This was my first time here at the shop. I needed some replacement glass for my vape stick, which I was surprised they had. They have a decent variety of juices and accessories. The young man at the counter was helpful and pleasant. I like the place and would definitely return.

I guess it’s partially my fault for trusting them and not opening the brand new off the rack box right away… or possibly theirs for giving me a partial box of coils.. but $25.41 for only 3 coils is waaaaaay too much.. I feel ripped off. I’ll reach out to them tomorrow and see if they’ll make this right. until then, this review stands.Edit: The owner had reached out to me immediately and righted the wrong without issues. It was an accidental mistake as I had suspected because they do sell single coils too.. Great people and great products, and great location.. I still go back when visiting Augusta..

Great customer service from Taylor and the woman (im really sorry i forgot her name!) he was working with at the time. Very nice! Changed and primed my coil for me, cleaned my tank, mixed my liquid together to make my desired nicotine percentage, great conversation, and seem to love their job. Ill definitely be coming back. I thank them very much.

They are awesome! You can find me there every week. The house juices are phenomenal! They by far have the best service that Ive ever experienced. They are very knowledgeable and always have the coils I need in stock.! Absolutely obsessed !

Staff at the Vapor Hit was extremely knowledgeable about the types of juices that we wanted, and helped us move into the right direction. The prices were not too bad either. I think the staffs knowledge and friendly service is what will keep us going there vs. some of the vapor stores closer to me.

Smoke tfv 18 coils market price is 11.99 to 14.99A 100 ml bottle of .6 juice is roughly 19.99 to 24.99It cost me 97 dollars for 2 packs of coils and a bottle this is actually highway robbery any other vape shop in the area you can get all of that for literally half the price if not less.The only reason Im giving one star is because the employee was enthusiastic and super helpful and knowledgeable.Whoever sets these prices needs to look around at competitive prices and adjust.

Stopped in this shop about a week ago. So glad I did! Folks were friendly and knowledgable and more than willing to spend time answering my questions. Selection of juice and hardware is absolutely the best in the area. Guys, you have earned a very regular and loyal customer!

Good prices. Obviously things cost more than online at a brick and mortar, but the prices are comparable when you factor in shipping and wait times. Customer service is spot on - Ive never had to wait or felt like I knew more than the guy behind the counter. This is huge for me, Im not experienced by any means but I know some things about stuff.I always recommend this store to vapers that I meet and people who compliment my setup and want off the cigarette. Hands down my favorite store in Augusta.

This lady overprices vapes & everything else BY SO MUCH, on top of that, she is extremely rude. I went to buy a vape that was marked as 10.00, I ran out to my car to get my wallet, and when I came back, she told me it was 12, and made me pay 12. Additionally, there was another couple in the store who was having trouble finding what they wanted. I told them there is another vape store down the street and she overheard me and said “if you’re telling people about another store that has it, you can GET THE HELL OUT,” and I started bawling. I said, “are you serious? I was just trying to help.” and she said “damn right! if you’re telling people about another place while in MY store, just leave.” I couldn’t believe it, and I’ll never go back.

Love this place! Staff is AWESOME! The guys that work there (LOGAN, TAYLOR, MARQUESE) definitely took care of me and my wifes issues with our vapes that we bought here. We come to this particular shop every 2 weeks, and only this shop. They are very knowledgeable and keep it straight and to the point. I HIGHLY recommend Vapor Hut to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service. PLUS, they play some good music.

My sister and I came in today and Cameron and Logan at the Augusta location were excellent. The wouldn’t let us buy what we wanted; instead, they schooled us on our best options and were right! We love what they recommended!

Vapor Hut is the best been using them for about 3 years now. Augusta and North Augusta locations I use. They have an Aiken location but we havent visited it yet. Very knowledgeable staff as well as owners who are local and actually present in their store locations. Very wide selection of mods as well as flavors, they also have items ob hand if you want to start customizing right away. Very friendly and always there to help.

Nicest owner. Extremely helpful, even pulled juices closer without asking so I could see them better, which was super helpful considering I’m visually impaired. Best vape shop in Augusta.

This place overprice me. I was from out of town I went in to get some filters ( novo 2 pods )Knowing what they cost. Because A good friend of mine owns a Vape shop where I live. Regular price $11.85 I went in and they charged me over $17 The same pods Ive been buying since they came out.So I just want to forewarn people check your prices before you buy from the store.

This is the best Vape shop I have ever been to. I frequent several vapor shops in Tennessee, and none have the level of service this one does. I’ve been here twice now, and just left, and he is extremely helpful, professional, and quick. Selection is fantastic as well. Doesn’t try to Upsell or be pushy. Absolutely recommend

I am new to vaping. Trying to get off the cigarettes is not easy, but these guys and gals have definitely made it easier. I find myself having a lot of issue as a beginner, but every time I go in, they are helpful and informative and always have suggestions to make my vape experience better. Whether that be recommending a new kit or a different juice. I have tried going to a few others when they were closed and I absolutely will not do that again. If I had to recommend anyone, they are the TOP of the list. Outstanding customer service, great selection and great prices, no complaints.

I always like going in to this place. The guys are always very helpful and personable. This is one of the best local owned business and if you vape, you need to check them out. They also have a shop in Aiken and one in North Augusta. Go support local businesses when your can.

Extremely small selection of salt nic and $30.00 for a 30ml bottle. I paid double the price than any other vape store I’ve been to in the area. Lesson learned.

Terrible service, I have had the wrong items sold to me on three different occasions and when I asked about their stock levels they told me to buy another vape even though mine was three months old. Never going back. Better deals ordering online anyway.

One word...RUDE! I was in there a couple weeks back, I had visited several vape shops in the area looking to see what they had in stock of RTA/RDTA’s. I was wanting a new toy to play with. I had stopped in at two other shops before them and those shops didn’t have much but made suggestions offering me what they did have. When I walked into this shop and asked what they have in the way of RTA’s or RDTA’s I was told they don’t stock them. Surprised I asked why not. He scoffed and said “ because there’s better things out now” and walks away. I saw still standing at the counter and he left me standing there. I just left. I take it this shop isn’t geared for the advanced vaper’s. I won’t be going back to this shop and I wouldn’t recommend it to other advanced vaper’s.

Bryson, I think that’s how his name is spelled, is excellent. Went in tonight for a new wick and once I told him about my previous experience and Crazy Vapes, he didn’t even charge me (sorry I don’t want to get anyone in trouble) but he must’ve known I was aggravated. 😂 anyway, he helped me get my new wick put in and filled up my vape. To some people that may not be a lot, but a lot of Vape shops won’t go above to even touch your vape let alone what Bryson did. I will be back! Thank you!!!

Be skeptical of their Kanger products. More specifically their replacement coils. There are a ton of replicas on the market. I could be wrong but I dont think the ones they carry are genuine. The coil that came with my cupi lasted about a month as most Kanger coils I have do. I got a replacement from them and its burnt out and tastes terrible in less than a week. I dont vape on an empty tank and I keep my wattage reasonable for the resistance. I wont be buying coils here anymore.Edited: Bought a second coil. Burnt out over the weekend. Staff wouldnt do anything for me. Blamed it on the side I was using and there wattage I was vaping at. I never went above the coils max wattage, I make sure to always have liquid in it. I fill it up before its even empty and I always prime my coils. The could that came with my mod from Kanger lasted nearly a month. I was using the exact same juice and actually using it on a little higher than the coil was rated for.Dont but anything here, they wont stand behind their products. Most likely because they know its counterfeit.

Just found this place yesterday, wasnt buying just checking it out. The people were super nice. Lots to select from and very informative. Ill be back.

This is my first time coming to The Vapor Hut I meant Taylor Taylor was very helpful even though I was an experience to shopping for Vapors I did not know what I was looking for Taylor help me by going through all of the products he was very knowledgeable.

The people here are very helpful and nice. Im fairly new to vaping, and they always take time to explain thing when I uave had questions.

Employees are friendly and willing to help with any situation pertaining to their expertise. Very educated on the products they sell and they treat their customers well.

Came to buy a tank I’ve previously bought in several stores in SC...wanted to charge me double the price!!! Plus the employee serving me was rude as heck and basically acted like I was an inconvenience even being there!!! Will never shop here! Don’t waste your time or money!

I usually go to Vape Frogs where a 30 ml bottle of juice is $8.99. I decided to go to vapor hut because it is nearby my house and I was out of juice. I decided to just pick up a 30 mL bottle just to get me by until I can go back to Vape frogs. They charged me over $14 for this tiny bottle of juice and I am extremely disappointed. I will definitely be sticking to my regular Vape shop after being ripped off by vapor hut.
