The manager georgia is very helpful! She is nice and will help you solve your issues. I had a broken grinder and she helped me with the return and getting the product I wanted instead.
Very knowledgeable about their products. I leave a tip every time because of that. Always a space open for parking. The only thing in my opinion that is a negative is that they dont accept cards but there is an ATM in case. Any flavor vape you could imagine. Good store.

Dylan took care of me tonight. Did his job. The one star is for Nick as I was standing in line he let a female that came in almost 3 to 4 minutes after me cut the line. FORWARDED FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILToday, May 4th at 10:16 am I went into Cannabis Haven located at 265 Western Ave in AugustaI was looking for a pod system to quit smoking cigarettes, i began asking the man questions about the selection, to which he seemed to have little to no knowledge on. I decided to go with the vaporesso 3 mini, which he recommended but said he wasn’t sure because he never had tried it. He said the pack included 2 pods, to which wasn’t true, and then as I was checking out he said they had a return policy and I could return within 7-10 days it as long as the coil wasn’t burnt and the device wasn’t damaged. I then primed the coil and tried it out, It hit insanely hard that I was coughing so hard i had to pull over, my daughter who is an avid vaper, also tried it and could not bear it, i wasn’t not sure if it was the juice, so i tried a different device with the juice, to which it was fine. I was still in the area at an event, as i don’t live around here and figured i would return it before i left townI then went to return it, and immediately the man took a hit off of my vape without consent and proceeded to cough and have the very same reaction that i did. He then told me that because there was juice in the pod, which was not specified when i purchased it, that i could not return it, i then asked if there was a store credit, so that I could just exchange it for a juice if they couldn’t refund me for the device, he then called his manager and he said that it was not allowed. He then asked if i wanted to try a different pod, (after he put his mouth on mine) and thinking he would give me the other pod to compensate since i was unhappy (after he just put his mouth on mine once again) with everything that was said. He then told me it would be $18.99 to which i said never-mind and I would contact customer service. All of this is unacceptable and working in management myself, customers should not be treated this way or lied to, as well as they should be trained and knowledgeable about products you’re selling and policies in place at your place of business.
So i went in this shop with my other half she has her medical, I have maine state papers that alow me to buy for her or posses for her and they refuse to sell to us because i pick out a prerole that she would like!!!! Im reposting another review or an amended review I suppose. Since posting my last one star review and seeing your response, Ive given the store some time, and it does, in fact, seem like pretty well all of the hiccups have been ironed out. Theyve got a great staff as always, their prices literally cannot be beat. I by a specific RS. Odart and most places charge between 35 and $40 a piece. I buy them here for $20 each. Its nice to know there. At least not gouging us for our medicine.So here we are two days before New Years. And I stop into the store and once again they have zero product. They had like three choices of concentrate that wasnt $50 g of hash rosin. Theyre edible selection and their flower selection is just as sad. And yet again nothing gets updated online. So it looks like they have all kinds of stuff to get you to stop into the store. But when you get there they have nothing you want. So yet another update. It is 3 days before Christmas. As Im writing this. I went to the store to visit again this morning because I was told 3 days ago that they were getting a large shipment in and they just had to put it out. Apparently Steve, the manager lied to me because I went in the morning and there is almost no concentrates. They have almost no edibles. And they still havent fixed the problem with having things listed online that are sold out in their store I feel almost as if this place did a bait and switch on everybody here in Augusta. They got lots of us to start coming here on the regular and then as soon as they got a decent amount of business they stopped being able to stock product. And this is not the first time this is happened. This is been a constant problem for the last 2 months at least. And today was just the final straw where Ive had enough. I usually spend $300 a week at this store. I walked out this morning spending $0 and Im on the hunt for another store in my area that will actually keep inventory .Marissa helped me this morning. She did an amazingly. Good job. I buy quite a few of the peak flower varieties. And you guys were sold out of one that I normally purchase. And the bags are opaque so you cant see the product. But Marissa did a very good job of explaining the couple of strains that I was interested in what they were like quality-wise, and if she had used them her opinion about effects, smoking experience, etc in short, this is probably the best medical cannabis store in the augusta area. Ive shopped at all of them from the wellness connection to highbrow and everything in between and this store has the best quality highest tier of every kind of product that youre looking for. Be it concentrates flower or pre-rolls. And they also have more budget friendly options as well. Their top shelf stuff is every bit is good as any of the more boutique style cannabis stores in our area. Yet their prices are half. I can buy an eighth here for $35 that I would put up against any $60 eighth at one of the local stores. So stop on in meet the crew. Have a blast. Get some medicine. I came in this morning and was helped by Tim. I usually come on Saturday morning for my double points. However, I had an unexpected day off and came in today and though Tim was by himself he was very patient. Very knowledgeable and I appreciated his customer service skills. Nick helped me this morning as most Saturdays. Hes always friendly, has a good attitude and is very knowledgeable about the product. Michael is super knowledgeable same always willing to give advice. And its usually really good. The advice I mean. 😉👍 Just adding a review for Dimitri who helped me this morning. Same as Mike. Super nice. Super knowledgeable. I dont know that you can get a better experience than this place for medical cannabis. The employees and the selection are amazing

I stopped into this location on a whim. The fact that it’s open until 10pm is great! Most dispensaries are only open until 6 or 7. The two gentlemen working greeted me immediately and offered me help to find exactly what I was looking for. There was so much to look at and I only had a few minutes. I will definitely go back when I have more time to browse. Nick, (and I believe his name was Dylan?)were helpful and friendly throughout the process and I got exactly what I needed. WOW! I was served by Dylan, and what a wonderful, attentive, knowledgeable, (and handsome) lad! Even though I hemmed and hawed for quite some time, he never left me to attend to other customers (even though there were a few). His (and the other employees’) recommendations were EXACTLY what I wanted. Upon arriving home and trying my treats I was exceedingly pleased with what he had put together for me. The selection cannot be beat and the prices are GREAT! And what a beautiful, clean store with bright, organized, and easy to see displays. Skip the other vape shops in town and just come here; they have everything you need, things you didn’t know you need, and enough treats and toys to make your head spin. I’ll be back! :)

Just started work in Augusta, stopped in (in a grouchy mood) for a cheap indica because I ran out and the dispo I don’t like cheating on was closed. Nick was very knowledgeable, combated my grouchy, AND the new customer deal is phenomenal- I ended up walking out with products I can’t wait to try, and the guilt that I will be starting an affair if the product is anywhere near as good as the store and staff knowledge.

Great prices for the quality when youre not getting bait and switched. Stuff rings up for the wrong price constantly, discounts not applied right, etc. and if you dont catch it, the cashiers wont either. Pay close attention to what things are ringing up for.

Great place with a pretty good inventory in all price ranges. And they also carry just about any accessory that you might ever even possibly need, although a little pricey. They have some pretty neat deals everyday that change day today. And one example would be on one of the days. Whatever you purchase in concentrates they will match in flower for free. I definitely give the place five stars.

No where outside or inside can you see green medical cross or anything saying medical sales only on cannabis.very odd to have nicotine vapes intertwined with not apparent medical cannabis. To anyone this would appear as a recreational sales as both nicotine vapes and recreational cannabis are same age restraints in the state of Maine. So for these rude “salesmen” do better. You lost business from people with medical licenses and without.

So I go in to spend $30 on a blunt right, the employees don’t say anything when I come in, I go to the blunt side and get an idea what I want, still no one helps me which is fine I could really care less to have help if I’m honest, most the people here sell other strains from brands I’ve seen before. Nothing new, I have been to well over 10 dispensaries in Maine.Now, you’d expect me to say no one helped me buy it? I picked out my single $30 blunt and Yung Gravy comes out and decides he wants to call my wife “honey” “hun” I mean you might as well call her “babe” at that point.Mind you this kid hasn’t even said “hello” to me, I wouldn’t mind so much if he actually wanted to acknowledge me. However, it’s the fact that I’m about this kids age, it’s not like he’s talking to some old lady calling her hun making her feel warm and fuzzy. Nah, this kid is so unprofessional and I got to tell you, I’m not returning to this store again, you lost my business, which I spend QUITE a bit weekly here. You should be treating men & women with respect, I get culture now a days you wanna bag some girl from work, but let me tell you, if this guy walks into my store where I work I’ll be sure to show him exactly what it’s like to be treated like that. Furthermore, having your boxers hang out while your bending down might seem “hip” but man I’m 26 years old and I gotta tell you, your actions, how you dress, and how you speak to us (the 6 times he said hun, honey, sweetheart) remind me of buying weed at a drug dealers house when I was 16 and him trying to cop my girlfriend. Disrespectful and straight up unprofessional.
