Ive been going to Indiana Vapes close to 8 years and its the only vape store I will ever go to. Theyre always fully stocked on all products! The employees and owner are extremely helpful & knowledgeable when explaining everything when I need help understanding juices or new vape purchases. I cant thank the owner enough for going out of his way and helping order certain juices or new vapes when I was in need.

Indiana vapes is my go to store for all my vape needs. Great selection and great prices. Mike is great and very knowledgeableStop in and get a new setup or resupply on anything you need for current setup

I had to drop drop in and write a review for the service I received today. Its astounding how happy I am, Diana is amazing so pleasant so professional and so willing to help. Bless your heart young lady I look forward to my next rendezvous. This is only my second time here the first time I met the owner and that guy is something else as well and its so willing to work with me and gave me discounts right off the bat not that I was asking for him but, we appreciation for his clients was born on his sleeve. And being that I live in Angola that kind of stuff needs to ride worth while.

This store is great it has all things vapes! Especially for those who wish to switch from a disposable to a regular vape. They have a few disposables. The greatest part of our experience tho was hands down the customer service! Chance was the employee and he was absolutely fantastic! Hes very knowledgeable about all products and answered every question we had thoroughly! He was kind and patient as well. We will definitely be regular customers from now on!

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable! He makes sure he sells the best and only the best!The shop is very relaxed with great customer service. As a newbie I was comfortable with their guidance and recommendations. I got what I wanted without feeling like I was being pressured or oversold. Workers knew their products well and do great with recommendations for their products they carry. A long drive to find a good place to purchase products. Definitely will return.

Only my second time at this fantastic establishment and I will be a repeat customer for sure! The owner, Mike was in, recommended some juice and was not wrong! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help in every way! To think, I was only in there for some coils and walked out with some juice I didnt even know I needed and a sense of satisfaction that there are still good people, good small businesses I can give my money to! Amazing place! Friendly staff with a chill atmosphere. Everytime Ive gone in Ive gotten great recommendations and advise. Any problem Ive had with user error or model malfunction they have helped me clear up. They have a great juice selection and they stand behind they models they sell. My boyfriend and I make a 30 minute drive just to come and support such a great establishment. Cannot reccomend enough 10/10.

Hi Im John. I have been going here for about 2 months, I have met all the staff, and I have to say all the staff is very friendly and experienced. They are happy to show you multiple items, help you choose juices on your taste preferences, and are friendly to talk to. Ive been satisfied since my first day. I went there today and got the wrong pods for my vape, and when i got home and realized they happily exchanged my pods with other ones. Most vape stores would have said sorry about your luck. I have and will continue to recommend this store to anyone.

Was sold a bunch of stuff, only to make a sale at another shop. Wasnt happy so stopped into Indiana Vapes for possibly different juice to hope that would fix my issues. Instead I went through a trial and error process as well as an education to better fit my needs and wants. Extremely happy with my experience and wont be going anywhere else besides here for my future needs.

I needed a replacement glass for my Zeus tank and Mike McClellan went above and beyond to get me a replacement. I really appreciate their level of customer care. Thank you, sir and I will certainly bring my business here in the future.

I cant say anything more than an awesome experience! As someone who hasnt vaped in a number of years the staff was so very helpful in catching me up to speed on how things have changed. From the new tanks and mods to helping me find a wonderful flavor to vape I cant say thanks enough for helping me switch from smoking to vaping once again!

Absolutely unbeatable when it comes to selections and the prices are always at the bare minimum compared to any other vape stores in the area. Always take the time to answer my questions, never hurry me out the door, and they always drop crazy sales in text messages, at least every five or six weeks. This is my go-to vape store for a very good reason. Stop in! It may sound like Im being paid to leave this review, but I promise you Im a regular Joe who has hopped around vape stores for the last 8 years.

Since I started vaping again I have only gone to Indiana Vapes in Auburn. They are so friendly and helpful. The customer service is outstanding. They make sure you are satisfied with your product. They have great deals. And the “poet”....he’s pretty awesome.

The Indiana Vapes location in Auburn is the only place I shop for my vaping needs! The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and always take care of their customers. A staff member in particular today, Shem, deserves a shoutout for his amazing customer service and outstanding knowledge in all aspects of vaping. The owner of this location is very involved, and his effort to maintain an awesome atmosphere is easily recognized. It’s never been easier to find the right setup than they make it here! I absolutely love Indiana Vapes. The crew here is amazing. I always feel welcomed and helped with my vapes when ever I needed. Whether it was troubleshooting or fixing it when I broke them.

Probably the best service Ive ever had at a vape shop. I definitely enjoy going there. My favorite part is having my tank cleaned Everytime I go there. They always have what I need when other places always fall short or just straight dont have it anymore.

So I’ve been coming here for a little over 2 years and I gotta say, this is by far my favorite vape shop in the area. They always have the hardware you need, and their Juice recommendations are always fantastic. They always have great deals and will even work with you if you’re having a vape crisis. I came here as a last resort after several other shops wouldnt listen to what I wanted. I have never had a better experience. I drive from poneto to auburn (over an hour) for all my vape needs, I came in knowing next to nothing, and they taught me everything I need to know about my unit! This is the only vape shop I trust! Absolutely love these guys!! They will not disappoint!!!
