My first time trying a tanning bed and my experience couldn’t have been better!! All the staff was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. A very clean and welcoming place would 100% go again!

If you end up going here DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP.I have been trying to cancel my membership here for over a week. The way they handle this is shady. California law requires that membership providers offer an accessible way to cancel memberships. The cancellation process they offer is in NO way accessible.First, I went in person to cancel. I was told I couldnt cancel in person, that they would send me a text or I could wait until my membership ended. My membership ended and I kept getting charged. I was then told that the end of my membership only meant that I was ALLOWED to cancel. So again, they said they would send me a text that I could respond to, to cancel.I still didnt receive a text and I confirmed my info was correct with them. I called back a few hours later. They ended up having to email it to me. The email I received contained the address to A DIFFERENT email that I would need to contact to REQUEST my membership is cancelled and that I would have to wait for a response from them and reply AGAIN with Confirm.I emailed them and have not received a response, and thus cannot confirm the cancellation. I called to follow up and they said they would reach out to member services....but they werent allowed to cc me on that email. It has been a couple days since they followed up (if they even did) and still nothing.Im going to have to just cancel my card because this is super shady.

Beautiful place, the staff are all very friendly and professional. They always have monthly specials and promotions going on too. I saw Alex for a petite pout and wrinkle relaxer. She made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had. I will be going back soon!!
I always love coming to tan here at Eurotan. I never have problems scheduling. Everyone is always friendly. I always go to the one on Olive, but if I go to Stockdale location Im treated as if Ive know them just as long. Love this place.
I asked who specialized in sculptra and that it’s important to me to get someone who has the longest experience. The two different phone operators set my appointment and was sure that the person they were giving me had experience. They text me last minute to cancel my appointment saying she was not trained to do sculptra. They ruined my entire schedule and for that , I should charge them a cancellation fee!
I enjoy monthly spa days here , steam room ...and massages to facial treatments , not only is the staff really friendly, they take great care of you , the facility itself is so beautifully decorated, they always have some refreshments ... teas..coffee..spa water..mimosas (I recommend to try the coconut water, you wont regret it ) also they carry facial products that are exclusive to europhoria from Italy !! How amazing is that , I havent had a problem with my facial products since switching over.
They are OK. Expect staff to be on their cell phones during your check in and NEVER expect to start your appointment on time, even when you are early. Its always at least 25 minutes after the appointment time, but usually longer. If you dont mind those issues, then great. They have decent deals.

I greatly enjoyed by massage with Ariel. She asked me if I had any areas of pain and she really concentrated on those areas, she also continued to check with me on pressure. My comfort was a high priority to her. I am looking forward to my next massage .
Had a facial and dermasweep with Vanessa at the brimhall location. She was very attentive, had a calm and welcoming demeanor and I was so relaxed. She asked me if I had any questions regarding the products that were used and explained every step she took for my facial. It was super awesome and cant wait to see her again!
I feel the need to edit this review. The services and aestheticians at Euphoria are still excellent, but the ownership’s unreasonable policies regarding cancellations/rescheduling (among other things) have made membership unpalatable for myself and many others. They insist on charging the customer when circumstances beyond our control cause us to have to reschedule within their 48-hour mandatory notice time window…however, absolutely no consequences apply to the business themselves when they need to cancel on the customer (sometimes same-day). I have also heard from multiple employees that they take a similar hard line with the staff. When there is no reciprocity of courtesy from the ownership to either their clientele or their staff, it just comes off as uncaring at best, and greedy at worst. Even though I have enjoyed the services I have received at this business, I no longer give them any of my money, and never will again.—————- Original review follows. I clearly no longer feel this way—————-Always top-notch service at this spa!! I always feel welcomed and valued as a client. And Kelli is my absolute favorite manicurist ever! 5 stars all the way!
I was gifted a $300 Mother’s Day spa package, but because I don’t have the physical piece of paper they are refusing to provide the service. Even though I have my receipt. It’s absurd and borderline illegal.
They are always so friendly when Ive come in for massages, the girls at the front desk are always friendly and very helpful with my questions.
The worst experience and most unacceptable in my entire life. This business is seemingly popular in this area but I’d rather drive out of town to find a better serving med spa. The fact that you have to have some sort of consultation prior and they charge you for it was my first surprise. I have never had to do that. But regardless I still agreed to it. The fact that we waited in the office for an hour without an update or an apology whatsoever was just disturbing. Do not schedule me if you’re going to make me wait for an entire hour. If you’re running late communicate that with me. Nothing was communicated, no apologies were offered, no one offered even a drink or water while we waited. Nothing.Just a simple acknowledgement or notice would have been nice. It’s going to be hard for me to trust to come back here. I’d rather take my business and that of my friends elsewhere.

Three stars because it’s average. Not great, not bad. I have been a member for several years, and I have seen a decline in Customer Service and in the facilities, particularly at the Stockdale location. Broken buttons on the tanning beds, surfaces that don’t get wiped down regularly, ceiling tiles that look like the need dusting or changing. Just average. They used to call you by name, offer you water, or a beverage, and walk you back to your Tanning room. None of that happens anymore, but I continue to go because the beds cut out the UV-B. 🤷♀️

Love the spa and medical procedures, staff is great. The voice answering the phone is awful, the French accent is off putting, fake sounding. Once you get passed that all is good.

I love Europhoria! Everyone is professional and friendly. When I send them a message via text, they always answer my questions quickly. They offer amazing services and the nurses really know what will best be suited for you if you ever need a second opinion. The nurses are personable and they make you feel comfortable. I always look forward to my visits and I get compliments all the time from family and friends, on the services I receive.
I called EuroPhoria for the first time on a Thursday between the hours of 8-9 a.m., and although it took me three attempts to establish contact with someone, the wait was worth it. The customer service provided was friendly, informative and thorough. Excellent service! I was provided an appointment for the exact date and time frame I requested and was able to establish that appointment via text. Super convenient!The day of the appointment was a little more tedious than I expected but, I was walked through the process by graceful and patient ladies. A complete medical history evaluation and interview was conducted in which at the time felt excessive for the reason I was there. However, by the end of the interview I understood how necessary it was.When the initial process was complete and it was time for my service, I waited very briefly in a beautiful waiting room. Meeting my service provider Alex was not the warm and welcoming feeling as the front ladies. Alex by no means was rude or unfriendly but rather very much to the point and business. I appreciated the way she took the time to inquire what my wants and concerns were and went beyond by educating me on what to expect and formulating a future plan of service. Excellent!All in all, as a first timer with EuroPhoria my experience was the best and am excited for future services.

I know and understand what it takes to run a successful and repetitive process that is sustainable. With that being said there is one person that is the sole reason I’ve been a member of Euphoria for 10 plus years. That individual is Debbie Conklin. I have first hand witness her ability to provide exceptional client care, services and support. She has built a solid team around her that supports and maintains her level of commitment to her location. I have over the years followed her from Stockdale, to Rosedale, to Club Tan and back to Stockdale. Debbie is a go getter and consistently shares promotions and services. She always takes the time to help clients feel comfortable and shares her experience with all the beautiful servers offers by Euphoria. I don’t know if she is a partner with your organization, but she sure runs her location like she is and it’s AMAZING! I value her as a woman and a business operator. She is phenomenal with what she does. I’ve never heard her speak negatively even when I’ve witnessed other members be unfair to her for equipment that was not working. She takes it like a champ and truly does an exceptional job managing the services and on-site team. I sense she is the go-to person in the company any time other locations experience issues or needing support I’m my industry we refer to that individual as the “SME” Subject Matter Expert! Debbie is that person in my eyes and I would have to imagine she is that way for many other clients as well. If I owned my own business, I would recruit her in a second to partner with me! I really could go on and on about my experience with her and provide example after example of how I’ve seen her demonstrate going above and beyond for her clients. I frequently get gel manicures and pedicures from my favorite technician, Kelli. She is absolutely incredible and pays such fine attention to detail. My nails are stronger than ever and always look great. She’s also very kind and personable. I cannot recommend her enough!! If you’re looking for a wonderful facial or to get your brows laminated, use Kate, you won’t regret it. And a special shout out to Debbie for being so helpful and charismatic!! I’ve had a Euro account for two or three years now. EuroTan Stockdale is my favorite location, mainly because it is where my esthetician Sydney is located, but also because it is staffed by other very friendly faces, extremely clean, and calming. I always have a wonderful experience with Sydney and rebook with her every 6-8 weeks. I had a prenatal massage with a very sweet redhead named Kaitlyn today, and she was fabulous as well. I’ll be rebooking with them both very soon!
Everyone at this establishment truly aims to make each experience unique and exciting. All treatments are done with the best products, while giving you great insight as to what they are using and why. Got the wrinkle relaxer. So quick and relatively painless. Due to being my first time she did start conservatively. I started noticing results within a few days. By 2 weeks full effect was amazing! Looks very natural, I can still very much make normal facial expressions. I still look like myself! I will definitely continue to go for touch ups!

This is one of the best places I have been to. I am currently getting laser hair removal and they have one of the best machines and Nurse Bianca who I always go to. I was nervous at first but Bianca makes me feel so comfortable when I’m getting my sessions. Overall the whole staff is incredible with a lot of knowledge and always willing to help. I definitely recommend them always. Such a beautiful, clean and calming atmosphere to be in. If you haven’t, you should definitely check them out. They have the best prices, trust me I researched a lot and their specials on instagram are the best in town…Breanne is such a wonderful receptionist who spent time talking to me and helping me out. Check them out. You will not be disappointed.
Very bad experience with laser in first time at Euphoria. After laser I had dark brown big burn spots on treated areas. I never got burns from other laser clinic where I go in LA since 2011. Euphoria staff called me after in complaint, for assessment and ordered me another expensive cream . When I requested to send prescription to my pharmacy, they refuse. Staff said doctor use our pharmacy only. I will not recommend anybody.

We booked a spray tanning party with Ashlin for my best friends wedding. it was the easiest and best experience! I love that you can schedule through texting. They are accommodating a big group, and Hannah who is spraying us even switched around her hours. The best business who truly cares about their customers. I will definitely be updating my review with our experience with the spray. We cannot wait to get them!!

I have received so many different services with different people and they have been lovely and informative (especially Regan). I started going to the spa for their light therapies. I would do the blue light therapy about once a week to help with my acne. I was recently added to my girlfriend’s membership as a share to get member benefits. Since then I have gotten many facials and massages by multiple service providers. All providers are very welcoming and adjust the service based on my needs. I have purchased the skincare line as well to use at home in between my facials. The front staff greets me always with a smile and makes sure I’m taken care of. I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. I am looking forward to my future appointments coming up. 10/10 recommend!!
Vanessa is amazing! I absolutely love going to her not just for my brows, but for my daughters also. She takes a lot of pride in her work and will wax, tweeze, brush and laminate your brows until they are nothing short of a masterpiece. I also had a dermasweep with her and can’t wait to see her again next month.
I recently had my first visit to EuroPhoria Medical & Personal spa and had the BEST experience! The staff is so warm and welcoming. I had a tranquility massage with the enhancement of hot stones and magsoothium. Ariel, the masseuse was absolutely amazing! She applied the perfect amount of pressure to provide a wonderfully relaxing & serene experience. Cynthia was my esthetician and was so knowledgeable. My face never felt better and had such a radiant glow when she completed my procedure. Id be remiss not to mention the comfy robe and glass of champagne which were the icing on the cake of this entire experience. It was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! This may have been my first visit but it definitely will not be my last!

Cutthroat and uncaring. Entered into a 3 year contract with them. Over 2 years in, I lost my job and my place to live. I asked Euphoria to pause my contract. I didnt want out of it, just need time to get my feet back under me. Not only did they say no to pausing the payments, they are relentless in trying to take the money out of my bank account. Be very careful with this company. Not good people.
My sisters and I made an appointment with Nia for the Venetian Steam &Scrub. She was very professional, kind and patient with us. She explained everything very clearly. The experience was wonderful! This is not my first time with their services. I had an extremely relaxing massage with Twilla and my eyebrows shaped with Kate. All of my experiences there was fabulous! Its your one stop shop for everything. My next service is the anti aging therapy. Im excited and ready to go.
Ive been a member of europhoria since 2015. Ive had laser hair removal, wrinkle relaxer, a variety of microneedling, facials, cool sculpting, and tanning.I love their euro tanning beds. Ive never burned and I get 3 times the tan in 1 session as I would in a traditional bed without the dry skin and redness.Ive had incredible results with every procedure Ive had done here. I do currently utilize the tanning beds, facials, wrinkle relaxers, and laser hair removal. Laser hair removal has been one of the best decisions Ive made. My skin is softer and I save a ton of money and time not having to shave constantly.I recommend this place to all my friends.

I had my very first vampire facial with Bianca recently. I was a little nervous going in because I didn’t know what to expect. But she made me feel very comfortable. She periodically asked if I was okay or needed anything. She definitely made my first vampire facial amazing! I also had the pleasure of meeting Sam for the first time. She was very sweet and also helped to make my experience comfortable and easy. Also, McKayla at the front is always so sweet and helpful! I grew up in Bakersfield and 14 years ago to move to London, then Dubai then Houston. I have been having wrinkle relaxing treatments for the last ten years in all of the places I lived. I always went to the most expensive, high end spas and medical centers (which in Dubai is very impressive!).I recently moved back to Bakersfield to be closer to family and I thought I would probably need to be traveling to Beverly Hills for wrinkle relaxing treatments but thought I would give Europhoria a try. I was skeptical. Fourteen years ago Bakersfield was a bit less developed than it is now, so to be honest I wasn’t expecting much.I was very impressed with this clinic! It is better than many of the clinics I visited in the cities I have lived in, well known for their beauty treatments. From the aesthetics to the level of professional care that I received was unlike any other I have received in the world. They have you do an initial consultation with a PA to ensure you are a good fit for the treatment. The injectors that they higher are highly skilled. Wrinkle injections IS very much an art form. The practitioner needs to have anatomical knowledge but also an artistic side and an intrinsic understanding of facial muscles and how they work together to deliver the results you want. My last practitioner was in Houston and was an actual dermatologist. I thought she was good until I came to Euphoria.I met with Bianca and explained my concerns and she injected me in places nobody else ever had and well the results are OUTSTANDING! She is very conservative in her approach to ensure the most natural results. I am 45 and was carded when I went to purchase wine!! I laughed and asked the clerk if I look under 21 and she said no but we have to card anyone who looks under 30. I asked if I look under 30 and she said she had me figured for 27-28😂. Thanks Bianca! Made my day! Bianca’s work is nothing short of amazing. It’s the best wrinkle relaxing treatment I ever received anywhere in the world. And the clinic is very luxurious and professional. Also I had asked every dermatologist, PA, and beauty practitioner and none of them were able to do it. I see now they were injecting in the wrong places but Bianca achieved this for me. I also used a new product (formally I used botox) called Xemoin. It was on special and thought I would give it a try, though I was nervous. This works 100 times better than botox, on me at least. Perhaps I built up a resistance over time. I was never able to get the 11 wrinkles to go away and now they are GONE.I am pleased I will not have to be driving two hours to have my wrinkle relaxing treatment. That this wonderful place is right at my doorstep. Really I am very impressed and I have been to the most high end places in the world and Europhoria is on par with that. Don’t doubt it, just go! You will be very pleased. I am sure their other practitioners are as good as Bianca but I can’t speak first hand about their work. Europhoria is the type of place that only hires the best. But I am sticking with Bianca.I also wanted to add that they use an interesting device that vibrates and you place on your shoulder. It is supposed to help with the pain of the injections as they can be quite painful. I have never seen a tool like this and it worked!!!! Normally I have tears coming out of my eyes when I do my wrinkle relaxing treatments, it can be quite painful and I BARELY even felt this. I can’t wait to try out their other services!
My fiancé and I have been members at Euphoria for almost a year and have taken full advantage of both medical and non-medical services. The staff at Euphoria is so friendly and welcoming, and really make sure you feel like youre in a high quality, relaxing spa environment while there for a service. The aestheticians are very knowledgeable, happily answer any questions you may have about your service, and are able to tailor your service to best fit your needs (especially services such as facials and massages). Making, changing, and cancelling appointments could not be easier and I really appreciate how tech-forward the coordination capabilities are with things like text reminders for ease of use. My experiences at Eurotan Spa center have been exceptional. The spa is beautiful and tranquil. I am always greeted by the most courteous front desk attendants such as Melissa who is attentive and helpful in answering questions about services and appointments and she ensures the lounge provides a peaceful and tranquil environment. She offers beverages that are readily available, including my favorite infused water which I believe is available for purchase, and on every visit if felt so welcomed by Melissa.The esthetician Kate is terrific. During my facial she was very knowledgeable and I spent half of my facial asking her questions about skin care and she answered all of my questions. I appreciated how patient and sweet she was provided some great recommendations. When I left the spa, I was glowing and relaxed.If your due for some self-care and pampering I recommend Eurotan.

From the moment I walk in, the ladies up front help me I feel greeted and pampered in every way! The housekeeping lady also does everything she can to make me feel at home! Making sure that if I skipped the opportunity to have coffee or a mimosa with the front gals, she gives me a second opportunity and there have been times I have utilized her kindness! She also has brief but memorable conversations with me making me feel so important! I get massages from Ariel, my facials from Kate, and my lasering and other treatments I’ve had Sam, Bianca and Kathleen. All the ladies have been very educational and make sure I am comfortable. I always end up having a good laugh with Kathleen! Kate and Ariel always make me feel incredibly relaxed! Thank you Euphoria Team! You ladies ROCK!
This was my first experience with EuroPhoria and it did not disappoint. I received wrinkle relaxers and fillers with Alex. She was so amazing, and I love how honest she is about what you need or don’t. I was very intimidated to go get anything done, but the women at the front were so welcoming and nice to me. I definitely feel comfortable there now, and if I need any kind of service again I will always choose them.
Experience was amazing! I left so refreshed, relaxed. My nails are thin and brittle right now from the years of going to different place. Dulce was gentle with taking off the hard top that was previously there, careful to not take my nail off too. I want to start growing and nourishing my natural nail and she made them look beautiful. The signature mani and pedi topped off the entire experience, so relaxing, comforting and I got the true benefits from the mani/pedi (I fell asleep in the pedi chair, I never do that 🤭) my hands and feel are so soft. I will go back time and time again. I cant believe I was missing out all this time. Dulce is so good at what she does and so easy to chat with. Not to mention the salon was so clean and a relaxing place to be early Saturday morning.
Amazing service and such a relaxing environment! Everyone there is very friendly and they do an excellent job. My hair was already growing back slower and thinner after just 1 laser treatment! The girls are amazing. Emily and Kristen checked me in and made sure I was nice and numb. They were so comforting because I was a nervous wreck. Reagan was the nurse that did my procedure. I walked in and she number my lips and went over all the procedures I wanted done right in front of other customers. I was walking around with white slimy numbing cream on my lips and it was embarrassing. I think they should do all the numbing and talks about your procedures in private .
It was my first time getting anything done to myself and let me just say, the staff are very kind and very friendly I don’t remember their names but super kind. Kathleen ( who injected my lips) was full of positive energy and made the whole lip filler process easy going and stress free. I love coming into Europhoria, especially after a very stressful week. It is so easy to access appointments, all you have to do is send a quick text. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Get to know Debbie, she is so helpful! The atmosphere is so serene and relaxing.I’ve been getting my nails done by Kelli for a few years now and she’s absolutely incredible. You tell her what your wanting and she always executes, and makes you feel so comfortable like your right at home with a friend.Update: started using the tanning beds & I absolutely love them. They are my me time a few days a week, give you a great base tan quickly within 2 sessions. Never burns or dries out your skin. Just in time for summer!
Kathleen is patient and kind. She is very calming and has a way of carrying on a light chatter throughout my services that melts away any nerves. In fact the whole staff, from reception to the assistants in the back have been attentive and wonderful. 10/10!

I go here to get Henna/Lamination done to my eyebrows. Let’s just say I’ve never been disappointed, ever! VANESSA is truly amazing! She takes pride in her work and making your eyebrows look beautiful! My eyebrows have definitely had beautiful growth since I’ve started seeing her! She even goes over aftercare and sends you home with a care package to use on your brows! I highly recommend seeing Vanessa with your eyebrow needs! I have also gone there for Botox ans ALEX does an amazing job as well! I love the look! Not painful at all and she’s so gentle with her service!
Every time I visit Euro it’s such a pleasant experience! From the massages, to the facials, laser- you name it, I have all good experiences. They are inclusive, and treat you with respect and kindness the moment you walk in and I appreciate that. I recently purchased the nail promo they had going on for the month of January & upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome, the person at the front desk was very attentive she even asked me if I would like some of their flavored water while I waited for my nail tech. Everything is clean, nice and neat Patricia was my nail tech shes very detail oriented and gives a awesom massage my pedicure was overall amazing. Ill definitely be going back in the near future.

I’ve been taking my mom to get services at the Europhoria location down Brimhall and Calloway for the past 2-3 years and we have never had a bad experience there! Their staff is so helpful and friendly, they always make sure we feel comfortable and are well informed of the services and even their current promotions! What we really love is that they have bilingual receptionists/estheticians/nurses and that is very convenient since my mom prefers to speak in Spanish. All the results from the Magic Laser Eraser, Xemoin, Fillers, and even the Hydrafacials have been amazing! I myself am looking into becoming a Eurobabe soon! They have payment plans, new promotions every month, and great giveaways all year long, especially right now during Christmas time so don’t miss out! All staff members are amazing people, but our favorites are Claudia, Samantha, and Alex! All of our visits to Europhoria have been a 5/5 and they are literally just a text away!

I’m not completely sure of the MANY services they offer but I love this place for tanning. They have THE best beds. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the services they provide. I did sign up this morning to get fillers for my laugh lines and a little lip work because, you know, age and gravity. I’ve been a Eurotan member for years and wouldn’t think twice about tanning anywhere else. Best customer service and always a very clean environment.
I visited for a dermasweep facial, it was amazing. I learned so much about my skin and why I can’t use so many products like certain foundations and facial cleansers. The whole spa is amazing and quiet, so soothing and relaxing. I’m a single mom of two and just being there was so peaceful I did not want to leave! My esthetician yara (may be misspelled I apologize) was so wonderful and sweet! The sweet girls at the front including the owner are so helpful and lovely to talk with, I will definitely be coming back! The part I loved the most aside from everything was that my sister got me a gift card to try the facial before getting a membership as having kids and a chaotic life it’s hard to reward yourself sometimes, the ladies at the front desk were so sweet about everything and never once did I feel uncomfortable for using the gift card and not signing up for membership before I left. My esthetician set out some products she recommended to help my skin issues and unfortunately I could not purchase them today not once did anyone show or make me feel bad about not purchasing their products but instead recommended I take photos so I know what the products are incase I changed my mind or for when I do return to purchase them so I know and they also put it in their system for me. I cannot express how lovely the whole experience was even about checking out as I’ve had some bad experiences before when trying something and not wanting or being able to purchase products on the spot. I definitely will be back for my recommend products and a membership. I’d give more than five stars if I could!!!!! They also offer so many more services and types of facials that I cannot wait to try 💜💜
I was skeptical at first about getting the 3 year membership, but it was probably one of the best decisions I have made. The staff is always so sweet & knowledgeable. I get my manicure done by Patricia every 2 weeks and get so many compliments every time .

Kristin is one of the best receptionists europhoria has. She always has a smile on her face, offering me champagne or water. Kathleen is also amazing! She does most of my laser hair treatments and she does a fantastic job. She bends over backwards for her clients and make sure they have a good experience and have the best treatment. The manager at eurotan (Melissa) is always super friendly, patient, and attentive. Claudia is another aesthetician that I love! She’s very friendly and attentive. Lastly I want to praise Sydney for her wonderful facials. She’s always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I am happy to be a member and be a regular customer. It’s clean and relaxing with high quality services at a reasonable price. Definitely one of the best spas I’ve been to and I highly recommend this place to others!

I go to Ariel for a therapeutic massage every month! Ariel is the best!!! She has taken the time to learn and focus on my injuries. She’s patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I wish I could get a massage by her weekly, but I definitely look forward to my monthly massage. It’s much need and it’s nice to have found someone I can go to on a regular basis to fix my aches and pains.
Absolute bliss. Got a massage from Twyla, and felt refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards. Her hands are gold! I also loved the atmosphere of the place. Very euro chic and classy in a soothing way. The facial from Nia was also splendid. Her fingers caressing my face and upper chest and the feel and smell of the product were magical. Highly recommend! Thank you!
I love this place!! Scheduled my facial appointment over the phone which was very helpful. I was confused at first until an agent named Nia walked me through the process. I mentioned to her that I had a beard and was concerned about in grown hairs and she recommended a great facial with extractions as an add on. I had no idea I needed extractions but I’m glad Nia was knowledgeable to help me with it. She also helped me with getting a product that the esthetician, Kate the Great, recommended for me in the past. Her customer care skills were amazing and she made me feel very comfortable. Now that I get facials here regularly I’m looking forward to trying some of the others services that she informed me about!

I love going to Europhoria. The customer service is great during the reservation process. The front desk always makes you feel welcome from right when you enter the spa. It’s always clean and relaxing. The nurses are all amazing at what they do, and they also take the time to listen to what you want and don’t treat you like a ‘one size fits all’ I love that they demonstrate (with proven results and pictures) a natural enhancement on what God has blessed you uniquely with.

The girls who do your service are always professional and make sure to walk you through what they’re doing, especially with things like filler. Because of how they’re tanning beds are designed You’ll never leave burned and will always have the best color. For special events I love getting a custom spray done, it’s always flawless!!! I received one of the nicest spa treatments at EuroPhoria. It was my first time getting a gel manicure and Nicole gave me every detail I needed regarding the procedure and maintenance. I also received a pedicure that did not include soaking my feet in water and lounging in a very relaxing recliner. It was different but I enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend this business if you want a true spa experience in Bakersfield.
I always get my Brazilian waxes here at EuroTan spa on Stockdale and it’s always amazing! Brittany up in the front is always so nice and sets up my appointment so fast. Mariah does an amazing job with the waxes! I love it here and will only go here for my waxes!

I love my experience every time I come to Europhoria. Nicole is amazing and I love my nails. I just had a facial and dermaplane done and my skin feels so smooth. I use their Bioline products for my skincare. I highly recommend coming here for your services.
EDIT**: This is almost a year after my previous review, which I will leave because I still am disappointed with the way my mother was previously treated. They offered her some kind of coupon after I posted the review, but she did not want free handouts and was really just hurt by the way she was treated, being that she was going in for something that has been negatively affecting her for many years now. The way she was treated made her never want to step foot in after spending hundreds of dollars there. I hope there have been changes made within staff and/or training and that no other person has had to deal with that shame or pain as my mom did. WITH THAT BEING SAID, this time around I was given much more help and felt the process was fairly easy. When my mom had previously come in, she also purchased me a gift card that I finally decided to put to use. Kimi helped me with my appointment and answered any questions I had about memberships which was actually very helpful. I hope this time around there will be more professionalism once I go in for my appointment. For this reason I am only leaving 4 stars, hopefully this will change.(previous review)absolutely RIDICULOUS. kept my mother waiting for OVER AN HOUR TO HAVE A QUESTION ANSWERED- which was not helpful and felt brushed over. everyone forgot about her and it wasn’t until after AN HOUR of the girls giggling and chit chatting about who knows what up front that they finally helped her. didn’t give any details didn’t tell her what to do didnt give her instructions or information- very unprofessional and disappointing, especially when putting in time and money into this business.
I have had nothing but good experiences since coming here. I frequently use the tanning beds which are really good. They make it easy to schedule my monthly pedicures and massages. Staff do whatever they can do ensure your experience is top notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking to keep up on self care.
I have gotten laser done on my underarms. I love how much of a drastic change I’ve already had and it’s only been a couple of sessions. I have noticed a drastic change in the growth of hair. I what the privilege of getting my laser done with Bianca. She is wonderful and so sweet! She made me feel very comfortable and made sure I knew about any possible discomfort. I really valued her being honest and even sharing her own experiences with laser. It really helped me feel better about any questions or concerns I had. If I could rate 10/10 I would!

Ive been a member for 20 years. I love the facials, body treatments, tanning, and massages. The providers Ive had are knowledgeable and really kind. The only negatives would be that they dont cap the number of members, so theres usually a wait to schedule treatments. It would also be nice to have higher quality spa robes instead of the see through robes theyve got now....Something to reflect the investment your clients are making into your facilities. Otherwise, its a great place to be pampered!
I go to Europhoria every 4 weeks on the dot for a Brazilian and eyebrow wax and I’m a part of the membership program which has so many great perks! I absolutely love it, every single person I meet here is so nice and they just have an amazing staff all around!
I started going to EuroPhoria last November when I signed up for a membership with them. EuroPhoria has been amazing! The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the environment at their locations is so relaxing. I have done many different types of services with EuroPhoria including laser hair removal, massages, wrinkle relaxer, preventative facials, DermaSweep, tanning, manicure, pedicure, and EmSculpt. All of these services were great, and the staff is really good at explaining the process of everything and making sure you are comfortable during the services. I am at EuroPhoria at least every 4 weeks for a facial or DermaSweep. I have never had a bad experience with EuroPhoria. EuroPhoria is an excellent medical and personal spa. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a spa in the Bakersfield area.
I have been a member for over 7 years now. I have use their tanning services, hydration bed (extremely relaxing and soothing), cosmetic esthetician services such as full pouts, fine lines and more. I bought a package at one time for the neck threading but the need for the treading was eliminated due to the maintaining services with the estheticians. How great is that! Not only did the front staff transfer my credits but helped me select other benefited services such as the morpheus8. I myself work with PEMF technology and was very excited to try the Morpheus8. I was really nervous about the pain. It was very minimal and felt more uncomfortable/annoying than pain. (So rest assured, it isnt terrible as our minds make it.) The process was quick and easy. Bre, my esthetician, was wonderful. Explained all after care (she always does) and the front staff helped set up my next appointment. Once you become familiar with the spa, the services (it is a lot they offer and can be overwhelming) staff and your own needs youll feel like part of their family. I highly recommend becoming a member. I believe I hold a shared account at the highest tier. (I admit to forgetting the levels) but so far I have not paid out of pocket for ANY service with the exception of one. That includes all my routine pokes here and there, tanning, morpheus8, and more... points can be used on products amd tips as well. I hope this review helps you determine a spa and location. They are strick on their cancelation policy but over the years I have understood why. Front staff and scheduling with work you the best they can. I only walk out of Europhoria feeling better than i did when i came in. From their guest relations to their services, everything is always top notch. The second i walked in i feel cared for. That being said, their services are the best you’ll get in Kern County. But when you go into Europhoria, it’s not just a service, it’s an experience. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new spa.

My latest service at EuroPhoria was an absolute treat! The Venetian steam was an exhilarating experience from beginning to end! I felt renewed and relaxed and my skin felt like silk after. Nia booked me for this session as I had never done it before and I have no regrets! My next service I am looking forward to-deep tissue massage. Nia was very informative and asked lots of questions in order to refer me to the best service. Nia gave me plenty of advice about how to get the best service for my needs. Nia was fabulous! She recommended the Venetian Steam and Scrub and we absolutely loved it! Nia took excellent care of our party of 6 ladies. She set up everything including scheduling, registration and accommodations. Before the steam and scrub we were pampered by AJ with comfy robes, slippers and delicious mimosas! The combination of steam and the decadent house made body scrubs left us silky smooth, gleaming and relaxed. I would highly recommend this service. Perfect for a Ladies Day Out!🥰

I have been going to Europhoria for years now. This is a great place to spend time dedicated to yourself alone or with friends/family. My favorite services are massages, medical services, steam room, and sauna. I love receiving and giving their awesome gift packages for the holidays. The gift packages contain many certificates so they can be broken up and given to multiple people if desired. The gift packages can also serve as one big awesome gift for one person, and they usually come at different price points which is awesome!

I am 60 years old and had Morpheus treatment on my face and neck to tighten and get rid of wrinkles and pigment skin areas. My son who’s 39 noticed the glow on my skin and stated that I looked in my 4o’s he said he wanted the same treatment. A nurse where I work told me there was something different of my skin that it looked radiant and nice. She wanted to know what I did different. I totally recommend Morpheus. I was hesitant at first. Europhoria was having a great deal on laser hair removal sessions so I did it! I’m so glad I did. I had 1 session so far on my underarms and I am impressed with my results. It’s been 4 weeks now and I have almost no hair growth. I’m also 1 session in for Brazilian and my face. The hair grows back much slower.
My favorite location is Stockdale & coffee .. The most attentive welcoming multitasking best energy woman works at this location Mrs. Debbie ! She always makes a way to acomódate the clients .. her attitude is alway nice & calm even when under pressure of a full house She rocks ! the best in making appointments she will make it happen “ I been a member for many years & till this day she remains the best !

I have been a member here for years and I have never been disappointed! My favorite services here are massages, facials, and laser hair removal. Of all the spas Ive seen in town, this one really does make you feel like you are being pampered just from the vibes right when you walk in. Signature wrap pedicures are not what they used to be. They’ve become very basic like any other place. It’s a bummer because I used to indulge in these.
I only go here for any of my spray tan needs! Hannah W. is by far amazing and makes getting a spray tan the most fun time! I always love going to see her because she remembers what color i’m going for and it all blends perfect and never runs. I went in for wrinkle relaxer with nurse Bianca. She was amazing & took her time explaining everything! She is very sweet! The girls in the front are always so helpful. Overall it was a great experience! 10/10!

Office staff is so helpful! Skylar is one of the office girls that has assisted me & is always so helpful and friendly. She is also super positive which I love! I’m on my 6th session of Laser Hair Removal for underarms and Brazilian, and I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner!I was nervous going into my first session, but extremely surprised at how quick, easy and painless it was!The staff are all extremely friendly and the nurses are sure to make you feel comfortable during your appointment.The recommended amount of sessions for LHR is between 6-12(depending on your hair type), but I even had results after my first session with slowed hair growth, and after my 3rd session I didn’t have any new hair growth for weeks!The appointments are done in less than 15 minutes and then you can go about your day like normal!Super excited for my next appointment!🤩They’ve got me as a client for life!

I usually come here for massages. I had a one hour session recently with Tawna and it was amazing. She was very attentive with areas that had extra tightness. Every knot and tight area that was focused on was no longer an issue when I left! I highly recommend Euro and appreciated the professionalism and cleanliness of the spa. I’ll be back for sure.

I went in for 3 vampire facials, I was looking forward to reduce the appearance of my acne scars. The girls were very nice and helpful, they guided and explained the whole process. Results were visible just a few weeks after treatment. Will definitely be going back for additional treatments in the near future.😊
My favorite place to go when I want to practice some self-care and feel pampered! Whether its a deep tissue message, a facial or some wrinkle relaxer, I always leave feeling refreshed! I went to get a pedicure with gel, it was my first time going there as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted, which was very nice the salon is clean and neat. Next it was time for me to get my service done it was a completely different experience than I’ve ever had before getting my feet done. My provider wasn’t rough at all when she cut my cuticles a very gentle touch which I liked but I gotta say my favorite part was the actual massage and whole ambiance in the spa. They do Not use water bowls for your feet they use warm towels and let me tell you until you’ve had your legs and feet wrapped in warm towels you don’t know what you’re missing! They also have these chairs that recline you all the way back so that your feet are more in the air. It is a complete experience and a total vibe that I’ve never had at other nail salons, it f els like you’re getting a facial or massage how serene it feels. I would advise everyone to try this service at you won’t be disappointed. I’m definitely coming back!

I am not an expert by any means. I have only had a few facials in my life time. I do want to recommend Megan. The girl who set up the appointment was Marissa. She was such a sweetie. She put me at ease. She stated I would not be disappointed. She highly recommend her for my facial. Well, I am so glad she did. It was the best I have ever had. I left with my face feeling like my new grandsons skin. It still feels so soft after approximately over a week ago. I will absolutely be going back to Brimhall. Thank you.
I highly recommend this spa! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. There are a wide variety of services to do, I love having pedicures and getting my nails done. The massages and facials are remarkable. I love having spray tans every week, the color is natural, beautiful and long lasting. By far the best tanning place in town. Everything is affordable!
This location is my favorite to Tan in the Eurobeds. Debbie always greets me with a positive attitude and is very accommodating. She told me about the tanning lotion called ichamelon. It smells amazing, like Victoria Secret lotion, and helps my skin stay tan longer. I recommend this brand 10/10 and it’s lasted me for months! I always appreciate good customer service and Debbie has been so kind and helpful every time I come in to tan!
I have been a member with Eurotan, than Europhoria for about ten years. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They continually introduce me to great spa services, they have it all. Prices are very reasonable and from nurses to estheticians to the front desk ladies. Everyone is professional and do a great job! I will be continually renewing my spa membership :)

Europhoria Brimhall location is always such a wonderful experience. I leave feeling amazing, and like a total boss babe! I recommend getting a custom facial with an added on dermasweep and light stem. It’s the best, and has made a total difference in my skin. I also have enjoyed the Laser Hair Removal treatment. I am not finished with my sessions yet, but I’m already loving my results and shaving less. The spa has great customer service, and special promos each month. Also, have you seen their giveaways on their instagram?! They are the best!

The staff is incredibly helpful and skilled. I always look forward to my monthly trip for a facial and massage. The dolce facial and dermasweep combo leaves my skin feeling refreshed. And the therapeutic massage is always tailored to what issues I am experiencing and is extremely relaxing. The receptionist staff is also very helpful. Mckaela always knows the services I prefer and at what frequency I like to come and makes sure I am accommodated. Extremely satisfied with my membership.

I received wrinkle relaxer by Reagan and she was so kind and compassionate. Recently diagnosed with breast cancer and know starting chemo my appearance will be changing. She really cared about me and I appreciated that. Skylar was also kind and accommodating with an appt on short notice!
My experiences with Europhoria/Eurotan have always been positive. I’m a last minute person, hoping to get in with facials and massages and MOST of the time the kind reservation office personnel come through!!! My experience with Taunalee this morning was something to brag about; she heard my request and although could not make it happen altogether, set up an appointment that would still be relaxing and refreshing…I’m very thankful and looking forward to some “me” time!

This place is absolutely horrible! About a year and a half ago they had 1.5 stars out of five. I decided to try them then and it was maybe a 3-5 stars. I wasnt going to go back but I got a gift certificate and decided to try it again since it was already paid for by a friend of mine. The ladies up front are so rude. The massage I received was only about 45 minutes and when i mentioned it they said their service is only 50 minutes and not 60, so false advertising. Then when I was talking to the therapist, she mentioned that shes not fully licensed but they trained her. The Massage was about a 2/5 (she was the only nice person there actually), when I asked how much she got commission so I knew how much to tip her she said she makes between $12-16 an hour depending on her selling!! She said she lives off her tips, so I tipped her well.also when I was checking out they tried to get me to sign up as a monthly member. This place was hard enough to get into, why on Earth would I subject myself to that again? Do not spend your money here unless you want the fake stuff
This place is amazing! Debbie and Hannah are the bomb with customer service and friendliness. I love their tanning beds, super comfortable and leave you looking golden and never red no matter how long you tan for. I am so grateful that they have made their business compatible with covid-19 guidelines and precautions. I recommend anyone, man or woman, to check this place out.
WOW!! I was able to book a Refreshing Manicure, and I had such a great experience. My nail technician made me feel so comfortable, and at ease. The manicure was very relaxing, and I also got my favorite color, red! Any service you receive here will ALWAYS be amazing, I recommend booking as soon as you can! ❤️
I just signed up for a membership and although I haven’t gotten any services done yet, I have to say the customer services is amazing! I have been speaking to an employee named Taunalee and she has been so great and accommodating to my schedule. I have to add very patient because I asked a lot of questions! So far I am impressed!

I have had a membership for a couple of months now and never took advantage of the Spa until this past weekend.... I absolutely loved it and will definitely do it way more often! Irma was so pleasant to my mom, sister and I who had never done the spa and explained everything about the steam room, dry water float and the infrared red light. I originally joined just to get waxing, tanning a couple of facials here and there but now that I know the spa is there I will be adding it to my monthly routine especially because it’s a really good deal! By far the best experience I’ve had at a spa! I came in to tan for Hawaii and got really good color in only 3 sessions. And you can’t get burned in their beds because of the filters they have. I also bought my mom a custom spray tan for vacation and Aubrie did such a good job! Definitely will be back.
The staff was great. It started at the front with Kristin Adkins who greeted me and quickly asked if I needed anything. Shannon was great. Made me feel real comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely come back!

I have recently been receiving medical services with one of the nurses, Alex. She is amazing and extremely knowledgable and informative. We received the Venetian Steam and Scrub recommended by Nia! We loved it! Nia set up the scheduling and appointment for our party of six. The steam and body scrub left us feeling soft and smooth.
