Today, my wife and I got to experience the infrared sauna as well as the couples bliss massage package.To start, the building spaces were absolutely lovely. The exterior is clean and relatively secluded, giving a very peaceful feel when coming and going. The interior spaces are soothingly dim and accompanied by serene sound tracks. Every room we were in was very clean and well maintained while also exuding a calming feel.The sauna was very nice. It was perfectly sized for two people comfortably. The option to choose from quiet or listening to our choice of music or podcast was fantastic. And we enjoyed a nice sweat. The provided towls, coverings, and water were of great quality and were very much enjoyed.The best part, by far, though, was the couples bliss massage. We got to work with Cherie and Alex, who were both exceedingly kind and informative before we started. They asked our preferences for pressure, locations to focus on, scents for the aroma therapy, etc. This was our first massage experience, and we both felt very comfortable and had amazing experiences.All in all, I can not recommend Zen Blend Mind + Body Spa enough. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. If youre in need of a nice relaxing day, this is the place to come!

My husband and I got the blissful couples massage package and it was amazing! The atmosphere of this establishment relaxes you as soon as you walk in and they take their time to get to know what you want for your massage. I would highly recommend if you’re trying to find an amazing experience that will have you relaxed for the whole day!

Cannot imagine going anywhere else.I loved the vibe here from the moment I pulled up. Its located in a quiet standalone building with its own parking (which is much nicer than pulling into a crowded retail shopping center.)There is no large lobby with several clients scrolling their phones waiting to be ushered down a corridor with treatment rooms flanking either side.There is one treatment area with two tables for a couples massage option.Their signature massage includes many of the amenities that are paid add-ons at other spas. The hot stones, hot towels, heated table and aromatherapy make for a complete sensory experience.Laura gave me an excellent massage. Minimal communication to make sure that everything was to my liking. Just when I was bummed it was over she presented me with a tray of chocolates and a selection of hot tea.This spa has spoiled me for others and set a high bar.

Ive been to a couple different massage places around Austin but have never really felt the urge to go back until I found this place. So far I have received 2 prenatal massages here with 2 different Masseuses and the experience was great both times. I dont feel the need to go anywhere else and this will definitely be my go to spot.

Got a couple’s bliss massage basic package for my gf & I, and it was an amazing experience! Our two masseuses were very talented. The place is built from an old residential house, which was a cool addition to the atmosphere. Very peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Just had a couples massage with my husband and we absolutely LOVED IT! We did the couples “Bliss” massage package that included a 70 min massage with hot stones. We were lucky enough to have Cherie and Kristi as our massage therapist and they exceeded our expectations. I should also mention how accommodating they were to me being 26 weeks pregnant. Highly recommend and was a great way to finish off our trip to Austin!

My husband surprised me with a couples massage after doing research and finding this business with great reviews. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the tea and chocolate afterwards was a nice touch. The therapist who did my husband’s massage was the leader of our session and asked us both about our history with massages and preferences prior to the massage. My husband enjoyed his experience, but the massage I received wasn’t good. My massage therapist had longer nails that dug in and scratched, the preferred pressure wasn’t consistent throughout the massage, and the areas I reported having the most tension were the least worked on. I don’t mind spending the money on this experience, but based on the actual massage I received for the money spent, I was disappointed and not sure if I’d make it a priority to go back.

I recently had the Nirvana Package 70 minute massage, and it was outstanding. Nikki was my masseuse, and she was excellent. She listened carefully to what I was looking for, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The facility is clean and calming. I highly recommend Nikki and Zen Blend.

This place is the very best, and much more reasonably priced than a lot of fancy places with mediocre massages and a much less inviting environment. Plus, it’s a small family owned business which feels great to support. Highly recommend.

This was THE BEST SPA EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! I traveled to Austin to celebrate my birthday, and this was my first time at Zen! The spa is so clean, serene, peaceful, pretty, relaxing, just perfect! I did the True Peace private sauna and the True Peace massage! The sauna experience was amazing. They have all the proper clothing, water and peaceful music! The ambiance was phenomenal! The massage was everything I needed and more! The time they take to make you feel comfortable, listening to your needs, understanding what is important problem areas, is everything! The setting is so intimate and makes you feel like a valued client! I did not feel rushed and like the masseuse did the bare minimum and was so like experiences in the past!! I did not feel like I am just another customer/client! The customer experience was unmatched! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you are in Austin!

We had the couples Bliss package and it was one of the best massages we’ve had. I had Kylie and my husband had Nikki. Both took the time to ask us about trouble spots and really listened. Kylie worked out my neck knots and was careful on areas that I have pain. Both Kylie and Nikki kept checking to see how the pressure was. Very relaxing massage and worth the price. The chocolate and tea at the end was a nice touch. If we ever come back to visit Austin we will come here again!

I went as part of a couples massage that included delicious (instant) tea and a small assortment of chocolates at the end. The aromatherapy was very light/subtle. The ambience was nice and relaxing, but occasionally interrupted by the frequent opening of the front or back doors which let in a lot of light. The masseuses were excellent and very receptive. Overall, 4/5 for the price.

My partner and I got a couple’s massage at Zen and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish. We were treated with respect and asked how we wanted our massages to go, what pressure we liked, etc. The service itself was phenomenal and the attention to detail was next level. Loved the dark, intimate atmosphere of the facility. My husband and I enjoyed our 1st visit so much that I was back for a second massage just a couple of weeks later. Came here for a 70 min couples massage with infrared sauna. Seriously the best massage I’ve had in my life, and I’ve had a lot of massages. My husband said the same. The techniques of the massage therapists were like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. The hot stones and hot towels were so relaxing and the environment felt so peaceful. I will definitely be coming back again, and would love to do a 90 minute massage next time. I’m also going to recommend them to all my friends, because they were just that AMAZING!

We did the infrared sauna and aromatherapy massage - I don’t think I have ever felt such a feeling of calmness such as this. I would recommend this place again and again. Would definitely come back.

My boyfriend and I went here for a couples massage and it was amazing. We saw Cherie and Rachel and the massage was so relaxing from start to finish. Our massage bed was heated which kept us cozy and warm throughout the duration of our appointment. Both girls recognised our problem areas and were careful in navigating them to keep us relaxed the entire time. The ambiance was unmatched. Would recommend sunglasses for afterwords if you go during the day because it is very dark inside to keep the mood super zen. I even fell asleep for a few minutes which has never happened to me during a massage before. We are from out of town but will definitely be back again and definitely recommend!

Ive been visiting this business for years now and highly recommend Zen Blend! You are immediately relaxed when entering the space, with the low lighting and aromatherapy diffusers pumping calming scents into the air. The Bliss package is my go to. Ive had multiple therapists and have always been a happy customer. Rooms are immaculate, and therapies are excellent! The owners are such a lovely couple and they have really created something special here.

The sauna had our bodies completely relaxed for our massage. My husband had Amanda, who he said was awesome! His snoring not even halfway through let me know he was enjoying it. Haha. I had Kristi and this was honestly the best massage I’ve had. She worked out a lot of knots and even some problem areas I didn’t know I had. The lemongrass gave me the best vibes, and the hot stones were spectacular. I could go on and on and on. GO. You won’t regret it.

We got a couples massage gift certificate from our children a year ago and just got around to using it! Why did we wait? This was an awesome experience from the time we booked. They communicate via text and email and give very good Covid instructions. We had our temps taken when we walked in. Annette and Amanda were the ultimate professionals in getting us prepped. It was a wonderful 70 minutes! We had hot stones, aromatherapy and all the enlightenment extras! I highly recommend and my husband (whod never had a massage before) now wants to schedule one again...soon! This place is amazing! We will be returning! I am torn on my experience here. The Slaughter location is clearly a residential home turned business and honestly, that did make me uncomfortable being alone. The staff and interior are very professional and pleasant. The sauna was nice and my massage was pleasant. But my package listed a tea and chocolate time and that was just being handed a few Lindor candies and a tea bag in a to-go cup as I paid.Maybe I may try again but unsure

We had a sauna/couples massage for our anniversary and this place is top notch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The infrared sauna experience was secluded and peaceful. The massage (we had Amber and Nikki) was well explained beforehand and high quality. The chocolates and tea (to-go for COVID safety) was a wonderful touch after the experience. Ample parking as well. We will be back!

Our first time here and really loved the entire experience. Our couples massage felt amazing and so relaxing. They were very attentive to pressure, our pain points, and making us comfortable. The place itself is low lit, smells amazing, so zen and relaxing. I also loved how you can text them to book an appointment and they were SO fast to respond!

Recently, I tried this place out and was not disappointed. Im a very ticklish individual, and Cherie did an amazing job massaging the ticklish points without triggering my ticklishness. They also have this face mask they put on when u turn to lay on ur back that helps open up ur sinuses again. I thought that was a lovely touch that I hadnt experienced before. I will be back the next time Im in town.

The place is relatively small and cozy. The ambience is relaxing. The good part about being a small place is that the service always had a personal touch to it. I was there with my girlfriend and we started off with a sauna. A 70 minute massage followed that. We never felt rushed and were given our own sweet time before and after the massage. The massage itself was of good quality. I personally prefer something like a Thai massage more, but this wasnt disappointing either. It was less intense and physical than a Thai massage, but was more relaxing. At the end of the day, my mind was more relaxed, but I couldve done with a slightly more intense massage. The masseuse was professional and sweet. She took care of the spots I was more keen on getting massaged and Ill surely visit again.

This is our favorite massage place. The women are really nice and we are always refreshed and relaxed when we leave. My wife and I have had the Couples Bliss sauna and massage treatment three times now and have had a wonderful experience every time.The last two times we have come here, Cherie and Amber have given our massages. Both are very attentive to our specific needs and provide wonderful service.Coming here is one of our favorite escapes from our busy lives in Houston.

I absolutely LOVE Zen Blend Mind + Body Spa. Ive used them several times and tried out most of their servicves, including the hot stone massage, infrared sauna, and float tank. I usually book my massages with Amber, who is great and has strong hands. She doesnt talk your ear off while giving you the massage (Ive had a lot of massages and trust me - it has happened before), makes you feel comfy and puts you at ease. I enjoy all of their services and recommend them to all of my friends.Brian, the owner, is excellent too. After your massage, you can usually talk to him and he gathers feedback on how everything went (a smart entrepreneur), and not for one second did I feel rushed. They give you the entire place to yourself when you book your service, so you get private attention and as mentioned previously, you are never rushed (unlike other big chains).Love this place and the ownership! Keep doing what you are doing!

My first experience with Zen Blend was 4 or 5 years ago with my wife for a couples massage and it was actually my first massage experience ever. In a way, it kind of ruined me for massages everywhere else because my wife and I regularly get massages when we go on vacation and they just never compare. I go back to Zen Blend every couple/few months with my wife & theyve really perfected the entire massage experience. The ambiance relaxes you from the second you walk in the door, their massages are tailored perfectly based on a nice little chat with who youre there to see, the massage tables are cozy and comfortable (definitely the most comfy Ive been on), they offer you chocolates/hot tea/wine after your massage, the people are super nice, and they somehow just seem to pick up on all these little things to round out the experience.

My boyfriend set up a couples massage as a birthday treat - our first time here, and his first time at a spa. We both really enjoyed the experience; he was very impressed and is already talking about going back. We had Natina and Kristi, and were both really happy with the work they did on us; they listened to our specific needs and wants, and delivered. The environment is calming and nicely private, and there are plenty of nice little touches that make it a really pleasant experience. The sauna session before the massage was a smart way to start the experience; the massage includes hot stone work and aromatherapy. I liked that the package included these things, instead of having to add them on and pay extra. We looked at several spas when trying to decide where to go, and this was easily the best and most interesting option for a couples experience, especially if one or both if you isnt really into the expensive facials and body wraps that other spa packages charge a lot of money for. This was a good value and a great experience; well definitely be back. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were in Austin for the weekend and wanted to relax with a massage. We chose Zend Blend because of the great reviews and it did not disappoint! They followed all the protocols to keep everyone safe in this weird time, but we still had an enjoyable experience. Loved this place... This was my first time ever going to a spa so I didnt know what to expect. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the staff makes it a whole experience. We went for the infrared sauna and decided to add massages. After the sauna you feel refreshed and lighter. They also give you these mint scented towels to wipe down before your messages. The staff explains every step in detail and ask questions which helps you to feel super comfortable/relaxed. Ive already started to recommend this place to others.

Great space! Calm, inviting. Received a lovely massage from Annette--tiny but packs a punch! She was more than capable of working out some of my trouble spots in my back. She checked in just often enough to see if I needed any adjustments.The staff are all wonderfully interesting, too. I have been here several times, and it is always a wonderful experience! Its so cozy and tranquil. The infrared sauna is one of my favorite things, and Im always completely zen after my massage appointments (I suggest getting whatever add-ons you can- they take your massage to the next level!). Cant recommend this spa enough!

I shopped around and the couples massage was longer (and a bit cheaper!) than anywhere else in town, and we couldnt have been more relaxed. The therapists are professional and respectful, the place WAS very zen, and wed love to go back.

My wife and I did the infrared sauna and got a couples massage and it was incredible from the minute we walked in the door. Such a relaxing and clean space. Superb ambience and lighting, Amber and Cherie were incredible and focused on our needed areas on top of the full body massage, we both feel amazing. This was our 2nd time there and we will definitely not be waiting as long to go again.

Amazing ambiance! Had a couple’s massage deluxe and I would highly recommend it. I felt relaxed and comfortable the moment I stepped in. My partner and I each had a therapist at the intensity level that was comfortable. I suffer from a lot of muscle fatigue and ache and it was just what I needed.

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and have been all over Austin trying prenatal massages the last couple weeks. Kristi at zen blend is hands down the best. She focused on the areas I really needed help with and is a miracle worker. This is the first place I’ve been to with a pregnancy pillow you can put your belly in and lay on your front. That made a big difference for my back because some side laying wasn’t cutting it. The hot rocks, atmosphere, tea and chocolates were bonuses. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I received a couples massage from there. The moment we walked into the building, the setting was perfect. Everything was set up so that the entire experience was relaxing. We first sat down and drank water and talked. Then we proceeded to go into our room for the massage. They were both very attentive to our needs and pressure. The massages were so incredible, I think we both fell asleep at a point. They massage you from your scalp to your feet, as long as youre comfortable with it. After the massages, we were both invited to have tea and chocolate. The whole experience was very pleasant. Thank you Kylee and Natina for starting our honeymoon off right.

Theres no reason not to love it. The facility is clean, quiet and relaxing. Ive never gotten a bad massage here. The staff is all polite and attentive to clients. Then there is the tea or wine and chocolates they serve after the massage as you ease your way back into the real world.

My experience was wonderful from the booking to the moment I walked out of the door. Booking the appointment was super easy and they were very thorough. Waivers and paperwork could all be done online before arrival. My therapist Natina was absolutely divine! She listened to my needs and I could feel the healing through her hands!

This is not just the best spa in Austin, but the best I’ve ever been to in Texas. I’ve been seeing Amber for a year and a half and she’s single handedly helped my hip pain and joint problems disappear.
