Smokiez gummies.

As a first-time customer, I was a bit nervous, but the manager was incredibly polite and helpful they also went above and beyond by throwing in three free goodies with my vape pen purchase gummies and two pre-rolls!I was blown away by their generosity. The manager clearly values their customers. They looked out for me as a newbie, and I really appreciated their thoughtfulness.Thanks again for the awesome experience!

So I’m traveling for work here for a few months from Florida. 3 minutes before close yes I’m awful. But hands down Mia! Straight forward only register open was beyond amazing recommendations on recommendations and they were all the best choices . Bottom line great hospitality and service A1 and very genuine the most amazing person meeting since being here .And I had needs she provided with top notch service. But overall will be back and by far one of the best around in the state the staff and closing manager was beyond everything you could ask for in a mellow establishment with great products and great support staff with anything and everything you could need. Ps the reason you may catch her on a good day is shipwreck prerolls but all jokes aside top notch her

I have used Joyology many times and have almost always had a pleasant experience. The one time I had a negative experience the manager of the store personally called me to make it right and they followed through the next time I was there. They even hooked me up with some extras. I was pleasantly shocked. This store truly cares about their customers. Not to mention, they have the best selection of products in the area. I highly recommend this store!

The store itself was really nice but a little bit overwhelming especially for a first-time visitor. We let our tender know that it was our first experience, but she almost seemed to be bothered that we were there. I wish she had spent a little bit more time explaining things to me or taking my questions into consideration, I did make a purchase and Im decently happy with it. I was overcharged in the first transaction and I caught it. She tried to explain it away as fees, but eventually agreed that it was too much after asking if I was going to need a receipt, which left kind of a sour taste in my mouth. I also felt pressured to leave her a tip. We were told upon entry that as first time visitors we would receive some kind of discount or bonus, we mentioned a few times that we were first timers, but she didnt seem to acknowledge there was any kind of a benefit to being a first time shopper. Im definitely going to check out some other dispensaries in the area, but I dont think Im going to return to this one.

I just left Joyology and I can safely say that this is one of the most welcoming friendly places I have ever been to Lena was amazing and she is amazing. Every time I come in she is so real and so sweet. I always have an amazing conversation she Always hits its spot on with product and recommendations. She really excels at her job.

Great experience from the entrance to the exit. I didn’t get the name of the woman at the front but she did great greeting me as a new customer. Mariah, the one who helped me inside called me by name and was quick to help me with my purchase. Even going to the back for me to see if they had more of what I wanted. Overall great experience, and I will be giving more business.

Has just about everything you want or need, very clean, great deals and professional. Id give a 5 start but some of the staff wasnt as informative as I hoped but thats just as much my fault as theirs. All very helpful and definitely easy to look at, my goodness!!!!

I’ve recently been up to Joyology and JuliAna was a great help. She was the most prettiest blue green eyed girl, she answered all my questions and helped me in every way. She held a good conversation and made me feel very welcome, will be back soon!

The budtender was curt.. They don’t give change so each time I come in a pay almost $1 more then what my order total is (including all the tax)! Honestly that is totally taking advantage of the consumer, I won’t be back, Planet 59 has great deals AND they aren’t trying to screw me out of money.

Be careful when ordering they tell you you’re in the range then when they get there your receipt shows a 10$ delivery charge for being out of range I live 5 miles from joyology I order at least 4 times a week 20 min for delivery I get the same thing everytime and it’s always 23$ now it’s almost 40 will not be ordering here anymore sick of the little games they play and the girl who works in curb side is a nasty person skinny abs blonde she brought my curbside order out and threw it though my window . You guys suck

Just a really solid spot. You can come in and confidently spend some money knowing its going to be worth it or get some great sales on a wide variety of products. They 100% stand by ALL their sales and the very few issues Ive had they have gone above and beyond to frankly a surprising degree. The only complaint I have is the wait times occasionally but they have points of sale in every direction and its simply a testament to having happy returning customers.

Hey Alexis was a big help from when I first walked in. Perky and welcoming energy plus she was gorgeous. Made sure she notified me of the deals that were available and even gave me some good items for being a first time customer. Got two Eighths of some crude boys frosted bud and some infused top shelf and they all smoked beautifully!!!

I received a mailer for a lot of great deals from the Lake Orion location. I went online, picked out $134 worth of edibles (I would receive $25 off plus 4 gifts if I spent over $100), but when I got to the checkout page, it kept changing my address even though I kept clicking save. I tried to call the business, but not only did no one answer, an automated voice answered telling me to leave a message but then said I couldnt because the mailbox was full. There was also no chat online nor was there any other way to contact the company. While I realize that they are probably very busy, for a first time customer, I can say that they definitely lost my business. It all seemed very untrustworthy.

So I would like to say that I dont know go to dispensaries too much nor buy a lot out of it. Yet the Joyologist Anthony K. Is amazing at customer service and helping you find what youre asking for, very pleased with my decisions! 301 Ill be back =)

Budtender Jordan B. was amazing! He was very respectful, cool and helpful. He didn’t catch attitude with my selection, let me pick and helped regardless! I had a couple of deals to use and instead of getting an attitude or frustrated, he put all my deals through! To end the transaction off, he gave us goodies! Can’t ask for a better experience than that one right there!Enjoy the point system. The deals you get through email is cool. The red tier is supposed to be “bottom shelf,” but it’s hit to me a good 8x outta 10. They have a good selection, I do wish it was switched out more often tho.

First time ordering delivery. I got a bit concerned as it had been over the scheduled time & hadnt heard from them. I did the online chat, they reached out to the store. The store manager called me back within minutes of the chat on his personal cell #. He apologized for the delay as they got slammed , assured me it was enroute. Gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Super personable & apologetic. I already love this location in person and this just solidified how truly wonderful their staff is. I highly recommend them. Really appreciate the quick response back & I totally understand its a Friday during rush hour so Ill be patiently awaiting my delivery.

My Budtendet Lena was very knowledgeable and super friendly. With so much to choose from it was awesome to have a guide to help navigate me in the right directions. I was able to get everything I wanted and needed and also at a really great price. Thank you Lena for making my experience so nice. With so many dispensaries to choose from, Joyology rises above the competition with their great Budtenders and such an extensive inventory that there’s no need to shop anywhere else! Placed my order at 2:45pm. It said about 1hr. 3hrs later not so much as a call, email or text from them. I called to cancel even then still no apology they said supposedly it was on the road but after I waited over 3 hours I dont even want it no more Ill go somewhere else been ordering from them for since the day they opened I dont think Ill be ordering from them anymore. Completely and utterly disappointed!!!

I did an online order today and used dutchie to pay for it. For some reason , it would not let me use my 758 points that I had saved. I tried to call And see if they could give me my discount Since they would not do it online. The girl on the phone was very rude and said Said she had too many people in line to deal with this right now. She said I would just have to use my points the next time I get a order. If you dont have time to answer a couple questions on the phone you dont have enough employees! I will probably do one more order through this place to use up my points and im done with joyology... Update.. Literally 10 minutes after I left my review.I got a very prompt phone call from the General manager. He was a very nice guy and went out of his way to make up for the bad experience. Not only did he double my points. He said he was also going to give me a couple free samples on my next purchase. Thank you!

**update, Caitlyn was frigging awesome as well!**While i know all the staff I have dealt with have been pleasant and helpful to talk through product. However Emily went above and beyond, hunting through the computer inventory and the store to locate a hard to find product that is often sold out.In addition, Emily was able to work through my common issue of my discount not applying properly. Normally it involves a conversation with a manager (who has already done this dance with me multiple times).

My first time was very confusing. It was a lot I was qualified for that was not explained to me. Ms B Madison seemed very bothered as well. I wouldn’t want to refer anyone and have them get the type of experience I got. If I do return I hope my next experience is better than my first. I also believed I was overcharged. They have to remember what’s on the shelves smh.

The staff is rude ,slow and unprofessional if you get a delivery it takes at least 3 hours and they will mess it up anyway. Going in the store will take 40 min at least no matter how busy. Worst dispo in michigan from top to bottom . the 20$ free delivery keeps them in business I had to go up multiple times multiple days to get a refund and offered nothing for my troubles

If you order online don’t trust the price it gives you in the page. Online it was telling me after taxes and everything my order was coming out to $159 when I got here it was $166 after tax… Do not use your card either they add on a 5% fee… kind of sad the Exclusive store in Lake Orion closed I usually never come here …

I was so impressed with the store, I probably could spend hours in there asking what is this, what does that do? I will definitely recommend your location to everyone I know. This place sells , carts with burnt coils, disposable 1g rosin that don’t work half of the time. False marketing disposables will say 1g and they are .5 g in store. They also have a “special ” deal for stizzy pods BOGO . LA times did an article about how much pesticides go in there. Leave it at that

I always do online orders, picking up is always super quick and easy, which is very important to me. They have the best edible deals around. I also had an issue with one of my visits and management reached out and took care of me… it was refreshing!

Today was my second visit to Joyology Lake Orion.I went in for a special on pre rolls. I can say I like the set up and atmosphere.However my bud tender, Bursha, was not friendly. I started to tell her what I was planning on getting. She was walking away from me before I even finished my sentence and I had to chase her down. She proceeded to tell me she didnt have an item. I told her she could get the 2 I wanted that she knew was there and to pick out the other 3 and that I didnt care what they were as long as it was hybrid. She did end up finding one of the items that she hadnt heard of. She then went and started ringing me up without asking if I was done.She just came across really rude, and short. And didnt seem to want to be helpful when I was asking a question.Later on I was telling my friend about my experience and she said she had also experienced this issue with the same budtender.Once I got home, I was looking at my items and seen she did not get me the requested hybrids,but an indica and a sativa. Thats partially on me cuz I should have looked in the store.On the plus, I got free edibles for my birthday.

Everything and everyone, workers and costumers were great. I was a new costumer. A man was helpful explaining how the board works. A couple of ladies were pointing things out. It was great

My first time there & I didnt have a very good experience.First, the sales people werent very helpful paid a lot if money & if I wanted to use my credit or debit cards but they only accept Visa no Mastercard. Second, if your new to pot & yourenot sure what to buy I suggest to go to a different & possible better dispensary with knowledgeable staff.

I come here all the time and love it. They have a large selection of products and the people behind the counter seem to know what they’re talking about. They have good deals which is ultimately what brings me in. Emily in pick up is the best though! Hands down.

As usual never told budtenders name, they call me by the name I dislike. You told me before you told the budtenders to tell all customers their name. But they never do. I wont leave a tip with out. Checked in 8-20-24 still no name given by budtender, told they would be wearing name tags, no one in the building was wearing a name tag, no tip. Funny how no one gets their budtendersName or told about current deals.

They give product away for good reviews but this place honestly isn’t good. Prices are usually way over. Flower is consistently bad and overpriced. Staff will rush you. I prefer a knowledgeable staff over anything else.

I went with a neighbor of mine around 9pm. There was a food truck in the parking lot. I did not eat anything. Check in was quick. The budtender Kristijana was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was kind of busy for me but some people like that. Overall good experience though. I would recommend to friends. 60$ quarters basically which isnt bad. Definitely not better than free quarters but what can you do?
