I got a coupon in the mail. (I live maybe 2 miles away,so one would assume that the coupons would be for the closest and or all locations) The clerk was rude and said that he wouldnt honor the coupon. I left a review stating my disappointment and that I would be going to the gas station as there prices are better. The district manager responded and then called me. He said that he was sorry and that the store employees would treat me better next time and sent me a gift card. So Im going to give them another chance. The district manager was very cool and is the only reason Im going to give them another chance. The gift card is nice but he said it would be different next time.

Been going here for years. Always had a good experience until the other day. I spend well over $100 a month. Went there the other day and tried to buy a couple packs of cigarettes. I told him what i wanted he fave me 1 pack and said were out of that. Si i asked for something else and he just kept staring at me i pointed yo the cigarette pack and said Ill take those then. He said no Im not going to sell them to you. You must leave the store now. Im like what? Ar this point i was mad and left. Never seen that kid before. He must be new and he looked like he was on drugs. I will never go back there again. He doesnt need to be working at a place that deals with people. Never again will i go there.

I love this Wild Bill’s. When I go in the door, if Dominic sees me, he knows what I’m coming for and he’s already getting it together. He knows the exact cigars my husband smokes and gets them for me. DOMINIC IS AWESOME!!!

Dominic and Billy were great looking for information on a quality vape play let me take pictures and everything to see if I can find a cheaper on my which I did but Ive never seen him do that in the store before these guys are great

Always a great place to go for all your needs. Dominic and the rest of the staff are always more than willing to help you out. Most definitely my favorite Wild Bills around.

I have been a regular this store for a while and I have to say the manager Dominic is Awesome. He has always been very nice, friendly, and easy to have conversation. He greets his regulars by name and seems like an all around GREAT manager that I hope they keep. The store is always clean everyone there always greets the customers with a smile. I will keep going there because of the good customer service I receive.

Dominic is literally the BEST at this location!Always friendly, helpful, and just a good human! He goes so far as to honestly get to know his regular customers, past just their names. He’s asked continuously through my most recent pregnancy about how I and the baby are doing and even took a second to come outside to meet her when we had her. You’re the reason I come to this store religiously. Thank you for being you, Dom. 💕

Going crazy candle sale! Love this location! Dominic is absolutely amazing. Ive been a customer here for years. I have shopped at Wild Bills locations all over Michigan and Ohio. This my favorite Wild Bills!

Came in today for a new bowl piece and the guy was super helpful. If you go in snag some of those lyrical lemonade wraps. Trust.

Another bait and switch at another Wild Bills. Shocking!Put a price on cigars in the humidor and charge $3 more at the register. Sorry we cant fix it. Just hoping noone notices?

Wish I could give zero stars. I purchased the Smok Nord from them a little while back with spare coils that they assured me would be compatible with the Smok Nord. Turns out the coils they gave me were too small and didnt work with the device. I took it back and was told that I was not allowed to have a refund on the coils or exchange for the correct coils despite having the receipt. Im appalled by how Wild Bills conducts itself.

I got a seahorse pro this morning, the young gentleman behind the counter sold me on it because he was 100% honest with his review, which matched up to my experience using it exactly. Great experience for what i needed!

My second visit to the Auburn Hills store was very unpleasant. Walked in and there’s a bunch of guys sitting in the middle of the store smoking cigars and the whole store was filled with smoke definitely wouldn’t go back. At least get a smoke room.

They usually have what I need every time I go. The guys are super friendly and helpful.
