Couples Anniversary Massages visiting Austin.Easy scheduling via phone, text confirmation and simple tablet checkin process upon arrival.Hostess were friendly, welcoming and explained general facility setup well.The location itself was calming, inviting and well thought out. The locker room area, steam showers, lounge area, and light music were a very nice start to our massage experience.The couples massages were in the same room, we were offered an enhancement due to our anniversary. Massage therapist were nice, slightly difficult to understand one but we gestured our way through. The massages were pretty great, very relaxing and much needed.The only thing we did not like was the amount of noise in the room while gathering supplies, shifting around the room etc. Voice levels as well as several loud noises throughout the massage process. Loud shoes, items dropping to the floor, lots of shuffling. We did our best to tune out the noise, in our prior couples massage experiences voices were more to a whisper and very quiet with general room activity so much that we could sleep soundly if we wanted.Overall we enjoyed the experience, and appreciated the enhancement and friendly team. We will likely try another location in the future.
The place itself is beautiful, it consists of multiple services from head to toe. I had a deep-tissue massage scheduled this time.The changing room has a small lounge area right when you walk in. After that, youll see the locker area, sink, toilet, and my favorite steam shower. I arrived approx 30 minutes early so I could use the steam shower to open my pore, and relax my muscles before the massage. They offer high-quality showers gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion so I dont have to bring my own. (I tend to bring mine since provided common products irritate my skin)After the steam shower, I had another 10 minutes until my appointment. I waited in the main lounge. This place is very well designed with light snacks and tea that you have to ensure you are not super hungry and dehydrated during your session.The massage therapist came out and walk me to the massage room. Although she was a sweet lady, she was 5 minutes late, also, it took another 5-7 minutes to settle in the room. I did not appreciate it since I was on time and I want my full 60 minutes session.I asked the massage therapist to focus on my shoulder and lower back since I have to stand/ sit in one spot for work for a lengthy period of time. She did a very good job on my left shoulder, it was sore afterward but my shoulder felt so much better. However, my lower back didnt receive much attention. I wish she would have focused on both areas evenly.Overall, it was a good, relaxing experience, I would come back but will communicate about the session timing.
It was my first visit and had a very relaxing experience! My friend gifted me a one-hour facial. The reception was super friendly and helpful. The vibes and space are very relaxing, clean, and inviting. Loved the tea, cucumber water, and light snacks provided. Hailey, my esthetician was fantastic and she made me feel comfortable during my hour facial. Enjoyed the different products, techniques, and face and neck massage I received. Highly recommend booking Hailey for your next facial appointment. Would definitely come again!

I am thankful for a company that works to make sure their experience of excellence is held up to their standards!My massage and facial were amazing; highly recommend. The pedicure was terrible. I got the gel pedicure which was supposed to last an hour and it lasted 30 minutes with a two minute massage, and she trimmed my toe nails to practically gone.. For $85, I expect much more.The spa was clean. Music was interesting. Snack bar was well stocked but I wouldve enjoyed a glass of prosecco or red wine. Reception people were friendly. The buttons on the steam shower had worn off making it a bit difficult to follow instructions.I will definitely come back, but not for nail service.
James was AMAZING!!! My body hasn’t felt this good in YEARS!!! Went in and next thing I know, it’s time to get up and I felt like I was in a different universe. I got the sports massage since I’m an active road runner and my body feels 10x younger. Everyone was also super friendly and helpful, the place has a beautiful lounge with various beverages and small snacks. 10/10 recommend! Will be coming back
I always have a great experience at Milk+Honey Arboretum! Ive interacted with a few different staff, and everyone has been very helpful and welcoming, from the GM kindly showing me how to program the steam shower to the front desk personnel helping me set up my locker. The amenities are very nice, as many others have mentioned (including plenty of parking). One of the amenities I appreciate most is the size variety for robes and slippers, rather than one size for everyone. The robes are super plush and long with plenty of pockets. The slippers are slide-type sandals you can also wear in the shower. Im usually able to find a more private spot in an empty nook to get changed, and there are more than enough lockers. Ive never had to wait for a shower. One nice upgrade for the changing room might be mints or mouthwash. I get there early and spend some time sketching in the lounge to get in the right headspace before my appointment.The only service Ive experienced at M+H is massage, but Ive tried a few different options. I think the Head, Hands, and Feet is a great choice for newcomers or if you are looking to try a new massage therapist. Plan to still be on a massage table and be prepared to undress to your comfort level like you would with a Signature Massage. I choose a Signature Massage when I want an experience focused on stress-relief and relaxation. I get Deep Tissue for more targeted work, and for me, it requires a lot more active communication to check in on areas, pressure, etc.Calvin is the best! Hes very patient and knowledgeable and has such a calm vibe. We chat and come up with a plan for each session since the goals might be a little different visit to visit. He is a skilled therapist, and I always leave feeling 100% better than when I came in. He gives me advice on things to work on between sessions and ideas about what to consider for the next visit. His thoughtful approach makes every session feel personalized and effective; he really goes above and beyond. If youre like me and are nervous about trying out massage therapy or are just looking for some stress-relief, I cant recommend Calvin at M+H enough!
I spent $722 dollars to have my haircut more than 10 inches, and colored. I have naturally dark hair and asked for balayage.After 3 appointments, I am the farthest from the color I asked for. My hair looks orangish pink, and it’s not balayage. My haircut is uneven. I have no idea what has happened. I’m so embarrassed of my hair and all I can do is face it.The first visit we cut my hair and did balayage. The cut was puffy, and needed layers. I had to finish my blow dry at home. The color was red. The stylist told me one more process would get me closer to the color I wanted. I understood at this point my hair was too dark to achieve the desired color but we could come close. That was $480.Next appointment, she does “balayage” again, and thins out my cut. This time she didn’t blow dry my hair at all. That was $242.I get home and blow dry my hair to find it is fire red and orange. I call immediately and they take me back in. I was helped by a new staff member who was amazing. They tried to remove some of the red. Then they also pointed out my haircut was uneven. They told me I needed more toner still to get out the red. So, another process. They also offered to fix my haircut. They honestly tried.I spent my entire Sunday in a salon chair. My time and money have been wasted on what was supposed to be a relaxing experience.I’d like my $242 back. Unless, someone can explain to me what the hell I just paid for.Oh, come to find out this was this stylists second complaint this week. I wasn’t even the first! Beside myself thinking about this entire experience.I’m much worse for going to Milk and Honey at the arboretum. I’m beyond upset and my hair looks awful. Next time I will pay more attention to the reviews as theirs are horrible.
This is an excellent place to just pamper yourself! The staff is always happy to help and they are also very kind. I’ve taken a couple of massages and it’s an amazing and super relaxing experience. They are very respectful and make you feel comfortable during your visit.I’ve also visited the nail salon and it’s also a nice experience. The materials they use are always clean and disinfected. 100% recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Store manager Liz was super rude to us. We were 10 minutes late to the appointment due to my toddler being sick. We called the customer service number as soon as we knew we were running late. The customer service agent said no worries and that they would let the salon know. When we were two minutes away from the salon, Liz called and canceled the appointment. We told her we were sorry for being late and that they didn’t have to wash the hair, just cut it, so the appointment could still be done on time. But she refused to take us. We have been going to this salon for two years. She was super rude to us. Hopefully, she will get some customer service training after this review.Replying to the response below: I called three times and asked for a callback, but as of today, I havent heard anything back. The place is beautiful and the location has plenty of parking. The staff are all polite. My pedicure included a delicious sugar scrub and massage. The nail polish options are up to trend and high quality. If coming in with gel polish, be aware that it might take long to remove since they don’t use drills. Also unexpected, they do a soakless pedicure.
The salon is such a clean and beautiful space. My stylist was so friendly andattentive. She did a fantastic job. The overall cost for a haircut with shampoo and styling is pricey, but worth it depending on your cut frequency.
Been to this location a few times and while all the massages have been great, I got the best one to date from Candice!I did the usual explaining of the same areas that were tight, but she found the actual root causes and held me accountable to the things I really needed in my deep tissue session today. Finally felt some real relief! Thank you Candice!!
Dominique went above and beyond for me. She was extremely professional yet highly personable and made sure I had the best experience. The spa atmosphere was, indeed, lovely but it is Dominiques stellar service and care that has me looking forward to my future appointments at Milk and Honey.
I was gifted a spa certificate for this place. Upon entering, the ambiance was very calming and quiet. The bathrooms and locker room were clean and had the usual of towels, slippers, towels, etc. Massages and facials were amazing and professional. They are a bit on the pricier side, but was overall a great experience.
Amy is by far the best masseuse Ive ever had! I honestly have loved every one in the staff, but Amy has solved many of my crazy injury issues from broken ankle surgery swelling, to shoulder pains from fence posts jumping in my way, and even solving injuries from being rear ended. Thank the Lord for milk and honey!

Daniel was phenomenal! This was my first massage post partum and I could not have asked for better for a true relaxation experience! He worked wonders on a very much sleep and exercise deprived body! Also must shout out reception for making a last minute appt happen with Marissa for a pedi/mani! I loved my experience so much, I didn’t want to leave! She also noticed the shoes were closed toed (since I didn’t plan a pedi ahead of time) and made it work- what a wonderful staff and experience!
I had an amazing customer service experience at this location! Phoenix solved a scheduling issue for my and my friend who came in for a 60 minute massage! The therapist hadn’t come in and she worked it out so we were still able to have our service (only 15 minutes after the original scheduled time!) thank you, phoenix! It isn’t easy to get away from the everyday schedule of life and this was a treat.Eboni was my therapist and she did an amazing job! Had a 60 min deep tissue massage with Malika and she is amazing! Checked in with me periodically about pressure which I always appreciate. The ambiance is great, everything was modern, relaxing, clean. Locker rooms were clean and I loved the steam shower!

I have been to various Milk& Honey salons in Austin. They always do a great balayage. I came to this location Sunday and was not 100% happy with the outcome of my cut/color. I called and they booked me for a free redo the following afternoon. Shelby did a beautiful job correcting my color & cut (she did not do the original job I was not happy with). She is so kind and knows her stuff! I will be back to visit Shelby. Thank you again!

Beautiful location however, if you are needing a simple service please go elsewhere. They charged $35 for a simple brow wax, no shaping. It was about ten minutes and absolutely not worth $35.
Facials have been lovely & I really enjoy the atmosphere. Ive shopped around at other spas in Austin to see who does the best facial, & Im fairly certain its here!Pro tip—get there early to take advantage of some of their on-site amenities.
In short, incredibly underwhelming experience and poorly maintained facilities.• 50 minute massage - fine, nothing memorable.• Lounge area - both dispensers of flavored water were empty. The environment was far from relaxing with dirty cups and dishes scattered throughout.• Women’s locker room - the showers were out of body wash, no clean combs were available, and dirty counters and floors.
Daniel at the Arboretum location is a MUST if you need a good deep sports massage. His hands work each muscle group so well - leaving such relief to sore, tired, or even hurt areas. Thank you Daniel!
My first experience at this location was amazing. The concierge staff was nice and friendly when I came In and made it easy to check in. I came in for my first facial with Humberto and he did an amazing job that I will definitely be coming back monthly, I’d highly recommend Humberto as he was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. I left that place with the best skin I’ve had in a long time!

Today was my first experience at your facility. I received a giftcard from a friend and upgraded myself to a 90 minute massage. I was told by your appointment scheduler I could come early because you have steam rooms. I live in Georgetown so I left about 20 minutes early. When I got there I was checked in quickly. I was escorted to the locker room and was given a quick tour. I was told there were robes in the lockers and I could make up my own code. I was unsure of everything so I asked for her to show me. She opened about 5 lockers and could not find a robe. We walked to the back of the locker room where another lady mentioned she finally found a robe however it was wet in the arms. The receptionist finally found a robe for me. Then she was going to show me where the towels were and there were none. So I wasnt able to get into the steam shower prior to my massage because I would have nothing to dry off with. Another customer walked in and was looking inside the lockers for a robe and couldnt find one. I told her I think I had the last one. I didnt know what to do with the extra time I had before my massage so I sat in the cold lobby in sandals where my therapist would get me.My massage was great and relaxing, however I was cold from waiting. My therapist did everything he could to keep me warm (warmed the bed and put hot towels on my feet etc). He was fantastic and even gave me a towel so I could get in the steam room.After my massage (90minutes later) I was walking to the locker room and there was another customer explaining to 2 therapists in the lobby there were no robes. I stopped and told them all when I arrived I had a hard time finding one too! And there were no towels.I got into the steam room for about 15 minutes which really warmed me up. When I got out, there was another woman who couldnt find a robe!My hopes for this visit at your spa was to have a warm steam shower then get a massage. Instead I was freezing and explained to many of your customers there were no clean robes which was stressful. I got there 20 minutes early because I knew I needed to be in Bee cave right after but ended up being late so I could get into the steam shower.In the future, if your front desk knows there is a shortage in robes, they should NOT send people back looking for a robe in the locker room. At some point we opened about 6 lockers which can look like we were snooping through peoples belongings (some people dont use the lock). We should be handed a robe and sandals. Ive attached a picture of the empty shelf where the towels shouldve been.

It’s like she knew exactly where every muscle was in my body and massaged it! Great job!! My husband had a massage as well from here and he said it was the best massage he ever had!! Good, but expensive. The steep price can explain why there are last minute openings because normally the spa is fully-booked. The masseuse (sports therapy) was exceptional and among one of the top 25 best massages that I have received. Coming here weekly or monthly may not be feasible, but in a last minute pinch when you really need a great massage they are my top choice. They also do many specials, which are good to try (Mother’s Day, spa day gifts, Father’s Day, B-day gift, etc.). Try it for yourself and you will recognize greatness.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROSIE (nail therapist) at Milk + Honey for manicures and pedicures. She is truly AMAZING and so talented!Rosie is super friendly and has excellent customer service. She always makes me feel comfortable to ask any questions, try different colors, gives nail advice, checks in if I’m doing okay (does anything hurt, is the pressure is okay, is the towel temperature okay, etc.). She’s very easy to talk to and the time flies when I get mani/pedis! She creates a safe, soothing, and friendly environment and I always leave her feeling so happy and well taken care of!The salon itself is very clean and relaxing. It’s the only salon I’ve found that I think the tools and everything is cleaned properly. It’s never packed like other salons so it’s such a relaxing experience. I love using their locker room facilities (steam showers!) and their front lobby staff are also always very nice and accommodating.It’s definitely worth the price for the elevated experience at milk and honey! Their healthy gel manicures have made my nails so much stronger and allows them to grow out in a healthy way. Don’t hesitate to book here with Rosie! Horrible experience came out of there with More stress than we came in. Reception has no personality whatsoever to deal with people . So If you enjoy paying $135 for someone to rub oil on you, that’s the place for you, but if you want an actual massage definitely not recommended !!! on top of that no towels in the showers to actually take a shower and wash that oil off.

And I am ever so grateful to have received such a gift!My aesthetician,Danielle was so kind and took time before beginning to learn of any particular questions or areas of concern I have with my skin or the facial experience. Then as I relaxed on that warm table she gently cleansed and massaged my face and scalp with the skill and comfort of such a professional , it was all I could do to stay awake , I was so relaxed.And when she was done ,my face felt so clarified & refreshed ! I loved the products so much I asked for her personal recommendations and bought some right then to add to my daily cleansing routine until I can get back to milk & honey again. If you want a really excellent facial & outstanding experience overall , Come to this location and ask for Danielle! You wont be disappointed .

I’ve been getting the Signature Facial at this Milk + Honey location. The ambience is amazing, the locker/changing room has great showers you can use before or after your facial and comfortable/private bathrooms. The lounge area is my favorite part, with super high ceilings and free cucumber water & tea to enjoy while you wait for your aesthetician to grab you for your appointment. I’ve had two different aestheticians and both were professional and kind. The receptionists are also easy to talk to & willing to reschedule appointments. I will definitely continue coming here for my facials and highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxury spa experience in Austin.

Went for a manicure and pedicure. When I booked, I didn’t realize it was a soakless pedicure until doing more review reading. Was still great- as well as the manicure, both performed by Sage. She was awesome - she thoroughly checked my nails throughout the process. Check in and check out was great- everyone very friendly. Will be back.
The establishment is very clean and neat. I received a massage and a facial which were great and relaxing. The ladies at the from desk were nice and patient. Both Masseuse and Esthetician were professional as well as knowledgeable. They both were able to provide insight on how to care for my skin and ways to relax. Everyone were nice, professional and helpful. I would recommend that anyone who wants to treat themselves and fully de-stress should purchase and enjoy. It is worth every penny.
Booked prenatal massage. Paid for it in full, including a 20% gratuity. Was called after the appointment and asked to tip, as there was no way for a therapist to collect the tip from the gift card. Called back, found out I was overcharged and there was no possible way to refund me because it was purchased with the gift card (which I 100% did not purchase or okay… I never requested a gift card or was informed I purchased one, or was given one at time of service for the remaining balance.) I was told I would be contacted to have the situation resolved. After no contact, I disputed the charge with my bank. Two months later, the charge is reversed, and they’ve taken my money in full without any kind of explanation. Showed up today, and was told the original amount was the correct price for the massage, and the masseuse did receive a tip. Bank account is now negative with extra charges due to an unexpected charge coming in at complete random 2 months later with no explanation.The facility is very nice, and I thought milk + honey was a reputable place, which is why I insisted my pregnant partner go here. After speaking with another professional, it seems prenatal massages are almost double the cost at M+H compared to what they are anywhere else in the area. I probably wouldn’t have even minded paying the extra if there weren’t all these extra costs and problems associated with what was supposed to be a relaxing experience?I will probably use Oak Haven or Toa massage next time in order to preserve what should be a stress, worry and carefree experience for my partner.
I got here Saturday for my appointment, and all the lights were off. I was then directed to the change area, with no context given, just simply told to use my iphone flash light. After changing in the dark, i was told to go out and wait in the atrium. At which point I overhead other therapist telling their customers, about the electrical issue, and that appointments may be delayed/cancelled/rescheduled. After sitting there, I simply went back changed, and cancelled my appt, asking for a refund, which then i was told to call in, but I refused, and made them do it there.With a place, that charges a premium for services, I was greeted with quite lackluster service at best. I completely understand infrastructure issues happen that are out of our control, but lack of communication, and information was appalling, causing more time wasted.
Had the worst experience at this location. Came in for a pedi and technician made faces at me and she took off my shellac which was $15. They told me I had a fungus and they couldnt do much...what did I pay $65 for ...I honestly have no clue. Legitimate rip off. They sold me some clear away polish which wasnt even in a box or anything...for all I know couldve been previously used. It was all very sus. Thanks very much and never coming here again.

I went in for a haircut last week with Macy and she did an AMAZING job. I was initially a bit disappointed because I was supposed to have my haircut on Friday early afternoon but found out on 8 am on Friday that my hairstylist called in sick. I was able to reschedule with Macy on Saturday evening and it was the best decision. I have long, black, slightly wavy, and THICK hair which means it can be a bit of a challenge for unexperienced hairstylists. Macy seemed to be very experienced with my hair type and was able to help fix my bangs I got cut months ago at a different salon. I finally have confidence in my hair again!

I enjoyed my time at Milk + Honey. I recieved a Signature massage by James and a Signature facial by Danielle the both were kind, knowledgeable and checked in on me throughout the process.The facility is absolutely gorgeous and really does lend to the relaxation vibes. My only complaint would be the way the robes and slippers are provided. I am a plus size girl and was not directed to any additional sizes. When I opened a locker I found a small robe and a small pair of shoes. Before checking the robe I went out to the lobby to ask for a larger pair of shoes, the staff was so sweet and hurried to find me a pair that fit comfortably without making me feel negative about it. I didnt notice the sizing on the robe until I had already undressed and attempted to tie my robe. I had to leave the area I got changed in and find a larger size robe. Thankfully I did find one in the shelves without having to go into the lobby. I would suggest either the front desk staff giving the tour mention that there are additional sizes located in a specific area or simply do not place items in the locker ahead of time and let guests pick out their own as they enter.
Really bad experience with them. They take multiple bookings for a time slot. When I went in to the store, they denied my appointment. The Front desk guy even confirmed that they booked me by mistake. They charges me 75$ fee without honoring my reservation and providing any service. I have seen some other reviews and was skeptical but still decided to go in. Looks like they are running their business trying to make 75$ for each cancelled appointment. Milk and Honey should look into how this Franchise is run.

Don’t have any type of life emergency/circumstances and expect any grace from this company. My friend was in a car accident and had a massage scheduled for the next day. She called to cancel and was still charged $80. You would think the liability alone would be in the forefront of their minds. No. Only themselves and getting peoples money. Mind you, they posted they had many last minute appt slots open on their social media. So it’s not like they were booked out. Beware.
Great place to get a massage, and the steam shower alone makes the price point worth it. That thing goes crazy.The only thing Id say to be aware of is the parking situation. Come here 5-10 minutes earlier than you intended to give yourself time to find a spot if its during a time where a lot of people are off work and probably out.
Great experience! I was in town visiting and scheduled the ultimate facial with Jennifer. She immediately made me feel comfortable and customized the experience to my needs. I will definitely be booking with her again if Im back in town.
Went in to get my knotty neck and upper back worked on and Daniel, my massage therapist, did an amazing job. The spa itself is lovely and quiet. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient.

Had a not so great experience. Got an appointment for a specific provider. Arrived there and the desk person nonchalantly informed me that the provider was not available, and their next available appointment was for the following week. I understand a scheduling mishap but I felt like my time was not valued. If I was late or a no show I would have been promptly charged. Leaving 3 stars bc my partner went there before me and had an amazing experience with the provider I was trying to see.
I will preface with, I would give 3.5 starts if I could but want to give the benefit of the doubt since I clearly didnt do enough research before booking my appointments. I took my daughter and husband here before my daughters seventh birthday. My daughter got a manicure and pedicure, and my husband and I got pedicures. The facilities were lovely, the employees were all very kind. The pedicure, however, was not what I expected to be honest. I enjoy pedicures that have a foot bath/spa, but they do not have that here. The chairs they have for pedicures are not very comfortable (I am short so comfortable chairs are harder to find). I wish I had known all of this before I scheduled these appointments. While I was satisfied with the job they did, how clean the facilities were, and how nice everyone is, I do not think it was worth the $205 dollars we spent. I wont go back for these two services, but I would be happy to try their other services.
My mom and I went for a Mother’s Day treat. We got manicures, pedicures and massages. They staff was so wonderful, kind and amazing!!! The manicure has lasted way longer than any other regular manicure and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Our massages were FABULOUS! I got the prenatal massage and my mom got the Swedish massage. We both agreed it was the best massages we’ve ever gotten. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!
My experience today was nothing short of perfect. Check in was smooth. The lounge area created a calming ambiance. My therapist, Allie, took the time to understand my needs. She did a phenomenal job working on a few issue spots and even made recommendations for the next few days. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I had 75 minute signature facials today and loved the experience. The facials were a perfect blend of cleansing, massage, and skin perfecting in a relaxing setting. We loved being able to unwind afterwards with tea and snacks in their lounge area and can’t wait to come back.

Milk and Honey Arboretum has some of the best staff Ive seen at the salon. My hair stylist Kristen and nail expert Marissa had magic hands. My hair looks and feels absolutely incredible and I recieved one of the most relaxing pedicures Ive gotten in a long time. I highly highly recommend them! 😊
Ridiculous experience. You wont be able to cancel a “free consultation” appointment firstly. I got sick a day ago and tried cancelling they refused. I had to drive 45 mins to visit the store. I was running 3-5 mins late for which I called and notified them and they said it “ok”. They cancelled my apointment saying you are 5 mins late on my arrival to the location. No value of anybody’s time and decency to notify or let alone make sure to get the rules right. If I had an hour session, how being 5 mins would affect that. Arboreteum location really shows the professionalism in an opposite way. AND THEY CHARGE ME A 75$ FEE.
I had broad band light laser (BBL therapy i think its called?) with Kari a couple weeks ago, and I cannot express my praise highly enough for her. I am AMAZED at the results -- she went above and beyond, made sure all of my face, neck, chest area were covered and that I was comfortable. It was my first time getting medspa treatment, and of course first BBL--Kari explained everything to me, made me feel so safe and at ease, and was so patient with my million questions--she didnt rush, but took her time and made sure I had the best and most informed experience possible. If you are going to get BBL (I only speak for this now, because its the only thing Ive had so far ((and if you havent had it, TRY IT no matter what age you wont regret it))), REQUEST KARI! Desperately seeking a haircut, I was nearby on business and stopped in to check on openings. They were able to get me in that evening.From reception to hair wash and over to the beautiful Giselle for a cut, I could not rave more about the experience.The serene and clean setting is relaxing.I perused product and found my favorite conditioner that Id been on the hunt for.I walked out feeling lighter (but not too light in the wallet) and had a spring in my step.Giselle is a beautiful, smart and kind person. A lovely conversationalist, she strikes a balance with wit and great questions but isnt nosy.She offers her expertise but isnt pushy and she also took time to offer tips and mentorship to the assistant along the way.These attributes will serve her well in the industry.And they will keep this Oregon girl coming back for more.I feel like I won the lottery with this one and I hope this is the beginning of a lasting relationship. Even if it means I have to fly to come see her.Thanks Giselle. Looking forward to seeing you again.
Beware, this company has zero grace and understanding. My friend had a massage scheduled today for her birthday but got in a car accident last night where she was rear ended and pushed into another car. She canceled but was still charged an $80 late fee. Terrible company
I’ve never been one to get massages, but recently my body was hurting so bad to the point it was a constant pain. The pain got to the point I was in tears. I booked one morning as soon as I woke up. I ended up being booked with Travis. It was amazing. I felt so much better after one session for days. I will definitely be going back to Travis. The front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Both of them. The spa itself was nice and clean.
Inconsistencies and scheduling is a mess. They messed up everything for me badly when I early booked a color appointment - they called me an hour before Sarah the stylist left due to apparently her problematic kid at school, without finding another stylist to take over or to get another person to take care of her personal business. I was a first-time customer, waited years to finally go here, really needed this hair appointment to go right and I was even going to travel there from far away and planned my entire day for it including getting my partner to take time off of work for it. If it wasnt for the poor receptionist trying to reschedule my into the Lamar location...oh man. Next time their staff should do better in not canceling 1.3 hours before clients appointment begins.
Ive gone to M&H over the years for various services and my experience has been mostly positive. Last week, I took my daughter for her first big girl haircut, and the salon recommended and booked us with Nichelle. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Nichelle did a fantastic job with my preteens hair: it turned out even better than the reference pictures we showed her. She also treated my daughter with such kindness and respect, and my daughter had a great first experience at a real salon.
Let me start with: quiet, professional, very clean --- These are some basics for relaxing massage experience. For my first visit, I had a remarkable massage therapist for an hour, who salvaged my back, shoulders, neck, & hips after a year of Zoom sitting. She was just chatty enough & made sure to check whether the pressure was too much. Bonus: the spa lounge is pretty.SO RELAXING. Book & go. You deserve it.
My boyfriend spent a lot on the “nicest spa in Austin” for an anniversary gift to me for a deep tissue massage which I get every so often. Unfortunately this experience was horrible with Lucas. Despite telling him repeatedly he was going too hard on my lower back (a good massage therapist knows that area is sensitive and not to attack it) he continued leaving me with bruises and the inability to lay on my back for almost a week now. He’s was clearly new and poorly trained. Wouldn’t not return.
I had my first haircut at Milk & Honey today, and with my stylist, Kacie. I was impressed with how Kacie made me feel comfortable and secure about trying a new style. She took the time to have a productive consultation before my cut. I enjoyed my shampoo and soothing head massage as well. The cut I received was simply fabulous and beyond my expectations. I felt like a million bucks when I left the salon. I’m excited to see Kacie again for my next appointment. I’m grateful I found a stylist and a salon that finally meets my needs in hair care!

Went with my friends for a lux facial. My esthetician Jenny was not so great. My friends esthetician did neck/ hair massage during the steam and masks. So depending on your esthetician you may have a great or poor experience. I did not enjoy my facial at all
I had a 90 minute Lux Facial with a peel add-on yesterday, and oh boy was it amazing!! I HIGHLY recommend Hailey. She did a fantastic job, was so kind and thorough with her work. She let me know what she was doing with every treatment, why she was doing it, and recommended a blueberry peel based on my skin issues & type. Yes- expect to pay more at Milk & Honey than other chain salons. But in my opinion, you get what you pay for- and I am comfortable paying more to ensure that I get the best facial I can, with knowledge that you can benefit from after you go home. Also, I didn’t have any products pushed on me at the end, which I absolutely hate when spas do that. Will be returning in 6 weeks for another facial!
When you first walk in... it’s such a great atmosphere. I really loved my experience, so calming. I definitely want to go back. And the prices for such a lovely ambiance and professionalism really are just about the same as anywhere else you could trust. What made it even better was my nail tech, Susana. I don’t think I could rave about her enough. Loved it!
Great location, but I had to schedule 3 weeks out to get my hair cut. When I arrived for my appt, I brought my 9 year old daughter but was told I had to reschedule because they have a strict no kid policy in the hair salon, so I had to wait another week. Thankfully, my stylist was phenomenal, and so gracious!
I had a healthy gel manicure and a facial at the arboretum location. The staff was kind, knowledgable, and informative. I had the manicure first and then the facial. The facial was outstanding and arguably one of the best I have had- it was relaxing and professional. I enjoyed the entire experience. However, the manicure was disappointing. I had the gel manicure, but I was not provided a proper cuticle cut/care. This led to the gel getting on and cured on my cuticle. This is an issue- as the nail bed grows out, it will cause the gel to lift up as the end is not fully adhered to the nail. The polish is also on the edges of my nail so I am chipping already in two fingers (I had the service today) and it will not last. The facial was wonderful, but I will not be booking for a manicure again.
Horrible front desk employees and unproffesional manager ( phoenix ) who should not be at this position as she doesn’t know what customer service is !!! Would not recommend this place to anyone !! Avoid dont waste your money !!
I was gifted a massage for Christmas and I really enjoyed my experience there. My masseuse was really great and he focused on the areas I needed the most attention to. The steam showers in the bathroom is literally what heaven is made of. My only reason for taking one point off is that it’s very pricey.
Usually get hair services downtown but for my birthday received spa package. I was very excited about this and really looking forward to it but can not recommend it to any other customers. My friend and I showed up on time but we’re told we were late getting started so our 60 minute massage would be shortened 15 minutes, facials were nice and by the tine we moved on to the 3rd service we were again told our service would be shortened because we were behind time. No hand massages, we were also told that our 4th service likely couldn’t be accommodated so never received a pedicure. Honestly don’t think I would ever want to there, no soaking or massage chairs and the gel on my manicure has chipped on 4 nails already before a weeks time! Aestheticians were nice but recommend milk and honey get it together and not book customers so tightly together that the services are being shortened! Do not recommend spa services
My hairstylist, Dakota, was a sweetheart and made me feel instantly comfortable. While I was sipping on hot lemon ginger tea, she read about why I was visiting, then asked if I was sure about getting bangs because I had written that I was nervous about them. I’ve never had straight bangs before! She said I had the perfect face for it and pampered me throughout the process. She layered my hair so it wasn’t bulky and flat anymore, then gave me beautiful bangs! I felt reassured that my visit would be worth it when reading about their guaranteed satisfaction if you didn’t end up liking your cut. Thankfully that wasn’t the case. I also really like that they give you a complimentary trim in between haircuts, so I’ll be visiting again once my bangs need it. Happy to make this my new go-to
I was so lucky to book a 2 hour deep tissue - sports massage with CALVIN. I was suffering from back and hip pain when I walked in. After 2 hours I was pain free. I couldn’t believe it.!!!! Calvin is professional and really understands anatomy. Anyone that can get me out of pain in a session is amazing. Thanks again CALVIN See ya soon
Hey! I just want to say my overall experience was amazing! I throughly loved how clean it was how organized it was. And most of your staff! I have one big concern. While I was in the locker room I over heard one of your employees talking rudely about another employee. I think that is highly inappropriate and disrespectful, not only to the employee, but to all the customers.
I had an amazing experience at the salon with Amber! Unfortunately my hair expectations were not met at a different m + h location, so I came in for a touch up. Amber completely fixed and transformed my balayage - it came out very blended and the perfect color. She was so knowledgeable about hair care, and my hair turned out better than I ever expected that it would! I would highly recommend this location and Amber. The facility is so pretty as well with ample parking.
I had a hair cut and style appointment with Brooke and I could not recommend her and the rest of the Milk + Honey Spa staff enough. The entire experience, from when you walk in to when you leave, was amazing.Brooke helped me choose a cut and style based on my hair texture and concerns, recommended products and helped show me the best way to prep and style my hair to suit my needs (I have trouble adding volume due to heavy, fine hair). I have never been happier with a hair cut, it came out perfect.
Great hair salon services .... and open on Sundays when most salon/stylist are not available. Shelby did a great job, I got a blowout before heading to the airport for a business trip on Sunday!
If I could give more stars to Marissa I would for her amazing care of my nails! She is extremely talented and caring, and she helped heal my nails where they look so much healthier since I have been seeing her. I will never go back to pedicures that soak your feet. Kudos to Milk & Honey for offering the best, healthiest pedicure in town! I also appreciate the late appointments, thank you!
Kenny is the best massage therapist here! He picked me up on time and worked specifically on things I needed. He even wrote me the cutest positive note on self care I can do to maintain the benefits. I’ve had hundreds of massages as I work in the industry and often leave massages thinking “that was just ok.” His massage was creative, unique, and affective in a great refreshing way and he has the cutest personality. I’ll see him if I’m ever in town from nyc again.The spa itself is new and beautiful. I would have loved a dedicated steam room, but for the price it met my expectations.My friend loved her hydrating cocoon and facial and vowed to never go to the $69 generic massage chain ever again.

Daniel is an incredible massage therapist—best 90 min deep tissue massage I have ever had!He was very intentional and thoughtful of my preferences and goals regarding the service. Everyone I interacted with was very professional.I received a facial last Friday. The session was good but within a day I noticed that my upper back broke out in acne the next day. This was not random and is definitely associated with the facial session as I had no other change in my routine around that time. The person who did the facial massaged my upper chest, back, shoulders, and neck with products on their hands. I had a bit of face and back acne before getting the facial but it was healing well due to skin care products I use and there was no redness or bumps unlike this breakout. I was told that the acne that was caused may have been caused by my skin purging things out.So I suppose if youre prone to acne or dont know if youre allergic to any common skin care ingredients I would avoid getting a facial, get tested for allergies, and/or, if you know what may cause any breakouts for you, let the person doing the facial know. Maybe even call ahead of time.

My girlfriend went to see Kat at Milk & Honey after her stylist moved out of state. She needed someone who could pick up where the other stylist left off and do just as good if not better. Kat did just that! My girlfriend cane home so happy, and looked great. She said Kat was very knowledgeable and super nice, which is always a bonus. 10/10 would recommend.
The massage and facial were great and so was the customer service and facilities. However I purchased a package which came with the massage, facial and pedicure bringing each service to $100 each. The pedicure was not a “spa” pedicure and by no means a pedicure. It took an hour for her to give me a nail color change and lotion on my legs. I was greatly disappointed with the pedicure and have no intentions of going back. I’ve had a “spa” pedicure; cuticle care, exfoliating, scrubs, oil, lotion, leg massage, wax treatment, and polish for less that $50 at many places. So this was very disappointing.
Got a wonderful massage here. Well worth it. All the MTs are fantastic. M&H go the distance and make sure you feel great.

Went to the arboretum location on Sunday. This is my second time coming here and it is one of the best experiences. I went to see Mimi and she is amazing! She truly cares about your needs and really tries to help with your hair type. I can’t stress enough how great she is. She truly is the very best!
Today received a mani and waterless pedi by Rosie! She was extremely knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I was a little hesitant on a waterless pedi but wanted to try it because I am scared of germs from bowls and jets. Also conserving water is a huge plus!!? I honestly loved it! It was super relaxing and my feet feel and look amazing! Rosie gave a great massage to both my Hands and feet! The atmosphere was very calm, relaxing and clean! Highly recommend! I will definitely be back!

I got my hair done at the galleria location and I was so disappointed with how it came out compared to what I asked for. The manager quickly got me booked for a redo at the Arboretum location. Brianne Barber did such an amazing job and I’m so happy with my hair now!! I highly recommend this location and stylist.
I was really excited to come here for my first time and get my hair styled for my graduation but I was very very disappointed with the turnout. I was booked for a two hour time slot for the look that I wanted and the stylist only gave me an hour and 15 minutes. The look was not at all what I showed her and the small curls that she styled fell within an hour of me leaving the salon. I have heard great things about milk + honey but my experience was horrible.
3 stars because I like the other location. However, they charged me $75 for late cancelation fee because I wouldn’t rebook my peel. My appointment was the following day at 8:00am I canceled at 10am the day before. 2 hours past their 24hr late cancel policy.I canceled due to finding out I had covid this morning. The only reason I didn’t rebook was because the service was going to have to be pushed out a few week. My service was a peel and getting a peel in the summer defeats the purpose and can damage skin. I would have gladly rebooked in the fall.
I have been here 3 times counting today. I was very excited to cut my very long hair into a fun and playful shoulder cut. The wash and lavender towel was very nice as well as the lady who did the wash. My hair dresser was Sandy and she seemed in a bit of a hurry, although I did know they were booked for the day. I showed her some pics of what In wanted and let her know I was considering bangs. She did advise maybe not bangs but she was excited also for the drastic cut.While we were chatting I mentioned I dye my hair with Henna and she lectured/ informed me that Henna was VERY bad for my hair. I have been doing this for years and have found it help with my fine hair from breaking. She let me know it has metallic in it and came become very harmful if I were to dye my hair at some point. If I didnt hear that it was good from a professional like her then it wasnt true. Extremely worried and scared I went home to look into this claim. Learned very quickly how UNTRUE it was. Yes, henna has metallic and Salts. Although the harmful part is NOT henna but the fact that the dye or color that salons use need the hair to be slightly damaged for the dye to take. Therefore if you want your hair dyed after using Henna the salon will need to damage your hair to a point which it may be come very brittle and start to fall out or break. This is not because Henna is bad or damaging. I am livid.She made me feel very horrible that I could be damaging my hair all these years. Where as she just wants me to be able to come in and get my hair colored and bring my bill over $130. (the amount I paid by the way for just the cut and 2 small sample hair products $6 each.)I dont believe after this experience I will be back. I have not left her once thinking OMG I LOVE MY HAIR!! Its just like cool yeah that is what I asked for and nothing more or less. Maybe its me but I have had other hair cuts where I give the same amount of information and I leave with the OMG! feeling. Not here and for the amounts I have spent not again.

Knowing I would be in Austin a week in May, I felt sure I could fine an experienced hair stylist able to shape my short hair. I did my research and found what I thought would be a good match at the Arboretum salon.An older well trained woman specializing in short hair cuts.After many hair cuts over the years...I do know the difference between a good hair cut and bad one. I also know that a respectful and sincerely caring cutter isa must! I found neither at this salon.Everything was professional until I metMy stylist. She was rude from the start and during the process. I thoughtfully ask her opinion about what style she thought best along with some ideas of my own. Her first harsh remark was“ your not going to do what I say anyway”! It went downhill from there.Not a good hair cut. Regret paying 75.00 for worthless cut - her take on a photo I showed her. Sorry I tipped her another 10:00. Insulting experience!! Will never go back nor recommend.Reason I’m writing this two weeks after it happened, because I can’t get this negative experience off my mind.
I had my first appointment with Jordan yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! She truly has a talent for hair coloring and transforming hair into something greater than you could imagine. My whole experience was wonderful and everyone was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this salon!
My hair stylish Mona Peters was amazing. She cut, styled, introduced products that would fit my fine textured colored hair. She spent time showing me how to style my hair in order to volumized it. Most important of all, she listened and patiently answered all my questions and I had many questions. She wrote out on a card what I needed to tell my future hair stylist in the area I lived in and the entire session didnt cost an arm or a leg. I highly recommend Mona and I highly recommend this salon. If I am back in Austin, this is where I will go to get my hair styled. Thanks Mona!!
Trey did a fantastic job! I went in knowing my hair was in rough shape and not really knowing what I wanted. He took time to explain all my options, really helping with my decision to get rid of my blonde and get a healthier, shinier look. I was also really pleased with the cut and blow dry. A lot of times I have left salons only to go home and redo my do, but not this time! 👍🏻 I will definitely be coming back regularly.

I still havent figured out my permanent hair style yet but he helps me experiment with new styles and always makes them look great. He also gives me great product recommendations because my hair can have a mind of its own sometimes so it requires some product to be added. The atmosphere here is really relaxed and friendly and I will continue to go here to see Trey for my hair style needs.
Couldn’t be happier with the service and quality at Milk+Honey. Megan O’Neill is the only person I’ll trust to cut my hair or give me styling tips, she’s incredible. Whether you’re running in to pick up some product or have an appointment everyone is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy the atmosphere of this salon, and I always have a great hairstyle by the end of the appointment, but both stylists I have seen there recommended products that ultimately left my hair greasy and tangled. I mentioned that it could be my application but wasnt really pointed in the right direction. Im kind of wary of going back and buying a pricey product and then it make my hair feel gross. I switched to a drug store shampoo and conditioner and has made my hair a normal consistency again luckily, but for weeks my hair looked wet constantly.
I received a spa package from my husband for our anniversary so I called and booked an appointment for the anniversary date for in the morning. 8 days later I get an email stating that they cannot accommodate my start time, and need to bump my services to start 4pm due to a conflict. I wrote back and explained that it was my anniversary and we have set plans, so that start time would not work for me. They still are unable to honor my appointment. I am very disappointed and being a first time customer it’s sets a really bad impression that they are not professional enough to honor my booking, especially when I called in to book several weeks in advance. Now my husband has to try and get a refund so that I can go elsewhere
Front desk staff needs to be more welcoming. I went to purchase an item and the girl at the register didn’t even look up for me to check out or said a word. So I walked over to the other register. Young kids working that need to learn manners.
Just wanted to note how amazing their customer service is. I booked a service online, and then received an email letting me know there wasnt actually any availability at that time. They suggested other times and locations, none of which I could manage. I resigned myself to just putting it off for a couple months, but got a call from their scheduler, who worked with me to get it set up at a time I could go.It feels rare to get that kind of customer service, and its something I truly appreciate (and that makes me want to come back for other services in the future). Kudos to their staff for being so helpful!
I absolutely love Allison Deshotel. She is the only one I trust with my injectable services (filler/botox). Allison is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and incredibly talented! I 100% recommend seeing Allison for all medical grade services!!!
Ladies save yourselves the time and go to European Wax Center, if you want to get your moneys worth. My bikini wax at Milk+Honey was beyond lousy and very frustrating to be honest. Just saying I’ll never not go to European Wax Center ever again.
My favorite spa in Austin, been going here for years now. Always to the downtown location until they opened the arboretum one which is closer to me. Gave other spas a try but milk and honey is still my top on the list!
They didn’t give me the hairdresser I requested which was bizarre, what’s the point of giving me that option when you’re just gonna change it anyway? The hairdresser I had was okay, she didn’t fully dry my hair which was weird, and then left hair ALL over me (Am I wrong to say they usually brush it off your face at least?). My haircut didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid, but I understand my hair was long and pretty thick. Honestly it feels so bougie in there and like everyone’s judging (maybe that’s the vibe they’re going for).I did love the lavender/eucalyptus hot towel though, extra star for that for sure..Also DON’T wear a white linen shirt when you get your hair cut here. I guess they don’t put a towel on you with the cape, so when your hair is wet the water drips straight through it (if you have long hair). Very embarrassing.
Beyond happy with how my hair turned out and my overall experience at milk and honey! A little pricey, but worth every penny. Justyna was my stylist - and I was blown away! She even stayed a little late to finish my hair since I ended up making a bigger change than I anticipated. Previously had been to Jose Luis salon in the domain....and I’m 10x happier with the services at this salon. I will be a customer as long as I live in Austin! Had a great trim here! Only disappointment was the shampoo they recommended for me. I let them know I have extremely oily hair and they said this shampoo wouldnt make it worse, but would give me volume. It gave me no volume and made my hair soooo much more greasy :( and it was expensive!!
Would not recommend for a pedicure. Nail polish selection is very limited. Nail tech very rude. ( Valerie)
Not thrilled. Was expecting a $55 hair cut and when I got in they said my hair was thick so I had to pay $75. I got over that because I’m willing to pay a little more for a good hair cut. However it was not a good hair cut. I wish I could attach a picture. The layers they cut are basically one big chunk of short layering and then the longest layer underneath. Nothing in between. She also cut a big chunk of short layers in the front and it looks awful. I didn’t say anything because it was already short and there was no fixing it at that point. I thought maybe when I styled it it would look okay but nope. Not the quality I was expecting for the amount I had to pay for it. Won’t be going back. If you have thick wavy hair like me I would avoid going to Dakota

My first time here. Im the kind of person who gets her hair cut maybe once a year and dont do much with it in between. Found this place online and figured Id give it a shot. Trey was so nice and listened to what I was looking for. I let him do his thing within the perameters I gave and I love it! Simple and easy to make look good without all the products and stuff. Also gave me advise on the hair problems I mentioned to him. Im hoping to go back to get some color soon. Although the shampoo (or it could have been the conditioner) left my scalpitchy the rest of the day, cant blame anyone for that...so I will be back and ask for a different shampoo/conditioner. While the person who did my hair was really nice, the cut ended up being absolutely not what I wanted. I brought in a whole page of pictures and still did not get it even after I came back to get it fixed. I paid $300 for a cut and highlight that ended up being a choppy bob instead of a sexy pixie. When I went back to my usual person to get the cut that I was supposed to have, she pointed out that the cut was nothing close to the pictures I brought, and that it was really odd that they had to go back and mix more highlight twice when my hair was already pretty short when they started it. To be honest, the color turned out ok, but I felt taken advantage of.I know $300 might not seem like a lot to some people, but I am a grad student with two kids, and do not have money like that to spare - especially when I had to go pay someone else to fix it because I was too uncomfortable to go back and try to get it fixed a second time. (When I was trying to explain what was wrong when I went back it was made to sound like I would have to pay for another cut because it was so different - but that was what I had asked for to start with!!) And the whole thing about charging an extra $20 to cut off more hair was silly. I could have just taken scissors to it before I walked in the door and avoided that charge...I had waited so long to cut off my hair while my mom went through chemo and she wanted me to keep long hair. As silly as it might sound, this was heartbreaking.I do not usually do negative reviews. But this was a lot of money that was basically wasted, and everyone Ive spoken to about it that knew about this place said they had the same kind of problems. Really disappointed.
This location is definitely not like the one downtown. The staff is not very helpful or knowledgeable about skin care. I went in to the store looking for skin care to help with my dry skin and the girl would not let me finish talking or listen to my needs. She just kept telling me that they can’t “solve” my needs. The staff downtown are SO much better! Don’t go here
Travis gave me one of the best Deep Tissue massages. He was able to alleviate my right elbow tendinitis pain. The facilities were outstanding. I enjoyed my experience
I would this place 10 stars if I could. Trey has been my color guru and teacher for the past year. I always come in knowing that I want a change, but not always knowing how to articulate this. Trey truly takes the time to really listen and when there was a minor issue, it was instantly addressed and corrected. I couldn’t be happier with this salon, their customer service, and their extremely talented stylists.
My 1st visit to a great salon, especially Jordan: a welcoming senior stylist, a true artist with color and shape. The salon is inviting and clean. Looking forward to the opening of the nearby spa!
This was the first time to use this shop .My friend made our appt. told them that my hair was red and I want to go back blonde. Well they give me Trey. I kept telling him I wanted blonde hair. My friend even told him I wanted blonde hair. He said no I would have to go dark not blonde. He could but some highlights in. He said I would need a color correction done. He said that is not what I was booked for. Well I think when you call up for an appointment for color and go from a red head to a blonde that should tell you something. Well he did it Dark and the highlight were orange. He also cut my hair nothing like I wanted. Worst hair cut I have ever had.i spoke with the manager because I so mad. She was very nice and had me come back the next day . I .went to Kystal she was a sweetheart fix my color and I am now a blonde. I would highly go back to her again. But if you want color dont go Trey. He was not very pleasant
Brook did a keratin treatment for me today. Service was excellent, the salon is pretty and clean. Scheduling was easy over the phone and everyone I’ve dealt with was polite and helpful.
Massage and body scrub were beyond amazing. Locker room was adequate. Steam showers were a mystery to get to function, but the idea was nice.
I went for a partial balayage highlights and Justyna did a great job with my hair😊 Every salon I went to freaks out as I have a long and thick hair. But Justyna handled it pretty well and she knew what she was doing. Definitely recommend this salon. Thanks Justyna 😍

This place is so uncompassiante. My friend had to do a cancellation due to a family emergency and they did not accommodate the request. We will never go there again. They charged her $80 as well.

Completely butchered my hair. Wrote a thorough review on Yelp and attached 3 pics there. I look like a combination of Lloyd Christmas, Joe Dirt and a Balding Friar Tuck. Save your money and find a real salon, or get an equally awful haircut at Super Cuts!
Friendly staff and awesome service. Only minus was that they took too long to honor an old gift card from 2021. I mean they changed the system on the back end

Do not go here, they are snobs and they will book you with whom ever they feel like. They are extremely overrated and parking it’s a nightmare. The receptionist Ignore you and if you are in the middle of a question, checking in or paying, they will pick up the phone and make you feel less than a person. Save your time, money and go to a place where you are treated with respect.
