Happy Clouds Smoke Shop

Probably my favorite smoke shop in Austin. The first time I came in, they hooked me up with a Lost Mary vape that I really enjoyed. Ive attempted to come back as often as Ive been able to.I JUST bought a strawberry b-pop Geek Bar that is two dye four. Tastes great, less filling, although I might be distracted by the bright lights and pretty colors. I believe its made with bits of real geek, sew ewe no its good.Great selection, knowledgeable employees, and good ole fashioned human kindness from the guys that work here at all times.Ive included a picture of a beautiful painting they have up front. Ive seen this kind of geometry in some of my meditation visions, and I respect the symmetry the artist used for left/right, male/female dichotomy, with light seemingly touching heaven while being grounded to earth.Im not sure what this artwork means but it is worth staring at, and shows that this business has good taste.11/10.

They get an A for accountability. I purchased some flower from them that turned out to be not super great. I called them and they told me they would make it right with me right away. They gave me 1/8 of their house flour to replace the bunk product i received. That is better than you get from some of these places, I really appreciate it and will come back to this place at some point before I leave for Oregon.

I was dealing with horrible anxiety and had driven to two different shops before coming to this one (i was too anxious to go in LOL) and Im so glad I ended up here. As soon as I walked in I was comfortable and the nice gentleman at the desk (red beard!! I forgot your name Im so sorry because I asked) helped me so much and gave me lots of options! The prerolls he hooked me up with were absolutely perfect, I was able to relax and get good sleep!! I recommend this shop, the atmosphere s great, the service is amazing and the variety they have is impressive!!! Thank you guys so much, those peanut butter crispy blunts were spectacular :))!

Whoever put the 1 star review is trippin…. Big time. This is my 6th year living in Austin and every year I have lived in a new place, meaning every year I have a new go-to smoke shop. I can say with confidence, this is the greatest smoke shop I have ever been to. Every employee there as well as the owner Eric are some of the nicest friendliest people I’ve met ! Constantly trying to help their customers find what they need, are always up to date with all the new products and technology as well has having the knowledge and passion to explain anything to you. Best smoke shop in Austin.

Ryan gave us the best customer service ever!!! Usually at smoke stores, the guys behind the counter want you to buy something quickly and get out, but Ryan on the other hand was super helpful, was bilingual, and he had a sweet mustache. Definitely coming back here again. We were so happy when we left. 10/10

Horrible shop, avoid at all costs.I walk in and ask the young man behind the counter, a 20ish white man with long hair and glasses, for flower. He shows me their pre packed 8ths (they don’t sell 1 gram here so don’t look) and the product looked 6/10. I comment on some of the other products that they stock, to give reference what I’ve tried before, and ask if they have anything I may be interested in. He shows me a disposable, and when I ask if he has anything else he condescendingly just repeats have you ever tried the disposable. I had told him yes and I wanted something else. The whole time this employees body language is so standoffish and rude. I ask him at this point if I’ve offended him, because he looks entirely uninterested in helping me. He said no he just wasn’t going to show me any more products.I told him this isn’t proper customer service and I would take my money else where if I haven’t even done anything to offend him. As I walk out he shouts, “ I don’t appreciate you touched the weed and you weren’t going to buy anything.” Newsflash jerk, if you had listened to me I just said I was looking around for new stores, I was planning to spend. Your horrible attitude will insure I tell everyone to avoid this place in the future.

It was super cute and the staff was super helpful! They have a lot of stuff but I feel like the glass pieces were a bit limited, or maybe I am just picky. The person was very helpful and let is know they do a lot of fun promos!

It was my first time going in, on St Pattys Day. And Ryan helped me. It was the highlight of my day! He was so knowledgeable and helpful and kind! I would definitely recommend going in. They have an excellent selection. They have the best incense and I also recommend the crispy blunts. I also got freebies! Im from Bend, Oregon so Im used to purchasing anything lol, (not like in Texas) and Ryan went above and beyond. Thank you Ryan for such a great attitude and experience. I will be back 💯

Top Notch supplies and Top Tier customer service, I always feel both welcomed and informed when I arrive thanks to the hard working staff that make me feel both appreciated for coming in and taken care of. Its a clean store, has A/C, and Im happy to be leaving this 5 star review.

Happy clouds has a large variety of items to choose from, Im sure youll find what youre looking for. Moses was the greatest help! He was able to quickly help us find what I was looking for, well definitely be back soon!

This place never fails to deliver. If you have questions theyll be answered here. Never an attitude, always friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Dont bother with anyone else, THIS is the place to go!

First time looking for delta products. They have a pretty good selection. Parking is a little complicated, front was full, back of the store was full except for a couple spaces. Leaving was tricky because one of the employees friends had double parked and just left his car there. Female employee was great, her energy was sweet and helpful. Male employee not so much, he didnt seem as willing to help or answer questions.

Had an amazing experience here. Their recommendations are top notch and they really help you get exactly what you’re looking for. The employees were attentive and hilarious. I would recommend anyone to check this place out!

A simply beautiful store. The glass pipes are the most beautiful Ive ever seen - its like an art gallery. The owner was very gracious and helpful. He gave me a free gbd as I had just had my birthday and had never tried one.

Definitely my favorite smoke shop. The price on that nug is unbeatable! Also, it has some of the best nugs that the 2018 farm bill has brought us. HIGH selection’ Love it! Awesome staff as well! Wish their staff would get paid commission instead of having a tip screen when you pay. Aside from that, it was an amazing experience over all.

I was looking something very specific, but also wanted a few suggestions and the team provided excellent recommendations in addition to helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I had never been to this place before the other day. And actually Im impressed. For a smoke/head shop it has pretty much everything you need. And variations of the same. Although I favor planet k only because the owner of planet k was my next door neighbor for many years. I still think this is easily a contender if not better. The shop is more polished less clutter. Gets right down to the real nitty gritty. Check it out!

Visited this store last week. The prices there are unbeatable. Bought some gummies, and then went to the other vape shop, and they sell the same gummies for 2.5x the price i paid at Happy Cloud. If you have not been to one of these shops yet, WHY NOT? This company has more than earned my business with the way management runs the stores, but the prices are great!

Happy Clouds Smoke Shop to anybody from Austin Texas and never ventured out to other Pro Hemp States might find this place to be just what theyve been appealing and voting for. However to those adventures from Oklahoma, Nevada , Alaska and else would find this place with its lack of huge glass jars filled with fresh THC at 35 to 60 percent on up THC lacking and this place to be more of a marijuana novelty smoke shop with its , oh hey , by the way we do have pre rolls two in one for $10 or a quarter for 40. But aside from all that should your adventures bring you to Austin Texas and you happiness to be a cannabis consumer for whatever your reasons as to why or a first timer from one of those boring states that voted it illegal than Happy Clouds Smoke Shop is the place to be. Plenty of parking especially for motorcycles, and bicyclers not much but five for anything larger. Cool staff, definitely pro full on THC advocates.

Seriously, this place rocks. Staff was extremely friendly, they were very knowledgeable about the vapes i was looking at, and they even knocked half off my total! If you need something smoke related, I highly recommend this place.

Came in here cause my friend was looking for piece cleaner. The staff was super nice and helpful it was only my second time coming in this shop. Will definitely come back 10 out of 10 recommend. Awesome shop. Reasonable prices, good selection, cool staff, and nice experience all around. Its a laid back vibe every time, and Joe and Lourie (its like Lou Reed, I think she said, I could be wrong) are both super helpful and kind. The other employees Ive talked to more briefly have still been chill and helpful, as well, so I think its a safe bet with anyone here, but Old Man Joe is definitely great at what he does and will help find the best thing for you there in your price range and get you excited about it.I recommend this place if youre looking for a friendly, interactive shop with fair prices that will also give you space and time to browse and think about what you want.

Being referred by a medical professional for me to check out the Delta 8 products To assist me with the struggles I have with my cancer as an alternate for pain management the sales person was completely professional and after explaining my medical condition he suggested these gummies and not only has it helped he completely understood being a survivor. Cool shop......... Ok so I have to edit this review... Today is my birthday and I stopped in just to check it out again. Dont waste your time with any other shop. What I expected to be several hundred was only a bill. The gentleman assisting was on point with what was up. No bs. The real McCoy do yourself a favor!!

Huge selection of items, friendly staff that seem like they actually care about the business succeeding, reasonable prices. WAY better experience here than that other chain, which shall not be named (PK), that tried to illegally bait and switch me on prices, and then continued to defend their illegal practice when I contacted their main office. They can burn in hell.

My favorite smoke shop! Its not very spacious, but theres plenty to like about it. Ive bought a few smaller things from here so far but nothing too crazy. Its definitely my go-to for all my necessities because I find theyre cheaper than other shops in the area, and the staff is always pleasant to deal with so it always ends up being a great experience when I go here. They have a lot of cool events as well that are totally worth checking out.

I am a easy going older cool dude who grew up in the 60,s so all of this review is new to me and I dont like to be a complainer but there is a time when I an treated very poorly or exceptionally well and I want others to know. Unfortunately it was me being treated poorly. I am just a regular person and dont expect anyone to make a big fuss over me but I refuse to allow some clerk or owner of shop to treat me awful. I will not be returning to this shop anytime in the near future and will tell all myfriends not to go either. I am sorry I broke a $5 pipe and would of paid for it and thank you for that wonderful discount you have me $3 and a attitude like I broke it on purpose, well It was a accident and if they cost more than .50 I would be shocked plus you attitude.

I hardly ever write reviews, however I felt like after coming here for more than 2 years I needed to. I have received nothing but excellent, friendly and welcoming service EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve gone. There’s a great variety of pipes, water bongs, CBD oils/treats and much more. Joe’s attentiveness is always appreciated, especially whenever I ask for his personal opinion on what I’m looking for/need. I have been a customer of Happy Clouds for many years. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. They have been handling the restrictions with the virus very well and safely. They have the best prices in town and amazing quality! I love their CBD salves and use them almost every day.

They have a limited inventory, parking lot is awful, and the place is dingy and dark and could use a deep clean. I called on two separate occasions to confirm that they had inventory of an item to save myself a drive, and both times, when I got into the store, turns out they didnt actually have the item. Go figure. Fine for grab-and-go, but there are better options.

If youre looking for something quick or an informative shopping experience. This is your smoke shop. The employees are very knowledgeable, attentive and super nice! They have many Many options from local to globally known brands. Good vibes all around!

Just came in today for the first time. I thought it would be a hole in the wall crappy smokeshop. I was VERY WRONG. Zack is chill AF. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. They also have the best prices out of any Austin head shop. This is now my go-to place for all my needs. They have a great selection of glass from local glassblowers as well. Check em out! You wont be disappointed!!

Eric and Colby were so amazing me and my friend Bianca came 30 mins before closed. They were so enthusiastic, helpful and patient with us. Cool smoke shop for glass but don’t by delta 8 cartridges here… the last couple I bought weren’t sealed (my fault for purchasing). I’m positive the last one I bought wasn’t even Delta 8, tested it when I got home with a kit and it was just oil without any components.

I don’t understand how Planet K and Happy Cloud are competing smoke shops in Austin I’ve been to multiple locations for both shops and the experience was always just plainly and simply better, better prices and better discounts on top of them, better and wider selections for every product I was looking for, better more knowledgeable staff that seem to know what I’m looking for before I even finish speaking, better COVID restrictions that are actually enforced rather than just having a sign on the door (if you’d rate it any lower because of this then your brain has been messed with enough why are you still smoking?). Anyways, I love this place in particular since it’s right by my house but go to any spot named Happy Cloud and you’re gonna leave making happy clouds. And if it is the owner that responds to these reviews, we love ya

This place is great and most of the staff are great too! Eric is always smiling and more than willing to answer any questions you may have about any of the merchandise they sell. They offer price matching so if you find it for less somewhere else they will match or beat the price. All prices are negotiable. This is hands down the best smoke shop in town!!

Came in on a gloomy day with extremely basic questions about vape carts and CBD tincture and left feelin all sunny. Im one of those square, anxious types of people so if you similarly feel a little awkward walking into a store youve never checked out before rest easy! Youre going to go into a cool shop with a relaxing vibe and friendly staff. Justine (gosh, I hope I remembered correctly because you were super professional and chill!) really exemplified why you go into a shop to ask the experts instead of piecemealing information online. She gave me info on some basics, asked questions about my tastes to make more targeted recommendations, and what I think folks can ESPECIALLY appreciate is that she gave next step suggestions on products and rigs but didnt push me to make a pro purchase when Im using training wheels, ya know? I was super pleased with my purchase and plan on returning soon!

The selection of products are great but what sets this shop above and beyond any other is the staff. Extremely friendly, I live down the road and I would say I stop in at least 2xs a month just to check out newest inventory. This place is focused on customer satisfaction and they deliver!

It was my first time to shop there after seeing it from the car as I drove by. Inside, the store is very nice, clean and welcoming. I was looking around and a staff member asked me if I was looking for anything special. I was, and I bought the items I needed. He recommended something and Im happy with the product and service.

This place is great, as always. So many different types of gummies, and glassware, and other smoking accessories. They do an amazing job of being knowledgeable and answering all questions that I might have.

My sister and her fiancé showed me this shop (specifically the one with DC tats in it) a while back and ever since then Ive been going there any time I need a new piece. Right now my entire collection of pipes and accessories was bought from Happy Clouds and Im looking to go back again for more here soon.Their selection is amazing, their prices are always great, and the service is excellent. They genuinely want to hook you up with the right product for you and are extremely knowledgeable about the products theyre selling. Ive found that any time I go in even though my visits are sporadic and not often, they remember my face and the style of pipes I like and are eager to show me the new stock theyve got in.Theres very little to no pressure to buy anything when you go in there which I love. Also, theyre one of the few smokeshops Ive been to where if youre really interested in buying a piece, theyll pull it down for you and let you hold it, give it a pull, and see how it feels for you.Plus, theyve made such a great impact on my smokeshop experience that any time a friend is like, hey thats a cool piece whered you get that, or is ever in the market for a piece or accessory I always ALWAYS go into a rant about Happy Clouds, because this shop is by far the best one Ive ever been to in the way of pricing, product knowledge, and selection.Oh and one more thing, their customer appreciation nights are amazing, youre always sure to find an amazing deal during them.

Amazing CBD. Came in from corpus and happened upon the store. Really knowledgeable staff, fantastic customer service. Got a few things and cant wait till Im up here again. They are definitely going to be on the visit list.

This was one of those rare finds. A great little shop that could be easily missed if you werent looking for it, or staring at it while waiting for the light to change. The staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. Ill make a trip back there for sure.

This is a cool place. the dude Eric that works there was super cool and more then helpful. he even gave me the things I wanted for a little better price then the tag originally had. I would recommend this place and I will for sure be back.

I went here the other day with my Fiancé. There was a sign that said 2 people at a time in the store which I thought was awesome!Unfortunately, another customer came in right after my Fiancé and I, and wasnt asked to wait outside. We decided to shop quickly and keep our distance.I noticed a male employee with a bandana around his neck, not covering his face at all and he was smoking next to the doorway to the backroom. The kind lady checking us out went to talk to them about wearing masks after I told her I wasnt comfortable.It seems their covid policy is taken lightly, but I did appreciate that the lady at the front was kind and talked to the other employees. I hope to come back in the future, but if I have a similar experience, Im just going to walk out.

I love this shop! A few years ago, I began frequenting a lot of the glass shops around town when I started collecting glass pipes.Ive gotta say.. that this is, damn near, the best biz in the whole area when it comes to buying quality glass pipes at a very affordable rate.Ive purchased a piece or two from Zack and Eric, and they each know their stuff and always point ya in the right direction. Very good use of the space, as they keep a good range of glassware, rig-accessories, vape gear, connected to a tattoo shop, etc. They also carry a good deal of local glass which is great for supporting your talented local artists!The Saturday night party seems to be hoppin with great jams and food. Ive only been twice and both times they sported rad deals and one night had live painting. You should definitely put Happy Clouds in your back pocket for good-grade affordable glass. Along with its fun friendly visit, gotta say, Im very much a fan!

BEST ATX SMOKE SHOP. GREAT QUALITY AND PRICES. Ive been buying glass online because the head shops Ive been to are wack, but then I visited Happy Clouds! I was so amazed with Happy Clouds prices it felt like they were giving me V.I.P. prices lol. This place craps on PK and their quality of scientific glass is just as good as other, expensive shops.The employees are super chill and like to shoot the breeze with their customers. I came here to shop local esp given covid and wanting to support small local businesses. I could have easily gone to a local chain that i usually frequent for my vape needs but i decided to shop small biz this time... was upsold on a vape, got it home, fully charged and doesnt work.. so i called them to see what my options were to which the clerk told me, no options because we dont take returns I was shocked... even on a broken item that i JUST BOUGHT days ago...i cant believe they upsold me when i told him all i needed was a cheap battery, and wont do a swap out on the same product even..total joke,

Dont hesitate! If you need ANYTHING, go to this shop.I hate glowing reviews, but I seriously cant get enough of this place! I snagged a bomb grinder, and an awesome bubbler for 30 total! The piece I initially got wobbled on any flat surface. so the next day they let me swap it out for a identical piece! (Granted it hasnt been smoked out of) they seriously want you to be Happy with what you buy hands down.

Im new to the need for a smoke shop but because of my fibromyalgia, I wanted to learn and possibly try CBD. Went to the Parmer location and Olivia was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. She got me started and I was so happy I went back a few days later and met Powers who was equally friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. Very nice, clean shop. Well organized, well stocked and somewhat unique compared to others. Great customer service as well. Parking was a little iffy. But overall I reccomend it over others.
