Visited first time and I loved this place. Especially the store looks very cool and decent and you have everything at this store their hookah selection is really amazing and I also visited their hookah and kava bar. It’s one of the best partying and happening places. And employees are very polite with the customers.

My favorite smoke shop. The girls there are always SO NICE and helpful and I’d feel like I’m cheating on them if I go anywhere else. They carry my favorite cherry cola vape and they always know what I want. Highly, highly recommend!

Heavy partaker in both hemp and cannabis products. The selection here did not hit the mark for me. Seems to be more mid to lower end brands in this shop. Great selection of glass and normal vape products however.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I think I gotta give these guys their props. I have been coming here since January. I moved to the area last December and I was looking for a great shop to do business with. After a few not so great shops I found this one. I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Let me start by saying their prices are super reasonable and the staff are always helpful. Whenever I’m having a hard time deciding on a device they are very knowledgeable and have used the disposable I’m interested in especially if it’s one of the popular brands. They recommend flavors and to date I haven’t been steered wrong. If you’re looking for reasonable prices a great selection and friendly staff look no further.

Wish I could add more stars for amazing customer service. And as other reviews stated, very fair pricing.I agree billing mistakes happen and I understand why shops such as these have a no refund, no return policy. So when a billing mistake did happen (on 3rd visit), it took no more than 2 mins for the amazing employee to give the difference refund a final attempt before offering 2 juice bottles which cost slightly more than the difference refund amount.I wish more businesses learn that good customer service equals lifelong business. Will be a customer as long as I live within 50 miles of this store!

I moved here to austin and I have been to more than 10 Different smoke shops and this one is by far the best. Beyond friendly Ali makes u feel so comfortable and open when u walk in it’s amazing. The managers are so friendly as well. I’m a brutally honest person an honestly I don’t have a bad thing to say about this shop. I LOVE it here.

Smoke boutique thats what the sign says thats what brought me in and OMG am I glad we came. Their selection and prices are unmatched. Was walking around looking at everything just browsing and the customer service was excellent. Mahmoud the owner Im guessing was cool and laid back. The young lady I didnt get her name and its not on the receipt but she was awesome. She let us check out items and and made sure I checked my vape before I let. Honestly gonna always come back when I can. Great place and good prices.

Thought boutique was a weird word to use until I walked in, its a pretty shop and I was greeted with kindness from the very pretty lady with awesome nails. Also, they have disposable mouth pieces so you can try several different flavors of the nic. vapes. I thought that was SUPER cool. 👌

Love this place! Ali is super helpful and works hard to help you figure out what you want and need. Th try have samples to try and a great selection of disposables and premium juice. Prices are unbeatable too!

Called them on the phone asking for a specific item, described it very clearly multiple times to the employee who picked up, the manager was asked since the employee wasn’t sure, and I was told that they did in fact have the $40 item I was looking for. Now, this is the 15th smoke shop I’ve called today looking for this item and this specific shop is almost an hour from my house. But, since they have it and are the only ones that do, I head up to the shop, only to be greeted with a $300 bait-and-switch and am told that they don’t carry the item I’m looking for at all, but I could buy the full unit at full price. As a former smoke shop employee, not stocking the consumable items for the products you carry is strange to say the least. The lack of product knowledge between both employees and management is shameful. Telling customers you have stuff that you don’t just to get them in the store should be actually criminal. Decent selection and clean shop, but this experience has ruined any chance of my future business or recommendation.

Love these guys haven’t been to shop that has this many flavors cool items to buy. Shorty who works there gave me a free vape she didn’t even ask for nun but the review definitely a great place an good environment 10/10

Female clerk gave me 20 dollars less than I was owed on 28 dollar purchase in which I paid using a 100 dollar bill. I checked my wallet later and noticed what happened. I didnt think to recount the change after receiving it because I thought the business could be trusted but I was wrong. I will not return to a business where people steal from their customers.

Very nice place, they have everything and much cheaper than all the stores in the area. Mohammed is the owner very nice and guy. Ally is very helpful and always happy to help and answer all questions.

This is probably the highest arsenal of product at one store , at an amazing price , not being paid here yall , these people are my local shop . They have everything from disposables , liquids , coils , hookah , water pipes and rigs , and every attachment inbetween. If you go anywhere else your paying more , so this is def a gem for its prices and location !!!!
