Green Smoke Vape & Tobacco

I’m very disappointed. I was told that these were good and that they worked. I nearly ate the entire bar and absolutely NOTHING happened! It was just like eating a regular candy bar. A toddler could probably eat these and not have any effects. Absolutely no effects at all. Essentially I paid for a damn candy bar! Do not waste your time and money on this garbage. NEVER AGAIN! A straight up rip off.

Worst customer service and treatment to a loyal customer I’ve ever experienced.I’ve been coming to this shop for months multiple times a week spending literally hundreds of dollars on vapesToday I came in and asked for a gummy bear north vape. The clerk who knows me grabbed it and rang me up. I walked out and opened my vape. Took one hit. It wasn’t gummy bear.Walked back inside immediately and told the guy what happened. He said “oh sorry I didn’t check what I grabbed”He refused to exchange. His true colors came out.The amount of money they will lose from me not going there is worth way more thaj what it would have cost from him being a man and fixing his mistake.Shame on you.

We use to love coming here but the past few times their prices have changed every time we go in... paid 2$ for a product and the next time we went (2 weeks later) they tried to claim the same product was 5$ and then said well maybe it could be 3$ if we bought 5??? Just not adding up, we wont be back as we found the same products across the street for much less

All of the guys in here are always friendly! Huge selection of vapes to choose from! And they always have great deals!

I rarely ever post reviews. But these guys deserve it. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly staff, great prices, i not a pipe smoker but i smoke hookah and they have everything many different kinda of flavors that i have never smoked before and i have been smoking for a long time.

This vape shop is the best! Abhi is always so friendly and helpful. He always helps me unpackage my vapes so I can try them to make sure they work before I leave the store. They used to run low or be out of the flavor vape that I like, but once they realized I was a regular they started ordering more of that flavor and now they almost always have it in stock whenever I come in. Their prices are reasonable too and they have a rewards program that gives you $5 off for every $100 that you spend. It used to be $10 but they changed it for some reason. Thats the only negative thing I have to say about this place, otherwise they are great!

A very large and wide variety of eLiquid to choose from, all of them at a great price. Absolutely gigantic selection of glass, cigars, cigarettes and theyre smoking accessories. Also very good selection of kratom products from a good quality brand name. Very friendly people in there great customer service, knowledgeable and are willing to take the time and help you to find exactly what you need, which is refreshing.Support local business!

One of the best smoke shops around hands down. They popped up in oswego out of nowhere and have changed the way I think about smoke shops entirely. Hands down the best vape shop in the area. I travel about 40 mins just to get my juice from here. Staff is always super helpful and kind. I’ve used the same vape juice for a few years and when I purchase it from other vape shops it’s super dark & tastes old. Green Smoke carries the brand I use and theirs is always clear & fresh. Definitely recommend.

Lets start with price. Its high prices. Lots of markup, especially on water pipes. The selection is different, though. They usually have things you cant really find in Aurora. Theyre willing to answer questions and usually know what theyre talking about but theres no such thing as browse in their dictionaries. They hover. Had to knock them down for the hovering and prices.

They have like 10 small bowls in a case, maybe 20 bongs on display, lots of RAW products and some cleaners. For me its good enough, and the service is great, but dont go expecting to find your new favorite glass piece.

I purchased a vaporizer here in December of 2020 and within that week of purchase, the battery started bulging and the device is not functional. The item has not been dropped and shows no signs of wear except for this obvious defect. I called around 2 pm that Saturday during store hours and was told to “call back this afternoon when the owner is in”. That’s a lot of money down the drain between the device and accessories I bought with it, and no attempt at resolution, other than “try calling again later”. Beyond poor customer service.

On the website and on the front door it says they open at 10:30am. It is now 10:48am and the shop it still closed. Terrible service. Maybe they need to hire new employees that can show up on time. Or perhaps they need to update the hours of operation. This is ridiculous. Go to a different shop.

This place is one of best in town with very economical prices. Ive gone there multiple times and the service level is very awesome too. The wide variety of products and affordable prices makes it a convenient store for all the people in search of tobacco products

Last time I come here… the guy bold face lied twice…. There’s vape across the street and 1.7 miles north….

I went in for my vape products, everything very reasonably priced and the staff was very pleasant! Also, looking at the store they had a great variety of products. As a hookah smoker also, great products they had in stock. More than likely will be my new place where I buy my stuff!

The cake thc vape pens they sell are fake. Don’t buy from here!!!Went in here so my fiancé could buy a posh pen and she tried it before leaving to make sure it worked. It wasn’t working very well so the man behind the counter SMOKED OFF OF THE VAPE TO TEST IT AND GAVE IT BACK. as if COVID doesn’t exist. No only disgusting but literally did not care. DO NOT GO HERE.

Yo I wen there ans they was closed. They hours said they be open but the doo was lock. I be waitin and no one ever came. What kinda business do dat. I gave dem 2 stars cuz I like they products. Very limited .. lots of empty space in the store .. Have a few glass pieces and some rolling papers and that’s about it.. Rating it a one star due to poor selection and staff making me feel uncomfortable, staring at me while I was browsing the walls.. not even looking at things I could take off the shelf.. I get it if you’re watching to make sure people aren’t stealing things but this was just a totally uncomfortable situation unfortunately will not be returning

Friendly service, they know a lot about what you would need or want. If they dont have a specific brand, they will reccomend alternatives to ensurr you get a similar taste in product. They sell E Juice here, cigars, Hookah, cigarette amongst other tobscco needs. Pipes, bowls, papers for rolling. And they also have beverages there along with free coffee. If youre new to vaping, or a veteran, I recommend this place. The last time I was there, they also told me they will have some special deals on Black Friday!

Management seems to be lazy in the fact that they are never open at the time they say they open. Tried to stop in today during advertised hours and again nope they were closed. Wont be shopping here again.
