Inline Vape Auburn Hills

Went into the store the other day looking for E-liquid and a disposable. Many places don’t have a great selection of both, I was impressed with not only the vast selection they carried but the customer service I received. Definitely coming back for all my vaping needs!

This place is so friendly and helpful. Great selection of items and convenient opening times. The Manager is an asset to this store, always happy to help and offer opinions on products. They also offer a rewards system so you can save up for discounts, which come in handy! We never go anywhere else!

Great customer service! I was in there on Saturday 7/9/22 and needed help figuring out what tank would best suit me. Quickly the lady working helped me figure out 3 tanks that would work for what I was looking for at 3 different price points.

I just want to say that the associates at this shop are super nice! I dont get out much these days, but I see on the Internet that society is generally breaking down and people are mean out there. I was very happy with how genial the employees were. My issue isnt with them, but with the stores return policy. I purchased three Glow pens and one of them didnt work. When I called to ask if I could return it (30 minutes post transaction), I was informed that there was signage stating that devices need to be tested before leaving the store. Yeah, I know... only Karens dont read the signs. But I swear, I was in and out of that store in like two minutes. I didnt browse or read signs or whatever. If the store has a whack policy like that (who tf tests products before leaving a store??), there should also be a policy that the associates tell customers about said policy. At any rate, I definitely will not be returning to this store. There are a lot of options out there and I think this shop should reconsider their return policy.**EDIT TO FOUR STARS** The response from the store was great, even if it is too late. Im still not going back (cuz now I definitely feel like a Karen and thats just embarrassing), but it seems like a nice place and shouldnt get a one-star review just because of a return policy.

It’s a very nice shop, there’s a wide variety of products, some I didn’t even know existed haha. They are very accommodating to customer requests if the product isn’t in the store at the time. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable too. Definitely recommend this store for any glass or smoke product that you need

My partner and I were both extremely disgusted with the young Caucasian lady who was working when I visited on 10/18/21 around 3pm. She NO DOUBT has an issue with black people. We walked in separately and she didn’t bother to greet either one of use. But the Caucasian man who walked in after us was warmly greeted with a smile and promptly helped. This rude girl even dropped my changed into my hand from midway in the air, like placing it was too respectful. Then when asking how to use one of the pens for sale she responded with the nastiest attitude “I don’t know, I don’t smoke.” My partner said she acted like she was better than us. Hire better staff.

I do not recommend this place AT ALL. Called the store 15 times during normal business hours with no answer, went into the store to find the device I was looking for marked up SEVERELY (over 50%). Save your time and money and look somewhere else unless you want to pay double price and not have your questions answered. 0/10 will NEVER be back

Not from the area and was looking for disposable vapes bought two shmizz vapes and both had completely burnt coils, employee was dishonest about the flavour as well very disappointed with the whole experience I would stay away from this establishment.

Literally the best store, everyone is so helpful and friendly! They always do their best to get me everything I need.

The selection is amazing and the customer service goes above and beyond. This is my go to for vapes.
