Excellent massage and very professional and well trained staff. I called and got an appointment very quickly. The massage was in detail with the hot rocks and great oils. The hot towels felt so well. The young lady took her time and worked every area of my body THOROUGHLY and then stretched me. What a pure blessing from God! I will definitely visit again and become a regular client. It is a blessing and honor from God to have received such a great whole body massage. To God Be The Glory! 🙏 🙏 🙏

The personable, well-trained therapists know their stuff. They use Swedish, hot stone, deep tissue, and reflexology techniques to induce a meditative state, erase anxieties, and treat trouble spots.I leave each session with an elevated state of mind and body and a renewed belief in the benefits of self-care.

I decided to treat myself to #MeTime and boy was it worth it! I needed everything that she gave! Hot rocks (which aint for the weak) and deep tissue massage (with the ELBOW💪🏽 thrown in)...it gave what it was giving.... My upper back was aching so badly one afternoon. I booked an emergency appointment after work to seek massage relief and I got that and more. Aileen provided a very purposeful 1 hour massage and worked in some incredible stretching on me too. I have since revisited for another session and look forward to my next appointment.

This is the very best place to get a full body massage and feel 100% better after doing so . They do not cut corners , you definitely get your full moneys worth and then some . I have been going here for awhile now and can speak from many massages from here . They are very professional, kind, very very fair priced and it is cozy and has just enough ambience in your room to make you feel very comfortable. If you go. Please do yourself a favor and book at least an hour to hour and a half so your body can relax and take in the highly skilled perfection of your masseuse! You will not be disappointed! I ABSOLUTELY love this business and their hardworking staff!

The best massage I’ve ever had! I got a one-hour deep tissue massage and hot stone. The pressure and technique were perfect, and she even wiped my body down with warm clothes and dried me off! The best experience.The only negative was my masseuse left a few times during to get things, and I was nervous because I had never been and was not used to that.

This place may not be the most fancy massage parlor, but they’re very professional, and kind people! The massage I received was the best massage I’ve had IN MY LIFE! I usually am never able to get totally relaxed while getting a massage because I’m uncomfortable, or the massage is just too rough. This was not the case at Augusta Massage with LiLi. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that I was on the verge of falling asleep. It was amazing. My body feels so refreshed, and my muscles feel extremely relaxed. I will definitely be back here. (I got the combination massage with hot stones. 10/10 recommend.)

Service and timing was good. Masseuse took a few breaks due to interupptions that seemed to cut into time. So not sure if that was why certain areas like chest and shoulders didnt get worked.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service, I was Im pain so I called and scheduled appt for 730...when I got there the lady act like she didnt see I had an appt.She then got an attitude because they were closing at 8,asked if I could come back at 7:53.I usually dont go to these type of massage places because of poor customer service along with other things and I bet you I will NOT EVER do another walk in massage place like this again! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. Would give them a 0 if I could.

The best massage I have ever had!I am a Dental Assistant of many years, and my body has been hurting so bad.I usually feel guilty when spending money on myself. I must say this experience was money well spent, and I will gladly come back to this business.It is bothering me that I can not remember the massage therapists name. She is phenomenal. I went to massage school years ago, and this lady knew exactly what muscles to work and incorporated stretches to help improve my tension and pain!

This place is phenomenal! The ladies were very professional and so sweet, and followed all the CDC COVID mitigation guidelines. Had a couples massage and we agreed - loved it. The warming oil & hot rocks were fantastic, and they really seemed to know what they were doing. When I asked her to go softer, she did immediately.The only complaint I have is that you can hear the front door opening and people talking in the hallway from your room. Other than that, it was great. Well definitely be going back!

I found this place online and it had good reviews so I decided to book a couples massage. The massages were decent and relaxing. When checking out, I stepped to the side to make a phone call while my husband handled the bill. The person checking him out demanded a tip. When my husband wrote in a tip, the worker then stated that it wasnt enough and that more was needed for 2 people. So my husband wrote in more. I didnt find this out until we were in the car and gone. If I would have heard this, I would have scratched out both tips and left $0. Tipping is a courtesy. I just paid you $140 so whatever was tipped you should be grateful for because customers arent obligated to tip. This is extremely unprofessional and we will not be returning due this nor will I refer anyone to this business.

First visit to Augusta Massage and Ding Ding was my therapist. I requested the one hour deep tissue massage and she was fantastic. I was the only customer in the building and it was very peaceful and quiet. It was clean and I felt very comfortable. I will definitely return and recommend her without reservation. Thank you Ding Ding for getting me in so quickly and for paying attention to my needs, I greatly appreciate your service!

I called to see if this company had 2 appointments immediately. Though surprised, I was super excited. Quickly looked at the reviews with most saying they received a great massage but a few negative ones stating the masseur kept leaving the room mid massage. The establishment responded asking the person that left the poor review, let me know the day and time so she could review the surveillance to verify his complaint and said she would refund him double and fire the masseur if his complaint was verified.. Then she responded beneath her own response, that the surveillance did not reflect his complaint. I was impressed by the owners response as it seemed that she took the review seriously and doesnt run her salon unprofessionally. Welp! I was wrong!In the first 10 minutes, my masseur took a phone call booking another massage. Then shortly after, I heard a bell jingle which was the front door opening. Without a word, my masseur left the room to welcome them. Came back into my room, at this point she was using one hand to massage me, and made a call to an employee (I assume) to ask them to come in and handle the client that had just walked in. Hung up the phone and went back to front to tell client it would be a 10 minute wait. She returned to my room and continued massage until another person came into the building. The other massage therapist went to greet them and my therapist immediately followed her.When they returned to our room, I let them know that leaving this many times and taking phone calls was extremely unprofessional (when not on the phone, I spent the whole time listening to the vibrating of the other masseurs phone). Also stated it was very wrong to misrepresent the facts surrounding the review. She used the rest of my massage trying to justify why it was ok that she kept leaving the room and using her phones bc they do not have a front receptionist because they are a small business and couldnt afford it. Also stated her regulars understand and dont complain which I also do not believe. She didnt charge for either of our massages. Which is good considering they also shorted us 10 minutes from start time and certainly didnt dedicate a full hour to us whatsoever Why keep refunding/comping the fee when you can higher a receptionist for less?? Clearly they had a masseur on call for massages, I bet they could pay a small amount to have them also lobby phone calls, book appointments and run interference for walk ins. It would ensure that they can dedicate the full amount of time to each client (which every client deserves and expects) increase their client retainment percentage and build their clientele via social media and word of mouth referrals. Just my opinion. WyeEven though she wasnt charging for the actual massage, we still decided to tip them and higher than we would ordinarily but, after getting dressed and going to the front, no one was waiting on us. Waited a couple minutes and left with our tips still in hand.All I wanted was to relax and let go of some stress. Did not happen. Sadly, most of the reviews are correct! It was one of the best massages I have had. Unfortunately, the lack of respect made it impossible to enjoy the way a massage should be!

I was in town visiting a friend and had a terrible neck and back pain from the long drive. My friend recommended this place. I decided to check it out, and Im so glad I did! Not only was the staff very friendly and the place nice and clean, but the massage was exactly what I needed! I opted for the combination foot and body massage. The foot massage was very relaxing and put me in a calming and tranquil mood. For the body massage, the masseuse was able to really go deep and unknot my neck and back. I literally felt like a new person after the massage, my muscles felt so loose and relaxed! I highly recommend this place to anyone thats looking for a great massage!

I’ve had the joy of experiencing this place today and let me tell you this was the best massage I have ever received! I have the worse back pain. My muscles are tight. I do work out a lot. I see a chiropractor weekly but lately my pain has been even worse. I’m here for school and decided to get a massage. I picked the perfect place. It might not be the most upscale place but the quality of the staff is amazing. Her name started with an A. I don’t want to butcher the spelling. But she has given me the best deep tissue massage of my life. And that says a lot. I’ve been to plenty of massage business but this is the best. She actually worked out my muscles and stretched me out all out the same time. Was so kind, sweet and attentive. I still have some stiffness which is no fault to her, it’s been built up. I’ve already booked another appointment for next week. Yes the prices may be higher but you pay for quality. And for anyone who complains about being sore that’s apart of a deep tissue massage to target muscles. If you want a relaxing experience get a Swedish. Know the type of massage you need to get and make corrections about pressure if you need to, speak up. I highly recommend .

I spend a lot of time in the car for work, so when I come to Augusta each month, this is my “Go To” spot for massage relief!Ding Ding, and the entire staff, are always welcoming and friendly. I have been coming here every month for over two years and each massage is fantastic!Even once when there was a billing/massage time error that I didn’t notice, Ding Ding called me the next day to explain it and apologize for the error, then offered to make it right before I had a chance to say thank you.Keep up the Great Work providing us with relief and thank you for always being available!

Leia (not sure how to spell her name) is the one who did my hour long Swedish massage and it was amazing! It was my first time ever and I felt like she did a good job and made me feel comfortable. However, when I checked out with her, I told her I saw a $10 off coupon on their website and she told me it was for a limited time only, but all the coupon says is “first time only customer, must be 60+ mins, and cannot be combined with other specials.” It said no where “for limited time only.” That was frustrating and misleading to me. She also left the room multiple times whenever people would come in and didn’t seem to take that into account when it came to the duration of the massage. Anyway, overall good experience but I won’t be going back.

I have a back issue for years and Ive been to several massage places around the country, and to be honest this one is on the top 5 list! the lady that massaged my lower back is extremely strong and really knows how to get into those knotted areas. I highly recommend Augusta massage, the lady is also fun and has a smile on her face.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. I left in more pain then I initially was in. This lady rubbed my spine for a good 10-20 mins 😳 then she was in and out of the room with other customers. At one point some other lady took over “massaging” me. I will not be returning. Do not waste your time or money.

I was in town visiting my sister a few weeks ago and on a whim stopped at Augusta massage on my way back home to NC. I am so happy that I did. The lady not sure of her name gave one of the best massages Ive ever had and Ive had many. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Me & my fiancé went & enjoyed a couples section for the first time it was amazing ! Both masseur was nice , professional & knew what they were doing . We laughed about the hot stones due to me thinking I was going to jump off the table . That was so relaxing 🥰🥰 lets not forget how soft they hands were , like OMG 🤗 we will definitely be back !! I left feeling like a baby ready to go to sleep 🤣

The massage was very relaxing and the place was clean. However, when I went to pay, they asked how much for a tip. I agree that my suggestion was very low (I was only thinking of my massage and not the other massage I was paying for - my fault) the problem is that they laughed at the price and told me a higher price for their tips. I agreed to a higher tip, paid and left (no receipt given) It was extremely unprofessional and rude. Today I found out that they added more money to the agreed upon tip without my knowledge. Now I have to sort this out. I do not recommend to anyone!

The day me Nd my sister came up there we where In room two. The lady asked me do I want soft medium or hard massage I told her that my lower back was hurting so decides to choose her own speed which was soft as cotton she was very nosy all in my phone asking about my tattoos on my back and my massage felt rushed because it was so soft and I thought a massage was suppose to ease the pain and relax me but when I left my back was hurting even worser so my experience was horrible

I hurt my shoulder picking up a heavy tool box with one arm in the cold out the back of a 4 wheel drive truck. Which gave me an impingement in my shoulder which I found out threw a physical therapist. The therapist is back home I am in Georgia also the therapist works the same hour I do and charges $80. I tried several places for some one to massage my shoulder because of the the constant pain. Nobody would massage my shoulder so I tried the Augusta Massage and asked her the same request I did the other massage salon for some one to massage my shoulder and she actually did and since then the impingement is gone and the pain has stopped. I dealt with the pain for almost two years after 5 or 6 massage and 6 months later no more impingement no more pain.

Best massage I have ever had! She really hit my target points for my sciatica and chronic pain from a traumatic accident 11 years ago. It’s not the fanciest, but wow it’s amazing!

Place was clean and all, massage was decent.. However they are very money hungry. They acted like they didnt know what massage i was taking about, so i had to get up and point on the services chart to 30 minute body and 30 minute foot combo. After i pointed they were talking very loud in their language im sure about me going for a cheaper massage.My masseuse kept trying to convice me to get more while i was getting the massage. I finally gave up and agreed to a $60 massage even though thats not what i was going in for. It was a bit loud- chimes on door, tv on in room next door, and loud ticking clock in my room. After all that, i go to pay and she demands a tip, i pull out a couple dollars to give her and realize i only have a $20 left which i didnt want to give since im already paying more than i wanted. I ask if she can break a $20 and she scoffs at me, rolls her eyes, glares and storms away from me.Needless to say, not going back. I dont need people trying to hustle my money.

Me and sister had a horrible experience tonight my back hurts worse then it did when I went in the lady was pressing way to hard on my back and I ask her to ease up and not only that but the prices are incorrect on the website! I Also paid to much money and then the lady turned around and demanded a tip which I thought was really disrespectful I won’t be doing anymore business there.

Well Ive been hurting in my lower back and left leg and I went to this place hoping to find some releif. The older lady Linda was really great. I actually walked much better and 80 percent less pain. And she can speak good english. I will be going there again.

I been to many massage places in augusta so bad and some really bad, however this location here is awesome she dang near put me to sleep. I workout alot so my body can be really tense up. This was hands down best massage ever.

I got a massage today. 9/4/21. It was a very good massage. Her name was Aileen. She is a expert at her craft. I would recommend her.

I pay for 1 hr but I didn’t get full hr because she was going to the front to take care other clients!! Noises were not the best with the front bells not allowing you to relax!! I will not come back!!

Service was good (minus a few interruptions) but then she haggled me over how much tip to leave, trying to force me to leave 20% as if it’s not my choice!!! WILL NOT EVER RETURN
