Was on the road for work, found this shop. First time was a great experience the guy was very helpful with the selection & flavors. Good service 👍

High quality bangers there beveled at the bottom they were nice after running out of a product to call me when they got them in I highly suggest if your looking for quality over quantity id shop here any day of the week!!!

The employee was very nice and helpful but the price of juice is almost double other stores and the selection of salt base juices is disappointingly small.

Came in yesterday needing a new rechargeable vape, Steph knew exactly what I needed and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on getting me the right device 👍🏻

This has been my #1 vape shop since day one. Pat is probably the most knowledgeable person when it comes to vaping and vaping products and is very good at explaining the differences between everything. They have a massive selection of juice, coils, batteries, mods etc. I encourage anyone to go see him if they are looking to try vaping or just have questions.

Was a easy come in and find a great recommendation. Both the man and lady I talked to on phone/in person where descriptive and even yesterday the employee showed me how to refill and helped me choose a flavor.Recommend it alot even at the cost as it was very pleasant and costumer service rocked.Had bad exp with other shops but this one has more expertise then others

As most other comments say, very high prices. I went to get a Breeze vape and it was going to cost $20. I currently get 2 for $24.The employee was cordial though.

The first guy I dealt with was super helpful but the prices were still ridiculous. The last 2 times I went in there the guy comes out smelling like weed and just stands there. I asked for help and out of all the flavors he suggests one… the prices are too high I will not be back here

Very nice shop, great juice selection and a friendly atmosphere.

Every time I go into the shop Im greeted instantly and all the people from the staff to the other customers are always so friendly. The amount of variety they have in their products from different set ups and juices makes it a very good place to go. Anything I have bought from there is very high quality and never seems to have any problems. The rewards system is one of the great things about this store as well. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and continue going into this store whenever Im in need of something.

The mods here are definitely overpriced but the service is really good and they have a great selection on juices. One time I bought a juice here that was supposed to be smooth and when I hit it, it was so harsh I couldnt stand it. When I talked to the guy that works here he immediately apologized and gave me some little bottles of other juices and made me feel heard and thanked me for letting him know about the juice. Super great place.

Great atmosphere and amazing service. The shop is always neat and clean and the manager is very personable. Only shop I go to even though im moving farther away, always worth the trip! Come here if you need someone to talk to always people willing to listen.

Ive been coming to Yor Vape Shop for about a year now and have recommended numerous amounts of people to switch vape shops because of my experiences. The active manager is here constantly so you always have the same experience no matter what when you come in and he will be able to deliver an answer to any question you may have. As far as prices, they are fair and the store offers many discounts through their rewards program.

One of the best vape shops I have been to, the guy behind the counter knows his Mods. Always a great atmosphere, never pushy on making you purchase anything. The reward system will pay for its self in no time, It may be a bit pricey compares to larger chain smoke shops but the reward points and Diacount Fridays I wanna say 10-15% off so they cut you a deal on pay day.

Solid selection for a smaller shop, staff was super helpful! I used to vape and have come back to it again and it was nice to get help from someone that knows vaping and could help me find the right device for me.

Service is good and shop is clean but they are crazy expensive. $11 for a single coil?! That’s absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this to anyone.UPDATE:They had told me it was a mess up with there vendor so they wanted to make it right to me to grab my business once again. As for their generosity I will be coming back. That is great customer service. Now I can say I will recommend to others! Thank you guys for your help.

Went there to buy Suorin Air cartridges. The owner talks me into buying 6 to get a discount which still turned out to be more expensive than any other place. Went back the next day to ask about trading the unopened cartridges and putting the credit towards a new Juule, they refused. No refunds, no exchanges, no negotiating. Couldve been a cool spot but they obviously lack customer service.

$22 for a breeze pro is crazy and i bought a vape and it died 2 days later so they gave me a free one that lasted only 3 days i would never go here again

Best shop in the area. Good atmosphere with plenty of friendly people who are willing to help out. Carry a large variety of juices with plenty being rotated in. Patrick is very friendly and is good at getting ahold of high ends mods.

Just bought a new setup and absolutely love it. Customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was awesome! If you have any questions about vaping or how it can help you quit smoking cigarettes this is the place to go.

Im not from michigan and a lot of the juices were new to me. The flavors were great. The dude was chill and gave a lot of new info about vaping to me that I wasnt aware of. They sell glass which is a plus. Also have plenty of different CBD products to choose from

Ive always had great service here, the workers are very kind and helpful. Great service, and they let you bring in your pets; like a small dog, cat, and hedgehogs! Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone!

Came in today for the first time to grab some Suorin Drop pods and a new juice. The guy who helped me was nice and knowledgeable, and recommended a new juice brand for use with my Suorin. The store itself is nice and sleek. A lot of vape stores are intimidating and overwhelming, but the design and employees make Yor Vape Shop anything but. Will definitely be coming in again!

Incredible! The staff has knowledge and insight that they gear specifically to fit your taste buds and needs. I was a heavy cigerette smoker and I didnt think I could quit. I tried for years. My wife and I walk into Yor and are immediately welcomed and encouraged to try different flavors. Shortly after that we each got a kit and havent smoked a cigerette since! I encourage anybody who is interested in getting started to get in there and start asking questions.

Best customer service and selection around! Pat is very knowledgeable and takes his time to educate you on the different Vapes and will find the perfect one for you. Huge selection of juices to choose from as well. Highly recommend Yor to anyone who vapes.

This place is awful the worker is one of the most rude guys I have met I think his name was Patrick. They are 100% selling to under aged kids and thats just not acceptable. This place is also very expensive and inconvenient. I would definitely not recommend to any ill never go back.

Worst vape shop I been to in yrs.The guy who worked there knew nothing of vaping .Wasnt any help and the prices Rediculous.

I work locally to this store and had my first experience there today. After calling 8 other shops nobody had the coils I needed for the vaporesso nexus but YOR VAPE SHOP had them in stock and at a fair price. When I shop in a store now this will be MY VAPE SHOP.

Sold my friend a $100 setup for $250 even with useless discounts. Would never go there again. Plus I brought my girlfriend with me one day and the worker Pat flirted with her right in front of me.
