I went with my son. 29 years old.I think the place is Very strong in the senses. Thats just me though.Im 55 and didnt lose my sense of smell during COVID. 😂 And he asked me if I smoked. That was very insightful of him to ask. 👍🏿 I dont. The other youngsters - over 21 of course -seemed to not be bothered by the smells. Good for them.The young man who worked there was Very nice and knowledgeable.I like the smell of the Berry smoky puffer he sold my son.

Been going here for years, its great. Good location, good people behind the counter. But the last 3-4 juices Ive purchased on all separate occasions(Custard/Jam Monsters), has been expired for longer than a year. I didnt notice until I used about half of it every time, but thats because I trust this store. I didnt mind the first few times, but can you guys check for expired products?EDIT : Owner reached out to me with kindness and generosity. They didnt have to, but thats all I needed to know about them. I will be coming back, and I would highly recommend Quick Clouds for your vaping needs.

They have some pretty cool out of the world, decorations, and lights!! I’ve always enjoyed coming to this location. We’re all of my simple vaping needs and wants!!!! I hear they also do deliveries around the area in Aurora. I think this is the only place that does deliveries to residential and commercial addresses.

I enjoy getting my e-liquid here. Always have great deals and knowledgeable staff members. Sometimes I’ll stay just a little longer. To look over their wide selection of liquids they carry and get informed on what’s coming to this store.

BEST VAPE SHOP IN THE METRO!!! Ive been coming here for a lil over 2 years now and wont go to any other store! I’ve been coming here for years and have never had an issue. Staff has always been super nice and informational, chill vibe, great selection of disposables and e-juice, and fair pricing. Not today though. When I walk in at about 5pm, I’m half greeted by a female worker who clearly has had enough of the day- whatever, keep my cool and keep going, even ask how she’s doing while I’m walking in. I ask for a specific e-juice that the website said they had in stock (the whole reason I drove out there), and all I get is a snarky condescending tone from the young lady: “Do you see it up there???” Doesn’t go look in the back, doesn’t check the shelves herself, seems like she has no idea what selection of juice the shop even carries considering I asked for one of the most common/popular juice brands (The Milk). Never had this type of interaction happen before - as every other worker that has helped me in the past knows what I’m asking for, finds it and there you go. I point to it’s box after scanning for a good few minutes while she continues to stand there looking annoyed, not helping at all - and I catch her roll her eyes about how much time it’s taking (I can’t see tiny boxes with even tinier writing/numbering very well in the dark, sweetie, sorry - I would expect an employee to have general knowledge of the whereabouts of their products). She goes to the back once I point it out comes back and it seems to be out of stock. So I go for my second option that the website said was in stock (out of it), go for third, (out of it), so I settle for a different juice because the disrespect and attitude from this young lady was ridiculous. This has been mine and my family’s favorite shop for years, and I can’t even get an ounce of common courtesy. No offer of a receipt after the purchase, no nothing. Even tried to recommend me a different juice she knew nothing about (not even the price of it then sighs dramatically when I ask her to check the price only three feet away at the register). I get people have bad days, she could have very easily sent me to the two very polite/upbeat gentlemen working in the shop as well. I’ll be sure next time I or my family visit the shop to steer clear of her and request for literally any OTHER person working. This was so disappointing/discouraging, I love this shop but that’s the kind of atmosphere that’ll make a person avoid the place. No one deserves that type of service when they’re a calm, respectful, loyal, paying customer. If I hadn’t driven so far out of my way to go to the shop for the juice the website said they had in stock, I would’ve left the moment she spoke disrespectfully.

I LOVE this place! The selection for E-Juice is great!! Customer service and staff are AMAZING. The rewards point system is awesome! Super convenient delivery option when you buy online. We dont have a vehicle, so having it delivered is our best option. The delivery was FAST. I mean FAST!! After I ordered online, and verified my ID, they were at my house in about 5 minutes! Were basically right down the street from them, but I couldnt believe how FAST and EASY the delivery was!! Thank you guys! We just ordered again from them, and our delivery driver was so sweet and awesome! He even remembered my 8 month old daughters name! So adorable. 😍🥰 I really love being a customer here!

This has always been my go to spot for juice and vapes since I started working so close to them. Went in on lunch break to buy 3MG of a 35 dollar bottle of juice and the employee gave me the 6 MG of the one I asked for with no receipt or box just the bottle. I didn’t notice till I tried to smoke it and torched my throat (not being used to the 6mg). Went in the next day to exchange and took no accountability for the mistake on his part and said there was nothing they could do even though they’re the one who gave me the wrong one?? He said don’t worry I’ll give you 20% off the next one which is F I V E dollars off. Instead of admitting their mistake, they’d rather lose a customer. Nice

I bought a joytech here about a week ago. The product was clearly defective, burning my throats and lips with kick back, every time I vaped. I became turned off by the flavor and wanted the pen fixed returned or replaced. When I arrived back at the store with all accessories looking for a fix the quickly said it wouldnt be refunded but could be fixed. So I expected that they would fix it for me and I would would be vaping out the door. The explained that they told me told load oil incorrectly and just showed me another way to load up. Feeling some what okay with just the information I took the product home cleaned it and loaded it correctly disappointed that it made no different I looked up my receipt online on to find half of my purchase on the invoice. Not only do they have bad product and business they pocket the accessory money so dont even think about a return for any unneeded or defective process there. I paid about 80 dollars cash and recipes only reflected the pen purchase and none of the accessories....

Stopped by here Today around Noon to pick up a couple cannabis glass accessories & was extremely impressed with the professionalism and chill vibes the employees offered.Unbeknownst to me at the time, I ended up leaving my Drivers license on the counter and accidentally left it at the shop(oops). Honest to God, not even 15 minutes later I was contacted by Jordan, who had previously sold my accessories & informed me that he had retrieved it and would store it in a safe location until I came back. Tried two of their house juices,one was mclemon and the other was raspberry cheesecake. Though they were inexpensive,both were extremely tart like a super sour piece of candy. Changed my coil and cotton and washed my RDA out and can still taste the sourness. I dont taste cheesecake at all just a very sour raspberry flavor. The flavor has changed over the last week,I was told the juice was presteeped obviously it wasnt. The raspberry cheesecake now tastes more like a cream and the raspberry flavor has mellowed,still doesnt taste like a cheesecake,more like a raspberry coffee creamer. It is disgustingly sweet,Im having to change my coil and cotton every two days from being gunked up from the tons of sweetner is this juice. The McLemon which is supposed to be a lemon bar still tastes like Im sucking on a sliced lemon,no crust flavor at all. Dont waste your money here, the house juice is garbage and the premium juices are way overpriced,there are much better vape shops around than this one..

Every time I enter the store I am greeted and treated as a valued customer. The staff has always been friendly and personable. When I call in advance they set my order aside and it’s a hassle free experience. This is definitely an excellent source of information for anyone looking to quit smoking with the help of vape, as the staff have always been knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent customer service, and theyre experts in their field; i have never once heard i dont know come from any of the staff members mouths, and i ask a LOT of dumb questions. Prices are great, layout is carefully thought out so you can find what youre looking for quickly. These guys are amazing and I wish I could say Im a loyal customer, but there have been a couple times where my lack of foresight had me needing ejuice outside of their operating hours.

Great customer service here and the prices are reasonable.Update: 2/10/18 These folks are still doing everything right. I love that they upgraded their bottles to the ones that dont spit up, these are really nice and there is never any mess. I was just in yesterday and have been in several times in the past year. I just couldnt be happier with the amount of customer service. I briefly considered changing to ordering my juice online due to some bottles I got months ago that spit up a little bit. But it was really the customer service that brought me back. When i showed up yesterday they had already switched to much nicer bottles, probably more expensive for them but they in no way passed the additional cost to me. I love that. The staff is always helpful and will show me how to operate a new device, or how to change coils. Love this place, and will be a customer for life.

I can count the number of times I have left a review for any kind of establishment on one hand, but I was blown away by Alysha and how great the delivery service was from Quick Clouds that I feel the need to do so now. Their website was super easy to navigate, I found my favorite vape juice right away, and it was delivered same day, early afternoon even. Alysha was so friendly in her communication via phone and text and delivered my juice herself. I live 20 or so minutes from the store and she was so sweet to bring it and even had a great sense of humor. I didn’t even have to set foot in the store to feel the need to leave a 5 star review. If I am ever on that side of town and needing a vape shop this place is top of the list.

Couldnt give a 5 star only because they dont have much of a lounge. Couple of chairs by the entrance is all. Their juice is spot on and the best Ive ever tasted, especially the tobacco blends if thats your thing. You can get up to 100ml bottle of their house blends, $30. Taste testing set up is there. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are better than average.Edit Jan 2018: I still go here as I stock up every 3-6 months or so. The prices on house juice are unbeatable especially when coupled with their reward system. Employees are friendly and have expert knowledge. They always have up to date mods and atomizers. Ill never go anywhere else as long as I live near Denver. Keep it up!

My name is Mrs. Peralta. I came into Quick clouds with my husband to purchase a few things for myself; keep in mind I had been in several times prior to this specific visit. The individual that provided customer service to myself and my husband Sean was actually quite pleasant with my husband however quite incompetent over all. (An African American man with dread locks). This employee was dismissive of me completely disrespectful when my husband had to excuse himself to run out to the car for a brief moment, further more he failed to place one of my items that my husband purchased into our bag or even print out our receipt. This is extremely problematic. I understand that my husband typically frequents this establishment by himself, however this particular day I chose to come in with him. It would behoove the employees to understand that while I understand that everyone sometimes makes mistakes, however needless to say this is completely unexceptable. What? You didnt know you couldnt do that? Now you do. Quick Clouds will no longer be graced by my husband presence. Seans presence is a privilege and for that matter so is mine and any customer that walks through your doors. That bening said my husband will no longer be coming into Quick Clouds vape shop vape shops are a dime a dozen. My husband will be seeking services else where from this point forward.Respectfully,The Mrs.Unfortunately you did not meet my expectations.

Went in to pick up a whole new setup but I was with my 4 year old. Ive been in with him briefly before with no issues. Opened up the door and a guy yelled at me about it being illegal for me to walk in with my 4 year old real fast. Fine. Obviously my 4 year old isnt buying anything so it was pretty stupid. Either way, right or wrong, it doesnt excuse this guy threatening to beat me up in front my kid. which is exactly what he did. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I found this site quite by accident and ordered my wife her favorite Strawberry flavor. There were a couple of misunderstandings on my end, but the people I spoke to were never less than professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised when I thought I was ordering two 60 ml bottles and opened the package to find two 120 MLS. Fantastic website and will definitely be ordering from there again!

I have been exclusively using High Voltage for my vape needs for over 2 years now. The staff has excellent knowledge of not only their product, but other products on the market and products that have been discontinued for years. These gentleman are top notch in customer service. They exceed my expectations every time! Although I dont know each of their names, they know me by face and name, even if I only come in once a month or so.Today was no different. I needed a new drip tip and I wasnt sure of what I needed. One of the guys who I regularly see had asked to see my tank so he could figure out what I needed. He took maybe a 2 second glance at it and pointed me in the right direction. He showed me a few very nice options, then he showed me the acrylic ones with matching tanks and I fell in love! He really saved the best for last! They had several color options and each one was very unique. My fiance was also looking for juice and we decided on a premium juice, which we never do. We werent pushed for any juices in particular by the guys and they werent trying to get us to buy any more than we wanted.These boys really have a nice, relaxed environment going and they know that thats what keeps us coming back. They want to have a conversation with you, they dont just rush you out the door as soon as youve made your purchase.I have had some bad experiences with shops and Ive had some horrible experiences with shops, but High Voltage is the best shop in the books for me.

Ive been going to high voltage for many years. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of Premium juices and an even better selection of house juices. I would recommend high voltage two new and experienced vapers alike. They also participate in five star Rewards and often have great deals on many items.

Edit: 8/12/2022. After more than a year of frequenting this shop, Im done. I just picked up a fresh disposable tank for my GeekVape Aegis mod earlier and (yay finally) a replacement glass tank for the Zeus it came with earlier today, and tonight when I went to refill my tank the sliding lid stuck and popped the top of my box mod right off which is less than a year old.All products lines have failure rates, which you know. As a consumer, to be flat out told that youre blaming the tank as if it didnt just happen to me is extaordinarily rude and frankly out of line. I dont make it a point to waste my gas or time, and the nobody I have ever talked to in the store has ever talked down to me like I was a fresh faced newbie until tonight when I walked in just before midnight and spoke to who I assume to be the owner. I have never been spoken to like that before in a retail environment, flat out telling me Im lying about a product when I give honest feedback.Go check your records, owner. I purchased my replacement tank today and you dismissed me before I even had a chance to pull out my still very stuck tank. Customer service is expected when you are a regular somewhere, and I did nothing out of line. I simply told you what happened and you assume Im a liar.

Love them! I like true menthol and was paying $60 for 120 ml. A friend from Denver told me about High Voltage and I googled them and ordered a couple of menthol flavors to try. Wasnt crazy about one of them but really liked the second for 1/3rd of what I was paying before. On line orders ship quickly. Very impressed with High Voltage!

I am sorry for the long review however I just had a lot to say.I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jared and the whole high voltage team. I have been going to this shop for around 6 or 7 years. And my wife and i moved out of state about a year ago. I still order juice from them online. There was a small shipping problem and it seemed be lost or stuck in California somewhere. To our surprise he recognized my name from the caller ID and remembered us as well as our dogs that we would bring in some times. He was able to sort our the issue and we should be getting out juice soon. It says alot about a person that he had remembered us even though we have not been there in over in year. I have never had a poor experience with this shop and the employees are truly awsome at what they do. Thank you for always being awsone HVV!!

I moved away from Denver 3 years ago, but I still consistently order online because of the reliability and consistent service. There was a mix up with the post office when delivering my last order, and the moment I contacted the store about it, I had a phone call from HVV regarding how they could make it right. HVV wasnt even at fault, but they wanted to know if they could do anything. Thats exceptional service that will keep me coming back.

This place is WONDERFUL!!! The staff are extremely educated in the products they carry, are helpful when they sale something new! And they even know about their stock of premium juices and have great house juice w KILLER prices!! One time i got a 100mil of their house juice and it wasnt made right, i took it back a couple days later and they made me a new one on the spot no questions asked! These cats are freaking awesome. I straight up drive past two shops just to get to this one. They’re honest as all hell. And when I first stopped tobacco and got into vaping, they were extremely patient too. Their customer service is amazing too. There’s a cat here that kinda looks like Jesus, real solid dude. He’s super courteous and has always answered all my questions. When I got my revenger x he took the time to explain proper battery safety too. Very dope of him. Plus the shop hooks me up with a veterans discount too! And their rewards system is killer! Can’t beat that at all. Too bad I can’t give em 6 damn stars though.

Great customer service! I’m from out of town and called 3 different vape shops to ask about the product I was looking for and didn’t receive the help I needed. I finally called High Voltage Vapes and the man on the phone (I believe his name was Jared) was super nice and helpful. When I showed up, both of the men working were super helpful and patient with me (I can be indecisive) and helped me find the product I was looking for. Very friendly and very helpful!

I have been shopping here since they first opened up granted I took about a 7 month break when I started smoking cigarettes again but they have definitely changed. before the staff was really nice but was poor in customer service the prices are always a little high but thats to be expected I know I can order it cheaper offline but I do like having my stuff right away. the only complaint I have is the juices I do have some flavors I really like there but they are nothing compared to vapor leafs juices and the customer service now is much better even when the store is packed I get helped in a timely manner

My wife & I visited in right Christmas eve and they had a few customers (maybe 3). The store was so thick in vapor you could barely see around. It was cold and not inviting, prices were high (But its a retail store and they have overhead so its understandable.) My wife and I wonder about for 10 minutes without so much as a hello, or welcome to Vapes well be right with you. Overall customer service was non-existent. I did have a pocket full of cash and figured to spend $200-$300 for a new Vape set-up and some flavors. I own a small business in Aurora so I like to buy in my community regardless if the price is a little higher. I Think that the could do a much better job on the store decor to make it more inviting and to greet customers regardless of how busy you are is a must. They failed miserably & I just dont see this place being around very long without a major overhaul of there business plan.100% sure it was your Aurora store, We must of visited on the 23rd. We always shop at the Super Target

Really knowledgeable and friendly staff and good selection of juices, their house stuff isnt the worst Ive ever had. Wish they still carried Five Pawns, but besides that theyre pretty good. Have had a few times where they clearly wanted to get me out so they could go to the back room and hang out but thats kind of Aurora in a nutshell.

The dark haired latino lady is very rude. Seemed like a nice store but when an employ won’t help a customer it’s hard to spend your money. I was never served/helped she was busy with her dog behind the counter. She kicked out a guy and his friend before me. so i left and spent my money at a friendly store.I went to the southlands location.

We had an amazing experience here and have chosen to come here over the other businesses we tried in the past. They have such a huge selection of liquids (all are set up on a table available for free testing) and are coming up with new ones all the time. Best Vape shop I have ever known. Lived in Aurora and loved their affordable house juice. When I moved away I still order it. 3 times! Packages were lost either through theft or being lost. But 3 times they offered to replace the package. Id like to give my thanks to the understanding staff and patience that Patrick showed. Ive been coming here for 4 or so years now, and can say its the only Vape shop that has my business. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They have never been pushy about anything, and always seem to be making sure customers are aware of the deals they have going on. Even on the couple of occasions where I had to come in very close to closing (5-10 minutes before), they still gave amazing service. While I am sad they are no longer able to sell their house flavors, the gentleman helping me today was able to find premiums that he said were similar to what I liked, but also was able to suggest other flavors as well (To which I got one to try, and it is quickly becoming one of my favorites.) Just the customer service alone enough reason to say I wont go anywhere else. They also have a rewards program, which also helps when looking to try new flavors, or when I need to get replacements for my mod. Seriously, if you are looking for a vape shop in the area, come check them out.

Ive been to 6 shops in Aurora and a couple in Denver and this shop is BY FAR my favorite. They have authentics, clones, premium liquids, shop liquids, everything you could ask for. Prices are very reasonable compared to other shops close by. I did my foot work this year and this is my favorite shop. Two thumbs up.
