I went in to get a disposable vape, and when the lady behind the counter asked me which flavor, I mentioned that my partner likes a particular flavor. She immediately took a very hostile attitude and told me that since I said that, she has to assume that I was going to buy it for someone else. I assured her I wasnt, and told her I would unwrap it and use it in the store, in front of her, but that wasnt enough. I asked if I could buy something else, but she would not sell me anything, essentially just kicking me out of the store.Extremely dissapointing experience from what used to be my go to store in the neighborhood. I will be avoiding this place from now on.

I came in to see if I could exchange unopened vapes and was met with attitude from the girl working that counter. No explication of what the exchange or return policy was, just dismissive and snarky. Everyone else that works there has been great.

The person behind the counter was very knowledgeable about vapes and was very kind when it came to finding something that fit my budget and needs. The store is very clean with all of the products and deals clearly labeled. Would come back again.

Been going to this place since it first opened its doors. While the people working there have changed over the years, the stores vibe has stayed the same. The workers were very helpful when it was time for me to pick a new flavor/brand because of issues they were having with one of their distributers. Love my vanilla flavor but very picky about it. Edit: I would like to add, because I am so very bad with names I only remembered her name recently, that Ash is always so bubbly when you walk into the store. No matter what kind of day she is having she is there to try and make your day better. I would also like to shout out the other female that was working with the Ash the last time I was in there, but I dont remember her name. I know the guys that work here as well are awesome, but I rarely seem them or deal with em. Great place overall for your vaping needs. You should check them out

Cody is patience!!!! I came in as i usually do for a quick purchase. Karen decided to bargain for 15 minutes then proceeded to bargain some more. Then she opened everything she just bargained for to make sure it worked. Cody lost nothing in customer service. I on the other hand lost my patience with her. When she was done he thanked her and moved on to the rest of us waiting.

This shop is fairly solid in terms of B&M vape shops. A fantastic selection of starting points in terms of PVs as well as a few passable rebuildables. Prices are comparable if not better than most other brick and mortar shops and the juice selection is fairly large. The true star of the show for me was Collin who happily welcomed me and immediately assisted me upon my arrival. He answered my questions with short and sweet answers and provided good suggestions both in terms of juices and devices. Thank you very much Collin for the help and although peppery the Skadi in 48mg/ml is exactly what I needed yesterday to get both my flavor and nic fixEdit: Worth noting the shop contrary to the typical planet K vibe you may expect upon entering a smoke shop was very clean, very well lit with products displayed well in crystal clear display cases

First 2 times coming here had a great experience, customer service was top notch. Was sad to visit this location today and want to say I was in the store for 5mins. There was ONE other customer, whom it seemed had been there for a minute, discussing things and such, cool, not a problem..but what made me make this sadder review is that I wasnt once acknowledged or hey, I see ya there, just a few moments......

Easily my favorite vape shop in Austin. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Their customer service is absolute God tier! Ive never had a bad experience at this shop. They wont recommend you a product they wouldnt use, and they wont try to sell you the most expensive items in their store. They take the time to get to know you, and will recommend what they think is best for you, not what will pull the highest profit for the store. 11 out of a possible 5. I dont know why youd go anywhere else.

Just went here for my first time. They have a huge selection! They helped me out with a flavorless juice so that I can add just a touch of flavors to it so that its not overpowering. Great shop and nice employees. Will definitely be revisiting here.

First off, I love that this business stays open so late since Im usually off at 9 PM. Secondly, all the staff (especially Roel!) are super knowledgeable and eager to help, not to mention fun to just talk with. They have excellent selection, and are always willing to help with any questions whether youre am experienced vaper or just starting out, plus they have sales going on **all the time**, so be sure to ask whats on special for the day, or stop in on the weekends for some baller deals! I cannot recommend this place enough, and Im proud to call this place my home store.

I’ve never had a bad experience until yesterday. Needed a replacement part for my vaporizer, but I couldn’t recall which size I needed since I have several. The guy who approached me had zero tolerance for my confusion and displayed no patience or desire in showing me what he had in store. He actually walked away from me and went into the back. However, another guy was quick to jump in and try to save face. It’s a shame because I was ready to drop $$$ for a new setup.

Military Man has zero people skills, always hope I wont get him. When I do, he has a way of always talking down to me, and making me feel dumb. The store itself never restocks in a timely manner. Often have to change juice and flavor, because previous one is out of stock. Time to start looking for new store!

Came here the other night with my fiancé. He spends 200+ dollars a week here and always gets treated bad by customer service. Not worth your time at all. You can get way better service by stores here on Manchac. Not all employees are bad there is a couple that are rude.I come here just as much and they have always given me problems when I have been coming here for 5 + years. Some of the employees are just really rude.

This facility is understaffed and way overpriced. I see that some people have given this store a perfect 5 star. It seems that these consumers have not shopped around. I can honestly say that the e- juice i have bought from them house blend has been water down. I greatly urge people to try CIGGY SHACK! My buddy and I are from Houston and we came up to visit family. Ran out of juice and found this place on google. Customer service was outstanding! Staff was energetic and very knowledgeable. Atmosphere was great! Definitely will return when my buddy and I come back to visit family.

Just a casual social smoker, but I really wanted to quit cigarettes entirely. I did feel a little intimidated by going into a vape shop not knowing anything, but Xander approached me right away and was super friendly. I explained I was looking for something simple and minimalist and he explained the different options for those very thoroughly, and even went on to explain a few slightly more advanced set ups I was curious about. The whole process was very easy and Xander was very patient and kind about my indecisiveness and never ending questions. I was extremely impressed with the customer service here. I later recommended this place to my roommate as she is wanting to quit cigarettes as well. Apparently she’d already heard really awesome things about this place from a friend! Will definitely be coming back.

Could never say enough good things about all the people that work here. Always happy to take to time to explain what ever it is you want to know. And their product, be it house fluid or otherwise just cant be beat. Even when I lived in Cedar Park for a year I still made the trip once a week just to come here. Yall are just awesome.

This is the first time Ive had such a terrible experience here this is usually my favourite vape shop but today......Not only was I sold the vape I didnt ask for, it required a battery, which I was unaware of until I got home. When I called them about it the girl said she assumed I had a battery because SHE thought I asked for a different model. I asked if I could at least return and a get a battery since I didnt ask for the specific vape, her overly unconcerned tone said sorry we close in 5 minutes. Over 70$ gone for something I cant even use.

I am fairly new to vaping and I’ve been experimenting with different devices. I’ve been going to a shop close to my house. But the prices were extremely high. So I started looking for somewhere else to go. I went to flawless and they had literally zero stock on hand on basically everything. I am not even exaggerating. It was basically an empty store with empty cases. They did have quite a bit of juice but that’s about it. That’s when I decided to give the next shop on my route a go. It was create a cig. I walked in and was welcomed right away and there was tons on inventory for me to feast my eyes on. Roel Asked me how he could help me today. I told him I was looking for something as a next step in my vaping device journey. He showed me a couple different options that he felt would work for me and he took the time to show me the pros and cons of each. It was nice dealing with someone who seemed to genuinely care about my satisfaction. Thanks to my experience I will now travel the additional 20 mins for this shop. Also noticed the prices were not marked up 150% they were just slightly higher than online. But it ain’t free to run a shop so that is to be expected. Thanks again to Roel for taking the time with me. I truly appreciate so much.

My favorite vape shop for many years! I dont live in Austin anymore so I stock up when Im in town. Fantastic customer service (unlike some other vape shops Ive been into) always happens and I find great deals here.

Im a 56 year old newbie to vaping but a cigar smoker for more than 20 years and, before that, cigarettes since the age of thirteen. I went to this shop not knowing much except for what little I could make sense out of YouTube videos. Obviously I was a bit anxious walking in and seeing all the cool electronic gizmos artfully laid out in bright glass cases. Even though the shop was busy (a good sign) someone took the time to immediately acknowledge me and less than three minutes before Sheldon came over to help me get started. I briefly explained my goal and my budget. In no time I had a complete starter kit that I felt suited me well and was under my budget. Since then I have dropped by at least twice a week as I learn more and explore new horizons. Every visit has been as pleasant as the first and every staff member has been very helpful and has always taken as long as needed to make sure my time is not wasted. This shop is usually busy with customers of all ages. I can honestly say that after over a dozen visits Ive never seen a customer leave due to waiting or dissatisfaction. Ive had occasion to visit a few other vape shops when CreateACig did not have what I was looking for but I always come here first and its only rare that I have to go anywhere else.Prices are higher than online shops but reasonable when you figure in shipping and the value added by having the one on one experience of shopping locally with people that know you personally.

I had been going to this shop for 2 years.... yesterday I bought some juice and a coil.The coil was defective.... It took me about 5 minutes to realize that...I walked backed in and they replaced it.... then they told me Smok coils are recently defective, they gave me a different coil .... which would have been great...except it too was defective.... leaking all over the place.... like ruining my cloathes!!Yeah sometimes manufacturers get things wrong....Your local small biz you support vs online shouldnt be selling KNOWN failed products deliberately!!!!2 year customer. Ill never support the storeagain!Thankfully.... O wait theres a pleathera of ppl Id rather give my biz too!

Several years ago I was a regular at the store on Oltorf. I had found a ecig juice I absolutely loved. Then one day something changed, the flavor was way off and they were never able to recreate the flavor I loved so much. I began using all about vapor but it was super out of my way so I ended up taking a hiatus from vaping and only recently decided to take it up again so I could stop smoking cigarettes. I went back to AAV and it seems they changed their house flavors a bit so I settled on an oil and went on my way. Well, today I ended up dropping my tried and true pen battery and she stopped working. Being in South Austin and near the William Cannon store I decided to give CAC another go. Im glad I did. Not only was I able to replace my battery with a comparable one, the employee that helped me (I wish I had gotten his name...) was awesomesauce! I told him of my issue at the Oltorf store and lo he was able to perfectly recreate the house flavor I love so much! (Snow White, green apple and caramel) Im sad to hear they plan to stop house blends in November but so glad I get to have a few more months with this fantastic oil! Thank you for being there! Great shop and tremendously helpful staff!

I went in for some more northern lights, got some and it was great but, I also got recommended a liquid called almond joyish and it is by far better than any of the other liquids I have tried in the store. Been vaping for 4+ years now and i’ve been to many vape shops in that time, you name it, ive been there! Create a cig is probably one of my favorite vape shops. They have a pretty big selection of premium juices. The hardware is always on point. I love their flash sales and their daily deals. The staff is really nice, inviting, and informative. I usually travel out north and south to go to some of my favorite vape shops but I live less than 5 mins away from this location and it’s awesome if i need something local and quick.These guys are really great. Up until 2 nights ago I was very happy with my experiences with this create a cig shop. Went in to get two simple things and the employee, (who by the way was doing nothing) did all he could to not help me as well as metaphorically push me out of the store.

I came into the store, fresh noobie at vapin trying to get of cigs and the team at this location totally hooked me up and took care of me! Ned was incredibly helpful. An absolute well of knowledge about the different options. I walked in looking for something cheap, I was given what I asked for. Then advocated about options. I ended up asking about CBD that Ive never tried. I needed to buy a new pen and he explained perfectly as to WHY I needed it. Still didnt have to spend an arm and a leg getting set up. So I left with an inexpensive peice that is better than what I walked in looking for, and an entire CBD oil set up, AND the knowledge and confidence to try something Ive never tried before. Ned and I bonded about fatherhood, and he made me feel really cared for.

Good staff, but often seem to be out of what I need when I go. I have learned to start calling before I take the trip. Bummer.

The William cannon store seems to have problems being consistent mixing their house juice. I always get Ziggy stardust, picked some up the other night and I dont know what it is its not Ziggy though.

By far the most intelligent people Ive seen at a vape shop. these people really know what theyre talking about and always know the answer to my questions. not to mention they have a great selection and great prices. definitely my go-to vape store from now on.

Dont buy anything here without checking the price online. Most of their high end gear is over twice the price as retail online. They have horrible clone devices with premium device price tags.
