This location recently opened. It’s on my way to work, so I stopped in for the first time for a new vape. The shop is clean and well stocked. The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. I’ve been to every one around the area, and none of them are bad, but this will be my new go to smoke shop!

I come into this store regularly. You can tell the employees here really know their products! Especially Matt, he is a gosh-darn pro! Incredible customer service, super patient with all of my off the wall questions, and genuinely, just a great guy!

I was excited to hear that a new location was opened through Matt at a the the other aurora store. So I decided to stop by and see it, and it was just as clean and well stocked as the other one in aurora. This is closer to me than the other 2, so it will be my new go-to spot. Everyone at the store is knowledgeable about what they sell, and they are also super friendly. Matt was also at this store and was, as always, so helpful and told me of some great deals on glass and disposable vapes.

Went in was treated like a family member like they knew for years. I would recommend asking for Matt or Matthew. He knows he stuff and can help you out for whatever you need smoke and vape wise. Thanks again Matt 🫶🏽😎

This is the best vape shop you can go to! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have been to three of the wild leaf locations and every shop will have what you need. Amazing selection and better prices. The shop is super clean and looks incredible. Tyler helped me out with puffco products and was extremely knowledgeable. If you have any questions he is the guy to see!

Nick,Matt,CC, Jason,Cristian,Tyler,Julie,Isaac were all SUPER helpful and knew all about what I needed and even put me on to some things I didn’t know I needed!!! They have the dopest staff by far no matter what store you go to. Don’t miss out on this shop!!!!

Went in cause was looking for a specific battery. While there I got to see some amazing pieces from some real talented artist who I wouldnt mind getting a glass piece done from one of them. The best part about it all was learing from Jonah about alot of the pieces they had. learned some pretty cool things about the stories behind them and he definitely saved me with the battery and got a great Deal on it. Definitely will be returning they have alot of neat things I recommend them. Thanks you guys, you have an amazing place .

Stopped in today and saw they’re having their grand opening Friday, March 15! There is no other store that looks like this one! The owner told me that everything was hand built. Super authentic and I love the Oswego location so much! I have been a customer at their other Aurora location off of Galena for almost 8 years. Always makes my day visiting Wild leaf tobacco!

The local chain of Wild Leaf Tobacco stores out here in the Chicago suburban area should be a litmus as to how retail customer service establishments conduct business. Ive never seen an entire staff of people convey sincere gratitude, knowledge, and appreciation to their customers as Wild Leaf does... which is demonstrated every single time I go to their stores. Ive always commented to the owner as to how impressed I am with the hiring selection.Every time I go to the store Im immediately engaged in conversation with a personal and warm touch. It is so easy to spend quality time talking to these guys about their products, or whatever topic du-jour might be afloat. You feel like youre talking to a friend with anyone who works there.This new store opening up near Fox Valley Mall in Aurora will be run by a really cool and nice guy, Ty, who Ive known for years from being a patron at their far west side of Aurora store. I can already predict the level of outstanding customer service and friendliness that will be given to all of their new, and existing customers. With God as my witness I really cannot see any way the employees, or the stores need any improvement.Wild Leafs products are top line quality. One of their products I routinely buy is like hand selected with care... definitely not some pre-packed item from who knows where... Nothing is at all chintzy about anything they sell. Ill age myself and say their pride and commitment to quality of everything they sell is something I havent seen in America for well over three decades.Tys new location on Ogden near the mall will be somewhat of a drive for me vs their far west side store, however, thats a trip Ill intently make just to see him...Go into any of their locations, and the experience will duplicate and demonstrate what I just wrote.
