The store manager Christina was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly she was very courteous to and acknowledged every person that walked in. I recently decided to try to quit smoking cigarettes and havent really vaped before so I wasnt really sure exactly where to start, a very helpful and extremely nice sales consultant (Christina Perkins), helped me out way more than I ever expected, she was extremely nice and made sure I knew how to put the liquid into the vape cartridge and everything and definitely went above and beyond what I expected for sure, I will for sure be continuing to come here for all my vape needs, thank u so much Christina 👍

I used the vape shop for years. Spent thousands there. Last week the sales person sold me the wrong coils. Coils he picked and said we’re correct. After getting home I saw that the salesman sold me wrong ones. So I go back to exchange, and while FaceTiming the owner/manager. Told me that it was my fault and wouldn’t give me a refund. (Didn’t have the correct coils). Tried to sale me new tank. I won’t be using them anymore. I k ow doesn’t sound like much. But customer service customer appreciation is huge to me. So I would make sure you know EXACTLY what you need. Don’t depend on them

Amazing staff, always courteous and kind. The first time my husband and I went in there the guy spent like half hour going everything with us answering all our questions, helped us put everything together too, super patient. We have been in there several times since and they are always great. Just today i actually went in because there was an issue with the threading on my tank sitting right and it was taken care of. Everytime I walk in its a pleasant learning experience. Ive never once walked in the door and not been acknowledged and greeted no matter how busy the shop is. I dont feel dumb asking questions about anything. Staff is knowledgeable and super laid back. Inventory is great and prices are fair. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Ive been a loyal customer here for many years. Veteran owned and operated and in my opinion, the best selection of mods and juice in Augusta. Their prices are fair, and naturally some juices and mods are more expensive/cheaper than others, but they have exceptional customer service and they are very knowledgeable/test the products that they sell. They offer military discounts and have a great reward program for return customers.

Stopped in while visiting from Colorado and spoke to the owner for quite a bit. He was extremely helpful and walked me through his large selection of house juices. Store was very clean and the whole staff welcomed me as I walked in the door. Overall a pleasant experience and great customer service. I highly recommend the Dragons Milk

This is hands down the best vape store in the CSRA. I switched to vaping 3 years ago, and Ive been to almost all of them. I am instantly greeted when I come in the store (you wont get even that at Smoke Life) they are always happy to see you. They give you every ounce of their attention when serving you. When I call to ask if they have a part I need, the answer is almost always yes. Their staff is knowledgeable and very patient. The cleanliness is amazing. I simply cant say enough about this store. Im moving...I will miss them.

The employees are always kind to me, keep a constant stock of inventory, and are quick to assist you as soon as you walk into the door. I would highly recommend this store for all of your vape needs. They’ve gotten a loyal client out of me and this is where I go when I run out of my vape juice.

I quit smoking 6 years ago after smoking for 35 years. I went to Victorious Vapors for help to start vaping instead of smoking. I knew the only way I could quit cigarettes would be to find a flavor of juice that tasted like my cigarette. Nick was the sales associate who helped me. I told him what I needed and he was able to find store made liquid (SALEM) that was the closest possible to the taste of my cigarette. Set everything up for me and was so very helpful. Fast forward 6 years...I’m still a customer. The best staff, the best products, the best prices and the best experience ever. From Scott (the owner) to the sales staff, I’ve never been disappointed. Also, 6 years later I’m still a non smoker of cigarettes. Thank you, Victorious Vapors.

Its a nice enough shop but they charge way more than the retail value of juices. $27 for something that retails for $19.99 everywhere else. Convenient location, but there are more reasonably priced shops in the Augusta area.

Shawn and his employees are very friendly and helpful. Nice store, not pushy. Prices are comparable to other stores in the area. Very clean and well organized. Im and out quickly.

Came in for the first time today and got the best help by Nate. He had never ending patience to my many many questions. He’s definitely got a repeat customer.

As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean and tidy the place was. Then I got greeted by the staff and felt welcomed. I talked to the owner about the right set-up, juice/ nicotine level, machine, watt, breathing techniques. I walked in hoping to get all of the answers to the questions I had and more and I got it.Im 34, my parents smoked and lost to cancer, I started when I was 14, now I have a son and everything to lose.Im not getting paid to write this but they helped me, someone who thought it was impossible to quit smoking, get on the right track. I handed them my pack of smokes and lighter and walked out of the store with confidence that they arent just selling equipment but peace of mind and help because it was apparent from the first 5 seconds that they are passionate about what they do. They are there to help, not hurt.I am looking forward to getting my health back and sense of smell and taste that i never had as well as not giving my money to tobacco companies that dont see life the way it ought to be seen.I am just filled with happiness. I was even looking at a more expensive machine but the owner talked me out of it. I got the set up I need to help me quit smoking, at an amazing price and got American made, FDA food grade juice and professional, quality help from people that help and have a genuine desire to help.Quit smoking the right way and do yourself a favor, head to their shop and ask away and if you do not know what to ask, tell them, they are there to help. I owe them more then what I spent and look forward to coming back for more.

I have been coming here for most of my products, especially when purchasing a unit, i brought my friend in to purchase her own and Scotty helped us, and i must say it was the BEST experience i’ve had at any shop!. he went above and beyond explaining everything from units, battery, juices -overall great experience, i would recommend them to anyone!

I will have to venture out and find a different shop for my juice. I have 4 (FOUR) bottles of liquid that are not even smokeable, horrible. Theyve never offered to sample the liquid before purchase so its either stay with the one liquid you know is decent or throw money in the wind taking a chance. Nope. Plus last time I entered the shop it appeared all the employees were high and just trying to get rid of the customers quickly.

It was the first shop I have been to in Augusta and probably the only one I will ever go to in Georgia! Great experience staff is very experienced and knowledgeable also a very excellent selection of juices and the best mods out. Highly suggest if you like to vape or wanna try it hit up this shop.

The guys here are awesome. They know their stuff. Lots of hardware choices and ToNS of flavors and options. This is my go to store mostly because of the employees. They are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend it!

Do not always give good Service. If you want to make up your own flavor or mix a couple _this is not the place to go, they will not do it. However, plenty of other vapor shops will let you mix and create your own blend. Prices of Val machines are very high.

There house vape juice is weak on nicotine. Ive bought more than a few bottles and the commercial stuff at the same nicotine level is more potent. Ive asked about this but but there not going to admit that. Ive been vapping a few years so I can tell pretty easy. There kind of more expensive than the vape shops around them as well. Other than that there friendly people who take care of you.

I bought a battery and a charger about a month and a half ago. The charger threads wore out and when I went in they told me to buy a new charger and that it would be a good idea to replace the battery. Should I really half to replace it after a month and a half? That is ridiculous. Save your time and money and go to Crazy Vapors or ANY other vape store. I went against my better judgement using this store.

Purchased a SMOK Novo on 6/9/2019 and on 7/25/2019 it started smoking, got extremely hot and juice was popping out of it everywhere. I got towels and pulled the pod out and it stopped smoking. After waiting on it too cool down I tried to reinsert the pod to see what it would do or to see why that had happened. Come to find out that it was turning on by itself; if you are not familiar with these they do not have a button and are only activated by the inhale/pull from the mouth piece. I took it into the store with the original box and receipt to let them know as see if they would swap it out seeing as how it is not even 2 months old. I was told they only do that if it is 2 weeks or less that something goes wrong and I would have to contact SMOK.I also explained that I could have initially ordered one straight from SMOK however I always try and support our local businesses. I did all of my own research from SMOKs website and could have purchased it then but waited and tried this place that I have never been too. I made a mistake right then. I will never return to this store since they do not support the local customer and the brands they sell.I immediately called SMOK to see what could be done and explained to them what all happened with it. They asked me to e-mail photos of my receipt and device; which I did all while on the phone with there Tech Support. The gentleman stated this is not something that is normal for these devices and is sending me a brand new one in which I will have by Monday! NOW THIS is great customer service as a brand! I will continue to use SMOK.

Called this shop to ask if they carry coils for my mod. They dont, no big deal. Turns out no one does. Even the manufacturer. So ok, what if I just buy a new mod, the older version of this that they still make coils for. So I call this shop to find out of they carry the mod. When I asked the guy yelled, no!you already called me! And then hung up on me. Way to suck,dude.

If youre looking for juice, this is the place to go. If youre looking for devices that are a little more advanced, youll be disappointed. They have your typical E-Go and Kanger batteries and tanks and thats about it. Theres nothing that caters to the rebuildable and cloud chasing crowds. Not even cheap clones of mods or RDAs. On that aspect, I was severely disappointed. If youre a beginner or just looking for some good juices that place is for you. Me, other than the e-juices, isnt that great. They do have an awesome premium e-juice line. I honestly cant praise theyre premium liquids enough. Theyre absolutely pronominal. Victorious Vapors is more of a liquid shop than it is a place to buy youre next mod or RDA. If it werent for their juices, Id have to give this place a 1 or 2 star. That e-juice, cleanliness and how polite the staff is saves them.

Great store with a very friendly and attentive staff. The store is well organized and always clean. Its my favorite go to for vape juice and supplies.

They only have a small list of Max VG juices. So if you use a subohm tank or mod your out of luck. Was unable to sample any Max VG juice either being as I have a tank and not and not a mod. Very pricey also. $13.99 per 30ml bottle. Im from Florida and these guys are behind the times when it comes to vape shops.

Everything is overpriced.. Rx200 is 65$ tops on the internet and they have for 115$ wow... No RDA selection... They only sell one kind of batteries which are EFEST... And if you need wire they unspool it from a larger roll... Idk if there just not that knowledgeable and new in the business or what... They have some selections in regulated mods but nothing I wanted and there selection in unregulated nothing to go wow about... This is a vape shop act like one and know your stuff
