Hes got very strong hands and found most of my pain points easily. My only small complaint is that I mentioned twice a sharp pain in my right shoulder. Time was up, and I still left with that pain. He did, however, spend a few extra minutes on my left SI/hip area, which was my other pain point upon arrival. I wish I lived in Austin, so I could become a regular client! Deep Relief is a healing gem and worth every dollar! 💎

It’s so great, I became a member here after my first pregnancy. They’ve outdone themselves during my second pregnancy as well though!Almost every therapist has been excellent (and the one that wasn’t I haven’t seen in their therapists list since). Both my father and husband have come in for different types of massages so we’ve tried almost everything available and we all have stellar reviews to leaveAmelia is forever going to be my go to for prenatal massages (and more!!). they also have all the pillows and pads for every stage of pregnancy which many places do not have and that is just exceptionally thoughtful.

Bryan was an excellent therapist and quickly relieved my back pain and stiffness that had been accumulating for a week. Hes got excellent control of his massage pressure to work out all stressful areas of your body, leaving you fully relieved and rejuvenated!

I have had many massages in my life but Louisa, owner/operator is one of a kind. The best Massage I ever had. In addition, she is very knowledgeable about many health issues. She has a degree in Chinese medicine. Lastly, several years ago I had a very serious health issue, went to five doctors, whom were baffled. With Louisa‘s help, I was able to resolve my health issue using holistic approaches.

Deep Relief Austin in Oak Hill is by far the best therapeutic, healing, and relaxing massage available in Austin. I highly recommend this clinic for everything from simple, relaxation and stress relief, to medical Massage and the kind of deep tissue work that promotes healing. Plus you can use your health savings account and insurance debit card at Deep Relief, which is not the case at a lot of other more “spa-ish” Massage clinics. Deep Relief is a true life saver!

I had an accident on the track on Sunday. After being miserable for 4 days from the injuries I booked an appointment today. I am so happy I did. Therapist begun the healing process. My legs feel much better.Place is so clean and comfortable.

Yall. Book with Clint! I struggle with some complex chronic pain issues. My Dr. actaully refered me here. I have to admit that I did nto have high hopes, as massage has always seemed like a pampering thing, not a treatment. But I am pleasantly suprised by how much better I am feeling after my massage with Clint. He took a lot of time and care and taught me alot about a lot of things I can do to manage my pain. Stormie at the front desk was so sweet and walked me through the insurance process and answered my millions of questions. Very patient and kind, and I appreciate that. (thank you). Excellent service by Whitney absolutely destroyed my back, I mean that in the most POSITIVE way possible. Professional service, cute and well kept facility. Great front desk offerings if your out of vitamins and supplements, all reputable brands. Overall very happy to have something like this nearby, definitely coming back soon.

This is a great place for self-care. I see Whitney regularly for full body deep tissue work. The added ashiatsu technique is particularly effective at working out the knots .

I have been a client for almost 3 yrs. During that time I have consistently received exceptional treatment from all of their therapists. The facility is always meticulously maintained and all equipment sanitized. The atmosphere is relaxing but medical grade. All the therapists are well trained in their fields of expertise & have consistently provided exceptional service. I also love the fact they offer PEMF! That is one device they offer that sets them apart from other clinics. I am a huge advocate for PEMF & have found it very beneficial for my symptoms. Their rates are fair and they offer reasonable benefits for their reward programs.At this time Amelia is my therapist. She is a very knowledgeable practitioner and I’ve benefited immensely from her restorative therapies.I will say there has been some turnover with therapists. I feel that is a byproduct of the post-Covid years and the transient nature of Austin. The owners of Deep Relief make it their highest priority to maintain quality therapists. I’m sure that is a difficult task but they have maintained exceptional staff throughout my membership.

I’ve been to DEEP Relief several times and seen quite a few of the different massage therapists. While a couple of my experiences may have been a lower rating, I am not one to leave a review; however, I read a recent review of my favorite therapist there and felt the need to do right by her. Out of the LMTs I’ve experienced at this location, Ari has the deepest pressure and most impactful techniques. I feel lengthened and have a better range of motion into the following days after seeing her. If I can’t tell I’ve had a massage the day before, that isn’t one I want to have. Ari has always been kind, a gentle listener, and communicated to my preference level, as sometimes I’m more chatty than others. I look forward to booking with her soon. Raymond gave best massage Ive had in a long while. Hes clean, polite...talking just enough to give information when asked and then remaining quiet so you can relax deeper. I would recommend him to anyone.

I’ve been to a lot of massage places in this city, but Deep Relief is on a whole other level. The quality of my massage always blows me away. The space is always super clean and relaxing. The massage tables are cushy, hydraulic, and high quality - like everything else here, and the therapists are true pros and have a solution for everything. Everyone who works there has years of experience, and you can tell by the quality of the service they give. Deep Relief is seriously changing the game when it comes to massage in Austin. They have excellent prices for honestly the HIGHEST quality massage youre going to find in A-Town. I feel like I should be gatekeeping, honestly, but they deserve the shoutout, for real. Great place.

Just had my first massage here…fantastic experience!!! Went in for the worst low back and shoulder pain… Jeremy was awesome! Talked me through connections and compensating but MOST importantly felt like a new person walking out! Forget other spas…try Deep Relief instead!!

Every experience Ive had at Deep Relief has been great! The therapists listen, and respond, and know what theyre doing. Ari is my go-to, as Ive seen her multiple times, and she can always find those spots I didnt even realize were a problem.Highly recommended.

I cant speak highly enough of this place. Ive seen a couple of different therapists here and their techniques are unique and genuinely so helpful and I always feel respected and cared for the moment I walk through the door. Before I started coming here I had never met a therapist who tries to work *with* my RRMS versus just trying to work the kinks it creates out, not to say Ive ever had a bad massage anywhere, but here it feels like everyone cares about their clients and craft so much and Ill sing praises about this place until the end of time.

I have been involved in sports for six decades, so there is hardly a place on my body that has not been bruised, broken or strained. I was very impressed with Whitneys innate ability to quickly read my body and its various problem points. I have had different types of massages in many countries and cultures. The massage method at Deep Relief is different from other techniques, while being very effective at relieving the pain of old injuries, in addition to being quite relaxing. I was leery of getting a sports massage in a retail strip mall, but I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I am definitely going back.

1/2/24: Im updating my previous review from November. I had rated my experience on 11/5/23 with Ari 2 stars. While that review remains, I am updating my overall rating to 4 stars due to a phenomenal, 5 star experience with Tyler at the end of December.Tyler was everything my experience with Ari was not: he was superbly attentive to my needs and body, was highly professional, came fully prepared for the session, was warm and kind to me throughout the experience, was very responsive to all of my needs and my pressure preferences, and was just absolutely 10/10 as a massage therapist. I felt massive relief and healing in my back and neck from this session. I plan on coming back to Tyler again later this month! It was truly a fantastic experience.My deepest appreciation to Louisa and the team at Deep Relief for taking ownership of the ways that my experience with Ari was not up to their standards and protocols and for offering me this credited session with Tyler to make up for that. Ill be returning to Deep Relief and Tyler in particular!***I am reviewing an 80 minute massage with Ari on Sunday, 11/5. As a whole, I had a very substandard experience. I see that the place has stellar reviews, which is why I chose to go in. Totally possible that my experience was an exception and not the rule, but I feel called to leave a review based on my poor experience.I came in with neck and back issues, and when I left, while I experienced a minor improvement, by the end of that same day, and now, one day later, I feel only a very small level of improvement and much of the pain and tightness has returned. For context, I have been getting deep tissue massages for years. I have gotten dozens and dozens of massages. And I cant remember an experience of having this minimal level of relief and improvement from one session, particularly one I paid this much for.On the particulars of the massage: Ari was pretty curt and uncommunicative throughout the experience, she was unprepared (she forgot that I had asked for cupping and remembered after she started the massage and asked if I still wanted it, then had to leave the massage to go get the materials and apply them), and she was unresponsive to my requests for deeper pressure that I explicitly expressed three times during the session. On my third request for more pressure, she somewhat rudely responded with the question on your feet? as if to resist my request for more pressure, haha. It was a bit odd and frankly frustrating. Also, when I asked if my back tightness had opened up when she appeared to move on from it, she simply responded thats all it will open up for the first session. Again, she was just curt and uncommunicative and borderline rude. I didnt feel at any point that Ari was showing a level of of care or commitment to helping me through my issues and helping me get relief for my pain and back issues.Finally, at the end of the massage, she said shed meet me out front when I was ready. When I went to the front, she was not there, and I checked out and paid for the session with the front desk receptionist. She did not show up. In my past experiences with massages, after the massage is done, therapists have usually shared brief feedback, asked in more detail how I was feeling, and generally just displayed a level of care and commitment that was totally absent here.Overall, this was an unprofessional and substandard experience, especially at this price point. I will not return to Deep Relief, and I do not recommend it based on my experience.**UPDATE:I received a very gracious call from Louisa at Deep Relief in response to my review. After speaking with Ari, Louisa did concede all the points I made in this review and profusely apologized and offered a credit to my account to make up for this session.

I rarely review, but when I receive special care- I feel a sense of public service to share. I joined Deep Relief membership because their therapists practice at a high level and care about their clients health. I just wish the location is more north and away from the craziness of the Oak Hill Y. Worth the travel, which in itself, speaks volumes.

I must say and I dont use these words very Lightly.That was one of the best massages Id ever had. I have a lot of Neck and spine issues. I also have Hardware installed in my neck and spine and Whitney was able To address my issues With great skill and precision.. Great experience highly recommend.

This was my first prenatal massage and I absolutely loved it! Tana took care of all my back pain both lower and upper. She used a gentle but effective technique. Instead of applying immense pressure to undo my knots she used different techniques she has learned in the past 35 years.I really appreciated her educating me on how to release lactic acid and showing me stretches I can do at home to help with my tight jaw and upper back. Everyone at Deep Relief is always so kind and helpful. Sarah checked me out and shared the benefits of their new Magnesium lotion which I took home.If you are looking to get a prenatal massage I highly recommend coming here. They have a full prenatal massage bed set up so you can actually lie on your stomach without hurting baby! 10/10 will be coming again:)

I came in and had a massage with Brianna - and WOW I have a very bad back - and havent had a massage in a very long, long time. She was very thorough asking what my needs were and explained what we were going to focus on - I slept terrific and realized my self care needs to be badly upgraded from just a little meditation and Netflix. I will be making DEEP RELIEF a regular place I frequent for massage and care ! I feel GREAT today! Thank you Louisa for recommending I come in! They will STEAL MONEY FROM THE CARD YOU HAVE ON FILE.!!I had a decent overall experience today. They told me I could take a Groupon for 29 dollars we spoke twice on the phone about this I brought it up multiple times before the appointment to make sure that’s what I was paying.and we discussed this when I went to pay. They literally looked at the Groupon and charged me the 29 I even left a tip. They called me 2 hours later saying they need to charge me an extra 75 because they messed up I told them that I didn’t approve of that because I made it very clear that I had the Groupon and that they even saw it. ( I was very nice when they called) When I told the OWNER I don’t approve you guys taking that out of my account she relied “we’ll see about that and hung up” she pulled money from my account after I told her not too and obviously if they can take money from my account after a mess up they had who knows what else they are taking from people.

This is by far the best deep tissue massage I have ever received in my life. Ari helped me feel like a million bucks. She hit pressure points I did not know I needed worked. I left the place feeling ready to take on the rest of the year. This is my second time getting a massage here, and both times have been great. I met with Dr. Sean, the chiropractor, he was incredibly informative and helped me understand specifically how to correct my sleeping posture to relieve constant back pain. I also met with Tana, a truly gifted massage therapist; the way she focused on pressure points to release my anxiety was honestly like a miracle. And I always look forward to regular massages with Erin - her energy is so warm & relaxed, and she’s very attentive to how much pressure is needed & where. My favorite place for massage! I first tried Deep Relief because I drove past it every day on my way home from work. After eight hours of tech neck and a stressful drive home, Deep Relief sounded like a great idea. I was right. Some massage studios offer a fancy waiting room, hot tea, chocolates, fluffy stuff to impress their clients. What really matters is the massage itself and how you feel afterwards. Tana, a gifted massage therapist, was able to loosen up my tech neck and other areas that were in need of TLC from my long days of sitting in front of the computer for hours on end. With her experience, she could feel the areas that were knotted up; I didn’t need to explain much. Deep Relief is all about results and you will definitely get results here. The massage room is very nicely appointed with low lighting, heated table, silky soft linens and a hint of music. After the first few minutes, once you are settled, there is minimal talking and relaxation takes over. If you want real results, Deep Relief delivers.

Hands down the best massage I have ever had. Erin is just amazing - intuitive, strong and such a deep understanding of human anatomy. I can not recommend her or Deep Relief enough. I had a wonderful experience at Deep Relief earlier today. It is clear that customer satisfaction is their number one priority. I felt welcome from the second I walked in and was blown away by the customer service Jenny provided throughout my entire visit. Tana was able to help relieve the discomfort between my shoulder blades along with releasing tension in my chest. I cant wait to go back and try dry needling, cupping, and ashiatsu.

I truly had the best massage Ive ever had - and Ive had a lot! Whitney was amazing. I had never tried DEEP relief at signature style and had some trepidation. But I am so glad I did try it - she was able to relieve some really tough knots I had, 9 months following an ankle break and surgery. She was also a fabulous listener when I was worried about that ankle. She also offered cupping on my feet which was new and totally relieved my planters fasciitis. Ill be back in 3 weeks!!

Not only did each person pay attention to the needs of my body but genuinely invested in helping me find relief with my back. Theyve encouraged me to try dry needling and that was also fantastic. If you want fast results, I highly recommend booking with Tana. She used a painless technique to help me overcome severe chronic pain from a pelvic injury. She’s extremely well informed and experienced. Each time I’ve seen her, I leave with valuable information about how to listen to my body. She also teaches at home strategies for self care and maintenance for in between visits. She’s the best!

I’ve gotten my fair share of deep tissue massages before coming to Deep Relief, none of them compared to the one I received from Han! She is Ashi Certified, and incredibly talented. I’ve always had chronic back pain, and never fully had a therapist reach the “pressure” that I desire. Han was able to locate all my pain points, apply just the right amount of pressure while being extremely attentive and ensuring I was comfortable throughout our session. I walked out incredibly happy to find this spot after driving by it everyday on my way home, and also happy to have found someone who was able to provide me with an immense amount of relief. Don’t waste your money on cheap franchise massages! This is the place to go for a high quality massage. I have used many of the therapist at Deep Relief — all are well trained and professional. Camille is my go to person - she is great at ashiatsu, cupping, and deep tissue massage. This place is definitely worth every penny!

I have been Blessed to enjoy spas and get massages all of the world. However, for the cost and the experience I have not reviewed any. Today is a new day. I am so impressed by the vibe and atmosphere of deep relief. Han is absolutely amazing at delivering deep tissue pressure for the full length of the time. I really enjoy there number system to make sure that you always have the perfect pressure. I have had serious pain and limited motion that was immediately reduced after one visit. I have been many times and the consistency is bar none. I recommend Deep Relief to newbie and experienced massage folks. If you have pain or just want to relax ~DEEP relief is the spot for you. Oh and if you like deep pressure Han is for you!

I visited DEEP Relief on 1/21/22 for 50 mins massage. My masseuse was Camille. The was very professional and considered all of my needs. I have chronic pain from neck and shoulder injuries. I left feeling much better! While I was there I tried cupping for the first time. It helped helped remove toxins and increase blood flow. I would recommend Camille to anyone looking for a DEEP Relief! 😂

I’ve struggled with chronic back pain since I was a teenager and massage has always been a major aid in relief for me. But I’m very picky about who I go to, I need someone who really knows the body and knows what they’re doing. I randomly stumbled on Deep Relief and saw they offered Ashiatsu, which is something I had never tried before, but I love deep tissue and not many people have been able to keep a firm enough pressure for me, so Ashiatsu is perfect for me. I booked an appointment with Camille and she exceeded my expectations. She is very knowledgeable, professional and each massage is unique to my specific needs depending on how I’m feeling that day and I feel better and better after each visit! I highly recommend!

I’ve been dealing with a lot of back and neck pain, so my husband booked me an appointment with Erin, as he had gotten a massage here before and loved it. I can see why he made me an appointment! The staff is wonderful, professional and clean! Erin is a lifesaver and an absolute delight. Deep Relief is wonderful. Starting with a very quiet pocket neighborhood in Austin, youre immediately wrapped in serenity. Ive never been a more comfortable table top in my life, and Ive received many a massage and bodywork. Heated to your preference, sheets so soft, and so cushiony. The work I receive there is relaxed, non-rushed, deep, and long-lasting relief. I felt so safe and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience over the course of several weeks. I have been struggling with muscle tension/spasms for years which has prevented or impacted daily routines. Three weeks at this location and Ive been able to workout more and have started jogging. Excellent customer care and quality service. I recommend you try the acupuncture and dry needling.

I was hurting pretty bad and need a last minute massage. I prefer deep tissue and needed good deep work. I didn’t want to waste my time and money trying at some random place getting a therapist that claims to be deep but isn’t. I decided to try this place thinking my chances of a good therapist here would be high. It was WONDERFUL, I was able to get in next day, massage was great, therapist was knowledgeable, worked all the areas I wanted. All staff was very nice and courteous, clean, quite, calm facility. I plan on returning monthly with my spouse, when my busy schedule calms down some.

I don’t even like getting massages when I’m on vacation now, because I know they will never compare to Erin’s massages 🤣One thing I would love is if they added an infrared sauna room.

Something unique about this place—their intake form includes a question about how much conversation you prefer during a massage and they have a 1-9 number system to easily communicate if the amount of pressure is too light, just right or too much.I had a good experience there. My massage therapist was excellent at finding the spots that needed some attention. I will definitely return.

I have had great massage and Ashiatsu there. Also accupunture. But today I had a sore low back and did the PEMF machine. I got up and no pain , plus I felt so relaxed and floaty. wonderful ! Also my sinuses cleared up while I was humming on the PMF bed. Easy, simple, painless! What a great thing!Love this place for ASHIATSU too!!

Removed my earlier positive review from a year ago.. there is a great chiropractor, however so much pressure and selling where they won’t just let you make your own decisions. I wasn’t comfortable doing an adjustment as I’m pregnant but came in just for a massage. Not only were they 45 minutes late- they wouldn’t let me back to start the massage until I was sat down by the chiropractor to lecture me on why I was so wrong about my decision. Was so uncomfortable and condescending. No one, especially when pregnant should be pressured to do something they don’t feel 100% good about doing.When the massage finally came, she spent almost the entire time massaging my armpits (seriously) and I had to ask specifically for her to do anything on my back and shoulders which we had discussed as the problem areas.As I was leaving, again the receptionist expected me to be sat down to talk through why it was actually a great massage and why I was wrong to be disappointed. I had to practically escape out the door after asking repeatedly to just let me pay and leave.Was so uncomfortable and a waste of a time. They need to learn to actually listen to people vs talking down to or ignoring them. I won’t be back ever and don’t recommend anyone putting themselves through that.

Absolutely recommend. Tana is AMAZING to say the least! She is a true gem to find, so knowledgeable, and even shares some tips to try at home. I cannot say enough about her and this place! I love Deep Tissue massage. The therapist have been nothing but amazing. They listen to my needs if I need deep tissue or therapeutic or dry needling and are very Covid cautious. I went around to multiple places in the Austin area before I found this one. They are great at getting me in quick if I need it or scheduling me out. I dont feel rushed when there. The bed is set to my preferences and overall the room is nice. They also have hair ties for those that feel they need one available and a nice set of bathrooms. I signed up for the reoccurring payments and get a notice when its gone thru which is also nice and works as a reminder to myself that I can go get a great massage. I also like the awareness they have of when Ashiatsu would be good and when it could be too much . Overall great atmosphere and well informed staff.

Camille has been helping my (always) sore body since she first started as a massage therapist. I train in Jiu Jitsu and the list of injuries seems to never end. What separates Camille from most massage therapists is that she is someone who genuinely cares about her clients and their body’s needs. She’s intuitive with her touch and attends to the areas that need extra focus without me even having to tell her.Louisa, the owner, is great too! She did my first 60 min dry needle session and helped ease my anxiety about my fear of needles. The session seemed to really help open up some blocked root chakra issues. It wasn’t far into the session when I realized her and I both speak a similar language when it comes to our beliefs about spirituality which made for an even better experience. It feels like home there. I can’t wait to go back regularly now that they accept HSA!

Got a 2-hr massage from Ray after going for a couple years without getting massages. I’d had back pain for weeks, to the point that I had to do something. The massage was excellent and felt sooo good, but even better is that my back pain is almost completely gone today! I seriously can’t believe it! Ray was good about checking with me on desired pressure. Room & table were very comfortable. Front desk staff was lovely too!

I am not one who frequently gets massages, but I started going to Deep Relief when I was training for an Ironman while also doing a lot of weightlifting. They have always asked for my areas of concern, listened, and shown those areas extra attention. The last two massages I have had were the best full-body massages ever.

Then, I was emailed with my appointment reminder and was allowed to fill out the new member form prior to arriving. Louisa reviewed this and had my specific requests memorized upon my arrival. She spoke with me about my problem areas and how she planned on working on it. She customized a massage for me using a mix of techniques, including deep tissue and Ashiatsu for a FULL 60 MINUTES and it was absolutely fantastic!She allowed me to rest there quietly until she realized I enjoyed talking. At that point, she conversed with me about the massage and all sorts of other things. This was the best massage Ive ever had, in addition to the best experience. I will certainly be going back and am glad my search for a masseuse is over. Do yourself a favor and just go see Louisa. You will not regret it.

I had such a great experience at Deep Relief. Louisa took time to discuss and examine my issue and was able to identify the problem quickly. She used a dry needling technique on my shoulder and neck that had been in pain for more than two weeks. I had tried almost everything to fix it before seeing her including chiropractor, Airrosti, and massage. The dry needling cured me instantly! I am going back to see her again for another issue today. The office and overall experience was incredible and I would recommend it to anyone!

Edith is amazing! I’ve been getting massages since I was 16 years old and I’m going to be turning 28 and she has a very intentional and instinctive touch. I have chronic tightness and inflammation in my body with nerve pain down my legs and in my lower back. After my massage with Edith the next day my body was able to flush out some of the inflammation and my shoulders actually felt normal for the first time in awhile. I was able to have four days of relaxation and lasting relief. She’s definitely the person to go to if you just need to hit the reset button. I recommend the longer massages so you can really relax. I also saw Luisa for dry needling and that also helped a lot! Do the dry needling prior to massage. I noticed I detoxed pretty hard, so expect to sleep deep that night and don’t plan anything afterwards. I slept for a solid 16 hours afterwards. Thanks Deep relief for making it simple to get relief! Planning on getting the membership soon.

I went into Deep Relief with lower back pain. I have never received an Ashiatsu massage before so I didn’t know what to expect. My masseuse focused on the trigger points causing pain and I was able to walk out straight and without any more pain. I definitely recommend Deep Relief.

What an amazing experience! No add ons or up-selling its all included in what they do at Deep Relief. My massage incorporated cupping, graston (scraping), topical CBD, trigger point, deep tissue and Ashiatsu. It took the whole experience to a different level, my muscles got worked from top to bottom, its hard to believe how much better I feel.Really appreciated not trying to sell me hot towels and aromatherapy. My rib went out of place early Monday morning, and I was in excruciating pain. It hurt to breathe, walk, lay down...everything caused pain. I was able to book a massage Monday night with Kate and while she didnt fix the problem, she definitely loosened up my muscles and took care of several knots. I fell asleep, and it was nice to have a break from the pain. When I was checking out, Louisa asked if I wanted to try dry needling. Mind you, it was late and they were closed, but she offered to try dry needling to see if it would give me any relief. They also guarantee results or you dont pay so I went ahead and tried it, but it didnt help me much. Louisa didnt charge me. She recommended to see Sean the following day, and I made an appt with him for after work (I teach). However, I was in so much pain that I called them at 8am the following morning and they squeezed me in at 10:30.Sean is a LIFESAVER! He took his time (about an hour) and tried different positions to help adjust my rib. When he finally was able to - WOW! I felt immediate relief and it was nice to be able to breathe again! He took his time to go over what he thought would help my muscles heal and be less sore. Thank you Deep Relief for saving me!! In case youre wondering, they all wore masks and it looks like they take all the precautions to keep you safe and healthy.

Im thrilled to have found my new go-to therapist. Louisa moved her personal schedule around to fit me in to take care of sharp pains I had in my neck. She listened carefully to my symptoms and suggested 30 min acupuncture and 30 min massage. The session was great! Im newer to acupuncture and electro stem, but she hit all the right muscles causing my pain. After getting the muscles to calm down some she started with the massage portion. It was awesome. So refreshing to get a massage that focused on the problem you came in for. Very strong pressure(at my request),incorporated ashi, asked for feedback several times. This was not a relaxing massage, this was intense work, exactly what i was looking for on this day. I walked out with much more mobility in my neck than when i walked in. Ill be back for sure for normal body maintenance and more relaxing sessions.

Fabulous! Massage was great. Another time I got accupunture with an ongoing spasm and it was resolved in one, yes one!! Session. Place is clean they even ozone the air, use healthy paint and other good stuff! I’ve never been disappointed but definitely amazed at how accupunture can fix some so quickly. Such a hidden gem. Han is amazing at ashiatsu and any sort of massage. I work out a lot so I need someone who can apply enough pressure to get my muscles loose and Han is more than capable. I always feel like I walk out of there taller then I came in because my body feels so much more aligned.

I love how she integrates Ashi into the session and really sinks into my problem spots. She proactively remembers previous sessions and uses them to evolve the next one. True story. I’ve been dealing with some serious neck issues for about 1.5 weeks. The kind of pain that keeps you up at night because you just can’t seem to find a position of sleep that allows you to be comfortable. I was deseperate. Had a few chiropractic adjustments during the week with mild relief but the pain would come back at night as soon as my head hit the pillow. Desperate, with finally having a day off (Saturday), I luckily stumbled across her profile on yelp. She was able to see me that afternoon. I decided to let her do whatever she thought would be best to treat my symptoms/issues. She decided to perform acupuncture and a deep massage. It was my first time doing acupuncture and she made the experience as comfortable as possible. I am so happy to say that that night, I finally had good rest with NO PAIN in my neck. I’m so happy I found Deep Relief and Louisa!! I’ll be back!

My shoulders were on fire with tension and i run a tight schedule. They came to my place within hours and far exceeded my expectations. The therapist was very strong and VERY thorough, she did exactly what I asked. I can now get back to my business with out the distraction of my shoulder tension. Ill be calling them from now on. Money well spent!

Tana is a great massage therapist. After every session I feel rejuvenated. She listens to your needs and customizes her technique and pressure accordingly. Must give her a try!

Louisa is amazing. She is full of knowledge and is amazing at what she does. Previously i did dry needling at a PT. They would only do one or two areas at a time, wasting my money and time. She uses a more aggressive approach, needling me face up, down, and both sides. She did more aggressive needling but the way she does it leaves you less sore. Definitely a must stop for your pain relief journey.

Wow. The session was amazing. The office is so ZEN. She is very strong and helped me so much. She does a combination of deep tissue with her hands and then uses the bar to use her feet. I felt completed IRONED. I am going to book regularly now. I slept so great. The table is so comfortable. She is very professional and constantly monitors the pressure. For sure..5 stars indeed! 🙌

I have major neck and back problems. Because of covid I waited a long time for treatment and my shoulder was like a rock. I went to 3 different massage therapist that basically said they was nothing they could do. So I came here for dry needling. Louisa melted the knot away. l could sleep for the first time in months.

Dont be afraid of the contraption!!! She will climb up and hang on, and you need to hang on because when she massages you with her feet she can go as deep as you need, she can go deeper than that but just use her simple 1-10 method and you get it right where you need it. Who would have thunk? A foot has that much finesse? Yep
