I’ve been going to this shop for years! It’s a family owned shop with great people. They make an effort to get to know their customers! Today I learned about the passing of the owner Bill. My heart is absolutely broken! Bill was an absolutely wonderful man who always made time to sit and chat. He would always let me vent about my bad days at work! You will be truly missed Bill! Thank you so much for all the amazing years!!!

I love this place! It is owned and operated by a father and his two children and they always have great customer service! They also have amazing deals on their products and sometimes they even give away freebies! I highly recommend evaporation for all of your vaping needs!!!

Wonderful customer service! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell Mr. Bill and his family all care a lot about their customers; I felt like he would rather be sure I had what I needed than spend a bunch on something that wouldnt suit me. And everyone who came in was greeted like a family friend! Very awesome, and the comic book stuff on the walls is very cool too! Love this place, I wont be going anywhere else.

The owner is so freaking fantastic! This is by far the best vape shop I’ve been to since I started smoking. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about everything he has in the shop. He took his time to make sure I got what worked best with me.I took my roommate in today and he gave him the same quality and energy to him as he did to me. He helped him set up the mod kit he bought, showed him the ins and outs of everything plus told him about battery safety. Such a great place and will definitely be coming back again and again.

Great prices, great selection, knowledgeable staff, just a nice neighborhood store. I believe its privately owned. Its a nice neighborhood American small business. Its nice to see we still have them. They all have good memories, those that work there, especially the owner. He even remembered what kind of tank I use. Good old school Dooley. They also have the coils I need. Thats great, because they dont make the Dooleys anymore. I bought this mod. Its a Tesla and I love it. And theres my dooley sitting on top. So anyway, I recommend this place highly. Never been disappointed. Im not sure whats going on with the photo, but it seems to only want to display the tank. Hopefully, when its finalized, youll be able to see the whole thing.

Ever since I discovered this gem of a store, I will not go anywhere else for any of my vape supplies. They always have every juice that I prefer in stock. the same goes for my coils. The owner is super friendly and very knowledgeable about anything vape-related. I always feel very satisfied with my experience and enjoy hanging out in the store to chat. This place is really great. Began coming here a couple years ago (as a novice) and Id suggest other newbies do the same.The owner is very friendly and patient. They take the time to explain how things work and differences between various product lines. They have great reward programs and treat their customers generously.Most importantly (to me, atleast), Evaporation manages to avoid the better than thou attitude you run into in many of these places.

If you dont feel like squinting to see the flavors, there are several tablets that present a user-friendly catalog, and the mods are contained in well-lit in display cases. They will take the time to help find what you need, and will find a nice product working with a nice cost-quality balance, though all of the products seem to present quality. The people working here are GREAT! Theyre super helpful and knowledgeable. We were sold some not-so-good stuff by a head shop, so we went here to see if they could sort us out and they did!! Theyre big on vape safety. They also seem to be taking COVID seriously and are keeping everything super clean.

EVAPORation is hands down the best vape shop I have ever been to. Ive been to quite a few in the SE Aurora area and no one has high quality juice selection like they do. The owner is a really nice guy who can allways answers questions. Its a family owned business and you can tell they care about thier customers. His daughter is cute and knowledgeable as well. Everything is kept in stock so you dont have to worry. He has glass and tip replacements as well, all at a competitive price.What are you waiting for? Amazing service, very knowledgeable, very good prices and a huge selection of everything(juices, coils, mods plus really cool art on the walls too!). I will never go to another vape store as long Evaporation is open!*Update* Had an issue with a newly purchased pod leaking. I took the mod and pods into the shop and was treated with the same respect and great service that I recieved when I was a new customer and spending money. The owner fixes the issue and exchanged the bad pod with no questions asked. Again, BEST VAPE SHOP IN TOWN!

My first visit to this vape shop was on Halloween. Since then I called once and visited another time. As a new vaper, I’ve been trying to find a brick-and-mortar store to call my home shop, and I found it here. (I’ve been to at least 5 different stores in the south Aurora area.) I give this store an A+!As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by Mel. Mel was so friendly, approachable, down-to-earth, and spent time building rapport with me! She showed and let me try SO many flavors of e juice! I have severe anxiety, and I get really nervous when I feel like I’ve been an inconvenience to anyone. During my time in the store, I kept apologizing for taking a lot of her time and attention out of my own anxiety, and she met me with genuine kindness, zero judgement, and genuine willingness to help me out.The shop owner, Bill, is also really friendly and helpful. He introduced me to his sweet dog, Niko! I absolutely feel that I can turn to this store when I upgrade or when I have any questions on vape gear/e-liquid/vaping in general. It was really neat to see that this store front had a few regulars hanging out who were also really cool. This is one of those places where you can not only buy your vape gear, but you can also chill and maybe make a couple friends while you vape. My favorite vape store in Aurora!

I will never shop at another vape shop as long as this one is open. Prices are great and the staff is even better! I was always embarrassed to ask questions at other vape shops because I felt like the workers got annoyed but this shop will sit there and explain it all to you with no hesitation. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in! 10 out of 10 service for sure!!

Since the first time that I stopped into this vape shop, I haven’t bothered ever to go in to another one. The atmosphere is unlike any other shop I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is treated like a part of the family here, whether they’re new or regulars. I love going to see Maddie, Bill, and Niko. EVaporation is the best vape shop ever! Unlike many places, Bill and his daughter Maddie, who own and operate the shop, truly care that the products they sell—juice and hardware—are going to be worth buying. [They are most certainly NOT the kind of place where they just want to work you for as much as they can.] Customer service is always above and beyond friendly and educational. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a “bar” you can hang at, along with comfy chairs and a couch, while you vape, chill and talk or watch a movie. If you are looking for “The” vape shop, I don’t know how you could hope to do better!

I dont even go to this store to buy vaping supplies. I go in only to use the XB Teller for bitcoin. The gentleman and young lady that are always there are amazing. The store is always clean and welcoming. Besides their extensive inventory of vaping supplies they have some really cool art work for sale. In fact I bought 2 pictures there yesterday. I have never been inside a more welcoming and friendly shop. The selection of juice is incredible. They always have something interesting playing on the tv. But this place is seriously the best shop I have ever been in, definitely my favorite place to hang out.

I will say this is my favorite vape shop to go to.....my experience with them started about 6 to 8 months ago which I was looking for a repair that I thought it was going to be more expensive than what actually was.... total of the repair was $5 and the reason that I like them is because theyre honest and sell you what you actually need and not trying to upsell you..... Bottom line is they are very honest and very knowledgeable about their products and what customers are looking for.The guy that always helped me seems to be the owner a pretty cool guy and I will say this again honesty is what got me that day.... And I end up buying a whole new set even though I was just looking for a repair.Thank you!!!

First visit sold me hemp oil and stated it was cbd. Decided to give more opportunities. This last visit sold me cbd vape juice where cbd crystals werent fused with juice. Unusable product for $50 bucks. Wouldnt take responsibility for selling a defective product. Some Asian dude was consulted about this product, employee of some sort, who obviously didnt care about our situation and started being very rude. So out $50 bucks. Very rude employees. No accountability for the products they sell. So yeah will take the $500 or so my girlfriend and i would spend there monthly to another shop. Gladly!

Hands down best Vape shop in the Denver Metro area. Me and the wife live in Aurora and have traveled all over the Metro area to different vape shops to find one with what Bill has established. The sales associates are knowledgeable, tend to be in good moods, and will help with all your Vaping needs. You could be in the worse mood ever and walking into his shop will put a smile on your face. If your having issues with your vape, these guys know all the tricks of the trade to fix it. Looking for a new vape or thinking of starting, this is the place to go and well worth the trip. The other shops we have been to cant hold a candle to this establishment. I am still rather new to vaping as I only started maybe four or five months ago. So when I decided that I wanted to get into it my cousin had recommended that I come to this place. After four or five months of vaping this is the only place that I will go. Not only is the customer service tremendous but the owner Bill, is pretty much always there. About 2 weeks ago I decided that I wanted more flavor out my juices, i went back in to talk to Bill to see what he recommended I do. I expected to be buying a whole new mod, but being the honest person that he is, he told me my mod was fine and that I should get new tank. He recommended the cleito aspire, I bought it, and the thing have me great flavor for about 3 days. Then it started to vacuum lock on me. Took it in to Bill to see what he recommended I do, and he gave me a brand new baby beast tank because he was out of the cleito tanks. I did not expect anything like that at all, I was just looking for recommendations on what I might try. He said he didnt have any suggestions for me, as filling a tank and hitting it is pretty cut and dry and leaves little room for user error. He wanted to make sure that, as his customer, I was happy with not only my experience with him, but my vaping experience in general. Good customer service is difficult to find these days, but he has forever earned my business and my loyalty as a customer. I wont go anywhere else. Bill if you read this, I cant thank you enough!!! If youre a veteran vaper or a newbie, I would highly highly recommend going in to his shop. You will not regret it!!

I dont often write reviews for places, bit this one I thought, deserved the time to write one. Today, after a really stressful week in both my personal and work life, my $80 super rad salt nic box completely died today. As a former smoker of 20 years, off cigs for 2 and a half now, my box is essential for that pacifier for lack of a better term, my box was now just an $80 brick. Came in here with my girlfriend, we were looking to get a Predator or Alien box mod. First thing, we werent greeted or thanked for coming in, despite waving hello to the woman behind the counter. She was helping another customer, but a Hey, thanks for coming in, Ill be able to help you in a moment would have really made a difference. Second, the prices were outrageous. $85 for a predator? Theyre $55 new on most online sellers. The alien is about $65, but no, theyre charging $110 for it. No thanks!
