Ive been coming to Kristen at Heart & Sole massage for over a decade! She has the strongest hands in the business! She has helped me deal with so much pain over the years. Shes alsojust the best human, when I started my business over a decade ago she sat with me for coffee and gave me all the advice she could. The only place I will ever get a massage..fureverrr.

After my regular therapist of six years relocated to Florida I found myself struggling to find a high quality and effective massage therapist. Then I remembered Kristen. We traded years ago, before she began her business journey. Kristen did not disappoint! She has everything I was looking for. A genuine healer’s touch, wonderful energy, extremely effective techniques, and supreme quality bodywork. She is a true master of her craft. I have had many massages and I can confidently say she is one of the best in town. I highly recommend her!!!!!

I have been going to Kristen off and on for over 10 years. She consistently gives such in-depth deep massages, advice on self care for in between appointments, and is a great conversationalist. My body is like a big train wreck and I always feel relief after I get off her table. I absolutely love her.

A wonderful place to find relaxation and relief. Ive come in for a just because massage, Ive come in to ease migraine symptoms, Ive come in post vehicle collision as a part of treatment. No matter your reason for coming in, theyve got you covered. I leave feeling more energized with decreased tension and pain. Kristen is also the one of best humans in the world. She is compassionate and kind and knowledgeable! She listens to any concerns, like actively listens. On top of it all, shes a fantastic conversationalist if you prefer to chat on the table. Ive seen various massage therapists over the years for a low back injury and Heart & Sole is definitely the best of the best. Highly recommended! The owner Kristen is absolutely amazing and generally wants to help her clients improve from past injuries.Not only is the physical help she offers great, but she has a wealth of knowledge that she can give you for your path to recovery. Kristen really is awesome. She’s very personable and attentive. I went in because my muscles were so tight that I couldn’t sleep—the night of the massage I was out like a light. I’d give her 6 stars if I could 😄

I had shoulder surgery in May 2020 and after several months of PT I was still having pain and limited movement. Kristen identified several muscles that were knotted up and causing most of my problems. Then she expertly massaged and worked the tightness out providing me with great relief. I have been back 2 additional times and she continues to make progress towards my full range of motion. Kristen is fantastic, she has hands of gold.

Excellent service! Customer service is a big part of my job, and you can tell right when you walk into Heart and Sole that they are focused on quality customer service. Rooms were silent, and being right on 183 I was not expecting that. Kelsey did an amazing job. I have never felt more relaxed, and more important felt my back muscles relax haha. Reading the poor reviews I did not see a way those could be valid, and would chalk that up to unsatisfactory customers. What an awesome setup, and friendly staff!

My 8 yearold daughter wanted a massage so badly and most therapists wont do one since shes a child, But Nora took her and was excellent. She was very excited but nervous and Nora was was perfect with her. She made sure she was comfortable and treated her with the same respect and thoroughness that she would an adult. Wonderful Experience!!

Candace is AWESOME! She always takes the time.to focus on the areas Im having the most issues with. Her massages are intense and relaxing, her table side manner is awesome! I can not recommend her enough! Looking forward to my next appointment.

I cannot say enough great things about Heart & Sole. Ive followed Kristen and her therapists around through 4 locations over 5+ years and I will be loyal for many more. Ive gone to Kristen and Candace and they are both wonderful! Kristen can tackle any body issue you throw at her and then recommend stretches and techniques to prevent them in the future. She takes time out to really listen to your concerns and addresses them head on. Theres none of these one-size-fits-all massages at H&S! When I was going through a serious medical issue, Kristen dedicated time out of her schedule for months to work with me personally. I am forever grateful for what shes done for me!Candace has magic fingers and can work out any knot, tension or stiffness (even on areas where you didnt know you were tense). She is so accommodating and empathetic - want to talk about game of thrones for an hour? No problem, shell keep up. Want to just zone out and listen to the cricket soundtrack? Shes so quiet youll forget shes there. I suffer from the classic tech neck and I go in once a month to get it worked on by Candace. She knows exactly what to do to get me my range of motion back in my neck and shoulders. Never leave, Candace!

A good friend of mine has been begging me to see Kristen for a while now. I should have gone to her sooner! Kristen is an awesome therapist. One of the best massages Ive ever had! Try her out, you wont regret it.

The website suggests the user to look them over to determine services available. So I took the time to do that. I called and booked the appointment. I took the time to do that. Ive been sitting around Austin waiting for that appointment only to get a call saying that masseuse no longer offers that service. I also changed my evening plans around the appointment as well. She didnt attempt to reschedule or fix the situation...just sorry...oops...my bad. They were so gracious not to charge me for the cancelled appointment. Maybe they should spend less time worrying about ensuring they get paid and make sure they actually know what services they are getting paid for. UPDATE: they called back and said the person actually could do it. Wow. Sorry, already booked another place that got it right the first time at a better price and a first timer discount! (Oak Haven Massage).

Was referred here by my chiropractor Dr. Allie Goodwin and couldn’t have been more pleased with my first experience. The staff is so friendly, great atmosphere. If you’re looking for an amazing prenatal massage, Landon was amazing! I’ll def be back. Thanks!

I’m not even from Austin and I absolutely loved this place. First of all the place is very clean and the outside has an “hacienda” look. The owner was very professional and very energetic. The restrooms were clean. They honored the time of my appointment (unlike Massage Envy they made me wait almost two hours)Stephanie was amazing I’ve only had two amazing massages in my life and she was awesome. The pressure my body needed was delivered by this awesome masseuse (sp) when I got out of there I felt like the circulation was coming to all parts of my body. Not only that, but Stephanie took the time to model some excersizes I could try at home to help with muscle tension. Absolutely loved this place...wish there was something like this in the DFW area.

I am new to town and tried out Heart and Sole as they are very close to my apartment near the golf course. The staff was welcoming, the facilities are immaculate, and there are many options from Thai, to various fusion techniques, relaxation, and deep tissue. I received a deep tissue/sports massage with Nora H, who had amazing technique and surprising great pressure to help release sore muscles after an Ironman 70.3 last Sunday.Today I ran for the first time in a week, and felt great... my muscles felt limber, stretched, and relaxed. Thanks Nora and Heart and Sole Massage!

Kristen is AMAZING! I started seeing her a couple of years ago when I was having shoulder problems caused by a sports injury. Recently I realized she can work miracles for helping manage headaches. A few weeks ago I had her work her TMJ specialty magic and I Ive been headache free every since! This is HUGE considering Im used to waking up with headaches almost every day. I will definitely be going back regularly to keep those headaches at bay!

Complete waste of time. $65 for the hour then I tip $20(before message) and the looks at it and says oh no, I only do it for $40 tip ....why not just charge $100?? Even then theres about 8 other locations in the area with better ethics.

Expect efficiency at Heart and Sole along with fantastic therapeutic massages! I booked online after reading about the specialties of each masseuse. Fill out your intake info one time, get in their system and youll want to come back every month. This is my favorite place to get revived!

Online booking is the best thing ever! I love how easily/quickly I can book whenever I need relaxation or something more intensive/physically healing. The massage therapists here are amazing. Ive booked with various therapists and they are all great.

Catherine was truly an empath as her hands went to each point of pain as if she already knew with me telling her every single place. I will be going back alot more as I am able to walk a little better with more ease on the joints. She was professional as well as down to earth, She was amazing and one of the best that I have had in the past 20 years.

Kristen is amazing with injury or limitation. I highly recommend her. Knowledge level is above and beyond the rest. Will continue to drive 3.5 hrs to work with and help with any other limitations in the future

A really nice experience. The room are quiet and and the light is dim. The music is soft The tables are heated. The therapist greets you afterwards with a glass of water. I recommend Nora as a therapist.

I come here every few months to get work done for pain in my neck, shoulders and back. In a deskjob i need it and Landon is a wonder!! The whole staff is welcoming, calm and never trying to upsell anything. It’s a truly relaxing experience from the minute you set in the door.

I had a massage here recently and was very happy with everything about it. It was an excellent deep tissue massage by a therapist who really knew what she was doing, and the price wasnt bad either. Id definitely recommend it.

Ive seen Kristen, Ashley, and Ashley Marie, and all 3 are extremely good at what they do. My legs were a mess from running longer distances. Ashley Marie got me back on the trails again. I cannot thank you enough.
