Its wild and its incredible considering the shoes he was wearing.I love talking to Zach and Zero, as I know them best, but everyone there wants to make sure youre taken care of. Ive known Zero since the first store. Theyre all knowledgeable as hell, entertaining, and chill as a polar bear in an ice storm.Most of the time, theres not a crowd all at once, so you can talk, a bit;Haha, you dont meet unique, amazing people to take care of you most of the time, but as someone who had a stem cell transplant and chronic pain, they didnt hesitate to help me with delta 9 or anything that might ease the pain and gave me a great discount.Do yourself a favor, make this your spot. The pics are so you know Im real. This place and the people there always take care of me. Theyll take care of you too, guaranteed.

This is my go-to neighborhood place :) Always has a good variety of vapes - both disposable and with battery/chargeable). Have better (or at least equal) prices of other places Ive been to. Staff is always super friendly and helpful!

So glad we stumbled upon this place. The selection was huge they have everything even bath bombs. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us find exactly what we wanted. We will definitely return. Also they run a sale on Sunday’s. Go check them out so worth it.

Been to dozens of vape shops and I have had the best experiences here! If you have questions about your tank/coils the employees here really know their stuff and can inform you about what you need to get the most out of your vape. I love this shop, the guy who helped me this morning was amazing with the knowledge and so kind. Last time I went someone else helped me and I had a great experience with him too. This is a solid smoke shop. They have 3 locations. This one, Westgate, and the other South 1st. Sign up for their points system, the rewards are worth it. If you do that and come on days when they run specials, its one of the cheapest places around. Ive always had positive experiences with the staff. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Corey is my go-to, especially on Sundays when they run their BOGO half off special. Not only does she remember my order but she remembers the little stuff we talk about, too. Coming in each week is a chance to catch up, not just restock. The store has a good selection, and anything they dont have, one of their other stores nearby will have. 10/10 recommend.

I’m sad they closed the location by my house, but I’ll go out of my way to still shop here. Friendly employees, great selection, good deals and discounts through their rewards program.

Ive been coming to Austin Vape and smoke for supplies the last couple of years, but was really disappointed last week when picking up some batteries sold as another brand. The clerk quickly agreed when I asked if the green batteries ($14!) were Samsung or LG - Yep, those are LG, so higher quality!.Come to notice a few days later the batteries had a 3.7V sticker starting to peel, covering the manufacturer imprint--which was actually Murata / Sony ($4 online). I didnt want to drive all the way back to the store from Bee Cave, so I figured Id see how they fared.A week later theyre already draining in nearly half the time of the 6 month old HΩLIFE 2500mah battery Im still using in a Vaporesso SWAG II, new coils, @ 48W. Need to know your product, and/or not gouge so deeply. $14 for a $4 sub-par is just unconscionable.

Feel as if when I first went back in march I ranted and raved about not just quality of product and availability but the staff was truly informative and intelligent not to mention super friendly. My last few times going in I felt as if I was being robbed and the staff seemed to only care about what the clock said/ how fast they could lock up. I don’t like being a complainer, but I am quite disappointed.

Ive spent a few hundred bucks here, and plan to spend a few more. I dont even always enjoy the products, but thats more because Im not used to having such a variety of futuristic recreational utensils. Im trying new stuff and learning, and the staff here is very helpful with that. I made another purchase today thats absolutely rockin! Google is asking me to tell you what I bought, but Im choosing discretion. The clerk, Isaiah/Izzy has helped me a few times and is a perfect fit for the job, I have had encounters with other employees there, the lady is nice and makes me smile. The bags they use are nice and discreet, as you can see in my pictures

I have been in this store a few times. I recently went in and the lady with a nose ring (blonde or white hair I think), was shorter was absolutely RUDE! I approached her about how my two batteries had broken. I was not looking for a handout. I couldnt even get out what i wanted to ask. I was going to ask if they could fix or it or ADVICE on how to prevent this in the future. I already had in my mind that i was going to purchase more from this store as it is conveniently located. I approached the counter and got out...hi, i was here a few months ago and she cut me off - put both arms in the air and said, ALL SALES ARE FINAL I said, that is fine, i understand that but do you offer a service to fix them if i pay for it? ALL SALES ARE FINAL she says again. and then looks behind me to help someone else. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! My friend and i will NEVER go here again. I immediately called my friend, and we refuse to ever walk into this establishment again. I yelled back, great customer service! She could have easily said - Oh no, i am so sorry that happened. unfortunately we dont actually make these, but if you want to google the company who does they might be able to help you further. I do suggest not putting them in your pocket or making sure you turn them off when you are finished etc. But to just be so short and rude was uncalled for. That girl needs to learn something about customer service! Austin is a huge city, so your business im sure will survive. But just know at least 2 people wont ever come back.

Super cool people :) The owner seems like a good human inside and out and the staff most definitely as well! They carry a selection of local artists stuff and theyve always given thoughtful customer service too. So Id definitely recommend em especially if youre looking for the cleaner Cap City clean! btw, best cleaner of the two. Cant remember what tha others called but well just say pinks my best! But you could be cleaning something totally different than me.

We went here for pet CBDs for a friends dog that has cancer. They had an edible snack version but I think the oil alone would be a better option since sick pets can have dietary restrictions. Staffers were awesome, overall store selection was massive. Very competitive pricing.

This place is awesome. Ive been here a couple of times in the past to buy glass, but tonight I went in for my first e-cig vape. Tanner was extremely friendly and helpful and gave me a great deal to fit my poorly planned impulse budget. I couldnt be happier with the setup and am super impressed by the customer service. I wish more stores were like this. Ill definitely keep coming back.

Ive been in maybe a dozen times and he knows what I want (mint Juuls, you know who I am lol) and is always super friendly. The lady, I think shes the owner, is also great and gave me some super tips on charging my Juul. Awesome experience all around!

Pretty cool little shop. They have more than your standard corporate seeming vape shop.. not just flavors and different varieties of vapes.. if this were on your path and you needed something to use to vape, or smoke you could probably find something to cover all the bases here. Friendly counter help and laid back atmosphere. Selection isnt huge but neither is the store so the most basic of the laws of physics applies here. I could surely tell someone much worse places to shop but I gave this one 4 stars because theyve got soul and their heart is in it.

I’ve been using this company for awhile, although I’m new to this location. The guys are just as friendly as the west gate location peeps! I like that they have a LOT of both smoke AND vape products, hence the name 😃 They use many local products, and are always up to date on the legislation surrounding products such as those containing CBD.

I used to live off of East Riverside, and had settled for Create A Cig on Oltorf simply for the convenience of location, due to a busy work schedule and not a lot of spare time to wait in traffic to commute to somewhere further away. After being disappointed repeatedly with the quality of service and quality of their house juices, I discovered Austin Vape and Smoke when I moved back into my old hood, and havent even glanced over my shoulder since!I love the customer service --relaxed, knowledgeable, and friendly, like Austin was about ten years ago. It pains me to no end to enter any sort of storefront where you instantly are made to not feel cool enough to be there. This place is exactly the opposite; it makes me feel like the coolest kid in school, and the atmospere is very comfortable. I have even had Kemal open the door for me before! This place houses the kind of approach that I hope to see as the future face of retail, and you the customer do not pay arms and legs for the experience! Everything I have purchased here is of a competitive price, especially considering the immediately obvious quality of their juices (which they make! Yay!). I almost feel like I stole it, it is that good. Great flavors that do not taste cheap, and retain their original marvellousness long after opening the bottle. Who could ask for more?Let me tell you something, folks -- most of the time, in life, you get what you pay for. Sure, ordering online is convenient, and typically a couple dollars less than the same item off of a shelf. Sometimes, necessities or empty wallets knock, and one is driven to the impersonable. But the Internet can never replace the lovely sights, smells, and interactions one experiences in real life, nor the ability to sample for oneself before buying. There is also the immediate gratification of leaving your home and returning with what you want, without having to wait on the post. Just want to thank Hayden for all the help he gave today and a special thanks for wrapping very well with bubble wrap. If not for that bubble wrap, my husbands glass piece would be completely shattered Im sure, as I set it down once I got in the house and my sweet kitty cat sassy, bless her, got her head stuck in the handle of the bag and tore off throughout the house flinging everything, piece-by-piece, out of the bag. I found one piece at one end of the house and another at the other end. I am still unable to find all of the screens that were in there lol. Thanks again.

I havent been to a vape shop in about a year, but was considering switching back to vape from cigarettes for a while. I dug out my old Kangertech starter kit and brought it in to these guys to see what was up. Izzy was enthusiastic about helping me get back up and running and I let him take the lead in the operation. He looked at my setup and confirmed that everything was in working order, but he suggested a new coil, which i was expecting after it having sat in old juice for nearly a year. He then patiently let me try tank after tank of flavors to narrow down what I thought would keep me vaping instead of giving up back to tobacco. Once I had decided on a flavor, he then took the time to disassemble and clean my tank, then install the new coil. He filled it up with the new juice and got me ready to go. The entire time I didnt feel intimidated by my lack of knowledge or experience and that - in my opinion - was the best thing about my trip here. Definitely coming back here.Also, Beth was very fun, the conversation back and forth did very well to set me at ease with the crew here. Her and Izzy made me feel very welcome in this wonderful little shop.

Visiting from Atlanta, spent a long day tubing down the river and the water zapped my battery. Rather tired and spent, I went down to shop 1 at 4200 S 1st. B.T., the cute girl with patches on her jeans, immediately set me straight with a replacement...super efficient and solid on the spot. High fives were given. If I lived in Austin, this would be my go-to place.

Great place for one stop shop vape supplies and accessories. Friendly & helpful service...I particularly go for Prof Whytes Kratum, the purest and most effective Ive found. Prof Whyte is THE authority on the subject and someone I trust. The glass selection is awesome and an impressive emphasis on local artists.

Me and my friend are from out of town we was in Austin for a day and wanted to go to a vape shop before going home and we decided this one and glad we did the lady that was working there we didn’t catch her name but she was pregnant and she was just completely awesome and helpful and very nice and patient bc my friend was buying a vape and they got a good selection of mods and plenty of Juices to choose from I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back whenever we are in Austin.

Small little vape shop. They had two younger men working when we went. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us options. Workers KNOW their products, it seems. Its small, but they have a variety of everything. They have mostly vapes, but some pipes also, and a few water bongs.The men were nice, and sold us a good vape. It was abit more pricey then usual. But not over the top.

I only really like to visit this one cause they dont seem to have that I work at a vape store and am better then you attitude just hes new and havent had a chance to haze him and break him in like the other guy ;).

Came in at 9:30 PM tonight because I had shattered the tank on my vape (long story that involved a bottle of rum, the rum is fine, so not to worry) and was in desperate need of a new one. I started vaping 16 days ago after almost 30 years of smoking 2 packs a day and havent had a cigarette in that time. I really NEEDED the tank replaced. I am an awful person, who is terrible with names, but the young woman working tonight searched through everything to find a tank that was the right size. She persisted where most people would have given up and said Sorry, cant help you. SHE WAS AMAZING! I just thought you should know.

They have a nice selection but dont carry some of the newer mods. Their crate and prices are a bit high but they offer quality products.

This was my first time buying an e-cig. I contemplated just purchasing one online, but decided talking to an experienced person would be best considering I knew nothing about vaping. I live close to create a cig on riverside, but after reading reviews, I was concerned about customer service so I looked for another place. Thats when I stumbled on Austin Vape and Smoke. They werent too far away so I decided to give them a shot and they did not disappoint. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He seemed to WANT to help me. I told him what I was looking for and my budget and he set me right up with the perfect vape pen for me. After that, I was allowed to sample juice flavors and choose what I wanted. Austin Vape and Smoke provided excellent customer service and affordable pricing. I highly recommend this shop whether youre experienced or new to vaping. Bravo. I will be returning for future business.

I visited this business looking for RDA supplies and didnt find what I was searching for. It was a nice little shop, but they didnt have the 24ga. kanthal wire and Japanese cotton squares that I was looking for. They did have Clapton (wrapped) wire, but not in the gauge that I was looking for.

One of my favorite vape/headshops in town since moving back from Northern California. Good premium juices, especially their House Premium brand Prof. Whytes. The Chicken and Waffles is pretty beast as is the Monkeys Milk.They also have a badass selection of glass pipes and rigs for herbs and herbal oils with very reasonable prices.
