Awesome place! i was a first time customer and felt very welcomed. jake helped me find everything i was looking for, and i even got a few vapes i haven’t tried before! i will DEFINITELY be back.

LOVE this shop! Dylan answered my message on Google inquiring about my favorite Elf Bar and set them aside for me, even though I couldnt get there until the following day. When I picked up, Hailey helped me and talked to me about finding a plan B because they may not be able to get my favorite in anymore. She offered to try and order it and also offered to order other flavors I was interested in. When Im ready to take the plunge and get a mod, Ill hit this shop first because they were SO helpful and kind! Thank you all from this old lady learning new tricks!

Haley is very nice , and takes care of her customers and is very knowledgable on vape products and flavors.

Josh was very knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a good vape and a salt based vape.

I will not return. On Dec. 5th I stopped by the shop, I did not see the normal lady I see working there and the shop stunk of body odor. I bought coils and after showing this employee what I was using, he gave me the wrong coils! Now I have to pay more for the coils I needed and I only recieved a discount due to HIS mistake. I was the only customer in the shop at the time and I was not in a hurry to leave so there is no reason this should have happened. I enjoyed coming here before this experience, it makes me sad to see this store going down hill.

Super helpful for my first time vape purchase! Im trying to quit smoking cigarettes and I was educated about salt nicotine. Its been almost 2 weeks without a cigarette for me. Will definitely return here for future purchases.

The girl Hailey was the absolute best she has well knowledge and was just the absolute best! She made everything just have the best vibe to her and the store! Its so hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers. Having been a dedicated customer for years this shop not only sits in the average cost for vaapes. But if they dont have what you need they will do what they can to get it in stocks. I am very specific about my salt juices and these guys are the only ones willing to special order for me. Love the shop, the products, and the employees.

Ive been coming here for over a year. All the employees are awesome. They really know theyre talking about. They always give out good suggestions. I love coming here because of the good people, good juice and great atmosphere.

I bought a vape for $28 but I went in this week and the same vape increased $10? She said that the price hasnt increased but I verified with my credit statement. And no, I didnt buy 2 for a discount. And play some tunes in the store, makes the experience at the store awkward.

The staff is very knowledgeable going out of there way to help out and give all the information we were looking for. They have very competitive pricing, definitely nicer than my last shop. their house blends are 80/20 which is nice, usually the half and half juice puts me off house blends. I have been going to the shop for the last few years that I have lived in Aurora and you wont find a better vape shop around. Any questions I have there is always an answer. Customer service is top notch warm welcoming environment. I would say my favorite thing about the shop is the evolving flavors that come in. They do a great job of keeping up on top notch products and help you pick what is right for you. Anyone and everyone should go here long time vapors or someone trying to kick a habit!

Great shop for all your vaping needs and accessories plus great juice lines and friendly staff. Dylan was a great sales person very friendly and helpful also gives you great responses and different views on each mod so he is definitely a favorite sales person also is very funny if you stay and talk for a while.

Has an okay selection, but it is way overpriced compared to other vape shops in the area. Bought a vape here for $40 then bought the exact same one at another spot for $26 a week later. Friendly and helpful staff, though.....so theres that I guess.

DEC is an awesome vape shop. Theyve always got the juice I want, and Dylan is a straight dude. He hooked me up with a crazy nice coil building kit, and was able to explain to me WHY the 18650 batteries he sells were better than the 18650 batteries I was using. I highly recommend this shop!

Out of all the electronic cigarette shops I have been to, this one is definitely my favorite.A vast amount of juices and products, including their house blends, which are phenomenal and are made in a ISO7 laboratory.All of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Dylan, who is somewhat of a guru, with vast amounts of information, and is able to always surprise me with juice recommendations even for a juice snob like me.Highly recommend visiting this shop, for those new to vaping and for the experienced hobbyists as well.

This is the best vape store in Denver. They had the pods that I needed when every other store was out of stock. The employee, Taylor, was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I stopped in a couple of days ago just looking to sample a few flavors. Upon arriving in the store I was immediately greet with a friendly howdy. I wasnt sure what flavors I wanted to try other than I knew I like fruit flavors. After a short while hanging out at the counter with Dylan I had my taste pallet opened up wide for me. Long story short, I thought I was going in to get some fruit, but left with lemons, custards, and cereal. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be returning.

The customer service she’s so rude she wasn’t helpful at all, she denied to service us when me and my brother went there and my brother was the one who’s buying and he show his ID but she was like I can’t help u guys until i see everyones ID , which no one else was purchasing only him, so ridiculous.AND TO BE SURE I DID SHOW PROOF OF ID ON MY PHONE BUT STILL SHE REFUSED TO SERVE!!!

I came in here on a late Sunday afternoon, around 7:30 or so. This shop was the only one in the area that was open later than 5 or 6pm. Im glad it was! The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable! He has his own E juice that actually tastes good! It doesnt have a bad after taste. I will be coming back! So happy!

I come from a large retail company myself and dealing with customers is not that easy. With them having a lot of questions and all. Dude is very knowledgeable about what hes selling. Great place. Very helpful and did not pressure to buy something I didnt need. They were honest. They explained things so I could understand. I bought a vape 4 years ago somewhere else and was clueless when I left there and ended up quiting within weeks and went back to cigarettes. I think things will be different this time after coming here! Highly recommend.

I came in yesterday and the young woman who was working there was totally rude, she pretty much ignored me, she refused to helpset up my vape, she was just staring at her phone the entire time. Just walked in to simply get a coil and was serviced by a guy name Quin or “Q” and man he really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to vaping. New to the whole vape lifestyle but a simple buy turned into cool conversion which was very insightful and helpful. He Recommended a variety of juices that he believed would suit my taste in juices. All around cool experience and every time I come to this location that’s what I get. First off, the selection is marvelous. You walk-in and are greeted with 30+ premium e-juice lines and friendly staff. And you cannot forget about the 35+ house juices, and extensively the premium house juices. Im not done yet.... I was there for about 20 minutes talking to the guy inside, first time vaping, asking loads of questions. He wasnt judgy or annoyingly stuck up and he let me test out a lot of different flavors to pick the ones I liked. I was really hype due to all of the reviews but their “curbside pickup” isn’t that at all. You have to go in lol. And they gave me the new Orion pods instead of the old one which aren’t compatible so I have to now go back out after wasting money lol.The guy who works here On the weekends is a complete mess and has no idea what he’s doing.
