They are great! Always help me and my BF find a flavor if they don’t have ours but they usually do. I’ve been going to them since they were in Bangor and I started vaping.I love their points system! Saves me a lot. I have other stores closer to me, but drive through Brewer with a bad muffler (which is risky if you know Brewer) just to go there. They’re superior, for sure! Giving them ALL the stars Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, cause they deserve them.PS: I forgot to mention… I had gotten a bad refillable pod (was leaking before using it). I brought it in with me and after they looked up the transaction they replaced it for us and were so nice about it, the customer service is always spot on 100%.

Im a repeat customer. I have been to all locations to include the Brewer shop. All employees are always helpful at all 3 locations. However, the Waterville location is my personal favorite, as Steve and his team have always gone above and beyond to help me with items and trouble shooting when I struggled with my mod and so forth. The staff are very patient, helpful, and compassionate towards individuals trying to stay away tobacco. The staff went above and beyond and needless to say, unless Hell freezes over for all my vaping needs I’ll be doing business here.

Been going to empire since late 2016. Theyve been around the longest. They have decent prices. Knowledgeable staff. If youre looking for vape stuff, they have it. If youre looking for thc stuff, or cbd stuff, they have that too. (Limited knowledge of that side of the store, personally)Theres only one other good store in the area, but I find that empire is in an easier to get to, not so out of the way location, and the staff are more helpful.

I am greeted with a smile and amazing service every time I go to Empire! The salesmen have great knowledge of their products and they always take their time to help me find exactly what I am looking for. Alex, Zack and Ryan consistently go above and beyond! I live over 30 minutes away, but wouldnt go anywhere else!

Zach showed me everything I asked about. He was knowledgeable and so professional. I went in for a gift today. He blew me away with his personality, I was not surprised that he was the manager. Whatever empire is doing to get great employees, keep it up. It does not go unnoticed when an individual like Zach goes above and beyond in their job. People dont always say so but THANK YOU for doing a GREAT JOB ZACH.

Had probably the best customer service Ive ever seen. The manager, Chapman, was awesome, went way out of his way to set me up to try anything in there . Answered all questions, very knowledgeable about what hes selling, which is a good thing when youre in retail. Very polite and helpful to not just me, but everyone that came in while I was in there. He even had someone come in looking for something he didnt sell, so he made a call to make sure the guy found it. That is how you do customer service folks, tough to find it these days.

Customer service is hit or miss and it’s difficult trying to find a flavor if you need to describe it to them. The store is great if you know what you need and you’re just passing through. Usually well stocked with what they do have, good prices, and a loyalty program.

Good stock and excellent staff. I always feel welcome and leave with what I want, if not more. Plus, its pretty easy to tell that the staff members are just really cool people.

I absolutely love this place it has everything you could possibly think of needing for your vaping pleasure and they also at one point had a place you could throw your cigarettes away and even give you a discount off the price of the purchase of a mod or other vaping accoutrement

Super happy with my most recent visit with Augusta. I went in the other day looking for a new device and one of the newer employees, Zach was beyond helpful. He set me up with an Aegis Mini and it is exactly what I wanted. My favorite device so far. He did awesome and definitely knows what hes talking about.

Amazing staff. Locked my keys in my truck. The nice man who works here spent over an hour helping me try to get my door open when it was -4 degrees with wind-chill. Im so thankful for your help. (Yes got my door unlocked 👍). Thank you guys for everything you did to help . Plus they are a great shop always friendly and really know their customers and products. Forgot the guys name that works nights, but he is really cool guy waited on me one night when I called and told him i wouldnt be able to make it until almost closing time . When i got there he never rushed me along and let me take my time picking out some juice. He was also there tonight and was supper patience with everyone who came in and seems to really know his stuff . Great place and plenty of room if youre like me and driving a big truck easy to get in and out.

Very good customer service from the person behind the counter. Able to adequately educate me on which devices, e-liquid, and nicotine level would be best for me to quit smoking and remain smoke-free. I havent touched a cigarette in years. Saved my life.

I brought my vape pen that a friend gave to me into the store and they were very helpful. They helped me with figuring out how to use it, cleaned it and they even put a new coil in it for me. I highly recommend this place! The employees were all very nice and respectful!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place to find a variety of vapes, vape juices, vape accessories and even some 420 friendly accessories! Shout out to Ryan for giving great service with a really welcoming attitude. EVS have a try in store policy on disposables which is more than most other stores will do.I am giving only 4 stores due to a personal incident where I bought a few vapes, put 2 away for the time being, and when I got one out as the one I was using died, I found that the vape had leaked the juice everywhere. The employee working that day took a picture of it, but the workers and the owner refused to do anything, even though im a frequent regular. Plus I found somewhere else I can get my vapes cheaper, and the owner is much more understanding. Look for my review on them soon!

Consistently one of the most knowledgeable, courteous, friendly staffs I have found in the state of Maines Vape community. Great products, great weekly promotions, one of the best rewards programs that I found. I just wish they would open up a location next door to my house it would be a lot easier!

EMPIRE is THE BEST VAPE SHOP Ive been to in the Central Maine area. FAR superior to the shop in Gardiner (imho). The two young men i was lucky enough to have wait on me were Zac and Alex. BOTH were VERY thoughtful, had a world of knowledgeable about the many products and thry offer. Both young men were so patient. It was such a positive experience. Such upbeat vibes. They went more than the extra mile for me. (I was stranded at the shop as my ride left and they looked up every cab in the area for me!) Their own juices are fantastic and I cant wait to try many more of their huge variety of flavors and options for vaping. From here on out, Empire Vape Shop will be the only place I purchase my vaping needs. Obviously, I was more than a bit impressed. Great place for all your vaping needs. SO glad I found your shop and thank you again for all your patience and help the day I was in. Definitely my preferred store to go to. They assist customers with all vape needs. I never have any issues getting the education I need, or the products I am looking for. They have a great selection of juices and vapes. They also get to know their customers needs, and are always willing to give honest feedback.

Walking into Empire is the feeling of being an adult and walking into a candy store. It can be a bit overwhelming at first but thankfully the guidance provided my a gentleman name Mike who works at the Augusta location made the experience exceptionally delightful. There are so many different types of juices and devices that one wouldnt necessarily know where to start as a newbie. I quit smoking cigarettes nearly 4 years ago and have been vaping ever since. My first kit was Evod, then I tired of that and switched to Juul, then that became expensive, and I switched to Vuse. After cheating the system and refilling my pods- I thought I was a genius! How terribly wrong I was, and Mike showed be the better way. I was skeptical about which device to pick and had arrived near closing time. He was patient with all my questions and showed me the different devices. I was unsure of wanting to return to the life of switching out coils or not and he gave me the best opportunity by giving me one of his personal devices, all I had to do was buy a tank and coils. I had already been purchasing my Solace juice from here but grabbed a new bottle anyways. He most certainly provided undoubtedly the best customer service I have ever received from any vape shop. Empire had already enticed me to come back by offering a rewards program, unlike any other shop I had ever been to. Mike made me feel welcome and educated me on how to be able to have good quality without breaking the bank. Empire is privileged to have such an amazing person representing their company and being a part of their team. I will always go to the shop in Augusta, preferably when he is working so I can be assured that I will be given the latest news and the best quality advice in the vapong industry. Hands down he is the kindest and most patient person I have had the pleasure doing business with and because of this I will be a happy returning customer every time. The people that work in there are always very helpful. I really love all the selections of juices they have for vaping. I have not ever had any problems getting anything that I need for my vape. And to be able to taste test the juice before you buy makes it even better. Best place ever!

The house juice here is top quality even my wife noticed a difference in the odor when I started vaping Empire juice .The shop is well stocked clean and very nicely decorated not to mention the beautiful natural wood design its very homie .The staff is extremely knowledgeable and patient they deliver a first rate experience every time .If I could I would rate 10*

This is the best vape shop ever!! This is a really cool place. My only concern is that you would have to leave your children in the car because you have to be like 21, I think thats the age. And if its really cold pr really hot out and you cant turn the car on for some reason if there is a younger child because they could leave or lock you out or really anything nad could happen.

Went to vapor guru and they werent very helpful and didnt seem too interested in gaining a customer. Went to empire and not only were they interested in helping out but the lady who was working was really nice and very friendly. The prices are awesome as well. Not to mention the awesome flavors they have!!

In and out less than 20 mins. The associate was very friendly knowledgeable and I was able to correctly portray what I needed as a tank even tho I had left my mod at home and still was able to purchase a replacement tank that was adequate

Empire vape is a great place, they have a vape bar with tons of tanks full of the house juice that you can try for free. This is very awesome! Alittle more expensive than vapor gurus but still very good! The staff was alittle slow but still helpful. The two ladies at the shop were happy to help but still something felt a miss. I did enjoy the amount of flavors however the experience just wasnt quite what I was looking for. It felt like going to a vape shop with just average people working. I enjoy a more professional experience. Still give them a shot!

It all depends on who’s working honestly. I’ve mever met more petty people in my life. One day they sell u anything not asking for an ID, next day you get refused for a dent in your ID. Or it being expired, even tho you have multiple forms of identification on you. After driving 40+ miles just to get there. I definitely wolnt be back. I’ll be doing all my Vape shopping else where. I go here every week and they are always super super helpful. I am extremely picky with my juice flavors and they always accommodate my pickyness Haha. I reccomend everyone here, actually quit cigarettes for 2 months now and I feel alot better.

When it comes to people that actually care about their customers, Empire Augusta has no competition Their sister store in Waterville doesnt quite compare to the pros in Augusta. Augusta wants you educated, put into the RIGHT mod, and comfortable enough to come back again and again. A real vape shop,with real people, who really care, who really educate.
